Dear sir,


I am giving my phone in Sony service center Ahmedabad in November 2015 then I got my phone with solving my problem but their was a another issue this time network issue and speaker issue, I am going to Sony service center they says me we want to send it our head office I am OK with this then today when my warranty last day she call me your phone was repairs already outside of Sony service station, that's why we not giving you a free warranty, I have a proof I am not opening phone to out side. & why I should do this my phone is already in warranty, I am saying her how much cost of this, she says me 12, 500, you tell me how can she blem on me, this is worst service to customer if you don't have a guts to make money says me I have a idea for this but don't make fool because this is second time issue, its cost is 40, 000,
I hope you know what I am saying exact,
if this is not solve I am going to court for this and take a legal action, I have full of proof,
I hope you solve this as soon as possible otherwise I also going to in media also.

    I have previously raised complaint for my sony bravia lCD.
    Complaint Id:1241696 on 7th march.
    Then I got a call from your support team and after listening to my issue the asked me a list of documents to be submitted for verification.
    I have mailed the documents to sony.[protected]@india.com on 10th march
    Then no body called me .
    I called back for the follow-up and the team said they will discuss this with the management and revert and haven't reverted back.
    What kind pf management is this.
    This is what you call support?
    Are you only interested in getting customers to buy your products which are cheap in quality and not at all worth the cost and fuzz which is created about it?
    Isn't it your responsibility to provide the after sales service which is obliviously required for the quality which you provide.

      I bought a Sony home theatre mode DVD tz 215 on 28/09/2014 which I am not able to use because of no sound output, I registered compliant and attended by service engineer who said it will cost 12000 rupees but I bought the set for 12990/ repair cost is equal to new set, worst in part of sony which is not able to give a solution after complained over phone and site. No response still. In future I will not buy or recommend Sony products.

        My T V was repaired by Sony TV repair cenre and I hav paid approx 8000 rs for the same. Twice i hv called and they have taken back the TV to check in the past 1 month. STILL NOT WORKING.

          I have bought Sony Home Theatre Blue Ray from QRS Retail Limited, Kollam, Invoice No:316378 on 31/12/2015. Quiet satisfied with the quality of the product but with a defect.

          During the view with a DVD, at times the picture will split vertically into four blurred segments with no difference in the sound quality. If switched off and restart it is resolved but may recur unexpectedly.

              I purchased Sony Bravia LED in july2013.Its screen become blank after 9 month in its screen was changed in September 2014 by company.in June it again become blank, after complaint in Allahabad service centre, they said that they will inform us when screen is recived.As I am posted out of Allahabad I could go on 13.03.2016 to service center, and left my tv there and also made complaint to service center and Kk Sales the dealer.
              Yesterday I received a phone call from Sony service centre by [protected].They said to deposit about Rs.22000/- for repairing the TV.
              It is again pleaded that we have been a dedicated customer of SONY brand since 20 years.
              If my application is turned down it will be great injustice to me.
              Kindly help.

                I have purchased an led tv from your company 2 years ago and model no. is KLV/40R452A IN5(LED).Now it is giving problem as when i open its light start blinking and it doesn't starts. I call to customer care centre for checking they said "it can't be repaired it will only change and sometimes a defective piece may come.So either you replaced it and buy new one or you change its penal part which cost around rs 20000". i have purchased it for rs 53000 and all my money is waste. as your company's godwill is much higher than other company but your product quality is not much satisfied which we want. so, its my request you to verified it within 10 days otherwise...

                  As per the trail mail, I the said service center willfully not rendered service and I have to buy another device which costs Rs.12000/-. Though the laptop is repairable they have willfully not rendered the service . So they should born my expenditure. If I can repair it from outside it will be proved that the computer was repairable and except mother board no other parts are defective, then they also have to bear that costs.I want justice of expenditure I had to incur and also the loss due to not repair the laptop

                  As my laptop was in the custody of M/s Dumanis, I am entitled to hold them responsible for missing any Sony parts thereof except battery and had as it is clear both from documentary and circumstantial evidence other parts should remain intact. The mail sent by M/s Dumanis was after getting my mail and does not commensurate with their documents and observation.

                  As per the trail mail of M/s Dunamis, they want return the laptop without get it repaired. The reason they are showing was already known to him and the booked the job after inspecting and hearing everything. This will cause me harassment and loss due to not my laptop got repaired. I have already attached all the relevant documents with my previous mail. Hope you will resolve the issue at your end otherwise they are statutory authority to settle.

                  I have given for repairing at the above mentioned Sony authorised service centre my Sony vaio laptop SVE15135CNB, serial no 5113. My computer is power not on due to water damage. The vaio engineer of the said service centre inspected and reported that mother board has been damaged and is to be replaced. I agreed and deposited the amount towards it. It is implied that when a service engineer observed the computer the only fault detected by him is the fault in actual and no other fault should be there. But they also claimed that there may subsequent fault be revealed and increase the cost like display, keyboard or other internal parts may be damaged. Though they written in the job sheet their observation and no other fault detected. Hdd and battery is outsider provided. They informed that wireless lan pn IEE802.11b/g/n is replaced by outside service centre where I took my laptop earlier which as per my knowledge is not the fact and it should be at the place where it ought to be. They also didn't mention it in their observation. Please take care so that the repairing be done with due diligence and reasonably and without manipulation in which case there are ways to detect the fraud. Hope the job will be done commensurate with the Sony's brand image which is the name of quality and reliability. Otherwise you must have known there are other statutory authority to settle the dispute and grievance which we both must want to avoid. I have attached herewith the service sheet, previous service sheet, estimate, deposit slip, the outside service provider invoice and hdd purchase bill to whom you may contact. Hdd is under warranty period.

                        my name is somnath shinde. i have ordered a mobile from Shopclues web site & they are not agree to return or refund my defective product. Mobile is already defective from merchant at time deviled me then i sent return request to customer care of Shopcules but they are rejected my return order because they are told me you have warranty of this product & you go to service center of this mobile.

                          I faced lot of problems in Sony Xperia M4 Auqa Dual - Last six month.
                          The below mention problems are faced during six to seven months:

                          Problem No:1
                          1st problem faced November 2015 month (27.11.15)
                          Display Liquid / Display Not working (Visual not shown anything) I approach customer care VIMAS for service of my mobile
                          (VIMAS INTEK, Y-177 FIRST STREET NEAR IYYAPPAN TEMPLE ANNA NAGAR CHENNAI, 600040) and corrected with in 7 to 9 working days.

                          2nd problem faced on 28th January 2016 -Ear speaker not working / Dead I approached customer care (CHENNAI SERVICE ABIRAMI PLAZA 17/4 M.K. REDDY STREET WEST TAMBARAM NEAR TAMBARAM BUS STAND / OPP. TO DEEPAM HOSPITAL) and corrected with in 7 to 9 working days.

                          I got mobile from 11nd February 2016 - "ERROR" 'Camera Not available'. Then i approached customer care (CHENNAI SERVICE ABIRAMI PLAZA 17/4 M.K. REDDY STREET WEST TAMBARAM NEAR TAMBARAM BUS STAND / OPP. TO DEEPAM HOSPITAL) and corrected with in 7 to 9 working days.

                          So i'm last six month always facing the above problems, In case after this correction also may be possible its create any other problem, So i don't want this mobile after correction also. (Always i spend with service center only after purchase of the sony due to lot of problems)

                          Worst experience ever: waited hours for reports, admitted but the patient was not well taken care of, dosage was not given on time and one occasion they even forgot the IV n when i came back all blood had come out. they denied showing patients file to me, my moms was admitted. No transparency and felt like they are hiding something. they dont provide clothes, no extra blanket and food for the patient. cleanliness and hygiene no standards at all, cafeteria was worst than a roadside tea stall, the staff behavior, doctors and everyone is pathetic, no humanity. Nurses gave syrup doses without the proper measurement. Total money making racket and billing department is also pathetic, no set standards or policies and procedures, everything is total mess. U will hardly find anyone who would speak in english! felt like just came out from one of hell place! theres nothing good about this place, i dunno why would people even would want to be in here.

                              After submitting of my Sony Xperia Z3+ new brand mobile to service station, but i received very very bad response form them. i am very much upset from sony brand. i purchase mobile of Rs.37000/- form 2 month before but i not use this phone on single day. 3times i submitted my phone to service station Vadodara(Gujarat) but not solved my phone. even i toll to service station in charge for replacement this and he take action before 1month back but till today i am phone less due to this issue. this is very bad to me from sony.

                                Subject:- Why did I purchase Sony Bravia TV.

                                 Today I am going to share an experience which will not alarm you, but to others while selecting to purchase a Sony TV.

                                 I am going to share an experience that how I was cheated and how Sony India provides services to customers.


                                1. I purchased a Sony Bravia LED TV (Model 32R512C, Serial No[protected] on July 11, 2015 from Croma-South Ex-II, New Delhi-49. Since its installation, I felt problems as just after laps of 15-20 days the TV did not display sound and pictures for 5-6 seconds sometimes.

                                2. On Feb 14, 2016, the TV completely went-off. Now there was no display of picture or sound. I made a complaint (complaint No[protected] on Feb 14, 2016 to Sony Customer care. In response, on Feb 16, a technician from Sony service stated that the mother board has been corrupted and it will be replaced. Accordingly, on Feb 19, mother board of my TV was replaced by the technician of Sony (namely Amit Rana).

                                3. It was very amazing that just after 01 hour the TV again went off with same problem. I informed the problem to the technician at about 2110 hrs on Feb 19, 2016 and also made complaint to Sony Customer Care (complaint No. 30782089 dated 20.02.2016). Again a technician from Sony visited (Feb 20, 2016), and further examination he replaced another mother board.

                                4. You will become happy to know that again on Feb 24, 2016 the TV went off. I have again informed the problem to the technician (mob no [protected]) as well as Sony Customer Care (Complaint No. 30854264 dated 24.02.2016).

                                5. The story is still remaining, because after my repeated request and complaints, on March 3, 2016 the technician of Sony took the TV to the service centre. After 06 days full check-up, they told that there is no problem in the TV and on March 09, 2016 they reinstalled the TV at my residence. In evening (March 09, 2016) when I put-on the TV, do you know what happened? Again the TV did not display sound and picture.

                                6. I again made complaint to Sony service centre and requested to come at my residence to see the problem, they told they can’t come today and advised to make a video. I also made complaint to Customer Care and appraised the issue.


                                7. Since Feb 16, 2016 I sent so many e-mail complaints to Sony Customer care as well as contacted to Mr. Ashish, Mr. Rahul, Ms. Nidhi, Mr. Vipin, Mr. Anil and many of others on many occasion and appraised about my problem. But it seems that they are irresponsible and careless towards customer, due to which I am still facing the problem from last 22 days.

                                    I had posted the below msg on your sony support site on Feb 21, 2016. On Feb 27, 2015 I got a call from +[protected] from Sony Executive and promised to resolve the case, but till now no one had called.

                                    As the last attempt, I am writing to you, failing this, I will be forced to approach consumer forum, Hyderabad

                                    The following is my complaint which i had posted on Feb 21, 2015.

                                    I am having Sony Bravia model KDL-46W950A which i bought in September 2013. According to your sony site http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/KDL-46W950A, under the tab "specifications", it was given that one flick remote model no. RMF-ED004 is compatible with the tv I have. So, I bought a one flick remote model no., RMF-ED004 on Feb 8, 2016 from your Sony Center, Secunderabad under invoice no. 2686. But when I checked, the remote was not working. I lodged a complaint with Sony service centre and a service request wast raised vide id. 30609196 on Feb 8, 2016. On Feb 10, 2016 a Sony service guy visited my home and tested the remote and said the remote was damaged and entitled for a replacement. He took the remote and on Feb 20, 2016, another service guy visited my house with a new one flick remote RMF-ED004. But the remote couldn't connect to my sony bravia model. He said he cannot help me and closed the job sheet.

                                    Now, I demand a refund of my money Rs. 2499 spent on the one flick remote RM-ED004 which I bought after checking with your sony site but is now useless.

                                    I am also forwarding this copy of my complaint to AP Consumer Disputes

                                      I have purchased a LED-TV of your made for about two years ago. Recently it is out of order and requires servicing and so I contacted your service center with the TV set at Rourkela, Odisa that is registered with Job No. 60386835. The center informed me that the panel board of the set needs to be changed. After a few days, the center persisted as of that the panel board is not available and insisted of purchasing me a new set at the price of 25% of the actual value.
                                      But I am to request you to consider my case sympathetically as how I can leave off my set of 2 years old and spend a lum-sum money for an another set.
                                      I shall be obliged if you kindly arrange to change the panel board or supply a new set at free of cost.
                                      I am naturally very anxious about it and should be glad at an early arrangement.
