The screen is not responding at all, it keeps touching on its own. As it has a physical button for camera so i can open camera by pressing the shutter button, it also captures images but not by touching. So please suggest me if the touchscreen replacement would work and how much will it cost because i have given my phone to sony service centre and they told me it will cost me 29000/- INR to repair my phone so i took my phone back as its a huge money for me to repair. Please help.

    Dear Sir


    I bought a Sony M4 Aqua on 18th feb 2016 it's have many problems like when i open camera screen turns black, some time no sounds from speaker during music play and when i switch of or restart the phone then phone hangs and not turn off/ restart till the battery dead.
    Please help me out i want my phone replaced.

      I recently purchased Sony Bravia LED TV from Ms. Sathya Agencies Located at Kumananchavadi, Chennai. This TV is repeatedly getting restarted today. I went there and informed about my problem they saying i have to wait for 2 days. I just purchased this TV 4 days before. Now it is under problem. Then what is the guaranty about this product. Serious action to be take for their lethargic in customer service on Both Sony India and Sathya Agencies.

        1. I purchased a Sony Bravia LED TV, Model 32R512C on July 11, 2015 from Croma-South Ex-II, New Delhi-49.

        2. Since installation of the TV I felt problems, as just after laps of 15-20 days the TV did not display sound and pictures for 5-6 seconds sometimes.

        3. On Feb 14, 2016, the TV completely went-off. Now there is no display or sound longer. In this regard, I made a complaint (complaint No[protected] on Feb 14, 2016 at about 1305 hrs.

        4. In response of the complaint above, a technician visited my residence (Feb 16, 2016) who after examination of the TV told that there is problem in motherboard of the TV and hence the motherboard will be replace, and it will take at least 2 days.

        5. Since the TV is only 06 months old, and hence I sent e-mail to Sony India (E-mail Complaint No. 30735018 dated Feb 16, 2016) for replacement of the TV set.

        6. In spite of my repeated e-mails and several complaints lodged to Sony Customer Care, I did not get any positive response. However, in turn on Feb 19.02.2016 at about 1812 hrs, I received a call from (mob No. [protected]) who introduced himself a technician from Sony and stated that he has brought a mother board for replacement in my TV. Accordingly, he replaced the mother board and the TV got resumed.

        7. But, just after 01 hour, when I switched-on the TV, I found the same problem persist in the TV i.e. there was no picture and sound on the TV screen only red light blinks 7-8 times. I informed the problem to the technician at about 2110 hrs on Feb 19, 2016.

        8. Now, I am not at all agree for further repairing/replacement of accessories in the TV. I want only replacement of TV, nothing else. request to look into the matter please.

          I bought sony mobile Xperia T3 about 9 months back..its under warranty period.. but it stopped working again, this is the second time.. on first time, in oct'15, its motherboard was replaced, as the problem was that memory card was not working.. this time again, this same problem has occurred, repeated..why this problem has repeated, in just 9 months..?

          one other problem, last time your service centre took more than one month to resolve the problem: that to be after my many requests, mails etc.. again this time, this is third day since my mobile is at your service center, and your service centre is again saying that the material, which they have asked, has not been dispatched till now.. this same explanation was given by them previous time also, , and they took more than one month to repair the set.. please take care that repair the mobile set at earliest..

                Around 8-9 months back I have buy your Sony Xperia Z2. Which is water resistant phone as per you. So, please tell me that without any physical damage how water goes inside the phone. This is really pathetic.! I even can't imagine such kind of Quality from you guys. Even every cap is closed then plese let me know that how water goes inside the phone. Hope for the best and helpful reply from your side. And resolve this problem.

                  I am srinivas i have issue on my mobile regrading mobile back camera is not clarity, so i given on 23, Jan 2016 and they said Rs. 2000/- will be charged ...i sai no problem ..but it should be a quality...after that they done a job sheet and give the delivery date is not mention and after 3 or 4 days they called and said about charges then...we will give on 29.01.2016. but they didn't call and not given any feedback about weather it is done or not...then after myself called to service center ...then asked about again they said tomorrow we will call u, but they not updated...again i called next date...then they said again tomorrow will give...like that...4 times begin ..up to today they never given any feed back...what can i do...how many time i have to call them...also not taking any care about customer ...what is use of brand.

                    I purchased brand new sony xperia z5 premium from Adarsh Bansal Sales, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh details given below:

                    1) Purchase date 13.12.2015 for amount rs. 56500 /-
                    2) IMEI- [protected].
                    3) IMEI 2- [protected].
                    4) TIN NO.- [protected] is of the shop.
                    5) Bill NO. - ABS/007 dt.[protected]

                    After 6 days o[censored]sage I started noticing hearing defect and no voice transfer clarity. Immediately on 19.12.2015 I gave it to authorized service centre in Ambikapur details given below

                    1) Ticket id- [protected]
                    2) Job no.- w[protected]

                    Despite regular follow ups from service centre and toll free nos. I am not getting any response till now. As service centre communicated the set shall only be replaced and not repaired. Further they are not accepting any mistake in handset inspite of giving live example to concerned official of service centre. I demanded for replacement as it is manufacturing defect or arrange full refund to me immediately. In the matter I wrote mail to sony customer care which was logged through number 29863399, still waiting for the response from the sony officials to take action on it.

                    Please advice in the matter.

                      I purchased one SONY LED TV(KDL32W700B) 18 months back from Lulu connect Edappally for around 41K and suddenly it is not working from yesterday. I contacted Sony customercare and one service personnel came to my home.
                      Without even opening my TV, he said that there could be 2 possibilities for issue in this TV.
                      1.) Faulty Adapter(which could cost around 5K)
                      2.) Faulty Motherboard(which could cost around 10K)
                      3.) Faulty Display(which could cost around 20K)

                      Here in this case he said that there are no issues with the adapter and the issue is with the motherboard. He was not able to provide any specific reason for this issue, since it is not raining season here in Kerala and there were no thunderstorms atleast for the past 2 months. I have an external stabilizer from Vguard for this tv and I cannot agree if they are saying this is due to voltage fluctuation. At the time of buying this tv, they said that voltage regulation is an inbuilt feature of this tv. However I bought the stabilizer to make sure that such expensive repairs does not occur.

                      I cannot understand the meaning of term "Brand Value" if Sony cannot provide a valid reason for this fault. If the equipment is getting faulty within a meager 2 years, why should be go for such expensive brands. I should have gone for some cheaper brand because I dont see any value in selecting big brands, when the product quality is really low and repair cost is very high.

                      Hope somebody from SONY will read this post and contact me with a helpful solution.

                        I bought my mobile 3 months back from Bangalore the model is Sony Xperia C5 ultra dual. The phone display has gone on its own. The phone does not have any scratches on the main screen or back screen and is full in condition. After going to store Croma they reached out to Sony authorized center in Hyderabad and they are just telling its a physical damage without any explanation. Earlier they told its because the phone has fell down but when I asked there are no scratches they changed the reason to that it is pressed hardly on the screen. They are charging me Rs 8500 to change the display which is wrong. They are just trying to save their money by not changing the display. They have no particular reason and they are just telling its physical damage putting the full burden cost on me.

                        This is the worst service I ever had from any other brand. Will not like to recommend it to any known person or even anyone related to them.

                        Right now my location is Hyderabad and I have called Sony authorized center and that person hanged the call and the manager of that service center did not receive my call.

                          i have purchased a phone sony xperia M2 dual 7-8 month ago but when i buy its work propley foir 15-30 days but its gettiing bad and soo much hang and more and more hang some time my phon get freez and not work any touch and aftre that some time power key get not open my phone due to fully freez but that time i give that phone to service center but aftre that they did software but aftre few days in 15 days again i get proplem but rather than big aftre few month i use but some thime that charger not work that time tooo when i buy that work when i switch off my phone but some time work when i open i m soo much sada nd iirated from that product and now that time i face more big proplem that totally freez my mobile even u use anything and its suddenlly heat and get shutdown and agian and again in 2-3 min i cant use my phoine proply and its not charge too so i give service center they again did software then its work only 1 day but agin aftre 1 days its get same problem i m soo sad i wa snot that ist soo much poor product i will get from sony i m soo much angry and i wil take action too until no any one her pslss resolve my proplem as soon as possible becoz i cant use my phone and service center do only sofgtware again and aagin nbut never check it hardware i wnat that please replace my phone plssssssss rather than repire becoz i get tired to go service center i hope i will get revert ur msz i m waiting for ur reply

                              I had a mobile of Sony company. Sony Xperia z2. I bought it on 9 Feb 2015. On 6th Feb 2016 my phone's touchscreen broke I went to d service center now the service center told me my phones warranty has expired and the cherry on the cake Xperia z2 cannot b repaired it gets exchanged that too if the phone is under warranty and after giving 14500/- again.
                              According to the service center my phone was not under warranty so nothing can b done.
                              I was shocked. I bought it with a price tag of 35000/- and today they abruptly told me it's screen will not change nothing will get change. It's just baseless to buy a phone from a company who's not taking responsibility of there products no after sale service. I'm very disappointed with Sony and they are about to lose a loyal customer and many more. Highly dissappointed. Will not buy a single Sony products now I feel cheated.

                                The customer care of Sony is the pits !
                                I gave a system for servicing whose estimate turned out 7800, I called the service centre and asked the to be reasonable to which they Sai that my system cannot be tracked by their computer and if I want any invoice I will have to provide the bill . I told them I bought it from Ashoka international, Sony authorised dealer to which they said we want bill . I asked how much discount will I get, the reply was the company will decide, I am totally bowled with is attitude . Do customers manufacture Sony systems at home ??????

                                      im sardar sunny singh i bought a 40" led a year ago
                                      i wanted to extend the warranty of the product and paid the extended warranty amount at the authorised service center at my city
                                      till now i didnt get my extended warranty card and the service center people are extending it..
                                      i have paid the amount only after confirming this data from sony india customer care through a phone call and he assured you will get your warranty card with no delay of time...
                                      please check the attachments and kindly do needful
