I have purchased in your mobile xperia z3 on month of August 2014. unfortunately the mobile follow down and broken front glass so the mobile given on 23rd June 2015 to your customer care office at visakhapatnam Andrapradesh after two days they given repair estemation 25500/- how it possible actual this mobile cost now around 27000/- but your are essentmate the touch glass cost 25000/- so kindly rectify the above problem I am very take the mobile on credit if you are not rectify I am loosing 31000/- kindly take action IMEI.     Hello dear Sir My Name is Gopesh Solanki.I a great fan of Sony just becoz of that I purchased Sony Xperia C3 Dual before this I was using Xperia X8.I was very happy with the sound quality and the camera features and graphics too.that mobile was not so expensive but was very use full and valuable.when I bought this Xperia C3 Dual my experience was not at all good.From the very first day there was a flash problem and camera clearity issue since im also a technical person as I have samasung technical support experience. I tried hard to come over it but got failed I know camera issue is not a software issue its hardware issue can not be resolved some how I updated my device to lollypop and also repaire system via Sony champagne but still the rear camera is very worse it gives very bad pics doesn't look like i am using Sony becoze I think if I would have purchased moto or xioami the have better clearity then this. And after update to lollypop my sd card apps are also stop working I discussed with Sony customer service they give me option for system repaire and I tried that as well nothing happened still facing the same issue. Now Please suggest do I suppose to compromise becoze I like Sony im a fan of Sony or shell I escalate it becoze after this I am not gonna buy Sony I actually don't wanna use this mobile anymore. Its just 6 month old.this is to inform you that you are losing the faith of people who actually love using brand Sony.I ll wait for a reply of satisfaction becose a brand is not only to produce good quality of products the also have to make their customers happy. I just want a replacement of this I can purchase any other but not this one may be Xperia C4..need an option I can proof that this phone is not at all good having many problems even my x8 pics are better then this if you need I can send you the attachments.And you know what x8 just had 3mp camera with no flash.please do something Best regards gopesh Mob [protected] Mail id- gopeshsolanki.[protected]@gmail.com

      Dear Sushmitha, It is such a disgrace for being a Sony customer, you think customers are fools to listen to your customer service sending email for 20k for fixing the panel and the same day you are sending email for 28k for fixing the panel on the same service request number. Please find the screen shot below of both the emails. You cannot protect yourself saying that you were right in giving different estimate on the same day, this was not convincing me in anyways to go for service, as this was cheating in changing the estimate the very same day. This is cheating and also pushing the customer by dictating high cost and also varying the cost with different estimate at the same day. I took all the pain in getting this matter amicably and since i got this reply after writing email to the Sony CEO as copied, I really feel mentally harassed and discriminated in being Sony product in India. I hope the email reply you have sent to me today is looked by the Sony top management as well. If this is the way i get a response as a customer, i'm assuming how the Sony service will be done to my Sony products. Even she told me that there were only few complaints on the model and there is not issue with the product KDL EX 520. This was leading me to lot of questions on the quality of product, service of Sony and I had to setup a google group called Sony Led panel google group, where lot of similar complaints with the same model raised. I'm sending the list of people having similar complaints in the same series as to KDL EX 520 with Panel failure. I have proved that there is a real problem with the TV model Sony LED KDL EX520 and requested for a free replacement. In Sony facebook there was a comment to my complaint saying that we heard the issue and will resolve the issue, but it never happened till date. I have my Sony TV at my home from July 2014 till now without working just being like a show piece. Being a loyal customer with Sony and writing this email to Sony CEO, I have some hope that my issue is heard and considered for a free replacement. Hope to hear from you in this regard, I will send few reference documents attached with this email and ready for discussion at my phone / email.         I had purchased z ultra from sony exclusive showroom kollam on 31/07/2014..for rs 35000rs..aftr 4months the phone got hanging while using Internet...I went to the service center they make software update, and tel that problem is solved, , the same hapened two more times, , I do adjust with that problem..but from June 2015 the real trouble with touch came out, , its difficult to use the phone now..I went to the service outlet at kadapakada Kollam on 24/06/15, , they said that its bcz of calibration problem..the next day they called me and the problem is resolved, , , I checked the phone, but the same problem with auto touch working is still there, , they took my phone back and replied that they will replace my phone, , am happy with the reply, , but here comes the shockest reply from there..Xperia z s the handset that will be provided for me for the replacement, , I can't understand t logic behind this, , i told them that I purchased the handset for 35k, at the same time Xperia z cost is 28k, , and this z is an outdated model with low performance of ram and camera clarity, , my point is that I don't need a degraded model for my z ultra..it's better to give me a z ultra replaced or a better one than Xperia z..all other companies are giving an upgraded model for replaced handsets now a days, , can't understand why sony mobiles is doing this for Sony mobile lovers...my job sheet no: W[protected]...mail id: [protected]@gmail.com..[protected]..plz do the procedings..

          I did purchase my phone Sony Xperia Z1 from a Shop in Agra, Uttar Pradesh on 14-Oct-2013. From Month March 2014, it gave continuous problems. I am from Kasganj and service center is in Agra, nearly around 120 km ahead so if I go there, whole day get wasted due to which I have suffered with many business losses time to time. The main issue was of heating and hanging. The problem was much more as I gone to Agra to submit handset. They call me after 10 days, saying that, your phone is ready now, and you can collect it. Then I plan to go there and again the same problem happen. I check my phone in service center and it get heat again and again. Nearly around 7-8 times, I went to service center for the same issue due to which I suffered with many business losses. On many requests, Sony did offer me a upgraded model of phone with Xperia Z2 but they said me to pay 8, 000 rupees by demand draft to get this handset. I paid them and I receive the new handset in last of June 2014 with 1 year warranty too. So I receive my handset after 4 months and 4 months I passed without handset. From that time, my new handset also had the heating issues, but due to past losses, I only complaint about it to Sony service center but I did not give my handset to them as after a lot of time, I received it. Then I go to outside of India due to which I did not complaint regarding this. From 20-April-2015, I has seen the same issues in my handset. I talked to service center, they said that they don't repair handset. It will be shipped to company and then it will be come to them and to me. Whole process will take around 1 month which is really frustrating for me too. I submit my handset there on 27-April-2015. In one time from Kasganj to Agra, it cost me around 1000 rs for one day along with business losses as I work separately. The current problems in m handset are: heating issues, hangs sometime on pre-loaded applications too, battery discharge fast whether I talk or play games or work on any application. I am completely helpless at this point as the company always say to visit to service center but they do not know how much it is tough for me. I want my all money back now along with compensation. Also there is Camera problem too in 4K mode. It was working correctly but now it get stopped in some time and company say that its not a problem, its a feature of my phone. Totally [censored]s by company.

            I had been using sony products since their inception in India.But sorry to say the quality of producs are now so degraded that compelled me to shun Sony products in future.I bought two 32" Tv sets in 2012 by spending extra bucks to opt for the brand.In June 2015 the LED one broke down.The service centre Techno Plaza changed the LED panel on 15th June 2015 at a huge charge of Rs 11285..But within a week it broke down again.This shows how indifferent and lackadaisical the Sony has become within recent years.I conclude this as cheating of customers money and not providing quality product and also the proper service.I would not agree to accept any further service other than to replace the set with a new one.Failing to do so O shall seek redressal in the matter from a court of law at their risk reputation and responsibility.

Respected Sir I was purchased a mobile model C6802 Sony Xperia Z ultra on dt. 20.11.14. After underperformance of speaker and display I reached to your authorised service station Panchkula . They asks this set will send to company for replacement. I am requested him for a standby set to avoid loss they denied. I deposited the set with Job Sheet No.W[protected] dated 17.06.15. After that on 27.06.2015 further they ask me on a call, that model is not available with us so we are offering you a upgraded model, in which the all features including processor is more or equal from your present set except the screen which is less from your present set and caller promised that, you will not looser in this transaction, I okayed. On 30.06.2015 they inform that your handset is ready. I collect the set on faith of Sony but I am surprised to see that the set C6602 given to me is altogether different from deposited set/promised set. the processor only 1.5 Ghz which is very less and not suitable to me. I requested him to give me a set of equal or comparable processor but he denied and replied that set is swap after confirmation so it is not possible. Now I keep the set as it is because the set is not suitable to me. I hereby request to you that please look into the matter and do the needful because I already suffered huge financial loss and mental pressure due to non availability of standby and after taken the swap set.                 This is a complaint letter against your one of the sony service center. I am sorry to say but i had a very bad and pathetic service from your executives. I gave my lap for service on 16th june at vytilla store. The service requested was to change the screen back panel to be changed and mouse pad was not working. On 20th june, i visited your store to get my lap. I noticed that top portion of my screen was broken/ripped off (See the attachment). When asked about this, your executive said that this might have occurred while servicing your lap and you have to bear all this while we do this service for you. Keypad was not cleaned and completely filled with dirt. I told them, keypad was not cleaned. They mentioned that solution was not available and the solution they have is not good as the alphabets from the keypad may be removed because of the solution. It’s very disgusting to see the responses and behavior from your store executives to a customer when we ask for your services. It’s not because of their work, i am writing this mail but because of the bad behavior and response to a customer which makes us feel that as if they are doing a great job by giving free service and boasting about it.

                I want an immediate action that you will take on this. I still have no solution to my lap that got serviced in bad way and ruining my lap instead of repairing it. Requesting your immediate intervention and response.

                  1. This laptop( model no svf14212w and set serial no 0009996) from Jumbo electronics in El ante mall, chandigarh on 16 June 2014. 2. The laptop has not working properly since we brought it. It hangs on every click whenever connected on Internet. We hv shown it twice to the service center but there has been no improvement. 3. I have all electronic equipment of Sony but this machine has become a big disappointment for me. 4. You r requested take favourable action and let me return the machine and refund the money.

                    Dear sir, 1) I have purchased sony Xperia c mobile. Right from that time I am facing one by one problems from that. I have noticed a dust between the screen and touch, its totally manufacturing defect. Immediately I rushed to shop where I purchased and showed that dust to him, he suggested me to go to service centre. Later I went to service centre and made a complaint that I have noticed some dust in it. They said it's not possible to remove that dust from it, we cannot do it. I said them but I am having damage warranty. But they said we cannot any thing sir. Later they done something removed the dust but it was not solved again I am facing dust problem in front camera. 2) Few days back I faced other problem with memory card slot. Immediately I rushed to service centre I have complained about that. After seeing that, they suggested me it was damaged due to water drop so better to change the board which contains memory and SIM slots. After paying money of 1400/- they changed that board. I asked bill but they said some thing and they didn't gave the bill. After 4 days again I got same problem again memory slot was not working again I went there, they done something. Finally they cleared that problem. 3) Again I am facing another problem regarding to WiFi connection. It's not working. I have tried alot to connect, but I cannot to it. Every one is able to connect to the WiFi but not myself. I have restarted the router and also I have contacted to WiFi service provider. He also helped me to recover that problem but sadly it was not able to connect. Now I am facing two problems one is dust in camera and second is not able to connect WiFi. Kindly help me, Thanking you

                      My name is Prince R. I bought a Sony Xperia T2 ultra dual on 15th of July 2014 in SONY SMARTPHONE LOUNGE, 100 FEET ROAD, GANDHIPURAM, COIMBATORE Contact :4373601 for INR 24000.I had issues with my phone since my purchase.The power button wasnt working and I gave it for Repair Service on Dec 9th of 2014Again I had problems with my Proximity censors and power button, so I returned it to the Service Centre "KG Electronics AUTHORIZED SONY SERVICE CENTRE" CONTACT: Gandhipuram, COIMBATORE on May 12th of 2015.Since the power button wasnt working I couldnt switch it on and back up the data in my phone, ALL MY VACATION PICTURES AND VIDEOS WERE LOST and for the past 14 days I have been experiencing issues with my Touch screen.The Left part of the touch screen doesnt work and the mobile frequently reboots itself.My Phone is still under warranty. The Service provider takes 10 days for every repair servicel. I am very much disappointed in Sony and feel like I have been betrayed.After the warranty period I have to spend my money on repair services and new parts.I expect my phone of 24000 INR to work for atleast 2 years.Is that too much to ask for? I am already tired of running behind SONY's Service centre.Kindly Refund My money.

                        I have been using this Sony Xperia Z Ultra mobile from six months now and still in waranty. Six months earlier I had purchased this mobile from Amazon.com on 4th December 2014. Now in some incident it got completely dead. It was mildly raining, not much and my mobile was in my bag when this all happened . The mobile hardly got wet due to rain but, I dont know for some reason it didnt start and thereafter it was completely in a dead condition. I approached some authorized SONY service center (Kavya Enterprises, narayanpeth, Pune) seeking a solution for it . The manager there told me that " The production for this mobile has been stopped and also the service centers also dosent have the authority to do service for this mobile. This mobile couldn't get repaired and only be a part of the dustbin". So after listening to such a kind of misleading statement from him I seeked help from some local repair center where he asked me Rs 2500. but I was not willing to do so and brought it back. I had also called the SONY customer care service but they said that they are not having any solution for this problem and they cant help me out from this problem.

                          I have purchased sony bravia led tv from Vasanth and CO, Tnagar, Chennai on 02-jun-2015, bill no [protected]. At the time of Demo and installation done by Sony technician, we came to know from him that there is no product warranty card, user manual, wall mounted supporting bush and other parts. So I went to my dealer Vasanth and CO, T Nagar next day and asked about these details to Salesman Mahesh, he told the request will be raised to Sony to get the warranty card and user manual. But after several follow up calls to him, till now we did not receive it. It was told me by him that the sony service center will be sending warranty to my residential address. As of now, seems no actions has been taken against my request. I don't understand how come the product warranty card and manual is missing from the TV Pack. Please consider my request and take the necessary action.

                            My sony xperia C3 is in warranty and went to service center "Global Services, 3-A, Ram Nagar Crossing, Near Sodala Thana, Civil Lines, Jaipur" Jaipur for check up of my cell phone. Job Number is : W[protected] The problem with the handset was it power off automatically and I was not able to restart it. So, service center executive told me that it is issue of circuit board and we have to replace your cell phone's chip board, and it would change your cell phone EMI number too and told me that they placed an order for a part to the company. Now, it is 4th day and they have not received the part yet. I need to get it resolved soon since they have already taken more than 4-5 days. And I would say that they should have all the parts of new cell phones. So, customer should not have to wait for long days to get the phone ready. Please sony do the needful and provide the good services to customer. Please send the required part for my phone or give me the new cell phone XPERIA C3, please understand it is urgent for me.                               Recently i had purchase Xperia Z3 and it got Liquid damage. i visit near sony Gallery and now they ask to repair big amount hence my mobile in warranty. This amount is very big additional of some small amount in repairable amount i can purchase new Z3. Need some support and help from Sony Mobile

                                Sir, I purchased sony Xperia t3 on august-2014 at gandhinagar(Gujrat). Its not working properly from purchaging date. I have repaired it 6 time from authorised sony service center but after this as it, . Now i am posted in nagpur. This mobile becomes more heat, and its sensor is not working as proper. Please help me, i am so confused..?

                                  I have given my Sony Xperia Z1 for repairing with broken screen on 12/06/2015. Service estimate cost was intimated to me within 2-3 days which is paid on the same date to for the repair service. Since then 15 days have passed but they have still not completed the repair service. When I have contacted the service center it was intimated to me that parts required for the servicing of the phone has not arrived and they will still take a week to complete the service. It is really a too much time to repair a mobile handset requiring parts replacement only. I have submitted my handset to TEKNOPLAZA vide job no. W[protected]

                                    I purchased Sony LED TV Model No. 48W600B Serial No. 3274263 from Sony Center ( Sai Electricals, Preet Vihar), Invoice No.SAI/1, 614/2015-16 on 28.06.2015. Prior to billing I was assured and reassured that the installation will be done the same day latest by 6.30 p.m. After continuous reminders over telephone since 6.30 onwards till 8.30 pm with the staff i was again and again reassured that the installation would be done in the stipulated time. However at the end of the day at 8.35 pm they finally informed that installation would not be possible today and could only be done next day i.e. today. However, even after lapse of 24 hours the installation is still pending. The kind o[censored]rgency shown in billing and dispatch of TV within 5-7 mins of the consent was not shown in the installation and due to which i feel cheated because the money has been blocked for me and my warranty starts with the purchase. Kindly, ensure fair practice with the customers since i agreed for the billing on the pretext of same day installation otherwise i would have chosen to purchase the TV some other day.

                                        My phone Xperia Z got issue while updating Android Lollipop on 6th of june 2015, I went to Sony authorized service center on 9th june, they said its a water intrusion ( i thought some software issue). Now its been 20 days and they are saying it will take more 10-15 days. This is really pathetic, I went to Sony authorized service center because of trust but taking 40-50 days to repair a phone is too much. Service center detail: Vigneshwar Services Job no. W[protected]
