I purchased one Sony Xperia model E1 D 2105 on[protected] from Cell point Potluru mansions, Dabagaqrdens, Visakhapatnam 530020 at a cost of Rs.6, 600-00, It developed problem in the charging socket in the 1st week of February, . I consulted S.S.Technologies, Sony authorised centre Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam, the set was given back to me on[protected] charging Rs.1, 250-00 for which bill was not given even on demand, the same problem recurred again yesterday, I took the set to the above centre, the technician said that either I should pay Rs.5000-00 for replacement of mother board or Rs.1250--00 for repair. I fail to understand that the set was purchased hardly 2 months back, when it is under warranty, why the above centre demands money without doing service at free of cost. I request you to please arrange free service to my set or order for replacement without cost and refund the amount of Rs.1250-00 I paid on[protected] to save me from the avoidable tension.and reply.
