I want to file a complaint against SONY for not taking their customers complaint seriously. I submitted the phone Model no.- C5502 with damaged screen on 24th Feb 2015. I was told that i will receive a call in 3-4 days from the company about the status of the phone that it will be repaired or not.I didn't received a call from them i had to call them thrice to get the status. I was then told that the screen can not be repaired as this handset has been stopped from the company. They told me that you can upgrade to higher version nd you will get 50% for this handset on market price rest i'll have to pay for the new handset. I agreed on that. I was told that i will receive the call in 5-8 days fromt he company once they approve the estimate. I didn't received any call from the company i had to call them many times and everytime i was told u will get call in 2 days. Now its 19th mar 2015 and i receive a call from the company stating that you will have to pay atleast 80% of the price of the new handset. Can anybody tell me what is this exactly ?? They wasted a month of mine and now i have nothing in hand.     I purchased a Sony XPERIA E3 Mobile having Serial No. HFR025 ([protected] from Vijay Sales, Crown Plaza, Sec 15, Mathura Road, Faridabad on 15.03.2015 with a condiretaion of Rupees 9, 990/-. On 17.03.2015 I experienced some problem with the set like disturbance while talking, call drop, vanishing of display etc. On the same day I visited the dealer, the staff there checked and did something with it and said its ok. The Manager there told me that if I came across any problem later on he shall replace the mobile. On the next day, I didn't receive calls as the calls were not getting through my cell. On reaching home from the court, my family was disturbed as they tried to call me several times but the cell indicating switched off. In the evening phone completely hanged. I again rushed to the dealer and requested for a replacement but it flatly refused to do so and told me that once sim is inserted, it can't be replaced. I have handed over the mobile to the dealer and came back. I need the refund of my amount or else, I have ti initiate legal action against the Company.

      HI, I bought a sony xperia M on Dec 27th 2014, after two months i have faced problem in battery standby, when i visited the chennai sony Service in tambaram, they checked my mobile and given feedback that the problem in Phone, not in battery, immediately i shocked, how come the new phone got problem within two months without any liquid damage, after i had a discussion with Sony staffs, they have confirmed that the phone is getting heat because of that the battery is not providing the correct backup, also they confirmed to return back after solving the problem on monday 16/03/2015, but when i asked them today (16/03/2015) over phone about delivery they are trying to avoid to speak with me and replying that they will give back on this week (date not yet confirmed) and the reason they are given is very silly ( Parts are not available), how these things are happening in a sony, I am using this brand for more than 6 years. really i am totally disappointed / Not satisfied Note: Also i spoke to Mr. Karthick ( Service manager) and he is also not given the correct delivery date, his mobile number is [protected] After a regular follow up they given the phone to me on 17th March 2015 but still the problem, not yet solved and again i spoke to Mr. Karthick (service manager) he told me that i need to come again to service center to do a recheck of my phone, i asked him if the same problem i faced again what the action you will take ? He replied casually, if the same problem occurs again and again, you need to come to sony service center to rectify the problem, , i never expect this kind of reply from Service manager, very worst service by sony. Need a permanent solution, can anyone take action or give me your reply to take up this issue legally. Regards Arun Ganesh

        Dear sir First of i am a big fan of SONY, I craze too. Having TV, Mobiles, Music Systems in my home all are SONY Products. I Bought a new SONY XPERIA M (Single) model mobile on 16.03.15 at ERODE SONY EXCLUSIVE. I believe and enter into the shop, They issue me a used mobile to me. I really socked after i saw that dust in the mobile and few scratch in the mobile at back Side and more few photos and videos are there in mobile it was took at Feb 5 2015. I asked the manager regarding this issue, He was told me a blended answer like shop is under working so the dust was stay in that mobile. Is it really a acceptable reason.?? I was return the mobile after a huge issue between me and the manager at the same day night, They told me get money back on tomorrow (17.03.15) I went the shop at 5.30 pm, They told me still amount is not ready. They are treating me like bugger. Still my money is there. I don't know what i want to do. Proofs are attached (Bill copy). So Kindly please accept my complaint and solve the problem. Thank You.

          I have purchased Sony TV KLV32BX300 on [protected], ( Serial No. 2820460) . The TV Picture tube is problem for the past two month.I have made a compliant to the service centre. The service technician from Madurai has attend the compliant on[protected]. The City Electronics, Madurai has informed me the company is agree to take the TV for exchange offer and they will sanction 25% offer on MRP of the next purchase of 32"TV. Moreover I have to handover the defective TV to service centre at Madurai and take the new one at Madurai by my own expenditure. I have to travel 120 KM from Ramanaathapuram to Madurain and I have to pay Rs. 2000/- towards the cost of travel and luggage and auto fare etc . There is no meaning of exchange offer. Hence I request you either replace the picture tube or TV at free of cost . I am no way responsible for the picture tube problem. Expect your early resolution.           Till today 25th March 2015 there is no response. The customer support is very poor. I expect the company`s early response in this regard.

              Hi, I bought Sony Car system and speakers from one of the dealers in Jaipur on 27/06/2014... After 6 months i started having problem in speakers, went to Sony service center in Noida where i currenlty reside. They said we will replace all the speakers. Now one of the serial number is not matching of the set so they won't replace as this is not under warranty. As a user i am not going to match the serial numbers for speakers, how the customer is at fault here? I won't get any solution from Sony authorized service center after talking on call and Emails. Everything seems to be a useless activity. Looking for a positive revert here. Below are the details of the set. Model No is : XSGTF16382/Z IN Serial No : 1710509. NOTE: The dealer in the Jaipur has closed down.

                I have purchased the Sony Vaio Touch Screen Laptop from Aditya Mall, Croma Indirapuram Ghaziabad in Oct 2013. Model Name:SVF15215SNB IN5 Serial NO: 0008371 From that day only I am facing the irritating problem with this laptop, Some white bubbles appears continuously on round and square shape on the screen, and this is the time when I am not able to do any thing on this stupid laptop, Screen is automatically going to expand and collapse. I discussed with customer care many times and they replied me that there is only one solution that u need to re-install the Graphics driver from our available online site. I did the the same many times, after doing that for 4-5 fours the problem is not appearing but after that it's again appearing. Then one customer care executive suggest me that u should go for Sony Service center, I did the same also, I went thrice on J.P electronics Vaishali, Sec-5 Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, that time my Laptop was under warranty so they replace my hard disk and reformat the machine. After doing this it was resolved for 1 day. And every time I lost my data, Even I could not utilized this laptop any time. and the problem still persist. My laptop warranty has expired due to this up down activity. Sometimes its so much irritating that either I should break it or should get sucide. I am requesting to Sony Please replace my unit with new one or return my money back to me, which was near about 50K. This is a waste unit for me.                   I bought sony xperia z2. Its hardly 15 days since i bought it. Xperia z2 is a waterproof phone. Company also provides a feature to record ultra hd videos even under water. This feature has certain limitations that phone must not be taken deep more than 1m for 10sec. And the side cover must be closed before taking the phone under water.while i was exploring its features, keeping in mind the conditions of the waterproofness i dipped my phone in water not more than 4cm box for maximum 7 sec. After 2-3 hours i found that there is water in my camera lens.and phone display.also my phone display is not working prperly and its sensor have stopped working. The sony service centre is refusing to repair my phone under warranty as water damage is not included in warranty. My complain is that my phone didnt fulfiled its waterproof feature which is coating me money

                    We have bought the LED tv model # KDL-32EX650 LED in the month of October 2012. It's just been around 2 years and 3 months, last week when we switch on the tv, the picture is not coming properly. We consulted the local sony service center and they told us that the picture tube is damaged and we need to replace with new one. We bought the tv at price 40K+ and within just 21/2 years, the picture tube is damaged and they said it costs around 12K. This is like, 25% of what the tv cost is. We were really upset and disappointed that a tv from a renowned brand cannot even last for 5yrs. At this stage, we couldn't afford such a price and please help us what can be done.

                      I Kashmiri Lal purchase a LED TV Model No 40R482 dated 06 Feb 15 by Hariom Electronics FF3, Manibhadra Complex, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad-4 Ph-[protected], [protected],[protected]. As per Sony cite Clock Radio offer on the above model but dealer refused me for issuing offer stating that, that day was not offer on the above product. we have recd message for offer from Sony coy wef 14 Feb 15. I hope that you will take necessary action against dealer & advised to dealer for delivery of offer to customer immediately to avoid unnecessary harassment. thank you

                        Dear Sir, I am using a Sony Experia, C-2004 model. A charging problem came in it due to jack, actually jack has to replace which was not working properly. I went to service Centre of Sony at Janakpuri, District Centre at New Delhi and told them about problem. They said that you have to leave your phone here and later we will check it and get back to you. I trusted on them however told them again that all other things are in line and phone is working properly. They did not answer and later they told me on phone that it will cost approx.Rs.6500 because we have change its mother board. The jack is jointed with mother board and only a new genuine jack was require to fix with mother board hence I understood that they are not keen to fix a new jack. They were willing to change the entire mother board hence I requested them to not to change mother board and later collected the mobile as it is. I told them that it is not good and you people are trying to change entire part to make more money while it could be repaired. Finally they misbehaved with me and told that if you want to complaint against us, you can go where ever you want to go. Hence it is a request to you to please do the necessary action against them.                           I had purchased a Sony Playstation Vita in 2012 however I lost the bill. Its been six months since my consoles 'O' button isnt working and yet without bill or warranty card, Sony completely refuses to repair or even replace(I had agreed to pay also) the product. I'm dissatisfied with the after sales, as this honestly dissapoints me as a customer. I have no other option but to trash the product just because a single button. I can't even sell it...                             my mobile Sony Xperia m2 fell into water but only damage i noticed after checking everything was network drop & camera error (patchy display but it became normal after a day) so I went to Sony mobile service centre, dadar, mumbai they told me it can not be done under warranty as water damage voids warrenty, I agreed and asked about estimate bill for damage repairs & they told me that it would be 15, 500/- where as I brought same new mobile in 14, 500/- so i took my mobile back, came home & switched on and checked camera and it got started if i wouldnt hav taken my cell back, they would have charged me 15, 500 for nothing

Job Number : J50458711 Serial Number : NA3316223 It was told to me that it will be repaired in 3 to 4 working days but its been almost 20 days and i don't have any update regarding my product neither i have been informed about the delivery of my product . Treat this mail as a very serious notification about the service glitch which iam facing regarding my product. Kindly deliver my product with appropriate service to avoid any legal complications as its already been quite an unprofessional display of services from Sony India Services.                                   I have submitted my laptop to Sony service center a31 mohan estate new Delhi on 3rd march 2015 with an issue of fan and touch pad not working properly. Received it back on 11th march around 4:05 pm. It takes around 2 hr for me to reach home. At home i found that there were cracks on the touch screen. These cracks were not noticeable at the service center. As the service center closes at 6 pm and customer care [protected] at 7:30 so i was unable to register the complaint on the same day. also the device was not closed properly (improper fit) which may have caused the cracks. On 12th morning i called and registered the complaint ( complaint id[protected] on [protected] coz the service center mohan state was closed on Thursday. Today i.e.on 13th i went to the mohan state service center they said the device was broken by me and is not covered under warranty so I will have to pay for the damage. That I should have checked the device before taking it. Those people Not listening, rude behaving. > Why would i think that the company would damage the device and create a new problem for me. i checked the device for the problems for which I've submitted it but if the screen problem was not noticeable at that time then whats my fault in that and why should i pay? When I told them the device was not closed by you properly and was not in proper fit they pressed it in fornt of me to reduce the gap and make it look fit. > I have shown them the proof that the damage was done before i left the service center as i had pic of my device but they denied it saying noting can be done and were not ready to see the images also they were very rude and were not ready to listen. > The repair of the damage costs me around Rs.25000. > Every time i open and close the filp of the device the cracks are extending. When Fan was the only issue which needed to get repaired, then why they changed key board, upper usmbly and touch pad which have nothing to do with the Faulty area. I suspect they have changed all thoses extra parts to hide their fault. > i'm giving you the photos of the laptop taken at the service center(3:43 pm), screenshot showing properties of pic showing time of photo click taken at service center, pic taken at home with extended cracks, jobcard when I first log my compaint only for fan, & Delvry card when they replaced extra parts. I request you to give me repare of the device free of cost. How would a customer trust sony with this kind of behaviour. Those people are not listening, You the high authority over them Please take any action and Provide the solution as soon as possible.

                                    I submitted my MH755 earphones at Service Point, Distt Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi, on 31st January. I received a call from them on 25 February when they told me that they can't provide same model as replacement and offered some inferior model (HPM 64) which is a completely different product. I asked for some time to respond and in the evening I called him back and told him that I didn't want these earphones. Now after waiting a long time for their call I called them today (14 March) and they said I approved HPM 64 and its ready. I have tried contacting their customer care number[protected] but some Guy names Laxmi Kant told me that this is an outsourced call centre in Rajasthan where people don't have any power and nothing can be done. I also dropped an e-mail on question.in but I didn't get any response.

                                      i have given my sony xperia z for servicing at 233/1, SUS nagar, near preet hotel punjab jalandhar-144001 before 7 feb 2015.since then i have gone 5-6 times at the service point on their call . they gave me dates on which i can collect my phone but whenever i go to the care they postpone the date. i have gone 5-6 times and till now they are changing the dates.

                                        I am sorry to state that my Sony handset was given to DD Peripherals ( Claims to be authorised dealer for Sony) on[protected], till date I couldn't collect my Smart phone. Every time, when I visited the store, they didn't deliver my set, & also couldn't clarify the reason behind it.
