Dear sir/madam.. I am DR RAJENDRAKUMAR G, a valuable customer of SONY.. Iam using SONY products and Mobile phone since SONY Ericsson exists.. I have recommended SONY to my relatives n coulege doctors.. And recently I purchased SONY EXPERIA M2 DUAL D2302 Black, but unfortunately this time iam facing lot of problems regarding network and internet since I purchased.. There was sudden drop of network signals even in main areas of Metro cities like Bangalore where in all other phones show full range of network, n some time nil network.. N even one SIM option gets disappeared n shows only one sim.. So finally I approached SONY service center on[protected]. They first checked with software but of no use n then they kept it till[protected] n serviced well by changing/putting new parts like sim slot, n network cable and returned me but there is no improvement at all, it got more worsen than the earlier.. N I gave back the handset to check, they told mother board has to be changed.. But I i was not interested in taking back that handset which is having problems since I purchased n kept on repair n part change only within 3 to 4 months after purchase because I love my phone more than anything.. N I have heard same network issues complaints by my two more relatives who purchased Xperia M2.. And in a phone more than anything network is main thing that should work properly, So I had esculated n mailed you to kindly refund me my amount of purchase that is inr. 20, 156.. So that I can purchase any other good SONY phone only.. Or atleast to kindly replace me with brand new phone ( box piece ) only if you are sure that it don't have any kind of issues, problem.. N I am having all its accessories n box very good condition.. And I waited patience fully for about 45 days n then I got a call from service centre saying phone is been replaced n asked me to come n collect.. But when i went for collection it was in a condition that it was very difficult to accept that it was a replaced brand new phone because it was given like any old repaired phone as it was covered with plastic cover n dint even had screen scratch guard but any new phone will have screen guard in front n back as this model has glass backside also.. N there was dust in corners n speaker etc.. Even though I accepted it as they told it came from head office.. But this time it made me to loose my patience coz the hell network issue is not at all solved it is worsened more..network doesn't stay constantly, full fluctuations, only shows only one signal bar n sometimes no network also alternatively on both sim slots.. Calls get disconnected in between, only one way calls, n echo problems.. N same with Internet network..I think they have just changed the mother board n given back saying replacement.. Coz invoice I could notice that swap serial no. Which is older than my earlier phones IMEI number.. Atleast phone is performing well after they say replacement means I would have felt good.. But iam facing so much problem that some times I feel like thrrow this phone when it gets interrupted in between important call because of network issues.. SONY PEOPLE HAVE CHEATED ME.. N i had called Sony customer care no and tried explain my problem for about 25 min n before i get any solution call get disconnected or one way i.e not audible other side.. So I had to call again n explain whole thing repeatedly which happened 3 times on[protected].. N finally able to explain to senior executive Manoj who asked me to go to service centre n surrender handset n then mail.. But this time iam not ready to give handset to service centre n wait months together with out phone.. N right now I am staying at Bijapur which is 600km far from bangalore.. If atleast Sony want maintain the respect or patronising towards Sony, refund me my full amount.. Or else first send good brand new box piece mobile to service centre for me so that I can go n collect n surrender this set on the same day of collection.. This is the last option or else I will directly file a case at consumer court legally n will go to media.. I have taken proofs of screenshot with network problem n call recordings..     Sir/Madam, I lodged complaint for white patches on Sony Bravia 32" TV display over given toll free no. and the complaint was assigned to Tambaram service centre compliant no.1065669 two months back(December 2014). My registered mobile no. is [protected]. Sony service engineer has attended the problem, still no solutions has been provided. Initially Panel was replacement advised and then later TV replacement was advised due to non-availability of panel spare and requested to draft DD for Rs.21, 615/- on 19/02/15. After inquiring thrice I took DD for the above said amount and submitted on 20/02/15. Now they are stating that wrong model was advised for us and waiting for further approval. I won't take back the DD from you and I want the same suggested TV. Also convey the same to customer care. I am fed up with very poor service tendered to me. I stating this for proper solution from sony, otherwise i have to go for legal support. Do the needful at the earliest.

      I am having a xperia z1 its 11months 25 days old i gave it to a sony service centre they are telling me there is a hardware issue with my mobile so they will replace it with a refurbished set...I wanna know if its not repairable why am i not getting a new set instead of a refurbished...plzz look into my matter seriously or else i have to go fpr other alternatives say consumer forum if i dont get a proper answer from yuor side my name is NEELAV KANKAN SARMAH my no is [protected] GUWAHATI ASSAM

        we bought sony led tv and home theatre.. during installation i asked to connect the tv sound with home theatre for which the installer from sony insatallation services asked for a audio out cable which is exclusively available only in sony showrooms and received 500 rupees for getting one.. but the cable was a mere 30 rs cable from a local shop and we were initially not aware of it.. this is an isult to sony services.. am a sony user for past 15 years ..all electronics from pendrive, laptop to tv are sony made... and am terribly saddened by tis poor installation service...

          Let me describe you the entire history of my phone and my visits so far to service center. I got many times minor issues and two times major hardware issues and this is third time major hardware issue. Please find below the history of my phone. As per my knowledge and discussion had with your executive, swipe the phone means it is second hand phone and used by someone else. Swiped phone is repaired phone not factory fresh phone and not my original phone. I understand the warranty that a company will repair the phone, but it doesn’t mean that company will give me old phone which is used by someone else. One line in below email says that “We assure of quality and reliability of the offered handset. The product maintains originality. Please keep no doubt about continued originality of the product and about reliability of our service.” I am afraid as per my experience with this phone the SONY is not doing this because if it is so, then why I am getting problem repeated and the company is not taking any steps to resolve the problem permanently. As you can see my phone history above, I visited 12 times service center in 10 months of period. I doubt that what is a durability of this product and it is very painful that after spending Rs. 38000/- to visit these many times service center. When first time my phone swiped at that time one of your executive assured me that if you hit any problem again, then we will replace your phone with the company fresh new phone but it was not done. Now again, I am having third time major hardware issue still the company is not taking any steps instead offering me a swiped phone which is again old/used/repaired phone not fresh. However, I’m sorry this time, I will not accept the phone which is swiped and used/old phone. I had a word with your service center executive and discussed one option which is exchange my product with upgrade model (i.e. Xperia Z2) by paying extra amount and I agreed with that option but unfortunately SONY refused this option. I made so many calls to your executives and no action so far. I am passing through a very critical period because due to this problem I lost so many job opportunities and also it impacted my visa process because I’ve given my original phone number (i.e. [protected]) and that is not working since this phone is in service center and even I’m not able to check my emails during my office hours. Even I lost around 40-45 days warranty period because I have not used this phone for those many days. This is jolting my career and I lost many opportunities.             Respected sir, I am from Faridabad, Haryana .I purchase my phone (sony xperia E1SS) .this phone is not working properly & i gave my phone to sony service centre 2, 3 times but no permanent solution is there. i requested you to replace my phone as soon as posible .i[censored] will not replace my phone then i will file a complaint in consumer court . so i wish there will be no need to do this.               Hi Team, I am Suresh Sharma from Amravati Maharashtra. I am having KDL 48W600B model of Sony Bravia. Previously when LED TV was under warranty period at that time there was issue with Power. Now again there is issue with Panel and now LED TV is out of warranty. I am very disappointed with customer and service provided by Sony Bravia Customer/Technical Department. I want my LED to be replaced by new one. My son is also having Model: KDL-32W700B in Pune but there is no issue from last 5 months the date we have purchased. If there is such issue in particular LED TV it should be replaced with new one.                 Dear Team, I am one o[censored]ser of Sony xperia c3 Mobile, I and my few of friends had purchase C3 mobile before 2 months but we all friends are facing lots of issue in this phone. Major problem are of realated to walkman & Camera (rear) Walkman is not at all working properly, after 15-20 minutes its automatically closed by itself. Sometime within 5 to 6 minutes its closed by itself. We got update for Walkman 2to3 times but even after update it we are facing same issue, initially i feel that its my mobile fault but while I coordinate with my 10 to 15 friends I got same answer. About Rear Camera even its 8MP with flash, its not giving even result of 5mp of samsung galaxy grand. No doubt in morning and in lighting area its giving fabulous result but in night and in dark area its giving very bad result, and also in video recording its not sound good.                   I have purchased your company mobile - "SONY C5302/XPERIA SP" on 05.03.2014. I have continue facing the problem " dust coming in the inner side of camera" When I contacted from dealer than he said that "please contact at service center" then I have contacted service center at 117, ram gali no.4, nr.panchwati circle, raja park, jaipur on 17.10.2014 (job id no.W[protected] and he cleaned dust from camera again I have facing the same problem and again I have contacted on 05.01.2015 (job id no.W[protected] and again he cleaned dust from camera. after service I face the same problem after a couple of days and again I have contacted service center today and they are saying for removing the problem they need change a cosmetic part of backside of camera leakage problem and they charge for that part. Sir, I know very well about your company that's why I have purchase your company mobile. now I have fully fed-up and mentally disturbed after purchasing your mobile. I am not satisfied from your service center and customer care. I have purchased fresh mobile and that is in 1 year warranty period. I have contacted so many tyme after talking customer care centre they are agreed change the part but no one take warranty for that part, If I got my set with replace that part and again I face the problem (in 2 or 3 month), that time expired the warranty period. Please do the needful and replace my mobile part or mobile (due to company defective problem) with fresh warranty period for my faith with the company and satisfication.                     Dear Sir, This is with reference to my Sony mobile phone model no. C2104 brought 11 months ago. I would like to bring to your notice that since the time I’ve bought this phone it has been given for repairing for more than 6 times for various reasons (manufacturing defects). Last time my phone was given to service centre on 7th Feb 2015 for some problem (mentioned in the service job sheet) under ticket ID [protected] at HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt. Ltd. located at Shop no.1, Khandke Building no. 6, RK Vaidya Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028 and I still haven’t received my phone back, its been more than 10 days now. I’m afraid, that even after receiving the phone now it will again need some or the other repair services soon and this time it would be out of warranty and I will have to pay for the same. Hence may I kindly request you to either get the phone repaired properly or extend the service warranty for another 1 year or the best is kindly replace the phone and give me new one coz I feel it’s worth the hassle I’ve faced using this crap phone since a year (Micromax would have been a better phone than yours).                       To whomsoever it may concern, On the 25th of June 2014 I by myself bought a ‘Sony Xperia Z1’from ‘Alif Mobile store’Thripunithura, Ernakulam. After six months of normal usage I have experienced various issues regarding the normal function of the phone, which eventually lead to over heating, poor battery performance and unreliable network on the phone. Upon on consulting with the mobile store (16/01/15), since the phone still under the issued warranty, the phone was handed over to ‘Madonna care center’ (Vytila) for maintenance of the above-mentioned concerns. On the 24th of January 2015, I’ve got a replacement phone which, I’m sad to say was a used phone or more like a phone which was in such poor condition. The phone had dust all over the place including charging slot, headphone jack, and volume button and inside the camera. Upon pointing out the condition in which the phone was, I’ve got another replacement phone on the 14th of February 2015. What outraged me to write the complaint is, I’ve got another phone with the same poor condition in which I was given the first replacement. I was being told the replacement phone had arrived from Chennai and this is the best they can do to a paid customer for solving an issue, on a warrantied phone. The phone is still under the company issued warranty and this is the best the company can do to a loyal customer for following the normal protocol to solve an issue regarding a warranty covered phone. I would like to receive a response from whomsoever the letter is indented to. I have taken up the matter my lawyer on filing a complaint at the consumer court for the unjust actions from the care office and the replacement phones I have received following the days. I have attached the copy of receipts and bill information of the purchase date. I hope you’d spare your time to look into this issue and take a just action soon enough. With regards, Manoj

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a SONY XPERIA C3 (Model No. D2502, Color- Black) on 1st Jan 2015 from Reliance Digital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai The cell phone has a Bright LED spot on its display by default. I showed it to Reliance Digital on 10th Jan (as I was not using phone for 1st 10day due to micro simcard requirement of cell). Reliance Digital asked me to contact SONY Care Centre and also assured me that I’ll get the replacement because it is a manufacturer defect. I went to SONY Care Centre, Sec 5, Vashi on 5th Feb. and asked for replacement as guided by Reliance Digital. SONY Care Centre agreed that it is a Manufacturer defect but they have refused for replacement. I still submitted the cell phone for repairing the display (job no. W[protected]. After 7 days Care Centre gave me the Cell phone, I checked it immediately there but the problem wasn’t cured and I again submitted the phone on the same day. Now the cell phone is still with SONY Care Centre. I kindly request you to look into the matter. I have spent 21000/- for my new cell phone & immediately after use of 1st day it went to care centre twice for repairing. Kindly notice that it is a manufacturer defect which is there since I bought it and every one is agreed with it. I strictly want a replacement for the same piece. Kindly treat this as an urgent.                           I am really disappointed with the service provided by the Sony service center S.R Technologies Bangalore. I had raised a complaint on 4th-Feb-2015 Service request number 23755812. I had enquired multiple number of times and they responded back saying the Panel need to be changed. Was that not the duty of them to respond back to me as soon as they know the panel was not available. Why did I have to ask and then get the answer. I told them to go ahead and they told me to get a DD for the differential which I am ready with.I have been following up for the last 3 days and all I hear is the concerned person not available. Why should I suffer in case support personal is on leave? And today i hear that they want me to go to the service center and drop the DD. Why did it take 4 days to tell me that. Is that not your responsibility to make sure i get good service? I have been a Sony follower for last 10 years and equally disappointed with the was the services are being provided.                             Resp Sir, I have given my Sony Xperia Z3 for repairs on 2nd of Feb 2015, at S.G. Infotech in Borivali. The date of purchase was 22/10/2014. The problem was with the earpiece and the loudspeaker which was giving problems regarding clarity and volume. They took the phone for repairs and told that phone will get repaired in 15 days. the job number created was W[protected]. On 19th Feb 2015 i got a call from the service centre stating my phone will not be repaired due to part not available and i will be given a replacement refurbished phone. Same evening there was a relogging from the service centre and i got a message for a new Job No. W[protected] First of all I have waited for almost 20 days for the repairing of my phone from the manufacturing defect with regular follow up and patience. On requesting i hadnt been given a standby phone. Due to which i m facing various inconveniences and losses in business. Second of all I WILL NOT accept a refurbished phone as a replacement for my phone.i have not paid almost 50000 rs to use a refurbished phone. I either want a fresh phone of the same model from Sony or I want MY phone repaired. I called up at the S.G. Infotech service centre many times regarding the issue of the refurbished phone. Every time the answer i got was to wait for the call back of the manager. I never got any call back from the manager. Their response was very casual and the kind not expected from Sony. I then called up the toll free service number[protected]Sony Service toll free). They told me to contact service centre directly and speak to them. I dont understand how come Sony doesnt have a say in the workings of its Authorized service centres? Please let the people know that a company like sony treats its customers like this! Please use this forum to get me my phone repaired, or if replacement phone, then atleast a fresh one.

                              1. I was keen on purchasing a music system from sony as it is the best, so i zeroed on model number GTK-N1BT Neo Tank. I inquired about the availability with Sony Centre telephonically, SCO1122 Sector 22 B, Chandigarh and they confirmed it on 16 Feb 2015. 2. I went to the store on the same day to purchase it and was briefed about the product by Mr.Jazzy, and he confirmed that there was a new piece in the store because i requested for a new one and he told me to do the payment while he brings the product from the godown. 3. After the payment was made he told me that he didnt have a new piece in the store and asked me to take the one on display, which i specifically refused. I insisted on the new piece, so he said he will arrange it by the next day, having faith on the company legacy i agreed. Mr.Jazzy gave me a call on 17 Feb 2015 telling that a new piece had arrived, so i went to pick it up and brought it home, when i opened it at home i found that the piece had scratches on it and the plug point had been cut and loose wires were installed on it, i called Mr.Jazzy for it, he said to bring it back to the store. I again went to the store and showed it to him and he agreed that it must be a display piece which was packed and given to me, i asked him that you had told its new, he said that this piece was lying in his store only and one of his colleague had found it in the morning. 4. On seeing this lackadaisical attitude i requested for money return, with which he started misbehaving and called his owner who instructed him to deal with the customer himself, Mr.Jazzy told me to come the next day to collect the cheque, which i refused. I asked for my money which after a lot of quarrel and insult he gave it back to me in cash. I told Mr.Jazzy that i will complain for this attitude, to which he said that nothing will happen to him. 5. I had lot of respect for Sony India and i am using most of your goods at home, however following this incident i feel that the sony company is loosing its legacy and ground in india now. I will be careful in choosing your products in future and recommend the same to others as well. 6. I request you please look into the matter, and check that your Sony Centres stop cheating people.                                 I purchased sony xperia c 3 (black) dual sim on 26th jan, 2015. i came home m very excited to used that phone but when i listen the music then i came to know that the speaker not working ):. immediately i reached the croma shop from where i buy that phone that seller who sell phone to me he told me who convience me that on the same day he replaced my phone but m very disappointed with sony... then i started to use that replaced one phone but within 10 days that replaced phone again having problem that phones touch not working, cell phone continues going hang, then some beep kind of voice comes out from phone...
                                i request you to sony higher authority to please issue me D.O.A letter plz plz plz... sony authorised service centre and even the Croma people doesnt give me proper response. i am very very disapointed with "SONY" AND "CROMA"...

                                  Display failed a little after 2 years. Registered complaint and given service ID. After 15
                                  days of followup multiple calls per day technician lands up. Next day declares the equivalent of a
                                  picture tube is gone and cost willbe Rs 40, 000. The next day call and says that he can do it for Rs 16, 000
                                  The next day we call to confirm and they say now that the charge is Rs 1, 50, 000 (That is right 1.5Lacs). Can you believe this. We have been loyal SONY users starting from Trinitron TV 1982 (which still works!!!), Xperia, playstation, vaio computer.
                                  This is a rip off. THis is surely a design problem on SONY side which they are trying to capitalize. Can we take this up some where and get some relief?

                                    I have purchased one Sony LED TV vide model No:KDL-42W850A bearing SL no .4312582 from Chennai .Now the problem in my set is ‘No POWER’. And the repair estimate is beyond economical. i am totally unhappy about the quality of the product and the service, being a market leader we have high expectation and long life that why chosen the brand where as i have been using LG, samsung LED TV'S for more than 6 years so for absolutely i have no problems quite happy with the product quality and service facilities what they extented, just bought January 2014, given complaint with Sony Authorised Service Center ‘Chennai service, Tambaram came to know that i need to change system board which cost about Rs.10000/-, my warranty card say valid up to Feb 2015, wheare as i was force pay over Rs.10000/-for spares, please look in to the matter and do the needful.

                                      My life's biggest mistake when i purchase Sony xperia Z ultra. First time in my whole life i purchase the sony brand product and that's my biggest fault because this is the waste of money. When i have little problem then i has been go to sony authorized services center. then after some days they gave me new mobile phone but damage handset Only 20 days ago mobile has automatically switch of then i was go to that center but now they are not give my good mobile i purchase xperia Z ultra and this phone is repaired by Sony service centre on within 20 days.

                                      Please could you possible contact to below two services center ask about z ultra mobile
