Hello i own a xperia z.android lollipop upgrade has already given out by many companies including samsung, lg, htc but still its is not roll out for sony.why sony is always late in providing updates?low cost mobile companies have already rolled out to their mobiles also but when are we will get the update?

    We purchased SONY BRAVIA LCD TV (KLV 26S550A/IN5) in April 2010. The TV developed the problem in Nov 2014. SONY Authorized Serviced Center (Raja Electronics, Pune, Job No. J[protected] identified the problem with the panel and took the TV for service with the estimate cost of 8000/-However two week back, We are informed to our surprise that the required part is not available and We should buy new Sony TV with 25% discount !This is not fair and acceptable to us that We are forced to pay now almost Rs 20000/- to buy the TV with similar specifications (with current price and discount) as against the cost of service part of 8000/-. Why should I be penalized to pay money due to unavailability of part at your end given the fact that failure of TV within 4 years is still not expected with Sony brand.

      dear sir, i bought a sony xperia c phone( SONY-C2305 Xperia C White mobile-[protected]) with blutooth set for rs.17000 ( seventeen thousand) from friends mobile pondicherry on10.02.2015 and returned with saying that the battery is drying very fast even in standby mode and whatsup application was not opening and i have a doubt like that which was a used one. so i returned it on 13.02.2015, the shopowner keeps the mobile till date 25.02.2015 saying that no problem in the mobile and the whatsup appliation will be rectified, but when i went to the shop, since there was no reply to know the status of my mobile on 25.02.2015 they replied that it was broken and cannot be done anyhting. a 3days old new mobile unused returned as not working with worst battery worth of 17, 000 rupees which was gifted by my wife as wedding day gift having all the problem not used till date gives the stress and the stress given by the shop is very big that cannot be tolerated till date, hence i kindly request you to take necessary speedy action regarding this for justice. the bill invoice no.15580 dated 10/02/2015. this event makes the overall experience with the sony is very bad.

        Dear team,

        Details of My mobile phone is :
        Model Xperia Z1.
        Purchase Date-07 NOV-2014.
        Extended warranty from 7th NOV 2015 till 6th NOV 2016
        Issue : Screen got damaged inside the Pocket.

        I am facing an issue of change in screen with Service center, as they have ignored to do the same in warranty .
        As phone's screen got damaged inside my pocket while driving the car . Phone starting up properly but i unable to use due to screen damage.

        Please let me know the way forward.

              I own a Sony Xperia T3 which I had recently bought, but due to unfortunate circumstances it suffered liquid damage. Since it was an under warranty phone and also under insurance, the service centre situated in Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai gladly accepted servicing the piece. However, even after two months of service notice period, the service centre failed to keep me in the loop on the status of the handset. I have been left on hold over the phone and also been a part of a lot o[censored]nprofessional conversations that the staff is conveying to each other, giggling away not realising that, the caller can hear. This is not accepted out of an esteemed powerhouse of various gadgets in the country. I along with many of my peers look up, to a Sony phone and expect a much better way of dealing with situations like this. It is a huge disappointment to have been a part of an ordeal of this sort!!

                i had brought a sony vaio SVF14A15SNB IN5 from SONY INDIA PVT LIMTED FIRST FLOOR, QUEEN SQUARE, ##6-3-553, ERRAMANZIL ROAD, SAMAJIGUDA, HYDERABAD, on[protected] after 10-15days an OS related problem occured and laptop automatically restart again and again.then i had contact coustmer care i.e sony servicing center at Bhubaneswar, Odisha and they formatted the laptop but it does not work then i went to Hyderabad sony serving center near Panjaguta and after few minutes observation they told me to give them the lapy for at least 3/4days.but though i am staying at bangalore it was not possible to stay there 3/4 days then i went back to Bangalore and i went to the SONNET CARE SONY AUTHOIZED SERVICE CENTER, 237/240, 13TH CROSS, CHM ROAD, HAL 2ND STAGE, INDRANAGAR, KARNATAKA-560038, they had repaired (1ST replace the mother board, job no-J50248718 ON 29TH JAN 2015) and (2nd replaced the Hard Disk jobno-J50365626 ON[protected] but the same problem occurs now my warranty also expires. The sony is playing games with me since 1yr.in that way they are responding. now we are feeling bad why we had brought this type of product every one had said dont buy sony. Finally i have decided that i will file a consumer case against sony india.

                    i have a sony home theatre. model no. HCD - TZ200 Serial no. 6113559 date of purchase :28 September 2009.                       To whom soever it may concern; My Name is Upendra Bhatnagar, using Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual and getting issue network. I have visited service several times, They have replaced the instrument as well but i am still facing the same network problem. This is some thing Product design issue, which should be supported by Sony India towards resolution and customer satisfaction. Honestly speaking, i have been pushed to use Sony as a mobile phone by my beloved but i am seriously pissed off with such a product. I have approached Service centre to changed my handset with another model by paying additional break up amount, for this also they don't want to go ahead. End of the day i am literally suffering coz of this instrument, which has screwed my happiness completely. If ever any call comes up, i have to say that person, please wait let me call you from my landline phone. This is like a notification device rather a phone. Not sure, who has done field testing for Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual, I would have fire him in front of everybody for making this thype of non-sense and painful thing.                         Sir/Madam Really disappointed by the service center of Sony Mobile Service Center(Sony Ericsson's, Mahavir Marg, Islam Ganj, Jalandhar, Punjab) about my mobile repair of Xperia E1.My mobile Power button key was not functioning properly and I then submitted my phone to service center on 17 Jan 2015 and then long chain till 9 Feb when I submitted my phone to them and then When I picked it back I was surprised that it was having the same problem.The problem was with Power button key which worked improperly like when i left my phone after being locked for more than 20-30 seconds it just go switch off which was still lasting after long servicing of my phone by them which is completely due to lack of engineers that treated my phone to repair it. In the mean time b\w 27 jan and 9 feb it was giving same problems as explained above and I had talked with Sony customer care many time and they had tried the best to waste my time instead of giving me a proper solution and requested to visit service center and they are making fool o[censored]s by explaining to us that why you are using 32gb memory card of other brand and why you had installed apus laucher in your phone can anyone tell why is so wrong and then I explained that it was giving problem since from 1st day. When I picked up my phone after 1st repair then I had checked over there and in front of them my phone was giving the same problem and last time when I picked up my phone then due to certain reasons I was not having battery and sim card so when I tested the phone at my home then as same it was giving same problem and when I talked with customer care number then they excused me that why not I had checked the phone over there which is really disappointing which represents that they are having lack of manner how to talk with there customer since the duty of service center is to repair the phone and then give back to me in proper condition not in that which was before. This is my first and last e-mail to u hoping that now u will must take necessary action.                         After my complaint over here and at [email protected], [email protected] they called me and also resolved my problem. Next day when I visited the service center they did the job within 30 min which represents that they check the extreme limit of the customer.

                          Respected Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice, I had purchased a SONY - VAIO Laptop (Model- SVF 15413SN Black) from Vijay Sales, Kharghar dated - 02/04/2014. After purchase, within a week's time i noticed the Laptop was not functioning as expected. Hence i consulted with Mr.Ved (Manager at Vijay Sales), he advised to visit the SONY Service Centre as they do not handle the queries post sales. Hence I had visited the SONY center at Vashi, Navi mumbai. They found there was a problem with Hard Disk and opened a Job Card to resolve this issue. They took a time period of 15 days to approach me with the update as : ''They have resolved the issue and the Job Card was taken back for the said complaint". Within a week's time, I observed the laptop was working very slow with below symptoms : 1. Laptop takes more than normal time to start itself and to come to Home/Desktop page. 2. Basic Applications do not function as required. Due to these problems, I approached Vijay Sales, Kharghar. This time I was attended by Sr. Advisor Mr. Anupam Ganguly. After listening to above complaints, he mentioned that its been 7 months so they could not assist or guide us in this matter. I requested for a replacement of the Laptop, since I was totally misguided and went through a harassment phase during these months of continuous follow ups. On extreme request, he asked his assistant to open a case #[protected] with SONY for me. He assured me, that an Executive from SONY will be attending my residence in 2 days time to check the laptop personally. I got a call from SONY on 2nd day to understand the issue. I had explained the issue again and asked about their visit to my residence. I was taken aback when he replied in a very rude and harsh manner: '' We do not go to customers place, You have to come to our service center''. After this incident, I approached Vijay Sales, Kharghar. I shared above experience with Mr. Anupam Ganguly. Again he called to SONY Call Center and launched a new case # for me, but this time, he didnt share the complaint no. with me. After a weeks time, I received a call from Miss. Manpreet (Customer Sales Advisor - Vijay Sales) to cross verify if SONY executive had attended me or not ? I informed Miss. Manpreet - that I didnt receive any call from SONY this time. Hence, Manpreet arranged for a Conference call with the SONY Call centre to know the status on the new case #. SONY call center executive confirmed- there was no complaint logged for my Laptop issue. After much discussion on this Conference call, SONY executive confirmed - they have logged a new complaint for my laptop. After few days, I received a call from SONY Call Centre - To understand what was the issue with my laptop. Again, I had explained the issue to them, after 5 mins of discussion, I was informed by the SONY exec, there was no such complaint logged for my Laptop issue. Hence, I questioned the exec. ''How did she come to know about my issue and what was the motive behind her call ?'' After listening to this, SONY exec.hanged up the call abruptly. This was a very sorry situation for me, since I as the 'Customer' was left unaddressed and without any relevant information by the Customer Care Exec. from SONY. Again, I approached to Vijay Sales, Kharghar and met Sr. Advisor Mr.Anupam Ganguly along with his Senior Manager - Mr. Laxman. I had to repeat the same story about my laptop and my experiences to the manager. This time they reassured me, about logging a new complaint with SONY. While discussing this, I highlighted them about the Warranty period of my Laptop, which was nearing to lapse from the date of purchase. After listening to this statement, they promptly answered ''We cannot help you in this case further''. It is my humble request to the your team, to help me with the replacement for my Laptop. And allow me to get rid of this situation of harassment from Vijay Sales and SONY both. Its my observation that these two companies have made up their internal processes - Just to make a quick sale and not to extend their support to customers when needed. I strongly believe from above experience - I have been allocated a faulty device on 'Day 1'. Hence they are reluctant to replace it now.                             With a deep sense of sorrow, I want to bring to your kind notice that the Xperia phone(MODEL:-XPERIA C2305) that i purchased from garg associates 54-A Model town west GT road, Ghaziabad vide invoice no: 0198\SI\14-15 dated 18/04/2014 has stopped working.I have given this device for service to immortal services 1/15, lalita park, opp.laxmi nagar metro station, Delhi-92.The service ID is[protected] dt[protected].First they called me on my phone no:-[protected] saying that around 8000rs will be charged for servicing the parts of the phone and asked to sumbit 50% amount in advance.I deposited 3000rs at 12 noon as advance on dt[protected].Around 5:50pm in the evening they rang me and told that now the cost for repairing the parts of the phone would be around 14, 000rs.While I can get a new phone of same model at 14, 000rs.Also my phone still enjoys warranty period so it should be repaired free of cost.In my knowledge no part was damaged in my phone, only software issue was there.When I refused to pay the total amount of 14, 000rs they told me to take my device back.My phone is still there at the service centre. You are requested to take immediate action against service centre and order the service centre to rectify my problem without any cost.                               Dear sir/madam.. I am DR RAJENDRAKUMAR G, a valuable customer of SONY.. Iam using SONY products and Mobile phone since SONY Ericsson exists.. I have recommended SONY to my relatives n coulege doctors.. And recently I purchased SONY EXPERIA M2 DUAL D2302 Black, but unfortunately this time iam facing lot of problems regarding network and internet since I purchased.. There was sudden drop of network signals even in main areas of Metro cities like Bangalore where in all other phones show full range of network, n some time nil network.. N even one SIM option gets disappeared n shows only one sim.. So finally I approached SONY service center on[protected]. They first checked with software but of no use n then they kept it till[protected] n serviced well by changing/putting new parts like sim slot, n network cable and returned me but there is no improvement at all, it got more worsen than the earlier.. N I gave back the handset to check, they told mother board has to be changed.. But I i was not interested in taking back that handset which is having problems since I purchased n kept on repair n part change only within 3 to 4 months after purchase because I love my phone more than anything.. N I have heard same network issues complaints by my two more relatives who purchased Xperia M2.. And in a phone more than anything network is main thing that should work properly, So I had esculated n mailed you to kindly refund me my amount of purchase that is inr. 20, 156.. So that I can purchase any other good SONY phone only.. Or atleast to kindly replace me with brand new phone ( box piece ) only if you are sure that it don't have any kind of issues, problem.. N I am having all its accessories n box very good condition.. And I waited patience fully for about 45 days n then I got a call from service centre saying phone is been replaced n asked me to come n collect.. But when i went for collection it was in a condition that it was very difficult to accept that it was a replaced brand new phone because it was given like any old repaired phone as it was covered with plastic cover n dint even had screen scratch guard but any new phone will have screen guard in front n back as this model has glass backside also.. N there was dust in corners n speaker etc.. Even though I accepted it as they told it came from head office.. But this time it made me to loose my patience coz the hell network issue is not at all solved it is worsened more..network doesn't stay constantly, full fluctuations, only shows only one signal bar n sometimes no network also alternatively on both sim slots.. Calls get disconnected in between, only one way calls, n echo problems.. N same with Internet network..I think they have just changed the mother board n given back saying replacement.. Coz invoice I could notice that swap serial no. Which is older than my earlier phones IMEI number.. Atleast phone is performing well after they say replacement means I would have felt good.. But iam facing so much problem that some times I feel like thrrow this phone when it gets interrupted in between important call because of network issues.. SONY PEOPLE HAVE CHEATED ME.. N i had called Sony customer care no and tried explain my problem for about 25 min n before i get any solution call get disconnected or one way i.e not audible other side.. So I had to call again n explain whole thing repeatedly which happened 3 times on[protected].. N finally able to explain to senior executive Manoj who asked me to go to service centre n surrender handset n then mail.. But this time iam not ready to give handset to service centre n wait months together with out phone.. N right now I am staying at Bijapur which is 600km far from bangalore.. If atleast Sony want maintain the respect or patronising towards Sony, refund me my full amount.. Or else first send good brand new box piece mobile to service centre for me so that I can go n collect n surrender this set on the same day of collection.. This is the last option or else I will directly file a case at consumer court legally n will go to media.. I have taken proofs of screenshot with network problem n call recordings..                                 Sir/Madam, I lodged complaint for white patches on Sony Bravia 32" TV display over given toll free no. and the complaint was assigned to Tambaram service centre compliant no.1065669 two months back(December 2014). My registered mobile no. is [protected]. Sony service engineer has attended the problem, still no solutions has been provided. Initially Panel was replacement advised and then later TV replacement was advised due to non-availability of panel spare and requested to draft DD for Rs.21, 615/- on 19/02/15. After inquiring thrice I took DD for the above said amount and submitted on 20/02/15. Now they are stating that wrong model was advised for us and waiting for further approval. I won't take back the DD from you and I want the same suggested TV. Also convey the same to customer care. I am fed up with very poor service tendered to me. I stating this for proper solution from sony, otherwise i have to go for legal support. Do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I am having a xperia z1 its 11months 25 days old i gave it to a sony service centre they are telling me there is a hardware issue with my mobile so they will replace it with a refurbished set...I wanna know if its not repairable why am i not getting a new set instead of a refurbished...plzz look into my matter seriously or else i have to go fpr other alternatives say consumer forum if i dont get a proper answer from yuor side my name is NEELAV KANKAN SARMAH my no is [protected] GUWAHATI ASSAM

                                    we bought sony led tv and home theatre.. during installation i asked to connect the tv sound with home theatre for which the installer from sony insatallation services asked for a audio out cable which is exclusively available only in sony showrooms and received 500 rupees for getting one.. but the cable was a mere 30 rs cable from a local shop and we were initially not aware of it.. this is an isult to sony services.. am a sony user for past 15 years ..all electronics from pendrive, laptop to tv are sony made... and am terribly saddened by tis poor installation service...

                                      Let me describe you the entire history of my phone and my visits so far to service center. I got many times minor issues and two times major hardware issues and this is third time major hardware issue. Please find below the history of my phone. No Date Visits Issue IMEI/Job Number Description 1 3-May-14 Purchased phone [protected] Shop:- Sony Center, Star Electronics, Shop No 21, UTTAM Market, Mumbai Pune Highway, Opp Jayshree Talkies, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 2 7-May-14 1 Restarting automatically Visited Service Center & Problem resolve without Job 3 22-Jul-14 2 The call was not ending Visited Service Center & Problem resolve without Job 4 20-Aug-14 3 Not charging Visited Service Center & Problem resolve without Job 5 4-Oct-14 4 Network dropping issue B1W[protected] Visited Service Center & submitted phone 6 18-Oct-14 5 Visited Service Center to check the status 7 25-Oct-14 6 Hardware issue [protected] Phone collected, Phone Swiped with old/used phone 8 17-Jan-15 7 Audio Jack not working Visited Service Center & Problem resolve without Job 9 27-Jan-15 8 Audio Jack not working B1W[protected] Visited Service Center & submitted phone 10 29-Jan-15 9 Visited Service Center for standby phone 11 30-Jan-15 10 Visited Service Center because standby phone was not working (not getting charged) 12 2-Feb-15 11 Hardware issue Phone collected with same IMEI number ([protected]) 13 9-Feb-15 12 Network dropping issue W[protected] Visited Service Center & submitted phone As you can see the history of my phone above, it is giving me repeated problems. As per my knowledge and discussion had with your executive, swipe the phone means it is second hand phone and used by someone else. Swiped phone is repaired phone not factory fresh phone and not my original phone. I understand the warranty that a company will repair the phone, but it doesn’t mean that company will give me old phone which is used by someone else. One line in below email says that “We assure of quality and reliability of the offered handset. The product maintains originality. Please keep no doubt about continued originality of the product and about reliability of our service.” I am afraid as per my experience with this phone the SONY is not doing this because if it is so, then why I am getting problem repeated and the company is not taking any steps to resolve the problem permanently. As you can see my phone history above, I visited 12 times service center in 10 months of period. I doubt that what is a durability of this product and it is very painful that after spending Rs. 38000/- to visit these many times service center. When first time my phone swiped at that time one of your executive assured me that if you hit any problem again, then we will replace your phone with the company fresh new phone but it was not done. Now again, I am having third time major hardware issue still the company is not taking any steps instead offering me a swiped phone which is again old/used/repaired phone not fresh. However, I’m sorry this time, I will not accept the phone which is swiped and used/old phone. I had a word with your service center executive and discussed one option which is exchange my product with upgrade model (i.e. Xperia Z2) by paying extra amount and I agreed with that option but unfortunately SONY refused this option. I made so many calls to your executives and no action so far. I am passing through a very critical period because due to this problem I lost so many job opportunities and also it impacted my visa process because I’ve given my original phone number (i.e. [protected]) and that is not working since this phone is in service center and even I’m not able to check my emails during my office hours. Even I lost around 40-45 days warranty period because I have not used this phone for those many days. This is jolting my career and I lost many opportunities. I would appreciate if you can take this matter seriously this time and do needful asap. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks!                                         Respected sir, I am from Faridabad, Haryana .I purchase my phone (sony xperia E1SS) .this phone is not working properly & i gave my phone to sony service centre 2, 3 times but no permanent solution is there. i requested you to replace my phone as soon as posible .i[censored] will not replace my phone then i will file a complaint in consumer court . so i wish there will be no need to do this.
