Here my phone Z ultra is a water proof phone and it get damage by water within 30sec and costumer care of Sony center said that if you will pay 80% of its costs after that he will replace it. But my EMI is not completed. If i will pay 18, 000 to company to get the new phone. Then it will of 40, 000. But my phone is in warranty. So how can i afford this. And it is an waterproof phone and they are not giving warranty to replace for water damage at free of cost... They are charging 80% cost of new phone to exchange that old phone.

Please take some strict reaction. And replace it at free of cost.. They are cheating on us costumer.

    Dear Sir, We bought a Sony LED TV EX520 on[protected] for Rs64900. The TV was powered by Branded company Stabilizer to avoid damages due to power fluctuations. Suddenly there appeared red line on top of the screen. It was made as a complaint and a complaint was registered, the service man from Sony came and inspected and told the display has failed and it needs to be replaced and it would cost around Rs22000. This is really shocking from a reputed company like SONY to prepare a product which does not last even for few years. The service man told it was due to power fluctuations. But the TV was powered by a stabilizer. The company does not take any ownership of a failed product. This really creates a insecurity among us in buying a Sony Product in future. The customer ID is [protected]. I hope the concerned authorities from Sony India shall treat this compliance with due respect and shall be responsible for rectifying the failure of the TV. Thanks,

      I just bought a new sony Xperia z1 for Rs.26000 after 16 days its glass was broken and the touch was not working .I had glass screen gaurd which will protect the phone from breaking the glass .The sony is providing gorilla glass which is unbreakable and shatter proof but the mobiles glass is broken itself i have to pay Rs.13000 for my repair

        If you are planning for a new phone, DO NOT BUY A SONY PHONE! EVER! Disgusting quality. Crappy customer service. Ignorant, arrogant, shameless and disinterested staff. Rubbish repairment. Zero reliability. This is everything that describes Sony. I bought a Sony Xperia Z1 last year. And I gave it for repair 5 TIMES to authorized service centre of Sony, Krish Electronics, Malad (East), Mumbai. Ticket ID: [protected]. Job No. W[protected], dated: 28th February 2015 (5th time repair). Sony never repaired my phone. Maybe they just gave it back after having a good look at the most defected piece of mobile anyone could ever create. Every time I got back the phone after repair, the defects would simply resurface within 2-3 weeks. And how many defects? 7 to 8 at a time.The camera wont work. Auto rotate wont work. The stupid piece would keep hanging and restarting. And sometines, it would never stop vibrating. And so much more. And to add to the frustration, there's the service center with its antique employees. If i hadnt been so annoyed by their foolishness, i would have had a hard time trying to stop laughing at how brainless they all are. The service centre name is Krish Electronics. They have no idea about anything. I even had to fill the part of the form that has to be filled by them, beause they couldnt understand the defects and also what my problem was in the first place. The manager is as clueless as anyone else working there. When I told him I might go to the consumer court, he replied with such arrogance and shamelessness, saying "Yes yes go. No Problem. Kuch nahi hoga." They dont even know how to talk to their customers. A phone that has been repaired 5 times and still shows the same defects, is clearly a defected piece. BUT SONY WILL NEVER REPLACE A DEFECTED PHONE no matter how much you have paid for it or how many times you go through the nuisance of having it formatted. Such a disgusting company. IF ANY OF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY A PHONE, DO NOT GO FOR SONY. Any other company would be better.

          Sir, My Sony LED model No. KLV-32EX330 Date of Purchase : 19.10.2012 Date of Extended warranty 31/08/13 Date of complaint registration through Customer Care Number (Toll Free) : 22/02/2015 Service Request ID 24081439 Date of visit of Service Engineer : 23/02/15 As per verification by the Service Engineer, he informed that the panel of the TV is out of order. But till date, the LED set has not yet been repaired by your good company for which we are enable to watch world cup even paying money every day for DTH service. May I know, Sony which is one of the best reputed TV company in international market and promising customer to provide service within 48 hours of getting complaint is a real thing or a false commitment. I expect my complaint should be produced before top officials of your company & hope, the service should be provided as quick as possible. Awaiting for an early response.             Hi Team, My name is Ramesh Pulla residing in Chennai. It is so unfortunate thing in my life that i purchased a Sony Experia mobile. I purchased this mobile on 22nd Nov'14 and i noticed that the charger cap got loose for which i was asked to take data backup and handover the mobile for the cap replacement. Later, by accident my mobile is dropped from a height of 2 feet and to my surprise entire display got shattered which is quite surprising as none of my previous mobiles had this issue though i dropped from more height. This is my first surprise. I took the mobile to service centre located in Doshi Garden, Vadapalani, Chennai and service centre guys don't know how to speak english which is very pathetic for a customer from different state. SONY being a huge brand (i hope), does have employees who speaks atleast minimum english (My surprise no. 2). She tried to convey all policies and informed me that display and touch should be replaced and this will cost me Rs 10000/-. As it is my mistake I informed them that is fine as i dont have a choice and gave it for repair. When i asked for turn around time, lady from service centre told me that it will take 7-10 days as this should be sent to company. I thought that it is a reasonable time and gave my mobile for fixing the damage. JOB CODE NO. W[protected] I have given my mobile for repair on 28th Jan'15 and today is 28th Feb'15 (Surprise no. 3). Whenever i call them they inform me that it is under high escalation and they also commit a callback to update me status within next two days which i never received so far. Guys i felt very excited when i purchased this mobile but never knew that service is going to be so pathetic. Having spent 43K on a device and giving it for repair within two months and following up with company guys cannot be considered as a good gesture for your company. I am sure i will not buy a sony product again and also i will never recommend any of my friends/relatives to buy sony product based on my experience for the past one month. I understood one thing here that i have spent so much to give my happiness away. I am using a basic mobile for past one month thinking that my Sony mobile will be fixed but luck is not on my side and delighting a customer is not on your side either. I dont mind giving back this mobile back to Sony and claim a refund. Please help me with my request. THANKS SONY FOR EVERYTHING. I want my money back so that i will go with some other brand who cares their customers. Expecting to hear from some one at the earliest . Your's never returning Customer, Ramesh Pulla

                My Sony VAIO laptop's performance is really poor. I purchase it before 1 & 1/2 yrs. After my warrenty period I repire it before 3 months. Now my laptop is disturbing once again. It showing error & restarting it repeatedly. It also blinking. I am really frustrated with my product. For servicing I visit ur authorised service centre in Midnapur. But they suggested me to format it at my own risk. They also told me try to repire it yourself. I was ashtonised with their answer. Now I am feeling really sad with your product because I unable to complete my work. Now my question to you, who is the responsible for my financial & emotional loss? Please take my complaints seriously as quickly as possible.

                  Hello sir I purchased sony xperia tipo signal sim which cost is around 9000 rs my mobile warranty period is over. My mobile camera have broken. I just went out to the nearest service center but they didn't solve my problem they tell me to change the mother board which cost is around 4000 rs bt my mother board is in good condition why should I change the mother board.                     i am from gzb, u.p. .i purchase sony led from metro mall two years ago and now i am frustated from sony sevice centers .for two times the t.v. got some problem. This is the 2nd time and now mother board has to be changed but its been 2 weeks that the t.v. is at the service center and advance has also been paid but we have not got our t.v. repaired. Now, before buying a sony product i will 10 times and will sugest people not to buy sony products.

                      I am Ambadas Chauhan from Ahmednagar (M.S.) my new xperia z3 (work order no. W[protected] was damaged, hence given to Service Center in Ahmednagar on 26th, December 2014. Every time when I go to them to get the cell phone, they are giving so many reasons with next date. I am ready to pay the cost they have asked too. I am fed up with this. I am really very disappointed due to this treatment to the customers. I have to think twice before purchasing any sony product in future. If I dont get it within next week I will go to the Consumer Court and lodge the complaint against Sony. Even I will publish my experience with Sony through social media as well.                         Dear Sony India I have brought a Sony Bravia Television Model No.KLV-32 R 482 B Sr. No.3262414 on[protected] from Bagga Electronics At Nasik Road Nasik District, and in the month of February’2015 my television stop working and I launched a complaint With Authourised, service center & Complained to Your All India Service Centre. There Reply is Sorry Sir Ok Sirs Etc. and Nothing But that At Nasik.Since 20 Days They are Ordering the And Commoing With Wrong Panels Of the television, I don’t understand what type quality Sony Is Giving now a days. ThatTelevision Panels are Getting Damaged By just Cleaning With Glass Cleaner Within 6 Months.?. Also Three times Company is Sending the Wrong Parts in Correct Part No. Lable on the Box? Is the Service And Spares Dept. Is Sleeping or Trying to Fool the Costomers in India? Also How the Led Panels Are Getting Completely Dameged By Cleaning with Glass Cleanrs only? and Why Costomers has to Pay the Full Price of the Parts Even When the Product is in Warrenty period? I will Wait Another 2 to 3 days and Sue Sony India to the Consumer Court In India.Thanks & With Regards to Sony India For Selling The Filthy TV Products and Usless Service To the Costomers.                           Dear Sir, Below is my complaint details: Regarding job id w[protected] "1. I gave my mobile for repair which stopped working suddenly 1 year down the line. I had submitted my mobile in Sony service centre for repairing but a person from there told that it is non repairable and can only be replaceable without any examination and providing any proper justification on that and I had been told by them that new set will be available to you on 50% price of the mobile, which is totally illogical 2. no one from Sony service centre had been able to figure out that what exactly is the fault in phone and did not provide proper information or justification about the same. They have directly told that new phone will be given in replacement with 50% price of that mobile. Which I found illogical, incorrect and not a feasible solution from Sony. 3. This kind of solutions are putting a wrong impression of Sony products and a question mark on it. It shows the lack of skills in Sony employees, who are not able to figure out the fault in phone and cannot repair it and in fact providing a non- feasible and incorrect solution. 4. This is inability of Sony if they are bit able to repair their own products and this is first time that mobile stopped working due to some snag just in one year which in all way direct towards manufacturing defect. 5. More over I am a student and cannot afford these kind of expenses every one year down the line. Since, I had purchased this mobile at rs 30000 6. And if suppose by mistake if I agree with this kind of incorrect offer then again there could be chances that the replaceable mobile can stop working after few months so in that case it means Sony service centre people will again put such kind of pathetic and incorrect offer In front of me that is to replace the phone by new model. 7. when this offer had put in front of me I contacted Sony customer care and had a talk with senior executive person who had conferenced the call with person from indore Sony service centre who had provided me this solution. Since I was not satisfied with this kind of offer. Then after it was decided that this person from service centre will look through it and will come to me within 3 days with some alternative solution which looks good and right but it went other way round and after 3 days I directly received a message saying " your phone is ready to collect please come and collect your phone" (non-repaired mobile ) 8. Again for understanding and clarification on this I called Sony service centre and tried to as to why they sent me message without calling me and communicating me with any alternative solution, as which was being told to me by senior executive but they told me that since I have rejected their offer of model replacement they messaged me to collect my phone which again shows lack of communication gap here and was unethical response since, I was expecting their call with some correct solution. 9. Moreover I tried to give my feedback about this by calling on Sony service centre, yashwant plaza, indore. I talked to one of the employee there named Surendra Chauhan. But the way he talked to me was unethical and horrible. He was not able to justify the reason for this on asking about the mobile and even disconnected my call, which is not at all acceptable.in that case I better be aware on purchasing Sony Products in future. This kind of behaviour, attitude and over all solutions had taken away my reliability and confidence from purchasing any Sony products. This whole picture made me think that Sony is incompetent and should replaced themselves from the market." I put this mail to sony after 2 weeks of when I submitted my phone to SONY service centre and there on I got a call from SONY that now they have examined the problem, which they never do and that they are considering mine in special case. There on my phone went to active technocare and after 15 days I received information on 27th Jan 2015 that there is a fault in my battery and it is needed to be replaced and charges would be Rs 1700, for which they asked advance of sum of Rs1300 and I submitted this on 28th Jan 2015. Since then I never received a call from there side. I myself inquired regularly about the status of my phone by visiting sony service center and on customer care center but did not get a proper reply from there side. Then I did a call on 21st Feb 2015 again inquiring for confirm date for my repaired mobile, which they said that they will e-mail all information on Monday, 23rd Feb 2015, but I never received a E-mail or any call from there side after which I did another mail of which details are below: "Reference: Regarding job id W[protected] Hello, I gave my mobile for repair in Indore Sony service center on 28 Dec 2014 which stopped working suddenly one year down line.But as I visited your service center, a person from your side told me that it is non repairable and can only be replaced, that too after paying 50% of the original cost, without any technical examination and providing any proper justification. I rejected their offer, since the solution which was given to me, was completely illogical, incorrect and not a feasible solution from Sony. And so I put a mail to Sony India on 11 Jan 2015 for reconsideration of my mobile and to provide me a better and appropriate solution which I was expecting earlier from Sony.There was very weak communication from your side which I never expected from a company like Sony.There was neither communication nor a proper response from your side. Then on 12 Jan 2015 a person from Sony informed me that my mobile is forwarded for active techno care and will be soon informed about fault in my Sony xperiaZL piece. And so, finally I received a call from Sony on 27 Jan 2015 informing that the battery of the mobile is need to changed for which I have to pay 1700 Rs. As demanded I made a advance payment of 1300 Rs on 28 Jan 2015.But till now I din't get my mobile neither any phone from your side in regards to status of my mobile, which is totally unethical and unprofessional. Moreover I visited thrice to Indore Sony service center to know my mobile status but they were incapable to provide me a confirm date for repairing of my mobile.Then I talked to senior level officer named "Abhinav" on Sony customer care service on 21 Feb 2015 and he confirmed me that he will mail me all information about my mobile by Monday i.e 23 Feb 2015.But till now I didn't get my mobile neither any confirmed date or information of my mobile from your side. Due to all these reasons you have compelled me to file a legal case against SONY for the same, I've already filed a report in consumer forum for which you would be getting notice soon. There is no more scope of patience and if I do not get my repaired working phone within 3 days I'll file a legal suit against SONY for all this harassment and annoying service from your side, which has caused me a great loss of time and money." But still I did not receive any call nor any e-mail. Its my request to please see into this matter and help me to resolve it as soon as possible.

                            Dear Sir / Ma'am This is to inform you that i have purchased new sony xperia Z ultra on 7th jan 2015, but from that day i am not satisfy with the phone because it is very frustrated for me that it always given problem like camera not available, touch not working, hanging problem etc etc. I had given my smartphone three times to sony service center for repair but they always update the software and the problem always the same. My problem not solved us usual than finally they given the new phone in 4th time but now new phone also occur same problem like the first phone.                                 I have been ordered a cellular phone from eBay. It was xperia l model c2105. Which is out of country model. Ebay had sold this phone to me despite of having fault.I had send this back to them but they did nothing to solve this problem. This phone usually gets switched off. Beside having 40% battery it gets switched off.

                                  Dear Sony India I have brought a Sony Bravia Television Model No.KLV-21R402Aon 22-Dec-13 from Jumbo Electronics Lucknow and in the month of Aug’14 my television stop working and I launched a complaint (Job No.J[protected], service center took 15days to repair the television, they replace the screen panel and my televisions tart working but quality was very poor resolution was very bad and color problems coming in my TV set on the same day I told the Sony engineer that picture quality is not OK, I don’t understand what type quality given Sony now a days Television stops working in just 8 months after 6 month my television set again given colour problem and again I launched a complaint to your Sony service center on 12-Feb-15 ( Job No.J[protected]and again they change the screen panel buts till facing the same issue picture is not clear I have shown to your Sony engineer at you Sony service center there were 5-6 engineer at that time and they admitted that there is a problem but they simply said we have change the panel and we cannot do anything else, they cannot rectify the colour and resolution issue. I told Sony engineer please check the video with non HD television and compare the quality but they didn’t do that. I brought Sony Bravia Television to view quality picture but I am sorry to say Sony is only busy in making money they do not care about sales after service. Just 1 year pass and my TV repaired twice with bad quality. I spend 30K for quality but I am very depressed after watching the Sony quality.One of my colleague buy Sony Television worth Rs.60K in TV set stop working within2 years and finally they sold his Branded Sony Bravia to Kabadwala because there pair cost was so high and now he purchases Panasonic Television and lived happily My Television set is still in service center and will not take it back until you people resolve my problem Regards, Virendra [protected]

                                    hi have given my phone Xperia L before some days ago to sony service centre .at that time my battery backup of phone is good enough one day .but after service the battery backup goes to 5 hr .the reason is that some short circut is there dur to reparing .                                       My phone's speaker and earpiece is faulty, i submitted it on[protected] for rectification of my problem. its been 16 days now and they have not resolved my problem still, although the company's policy is to repair in 8 days only. Their answers are not precise and telling me to wait for 2-3 days more after after every 2-3 days their answers are same from last 16 days. i paid 50k a for their product and the very first day i am facing issues problems. I need my phone in perfect condition asap or replaced with a new one. i will be very glad if you can help me in any sense u can.

                                        I had purchased Sony Xperia z1 on 22nd Jan 2015. And from the very first day i am facing problem with the phone. so on the 4th day i visited the service center in Kothrud and they told me that they are not accepting stuffs due to some temporary issues. so they suggested me to visit d service center on Bund Garden road. i went there d very next day but their server was down. they told me to get the software's updated and then d problem will be solved. for the next 3 days i kept visiting the center but still their server was down. so they told me to call on the toll free number n visit the Sivaji Nagar branch. and when i called on the toll free number they told me there's no service center in Shivaji Nagar. If a brand like Sony expect me to run all around Pune to get service then that's not expected from d brand. then latter i got busy with my exams so was unable to visit the service center again. then after my exams i visited the center n what i got to know was there were hardware issues. now if in a weeks time i can get hardware issue then there some manufacturing defect in the phone. i asked them for replacement but they are responding rudely to my demand. when i have invested certain amount i expect some returns. but if am not getting any then sorry am not interested in the brand. please look into the matter as soon as possible and give me refund or replacement.
