I was told that xperia zl is no longer available and only they can exchange it with a refurbished xperia z. > > I had no problems and i accepted the device happily which was the start of my painful experience with sony. Right from day 1 the xperia z was having a problem that it did not wake up when i pressed the lock button. I went to service center again and they replaced the device with another refurbished xperia z. Now that device worked perfectly for another month or a two and after that it experienced a problem where during a call the speaker got turned on automatically leading to call drops. Now this was the limit of my patience, but still I went to service center again and followed the normal process of submitting the phone and waiting for repair. > > I got the phone after a full week and I took that phone to my home happily and then imagine what happened, IT HAD THE EXACTLY SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE AND ON MY FIRST CALL ITSELF THE CALL GOT ROUTED TO SPEAKER AUTOMATICALLY. > > Now I lost my patience and went to service center and I demanded a BRAND NEW PHONE NO MATTER WHAT. > > The service center guy told me that he will try his best to get a new phone which of course did not happen and I got the same phone with replaced PCB. > > I bluntly denied the phone and I demanded a new phone. I called up customer service N number of times and they placed the call on hold for no less than 10-15 minutes and returned with no solution. They placed several requests for the same but for no good. > I wonder why you people are playing with our money and why the existing customers are treated like anything and all the attention goes to new customers to sell the phones. > > I don't understand why cant you train the customer representatives to at least have a concrete answer and lessen the hold time which is tremendous and makes the customer go crazy > > I don't care about the hold or customer service, at least make your products WORK. > > I have also raised a final request to both customer service and service center to get a brand new replacement but in vain, Its almost 3 monthe since my phone is with service center guys and they don't care to check about the status of request neither I have received any call from customer service. > > With my last hope I am writing this mail and by no chance I will accept anything less than a brand new phone equivalent to my original purchase or higher variant but only in xperia z series.     Purchased a Sony TV model KDL40EX520 in January 2012 at a cost of Rs.63000/- from Sony world, Indira Nagar, Bangalore. We have VGuard stablizer and the TV is rarely used by us and maintained very well. Around 25/2/2015, we have noticed the color problem in the display.. The screen had a vertical green lines in the display.I tried different inputs and various screen settings including factory reset, but the problem persisted. I then lodged a complaint with Sony Customer Care who gave an Complaint Id: 24497255 . Sony India sent an engineer to inspect the TV who told me that the display panel of the set has failed and will have to be replaced. He told that the cost of panel replacement will be Rs. 24800/-.Since Sony is a trusted brand all over the world and Sony products, particularly, high value items, are expected to give service for a reasonable period.We have checked with different forums, a lot of customers are facing the same/similar issues with this model only. As such it, appears that this particular model has some manufacturing defects from the very beginning. Defective model was sold by Sony centers to the consumers.We believed the Sony products and didn't go for other brands who were offering higher end models for this same price and also we wanted to purchase only from Sony authorized centers.But the result was v.bad and we feel guilty for purchasing sony TV. I request Sony India management to arrange replacement of display panel of my TV, free of cost, as a special case. Regards, Abirami 91-[protected]

      I have purchased ear buds from local Sony showroom, The quality of sound is very bad, I don't know what to do, when I told them can I check the quality, they said this is a packed thing, they couldn't be checked, they also said the sound quality is better but it is not good at this price point, please do something, my product name is sony sbh20

        Dear Sir I have purchased Sony Xperia Z3 on 19th Jan.2015 form Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ..I have given this mobile to my son at India. Today it was fall down on the table by his hand & the volume key was goes inside & phone is not working now. Mobile was taken to the service center of SONY at Jamanagar, Gujarat, India . They told that it will be repaired here, You have to send back to Saudi Arabia . Now my question is that when I purchased the shopkeeper told me that is international warranty of 2 years . Why it is not operated in India ? What is the solution for make my phone operational ? I have Bill & everything with me. For your ref. I am attaching the bill copy & sticker of IME no.             I bought a LED in December, 2013 and have not being using the TV much since December, 2014. However, suddenly the TV stopped working in the beginning of March, 2015. I registered a complaint with the customer service people and they send a guy to check the TV and he charged me 250 rupees and said the K board is to be replaced and it will cost 6500 rupees. However, he was not able to tell why it stopped working out of the blue and secondly even if I get the board replaced I will get a warranty of just 3 months. First thing that comes is that Sony engineers are so incapable that they can't detect why something is not working and just replace a part and make a customer pay. I feel, I made a mistake of buying a Sony LED TV, since my other LCD and LED's from other companies are working absolutely fine with no complain from past couple of years. This TV from Sony which is not being used much is costing me heavens and on top of that incapable engineer's from Sony are adding fuel to fire by not being able to tell why something which is so costly stopped working and just want me to get it replaced.               I had buyed a mobile Sony mobile(Xperia zl) phone last year on 17th jan 2014 but now it is not starting. Same problem occurred in the month of April (29th April 2014) i took it to service center and next day they updated the software and it was working but this time it is not working at all. I went to Sony service center but they are not ready to open it and and check it they cannot check it then why do they release these types of phones out in market.

                Respected All, Sir, i had bought my Xperia Z2 D6502 having IMEI No: [protected] & the warranty time of my device is upto 28/07/2015 as shown in the attached screen shot. Now, due to some mishappening the display of my phone got damaged completely. After this i had visit Sony Authorised Service Center in Rohtak to get the information regarding the same. The executives available at service center told me that your device cannot be repaired under warranty conditions & i have to pay approx 16-18 thousand Rs to repair the same. Also at present my financial conditions also didn't allow me to pay this amount for this repairing.Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and help me in resolving the same.                   I bought Sony Xperia C3 dual on 18th March (2015 manufactured) IMEI # [protected]. Later, it was observed with a touch problem within couple of days which I raised it at Lajpat Nagar Sony Authorized service center. They gave me a DOA # D[protected] after a much of mental harrasment and argument to convince them with a touch problem with the handset. After that I received a new handset on 28th March (2014 manufactured) with IMEI# [protected]. With just after 1 day it stopped working and handset screen started flickering. I raised a request at Customer care (Req# [protected]) where Customer executive Pratham Swaroop answered and confirmed that I am liable for a refund since the problem has occurred twice and money would be delivered either by cheque or cash at any of the Sony authorized service center with 3-4 days. But it crossed all the limits of mental harassment when service center at Lajpat nagar refused to refund and to add on it even refused to replace it with a new device and said there is no such policy. I discussed it with Service head and surprisingly he suggested with his reluctant behavior to repair the device as there was some problem in that 2014 lot. I argued, if there was an expected problem it shouldn’t be delivered to customers and why would I go for a repair of a device which is just a day old. I have been thoroughly harassed.                     I purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV Model no. KLV-40R482B, Serial no. 3256464, on 4th May 2014. After running without defect from May 2014 to November 2014, it suddenly developed problem in "Screen Mirroring". As the product was under warranty for one year a complaint was registered at customer care who redirected it to M/s Tirupati Enterprises, SONY Service centre, Haridwar on 21st March 2015 vide Job no. J50703311. Since then their engineer visited five times (after calling customer care for 15 times)but could not able to rectify the defect which he also accepted before me. Now, they say that there is no problem in your TV. This is totally a bullying tactics that has been adopted by SONY INDIA so that they do not have to correct the fault.                             I would like to bring to your kind notice that Sony Laptop Model No. SVS13A15GNBN, Serial Number[protected] with Job No. J5063354 dated 13.03.2015 deposited at Sony Authorized Service Centre at Gurgaon with a complaint of Battery Not Charging issue. It has been told to us that System Board need to be replaced. Till today we have no clear commitment when we will get back our laptop after repair.It has been noticed that Sony do not keep spare parts available with them and take too much time to repair / replace any defect in laptops. It becomes difficult for user to work without laptop in the event of such delays since these are used in business environment and that to by top management personnel.Sony must improve their spare parts inventory and cut down service time to avoid such types of harassments even after buying laptop from such renowned company.                               Hi, The above specified Sony TV getting Turned ON when we Turns OFF with the Remote, even we tried Factory settings.But it couldn't Help.Even we checked in Bravia SynC settings also Though our TV is not a Internet compatible to update the software's Thanks Kumar

                                I had purchased Mobile phone Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802, sl no[protected] from M/S Heera Telecom, Satna, under Bill bearing sl no. 4555 dated 26/01/2015. After use of around one and half month the phone became un-operational. It did not get booted ( Started). I went to the shop on 13/03/2015 from where I purchased it. Sony customer care personnel available at the shop attended the phone and told that with in half an hour the phone will become operational, but it did not. Again I went on 17th March, got reply from the shop keeper and the personnel of Sony customer care that it will further take time. I went their 5 times and every time I got the same reply. I don't know how much time it will take to put the mobile operational. I had good faith on Sony's product, so I purchased the Mobile Phone. During selling of product your people talks very sweet, but on problem, their language and response get changed. I purchased the phone by paying Rs. 21200/- and that did not work for one and half month. It has forced me to change my opening about Sony's product. To retain my faith on Sony's product as well as on after sale services, I request you to please arrange replacement of the faulty set as early possible.

                                  I bought a new Sony xperia Z3 mobile before four months. I faced an issue with motherboard after 1month. I gave it to the authorized service center which is Numeric Communication in Bangalore. They took 25days and returned the mobile. And now after 4 months I tried capturing the image under water bucket since it is a water resistant mobile. After capturing the image it became dead and again I gave it to the same service center. I got the reply from them saying that warranty is void due to liquid intrusion and approximately they are charging Rs.19000 to fix the issue. I dont know how water went inside since it is water resistant. I cannot able to bare the cost for fixing the mobile since there is no fault from my side. I request to kindly look forward the issue and help me to get back the mobile or make them to pay back the cash incurred for me to buy the mobile.

                                  I am not getting proper reply for my mails from Sony Service Center. I called to the Sony customer care more than 50 times and lastly on 31/03/2015 regarding the issues I am facing with mobile and service provided by them. I mentioned that back panel was not fitted properly and manufacturing defect. It was seen and acknowledged by the technician who was there at the service center. For confirmation I am attaching a photo proof also. Check under the customer complaint space in Service job sheet.
                                  There was no fault from my side for liquid intrusion in the device. So, I asked Sony to send me the details of the problems and how warranty is void via mail. When I spoke to the customer care last time they told that this issue has been taken to higher authority level since it has defective back panel issue and please wait for 24hrs for reply but I dint receive any mail or call as of now.
                                  I request you to look forward the issue seriously and make them to pay back the amount incurred for me to buy the device since it is manufacturing defect in the back panel.

                                  I ankit kala bought a sony xperia z3 on 21st October 2014. On 14 March 2015 I
                                  submitted my phone to sony service centre lajpat nagar new Delhi regarding
                                  audio jack problem. On 18 March I received my phone from service
                                  centre, audio jack problem is resolved but mic is not working. I again
                                  submitted my phone to service centre.
                                  After one month i got my phone from service centre on 13th April But
                                  after using few hours it assume the mic is still not working, not able
                                  to make or receive calls. I got frustrated .service center is not listening
                                  my complaint. This is not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter.
                                  I must say it's pathetic service and I am not satisfied. Please provide solution regarding this matter.cost
                                  of phone is RS 48500, and it is just 5 months old. should i go to
                                  consumer court please guide me and give me some valuable suggestion. my
                                  phone is in warranty/guarantee period.

                                    I am a Sony Xperia ZR user and from day one this phone has a manufacturing defect in Bluetooth device. I had suffered and contacted several times from customer care. They had suggested to go to Service Center. I had visited the service center at JP Electronics, E 1/10 shop no. 33 aggarwal E-mail, sector-7, opp NN Mall, Rohini. They had replaced it with a refurbished set of Xperia ZR without extending my warranty. It will take around more than 7 days of submitting the handset. Please check the following details: Ticket ID: [protected] Date:[protected] Job No: W[protected] It has also several problem with software updates and I had complaint several times. Please go through the below mails in chain. Now, from 22 March, 2015, It's touch device has been stopped working. If a smart phone which has a touch screen without responding is almost like a dead piece. I had visited the same service center on 23rd, 24th and 25th March. I found a receptionist there who has no idea what to do? I had contacted to customer care (‎[protected]. According to Customer care executive, they can't help me about service center's misbehaving. Even they haven't idea about what to do? I have only option to follow the advises conveyed by Service Center. I went to service center again and again and requested to repair the device. According to the receptionist, "You have to submit the device again. It will be replaced with refurbished set. If the set was within 6 months of warranty period then you have to pay INR 580.00 only. But now it is without warranty so, you have to pay INR 11, 995.00" I was shocked now. Currently the cost of Sony Xperia ZR is INR 19, 199.00. Now, I am feeling like a cheated person. 1. Why you haven't replaced the model Xperia ZR with a new device with extended one year warranty If it has a manufacturing defected problem. 2. Why you haven't refunded my money if the refurbished set of Xperia ZR has also bugs and I had informed earlier. 3. Is it justifying that a handset which I had bought in INR 27865.00 will stop working after only 1.5 years. Is in warranty period a "Cost given by Service Center is 580.00" and after the expiring the warranty it can be approx 60% of a New Handset." I have decided to visit another service center. I had visited F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd., 233/2, Shastri Nagar Opp. Metro piller no 172, Delhi on 27th March, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. I had found service center has opened but no one at reception. After waiting 30 minutes a guy came to me and ask "Why are you sitting here?" I told him my issue and he got angry. According to him "You should come between 10:30 to 6:00 only. Why you have come at 6:30..?" I called Customer care and discussed the problem. Mr. Kunal (Sony customer care executive) has entertained me from 7:00 to 7:18 PM but he could not resolve the issue. According to him, I have only one option i.e. Co-operate with Service Centre executive. I went same service center next day and found that there is only one option that I have to pay INR 11, 495.00. No matters, there is warranty or not. If you will pay then talk or go away. Even they are not interested to submit my device for "estimated cost". It is totally frustrating that I had paid INR 27, 865.00 for a defective product and now to Pay INR 11, 495.00 to pay for a repairing/repaired handset. Worse Product, irresponsible Customer Service and Worse Company. I want my refund the money which I had used to pay a manufacturing defected Handset, because I was cheated. If you can't proceed the refund, I am going to consumer court regarding this fraud.

                                      Dear Sir / Mam unfortunately i was purchased a sony home theatre bdv e 3200 on 23rd march 2015. i was raised a Request for installation and demo and rerefrence no is 24616023 i was called many times to your lucknow customer service cell but no satisfactory answer i found. today at morning when i was called again, he provide me a cell no. of service engineer..i was call to him and he told to me to pickup him to my own car. i picked him at lakhimpur which is 30 km from my residence.anyway after reached at my home he ask to me that he don't know about home theater and my lucknow service cell not inform me about installation and demo of home theatre. what is this ? i was waiting for 3 days(on leave) for installation and demo and your service engineer ask to me i have no knowledge about home theater. now i feel that i have make a big mistake to purchased a brand sony. will you help me please. yours Push pendra pal singh [protected]

                                        Sir/madam, I purchased a Sony Xperia z3 compact on 16th January 2015. After a few weeks o[censored]sage a rubber part on the outer rim of the device fell off. I have attached a photograph of the same with this email. I don't have any clue as to when the piece fell off from the device. I did submit my device to the nearest service centre. They told me it is a faulty device and I should get it replaced from the store where I purchased the device. But did not receive a positive response from either. Now after 5 days he calls me up and asks for 9400₹. I expect Sony devices to be of the utmost quality. How can I pay for no fault of mine? Please look into the matter seriously.
