I have purchased a sony experia m2 mob as on dated 26/01/2015. This mob have 8MP camera but camera picture quality is very poor as compare to other mob. Other mob 5MP camera picture quality is better than it. So i request to you please resolve my problem either i will go to consumer form

However, over the past few months the Camera was misbehaving and the software failed to open, at times. As advised by Sony Customer Care (Request ID [protected] dated 17 Jan 15), I had approached Sony ASC, Technocare Solutions Pvt Ltd at Lajpat nagar for warranty repairs along with valid documents on 18 Jan 15. The staff (Ms Rawat) accepted my phone for checking software and gave me a job card receipt against my signature. However, she immediately took back the receipt stating that the warranty cannot be invoked because the staff suspected water ingress, which I failed to understand since the mobile has never taken any water and was working in perfect condition except that the camera at times failed to switch on, a problem I started noticing often since Sep 14. I used to rectify the problem by restarting the phone. I had approached the ASC since the phone was under warranty. In spite of my stating that the phone was under warranty, the staff insisted that I would have to pay for re-installing the software else they wont accept the phone. After failing to convince the adamant staff, I relented to pay for the service since I just wanted the camera software rectified and they said, it would only cost Rs 168 for updating software. I handed over the phone at 1400h and approached the centre again to collect the phone at 1600h. At this juncture, the staff stated that the software update has not worked and they would have to replace the motherboard for which they would give me an estimate. I took the phone to check and found that the software was NOT updated and the date o[censored]pdate was Nov 2014, when I had last updated it to Android 4.4.4. I could make out that the staff was lying about updating the software since they just wanted to extract more money from an unsuspecting customer. When I confronted the staff about this, they started fumbling and said that only a file of camera software was upgraded. It was very evident that the staff was trying to cheat. They wanted me to pay Rs 5450 /- for changing the motherboard eventhough the phone was under warranty period. I therefore took the phone back and downloaded a commercial phone app Camera360 on my own and now the phone camera is performing well. I would like to reiterate that though my sony camera sofware is still erratic, all other commercial phone camera apps are working well. May I therefore request you to kindly investigate the matter and please provide an explanation as to why an ASC Technocare Soulution was trying to cheat a customer by first stating that warranty cannot be invoked, then lying that phone sofware was updated by them and finally trying to fleece the customer. I would also request you to kindly get the phone serviced by any other reliable and genuine Sony ASC in Delhi. Alternately, you may kindly replace the equipment or refund the cost of phone so that I can purchase a phone from other reputed phone manufacturers.       hi i had given sony xperia M mobile as its having some sparkling sound in ear speaker on 21 feb 2015 and i got it back i checked it but problem was not solved they just updated software and gave me back my handset. the software update was not my ask my problem was ear speaker and again i gave back to change but they have not yet acknowledged and they dont have sense to handle customer and also customer needs . please unauthorize this service centre if possible please shut down its very bad please check reviews of this service centre in net its very bad very worst worst ever service centre in world vigneshwar services kormanagala its sony authorized service centre but its waste absolutely waste and not worth. its spoiling reputation of service centre[protected] my job no W[protected]
      please help customer services and do the needful in right time because mobile needs are very high change the spare parts dont update softwares and cheat people. dont make us to loose hope on SONY my best suggestion is to unauthorize the vigneshwar service centre in bangalore

        Recently I purchased Sony TV & I was assured by the dealer that under World Cup Special offer I will get free Sony clock Radio, I have been following up for about a month with the dealer & I get to listen the same excuses about the shortage of supply. I am really disappointed by the false commitment made to me. I am not disappointed because I did not get the gift. I am really upset about the false commitment made to me.             To, Chief Managing Director.I purchased LED T.V.Sony Bravia (MODEL No.KDL-40Ex520 Sr.No.2458479) during 1st Quarter of 2012 for the cost of 59, 000/- with warranty of one year. No doubt the condition is always applicable but it does not mean it will be spoiled within two and half year. During August, 2014 T.V.was not functioning and therefore complaint was lodged and mechanic attended and stated that panel is to be replaced to the cost of Rs.28000/-. Since there was no other alternative we agreed for the same and the panel was replaced by Aarvee Info Services (Sony Authorised Centre). But just one week before again the same problem arouse and my son Mr.Mandar Jogalekar has lodged the complaint with same authorised dealer mentioned above and today the mechanic has atttended and examined the T.V. When he stated that now montherboard is damaged and he has taken it for replacement within two days with the cost of 2, 500/-. If the head of Sony is not having a confidence about the manufacturing quality, then why the customers should suffer. I do not agree with the varying statements being made by your authorised dealer and it goes without says that it is absolute bluffing to the customers. I request your authority to replace the entire T.V. without cost now and with warranty, because after every few months it is not possible for me to bear such expenditure. Kindly consider my request otherwise there will be no other alternative to seek a decision from appropriate consumer court immediately. The image of Sony India is absolutely damaged.               Hi, I have purchased SONY KLV-2BR412B (07LCDTV) on 01.09.2014, suddenly on 23.04.2015 it gone in non working conditions, I checked the power cables, sockets every thing seems fine, but TV was not started. I called on Contact no. Provided by Retailer same day...and was given assurance that Technician will come and resolve the issue in next day..next day I get a call that technician could not come today (24.05.2015) but will come tomorrow morning (25.05.2015)...as Today (25.05.2015) till the time at 3.52 pm nobody had visited my location for resolution..

                I bought a sony z1 c6902 in rs.32000 /- about 4 months before i wanted to upload some software in that so i went to the krishna service center dwarka sec, 7 near by raam fal chowk they take my phone for 7 days after that i felt that my phones camera is not working properly and back cover remove with it self i again went there they take my phone . for 8-9 days but the problem is remain same when i went there again now they said that this mobile is already open befor from outside now they blaming me so plz i request you to take action against that otherwise i have to take a strict action against it or i go to consumer cort ... mohd . javed mo.[protected]

                      I am from kolkata and I had bought my xperia zl on 11sept 2013. Now my handset is not switching on. On holding power button the SONY logo comes and then it switches off. Battery was fully charged. I went to the nearest Sony authorized service center and they told me that the company doesnt provide support and spare parts for this model (that something was wrong with the circuit board). So they cant repair it. They offered another brand new sony handset with 20% discount. I even went to another Sony authorised service centre who told me the same story. Is this your company policy to boost sales? I bought the phone for Rs 35000/- from a Sony dealer and now instead of providing support your company is offering another way to make you richer instead. Why should i buy a new phone? Why cant you say it in your adverts that all your phones are 'USE and Throw' types? That once your phone gets glitched you will have to "throw" it away at your service centres and buy a new one from them. I am appalled and disgusted by the way you treat your customers who trusted you with their hard earned money and i hoped for a better protocol followed by a company of your repute.                           @sony_india LCD Service request pending since 5th Feb. Service no.23763696. How long does it take to get basic accessory for LCD?? Very DISAPPOINTED The local area has offices shut on Tuesdays and executives are never available on the call. I vouch to never buy a Sony product again in my life.

                            I Mr. Ronald Roshan Sequeira having been purchased the world’s best phone Sony Xeperia Z series for Rupees 32990 ( inclusive of vat) on 30th January 2014 from a reputed authorised dealer “Cellphonica” at Mangalore invoice no : 10274. I was very much excited and having great expectations on its performance, as I believed that SONY is a market leader and always wanting to give great value to the money invested and delight the customers, But unfortunately I am disappointed to share being a loyal customer of SONY for years, the phone was performing badly I had to face frequent battery low problem, even if I didn’t use data or though my screen brightness was very low, hence with no option I had to use on stamina mode, apart from it whenever I used to talk, the other person couldn’t hear clearly, so I visited the authorised service centre, somehow I got the phone replaced, but even on the replaced phone the same problem occurred, further I reported to the same issues to the Authorised service centre executive at Mangalore but the executives refused to accept such issues and gave couple of excuses, Unfortunately off late my phone fell from my hands and there are couple of scratches on the screen of the phone and the touch sensor is not functioning, when I enquired the authorised service centre executives they said I would have to pay 50 percent of the cost of the phone to get it refurbished as there is no system of servicing the existing phone.                               Sir, I purchased one Sony Xperia model E1 D 2105 on[protected] from Cell point Potluru mansions, Dabagaqrdens, Visakhapatnam 530020 at a cost of Rs.6, 600-00, It developed problem in the charging socket in the 1st week of February, . I consulted S.S.Technologies, Sony authorised centre Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam, the set was given back to me on[protected] charging Rs.1, 250-00 for which bill was not given even on demand, the same problem recurred again yesterday, I took the set to the above centre, the technician said that either I should pay Rs.5000-00 for replacement of mother board or Rs.1250--00 for repair. I fail to understand that the set was purchased hardly 2 months back, when it is under warranty, why the above centre demands money without doing service at free of cost. I request you to please arrange free service to my set or order for replacement without cost and refund the amount of Rs.1250-00 I paid on[protected] to save me from the avoidable tension.and reply.                                 Hi, I am using SONY XPERIA T2 Ulta from past 11 Months and the handset is in-warranty. Few weeks back i had issues with the mobile SIM(s) not getting detected and i took my handset to R-Logic Technology(P) Ltd in Rajajinagar. They logged a complaint and the folllowing happened:1. The system board was replaced2. The very next day my camera stopped working and i took the same to the service centre. 3. Here they said that the camera is not compatible with system board and they will replace the same4 They took almost a week and then when the part arrived they replaced it and then later they tell that the camera issue is not resolved as the NEW REPLACED SYSTEM BOARD IS ONCE AGAIN FAULTY5. Since then my phone is with them and they are making me run from pillar to post and they say that now they will replace some other part.WORST THING THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO KEEP ME UPDATED.. I HAVE TO TRAVEL EACH TIME TO SERVICE CENTRE AND FOLLLOW UP. MULTIPLE CALLS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE MANY ARE UNANSWERED AND REST FALSE ASSURANCES ARE GIVEN . I AM REALLY FED UP AND I WANT MY PHONE REPLACED / REPAIRED AND GIVEN ASAP . SONY needs to understand that customers are not jobless that they have time in the world to keep calling or visiting the service centre. Having brought smart phones which are expensive the service PROVIDED IS PATHETIC ..                                   I had bought a SONY LCD 32" tv from sony authorised dealer, adajan, surat, gujarat, india. The screen of the same shows wrinkles on the same.Spending 30, 000/- bucks on a tv and within a span of not more than 6 years the screen is deteriorating.Please advice me for further course of action as the dealer had demanded 11000/- bucks to repair the same.This is a manufacturing defect and they should replace the same free of cost.

                                    I would like to grab your kind attention towards a highly unfortunate situation. List of events in chronological order : 1. 3rd March ‘ 15: All of a sudden my phone, Sony Xperia ZL, got dead. I tried a number of troubleshoots to wake phone but all in vain. 2. 4th March’ 15: I went to authorized Sony mobile service center named Nitesh Enterprises, Kota Rajasthan. I lodged complaint for “Dead phone” (Job no. W[protected]. I submitted my phone with service center and was told that I will be informed about the repair or software issue with phone by tomorrow after testing. 3. 5th March’ 15: Service center people called me up and told that my phone can not be repaired as they have been told by their head office. Unfortunately, my phone has got out of warranty (only by 2 months). They said that they can give me same model handset at 50% discount or Xperia Z1 at 20% discount in exchange of my phone, close to Rs 14, 000. I felt highly disappointed and came back home without a phone. 4. 7th March’ 15: I called up sony customer care to lodge complaint against my “Phone Dead” issue and to share my disappointments with them. Mr. Mohammed Sohail lodged the complaint and after hours of wait, they responded to my surprise that Service center people couldn’t repair since the phone is water proof it can’t be opened for repairs, and also told that the phone is no more under manufacturing. This piece of information that phone is irreparable and it is no more under manufacturing was neither available at the Sony website nor it was shared with me at the time of buying (User manual also doesn’t contain this information). I am unemployed and still looking for a job after my MBA, I couldn’t spend such hefty amount. I never expected such irresponsible behavior from a reputed MNC Sony mobile. Infact, I never faced any such issue ever in my life with any of the other reputed mobile companies, like HTC, Samsung etc. I want to raise this question in consumer court that how can Sony propose me such option (I have already lost faith in Sony mobiles) if they couldn’t open the phone for repair because of their hidden internal policy that too when this information is not shared with customer at the time of purchase. Why should I pay for their lapses and intransparent policies.

                                      With great disappointment I am writing this mail to you. We have purchased a Sony Bravia Television (Model No.KLV-32R412B, Serial No.3548287) on 22nd February, 2015 from Khosla Electronics, Behala. On 24th February, 2015 one of your technician came for installation and installed the television. Then from that very day, the television is having problem. There is a defect as it is showing line on display. We have complained that on Wednesday i.e. on 25th February, 2015 on your toll free number, then someone named Ms. Sakshi called me from the Sony head office and told me to reset the setting of the television then the line will go. But this thing didn’t help us because it was manufacturing defect but till date nobody turned up. Since it is my new television, I want it to be replaced with a new one as soon as possible. I really expect a prompt action from your end at the earliest because we are really getting no reply from your end. I don’t know whether I have taken a wrong decision by purchasing Sony Bravia. This type of casual behavior is not expected from a prestigious company like yours. So kindly replace this defective television with a new one immediately as it has manufacturing defect.                                         Dear sir, I had purchased a Sony mobile in Dec 2014 from your dealer "Paragon Telelinks pvt ltd" . The phone started behaving erratic and problem aggravated in first month. However after losing patience i submitted the handset to dealer who in turn handed it to "CCOM Telecommunications" your service centre. It's been 1.5 months and I have yet not received any replacement nor rectified mobile. My IMEI: [protected]. TICKET ID: [protected].
