Sir I purchase Sony Xperia e3 dual mobile handset on 23/10/2014. After some time i started facing problem with it.I was unable to make as well as receive calls . The set showed call ending but never ended the call . When i tried to shut it down then again it showed shutting down but was not shut down . I showed the set to customer care but in vain . And now set goes erratic everyday and i have to power it off and on..what should i do with...

This is to esclate the matter and bring to your notice that I(Ateendra Singh)bought Sony Bravia KDL-32W700B on 2nd of feb from Reliance Digital Maxus Bhayander. They have delivered a damaged set.
