I have a complaint that the repeat telecast of all daily soaps on Sony tv that we cannot watch in the night, we usually watch in day time, but since last two three weeks whole day we are seeing that either CID or Crime patrol telecasting on the TV.. This is so irritating as many of our episodes of, TUM AISE HI REHNA, HUMSAFARS and OTHER serials are missed...this will surely affect the TRP of channel...plz take some action so that viewers can watch specially housewives, can see those repeats...plz stop telecasting OLD CID AND CRIME PATROL EPISODES WHOLE DAY...ITS IRRITATING...     Hello sir I purchased sony xperia tipo unfortunately it is out off warranty my mobile camera was broken down I just went out to the service center for the camera repair when I just went out to the service center they are telling me that change the mother board which cost is around 4000 rs why should I pay a huge money for camera.       I have purchased one Sony product vide model No:KLV-32W400A bearing SL no .1853233 from KOLKATA .Now the problem in my set is ‘No POWER’. And the repair estimate is beyond economical. So I accept the offer given by Sony Authorised Service Center ‘TEKNOPLAZA’(CD-96, SECTOR-1, SALTLAKE, KOLKATA-700064), and my job number is- J42829350. As per my request to purchase a same category set model NO:KLV-32R412B .I hereby agree to pay the special price amount of RS.23, 175/-(Rupees Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Only) & in this deal, I accept to return back my defective set to Sony India Pvt.Ltd. As per the deal the Draft already received behalf of Sony India Pvt.Ltd. as on 6.02.2015 & the Draft No:(908105).But my new set have not been received yet. After the full payment done.

        Respected Sir/ Madam I have purchased Sony xperia m2 on date 9 the Dec 2014 after one month it gives mike problem so I went to Sony customer care at nashik branch on date 16 th Jan 2015 and they solved my problem and deliverd my mobile on date 20 th Jan 2015 but during reparing they forgot back strip which covers mike hole and it remain open after 5 to 6 days my mobile gives me display problem so again I went to customer care and they told me its liquid damage and it will cost Rs 5500 for display so I blame to Sony and Sony customer care for my mobile damage and I want new mobile other wise I will go to consumer forum and I listen from some people that there is a person in nashik Sony customer care branch which replace mobile parts and now he is in prison so I also blame that mobile display replace by them and I also warn Sony I will do bad publisity of Sony mobile and there fraud.           Dear sir greetings of the day Please find my service job sheet as an attachment I have frustrating and pathetic experience from your Sony authorized service centre located at Kothrud pune I have Sony dz 640 k system of which DVD player is not functioning properly I went to service center on 13 th feb and ask them to repair it. Service engg. Told me that they will get back to me by 13 th feb evening about status and estimate But haven't received any reply on 13 th feb I contacted again on 14 th feb morning and some lady cust service executive told me that she will get back to me with estimate and answer in one hours time again no reply Today on 16 th feb again I contacted the service centre and same arrogant lady executive answered my call She told Me that they have to order some part for my dvd and do I want to go ahead or not ? I asked her that if she want to order some part why she wasted 02 days and not contacted me before ? She was having no answer and sounding like careless government employee Later on I asked her to connect my call to service engg which took around 10-12 minutes for her Service engg told me that he had ordered the same part already So this proves that there is no coordination and communication between your team So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful I would like to tell you that there are 100s of brand in the market at the moment and competition is too much, if customer gets this kind of service, I guaranty you that customers will definitely think 10 times before purchasing Sony products Thanks Best regards Vaibhav bhor [protected]

            Dear sir/madam,

            Subject: want a new sealed pack phone or refund.

            I purchased sony xperia z3 (D6653) phone on[protected] having imei number: [protected] from m/s regal electronics with invoice number-422 amounting to rs. 47500.
            I submitted the phone to sony authorized service centre named fortune at sakchi, jamshedpur on 28-01-15. Issue was that the phone’s back panel was loose. Service centre told me that it is a manufacturing defect and assured me of replacing my phone with a new phone.

            At second visit on[protected], they texted me to collect the phone and gave me old/used and defective phone having imei: [protected] as replacement of which nfc function was not working.

            At third visit on[protected], i once again submitted the phone and they assured me of replacing it with a new mobile.

            At fourth visit on[protected], they texted me to collect the phone and gave me a roughly used/defective/old phone having imei: [protected] which was full of scratch marks and the back portion of phone was loose.
            This time i did not accept the phone. Now service centre told that they will not give a new phone. Fear of getting exposed of their lie in front of other customers they called me in another cabin and told that they will give a used/ old/recycled and second hand phone.

            At fifth visit on[protected], they texted/called me up to collect the phone and repeated the same thing by giving me a used/old phone but i did not accept the phone. They told me to go wherever and do whatever but they will not give a new phone.
            I want a new sealed pack phone as replacement or refund.

              Hi I'm a customer of Sony ..bravia led which has issues for double display images and have already checked with Sony service person estimated charges for change of panel is 14 k ...hard ware issues are we resposible for it .. your product does not hold good even 2years and as soon as the warranty is over your product showed its quality ....

              i got a complaint on my tv Ex52 and called your customer care they gave me complaint id 23855250 but no response after calling to your servicing center in visakhapatnam they are just making fun with this. They are calling from different mobile numbers saying that they will come in an hour but no response they asked about the mobile number and they repeated again. what to do.The only thing to fell why such brand dont care for people. Please reply soon so that no need of consumer court.

                Dear Sir / Mam, This is to inform you that i had purchased a new Xperia smartphone Z ultra on[protected] and today is[protected] in between a month i had given my phone twice in sony service centre (Amba Electronics) due to lots of issues but they always says only software issue occur and they only update the software and return to me but their is no solution of my problems like icons runs automatically, Camera not available error show, touch not working properly.                     I gave my sony xperia z3 phone for repair to sony authorized service centre.
                    They told me that phone will be replaced with a new phone.
                    But now they are not giving me.
                    They are giving me a used/ old phone.
                    I want a newly sealed pack phone.

                    I submitted sony xperia z3 phone to sony authorized service centre purchased on[protected] having imei number: [protected] of which back panel was loose.

                    At first visit, service centre named fortune at jamshedpur assured me of replacing my phone with a new phone.

                    At second visit, they gave me a used product and a defective phone as replacement of which nfc function was not working having imei: [protected].

                    At third visit, i once again submitted the phone and they assured me of replacing it with a new product but they lied.

                    At fourth visit, i refused accepting the phone since they were giving me a roughly used phone and again a defective one which was full of scratch marks and the back portion of phone was loose having imei: [protected].

                    Now they told me that i will not receive a new phone. Fear of getting exposed of their lie in front of other customers they called me in another room and told me that i will get a second hand/ used/ old phone.

                    I left my phone with them and i am very much disappointed with the service provided to a customer who has spent rs. 47500 to buy the latest high-end phone available.

                    At fifth visit, again they repeated the same thing by giving me a used/old phone but i refused accepting it. They told me to go wherever and do whatever but they will not give me a new phone.

                    I have been troubled a lot by the service centre which is far away from my place.

                    I want a new sealed pack phone as replacement.

                        Gudmrng sir, this is kumar from ambattur, we have odered a sony LED tv 42" W700B sharp troniics by last sunday from trade center, still our tv has has not delivered.we gave u a call regardng delivery as many times but we didn't get any response yet...this is ridiculous...Is this is the way u handle your customers...I want a response to this immediately.                           Sir I purchase Sony Xperia e3 dual mobile handset on 23/10/2014. After some time i started facing problem with it.I was unable to make as well as receive calls . The set showed call ending but never ended the call . When i tried to shut it down then again it showed shutting down but was not shut down . I showed the set to customer care but in vain .                             "There in sufficent memory" everytime there is problem of this handset even after prefix from authorised sony service centre kindly replace my handset or give me credit note so that I can buy another sony and one more thing I m big Fan of sony so pleasee I request u to not spoil my fanicty towards sony

                              This is to esclate the matter and bring to your notice that I(Ateendra Singh)bought Sony Bravia KDL-32W700B on 2nd of feb from Reliance Digital Maxus Bhayander. They have delivered a damaged set. Till date we were assured to get the damaged set to be replaced by a new one. It's been 12 days now. No further action has been taken yet.                                 i purchased sony bravia kdl 32w700b TV from reliance digital on 12-2-15. but they did not dispatch remote with this smart tv. guy who came in to install tv only opened the box. sony service centre of our city says it is responsibility of seller to deliver remote & the seller i.e. reliance digital says it must have been kept somewhere. now they have given me an old remote which is not completely in verse with my tv. only a few functions like on-off channel, input change can be done. my mob. no. and mail id are on the bill

                                  Respected sir, I am Devendra Longadge from Pune(MH) recently purchased Sony Xperia C3 IMEI 1:[protected] IMEI2:[protected], Before this I was using Samsung grand neo but I have heards lots of good reviews about xperia c3 therefore I sold it in lost. I purposely purchased this handset for your camera quality but before few days ago I found that Xperia C3 have flash problem . I have taken photos in totally dark with the help of flash but I think the timing of flash and capturing of photo is not matching. That’s why the photos are coming dark as it is. I think there is no use of flash as you given this facility. As result I went to your Sony Service Centre, Aardhya Enterprises, Pune and they told me that Xperia C3 of build no.19.2.1.A.0.72 particularly have this problem .This is software problem. Just wait for the new system update .He said me “we cant help you”. Frankly speaking I am big fan of Sony .Only because of your durable, premium, quality and service assurance . I have opted your smart phone series .But I am totally unsatisfied with this product .This 8MP camera is not of any use .I want that issue settled or m cash back as compensation . I am ready to deal this issue in legal way if you are not co-operating with me . I want this issue should setteled as soon as possible .please don’t force me to take actions against you, as it will harm your image and market. I am sending u click from Xperia (5 MP) and Xperia C3(8 MP) in full dark room with flash. Just see the difference and let me know. Along this I attaching job sheet from Sony Service Centre and my handset Bill. My contact no. is [protected] or [protected].

                                    sir, since i took my mob, i needs to go to service centre every 2 months...jabse mobile liya hee harr 2 mahine me muje service centre jana padta hee..company has replaced my piece in mid dec2014..now again the problem has stared ...the problem is that i m not able to cut the call...n there is no anti rotation..n the network problem is yet going onn

                                      On 1 feb i purchase a sony mobile experia u st125i
                                      But when i insert sim in mobile mobile geting auto restart ande display are blank . On 4 feb i visit at sony service centre in ambey electronic and recieve a deo against my defective set. They assured me that they provied me a new set within 5-7 days but today 13 feb i have no recieved mobile .Maney times i call at service centre and also coustmer care but no response . They repate same thing from 6 feb
                                      To till date that your set is deposit to our warehouse.
                                      I have no satisfaction from coustumer care and also service centre.
                                      Every time i get a call every time i hve to give three to fourdays time
                                      So please help me becfause i am fell total helpless
