I am a Sony Xperia ZR user and from day one this phone has a manufacturing defect in Bluetooth device. I had suffered and contacted several times from customer care. They had suggested to go to Service Center. I had visited the service center at JP Electronics, E 1/10 shop no. 33 aggarwal E-mail, sector-7, opp NN Mall, Rohini. They had replaced it with a refurbished set of Xperia ZR without extending my warranty. It will take around more than 7 days of submitting the handset. Please check the following details: Ticket ID: [protected] Date:[protected] Job No: W[protected] It has also several problem with software updates and I had complaint several times. Please go through the below mails in chain. Now, from 22 March, 2015, It's touch device has been stopped working. If a smart phone which has a touch screen without responding is almost like a dead piece. I had visited the same service center on 23rd, 24th and 25th March. I found a receptionist there who has no idea what to do? I had contacted to customer care (‎[protected]. According to Customer care executive, they can't help me about service center's misbehaving. Even they haven't idea about what to do? I have only option to follow the advises conveyed by Service Center. I went to service center again and again and requested to repair the device. According to the receptionist, "You have to submit the device again. It will be replaced with refurbished set. If the set was within 6 months of warranty period then you have to pay INR 580.00 only. But now it is without warranty so, you have to pay INR 11, 995.00" I was shocked now. Currently the cost of Sony Xperia ZR is INR 19, 199.00. ( http://www.flipkart.com/sony-xperia-zr/p/itme5vfjryjncmdk?pid=MOBDHPF8KY6F9RSV ) with 1 year of warranty. I have to pay for repairing it INR 11, 495.00 without warranty. Is it justifying? Now, I am feeling like a cheated person. 1. Why you haven't replaced the model Xperia ZR with a new device with extended one year warranty If it has a manufacturing defected problem. 2. Why you haven't refunded my money if the refurbished set of Xperia ZR has also bugs and I had informed earlier. 3. Is it justifying that a handset which I had bought in INR 27865.00 will stop working after only 1.5 years. Is in warranty period a "Cost given by Service Center is 580.00" and after the expiring the warranty it can be approx 60% of a New Handset." I have decided to visit another service center. I had visited F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd., 233/2, Shastri Nagar Opp. Metro piller no 172, Delhi on 27th March, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. I had found service center has opened but no one at reception. After waiting 30 minutes a guy came to me and ask "Why are you sitting here?" I told him my issue and he got angry. According to him "You should come between 10:30 to 6:00 only. Why you have come at 6:30..?" I called Customer care and discussed the problem. Mr. Kunal (Sony customer care executive) has entertained me from 7:00 to 7:18 PM but he could not resolve the issue. According to him, I have only one option i.e. Co-operate with Service Centre executive. I went same service center next day and found that there is only one option that I have to pay INR 11, 495.00. No matters, there is warranty or not. If you will pay then talk or go away. Even they are not interested to submit my device for "estimated cost". It is totally frustrating that I had paid INR 27, 865.00 for a defective product and now to Pay INR 11, 495.00 to pay for a repairing/repaired handset. Worse Product, irresponsible Customer Service and Worse Company. I want my refund the money which I had used to pay a manufacturing defected Handset, because I was cheated. If you can't proceed the refund, I am going to consumer court regarding this fraud.

    Dear Sir / Mam unfortunately i was purchased a sony home theatre bdv e 3200 on 23rd march 2015. i was raised a Request for installation and demo and rerefrence no is 24616023 i was called many times to your lucknow customer service cell but no satisfactory answer i found. today at morning when i was called again, he provide me a cell no. of service engineer..i was call to him and he told to me to pickup him to my own car. i picked him at lakhimpur which is 30 km from my residence.anyway after reached at my home he ask to me that he don't know about home theater and my lucknow service cell not inform me about installation and demo of home theatre. what is this ? i was waiting for 3 days(on leave) for installation and demo and your service engineer ask to me i have no knowledge about home theater. now i feel that i have make a big mistake to purchased a brand sony. will you help me please. yours Push pendra pal singh [protected]

      Sir/madam, I purchased a Sony Xperia z3 compact on 16th January 2015. After a few weeks o[censored]sage a rubber part on the outer rim of the device fell off. I have attached a photograph of the same with this email. I don't have any clue as to when the piece fell off from the device. I did submit my device to the nearest service centre. They told me it is a faulty device and I should get it replaced from the store where I purchased the device. But did not receive a positive response from either. Now after 5 days he calls me up and asks for 9400₹. I expect Sony devices to be of the utmost quality. How can I pay for no fault of mine? Please look into the matter seriously.         I am from Jalandhar Punjab, i bought a ps4 remote controller with 1 year replacement warranty. My remote stopped working so i took it to the service center they promised me they will replace it by a week for sure i gave my remote on 23 feb 2015 nd its 25 march 2015 today and when ever i call the service center they either don't pick up or say we'll get ur remote in two days and after two days they tell you the same crap! They say we have filed and company is not sending the remote its not our fault Is this how sony plan to satisfy thier costumers? This kind of service is not expected from one of the top electronic product company jn the world! I have been using sony products and i like them i have a sony led ps4 and an sony experia but after experiencing your this kind of response i m very hurt and disappointed. Can you please just replace my remote its a humble request pls dont make your costumers resort to difficult ways! I want a reply as soon as possible!!!

          I have a Sony led 24". The boy who came for installation of the Sony led broke the audio pin inside the Jack of the led. He destroyed my new led. When I complained about it then again the same boy came after 10 days being complained. He changed the Complete board. As soon as he left the led was dead. It means that he provided me a faulty part. Now the service center tells me that they need to take d led to the service center. First of all full day I am not free to repair the led. My led is not working is because of your fault. So I request you to exchange my led with a new Sony led. I cannot trust your service as well as parts wheather they are original and new. Contact me today and hopefully accept my request. One last question, Have I bought it to take free service or to use it?

I am regular customer of sony different products.I have used sony vaio laptop.(model no SVF15212SNW IN[protected].i was purchased this product from a retailer in Kochi, Kerala.Due to system slow, last week I went to Madona Electronics, sony authorized service centre, toll junction Edappally, Kochin for servicing.Today i got my system back, but missing my wireless mouse dongle.I called service centre and talked to service person.but i dont get a proper answer from service section.I still believe the brand Sony.I felt so bad experience from sony authorized service centre.This is a small issue...i know...but so bad from Sony. my job no was-j[protected]date[protected]serial no was 0022239. i am not sure about i get back my dongle.But i just share my feelings. thanks and regards, Prakash C Menon

              I am nerves about your bad service and misguiding to the customer, I have been submitted my Sony Xperia C3 at NEW SAI ELECTONICS service center on 7th March 2015 but still there is no satisfactory action was taken. The service center says the company had provided them 4 times display but 4 times the display was faulty. So you have to wait, but beside that the customer care senior officer says that they hadn't sent the display 4 times. Now who should we trust?                 I am using ur Sony expira T2 ultra in this I am faceing problem of both camera they both not working properly the front camera is like vga camera & at the time of zooming the back camera not having good clearty & sound output quality is also not good kindly look into this matter because your service centre executive are not resolveing my problem.

                  i bought a Xperia Z1 for 25K . and totally regret it . it gets heated instantly even when i listen to music . unworthy piece . total dissatisfaction . my phone is under warranty . just a month old . i gave it to an authorized dealer in mumbai . he kept it for repairing . gave it back after a week but the problem continues . in 10 minutes it gets heated that might burn your skin . am not lying . will anyone help me with it ? i want it replaced .

Ticket No. [protected] dated 13.02.15, Model LT28HI wish to bring to your kind notice that on purchase of a damaged part, I was charged Labour fee Rs. 350/- for the component cost of Rs.160/-(inclusive of tax) from M/s.Maddona Electronics, MG Road, Cochin.35I want to emphasis that the mobile set was not taken by the service center and even the component was given to me by hand on 5th March 15.During the time of booking the office said the cost would come between Rs.200 to Rs.300. But during the delivery time, when i inquired why this much cost, The person in the service counter said the cost is for the component did not explain as the 'Labor fee' is charged.Later i realized that Rs. 350/- was charged as 'labour fee' i went to the show room for explanation, as they service center did not even open the set. They said this is the standard format. When euquired for the manager the staff replied he is in Kadavantra service center and said they don't have his number. Subsequently I made a call to[protected] and got the number for (Cochin) manager - [protected]. When i called the number, he attended and listened and said he is in Trivandrum and I should call Ernakulam.This is a clear wrong way of taking money as 'labour fee' from me and therefore wish to submit for refund of the same. I will take this issue in a higher level to represent in CONSUMER COURT if not settled with refund. I also wish to share the same in the service review in media/support forum too if i don't get a proper satisfactory reply.I wish to hear at the earliest in one week time.

                      Hello, This is Himanshu, and I am using experia z1 and its under warranty til 04/04/2015. I have one problem with it that its has some scratches on its camera glass and because of that the pictures are coming little blurry. So today I went to Sony service center (active techno care at yashwant plaza near railway station) and had words with representative and she discussed with engineer named "Ashish" and he checked the phone and said it would be treated as out of warranty because it has few scratches on its outer body. I can send you the pics of the cell phone it doesn't has that too much scratches and hard damage. I asked that I don't want to replace it, can you only change the camera glass then he said this piece only be replaced and only camera glass can't be changed. Then he said that there is internal damage because of that we will consider as a out of warranty. So please tell me one thing that without opening the handset how he said that there is a internal damage. Is he GOD who can see the internal things.                           I bought a 40" LCD TV and its panel got damaged in less than 2.5 years. I registered a complaint and there services guys say that he panel needs to be replaced and would incur an expense of around 22K INR. Even if I change the panel they would not give a a warranty of more than 1 year. It is not worth going for this. Their technician told me that this is an electronic equipment and 10 out of 100 TVs may have a bad panel. What a justification??? Honestly, this brand is cheating people and i know around 5-6 people close to me having the issue. They went and bought another TV and accepted this lost. Something should be done to make sure that they don't cheat people like this. Other brands like Samsung, Toshiba, Sharp etc provides 3 years warranty for their TV. Sony can dare not do this because they know they are in market with their bad product and surviving with the brand they have made. Sorry for being harsh, but this is the least I could say about this brand.

                            I purchased a 32 inch Sony Bravia LED TV (Model No. KDL-32EX520) in April 2012. The screen showing some problems in September 2013, I registered a complaint with Sony India and an engineer from Jaypee Electronics, Noida, an authorized service agents of Sony India, attended the complaint. He informed that the panel would need to be replaced, and since the TV was out of warranty, but he also informed that for panel the warranty period is more then one year. I have submitted the TV set at service center, they change the panel and some coils, and charge me rs. 2800 for coils only. Now, few days back (today is 20 march), the screen is again showing the white horizontal lines. the service agent guessing that it is the problem of panel again, for which i have to pay this time but the actual amount he is not sure. (ranging from Rs. 5000 to 10000). i have spent more then 40, 000 rupees on Sony braiva TV and believing that this is the best brand in the market. But now, i am feeling it was my biggest mistake. i am feeling really very bad. I need your kind attention to it ASAP. I could save the hope on brand SONY, that i am loosing now, and I use to admire this brand a lot and advocate everyone to purchase SONY products

                              Job No- W[protected] Date- 08/02/2015 I gave my handset for repairing to sony service under warranty on 8th feb but till now i didn't got my handset repaired or any spare phone for use...More than a month passed...Busted from sony services...whenever i call or visit the centre they only say that it is under process and will be repaired soon and there is no spare phone available right now...then finally i purchased a new phone...Please help me out...want my phone back.. :(

                                Hi,

                                I had purchased Xperia Z3 on Nov 26' 2014 for the promise that it is water
                                resistant with a standby of 30 mins in 1.5 mtr deep water.

                                However, My phone with all ports closed was hardly for 5 mins in 3 feet deep
                                pool and it has become a dead unit.
                                When taken to service care center, I was informed it won’t be covered under
                                warranty. This is already committed in Advertisement & Guarantee.

                                If water has creep-ed in then there has to be a manufacturing defect
                                in the set, which I am not responsible for it.

                                After constant follow-ups, I have been informed that it happened because might
                                have been a loose port and there hence I shall need to pay Rs. 35000
                                for the recovery of my phone. This is surely a
                                manufacturing defect as is part of commitment from SONY. If ports are
                                loose within 3 months o[censored]sage, it clearly adds to the credentials of product
                                quality!

                                I have requested multiple times for interaction with higher management
                                regarding this issue. And every time I have been promised a follow-up call which
                                is till date awaited.

                                I bought this phone for its USP of it being water resistance, and with
                                this Experience can say a big company like SONY MAKES FAULSE COMMITMENTS.


                                Clearly mine is faulty product and
                                responsibility to replace or restore is to be owned by the company without
                                charges.

                                Expecting a quick solution here.

                                  Dear sir I buy sony e3 dual of rupees 12500/- on date 12.11.2014.after some time getting some hanging problem in it.I went to Nearest sony service center.they submit my mobile on date 22.12.2014.they repaired it.afer some time another problem comes in it.so went sony service center again they submit my handset again on date 25.2.2015.but problem in my handset is not resolve.so I went sony service center again on date 11.3.2015.they submit my handset 3rd time.they repaired it.but the problem is still remain.so i went sony service center again they didn't respond to me and refused to submit handset. The problem is when i open or close any app the date disabled message is pop up on screen.and hanging problem also in it.                                     Dear concerned officer I want to file a complaint against Sony for not taking customer complaint seriously. I submitted the phone model Z Ultra with inactive camera and was hanging continously. When I visited the paradise Telesoft private limited service centre at bindal bridge chakrata road dehradun. The customer executive hardly listed the complaint as well as very rude. How so ever I ignored as they behave very annoyingly and irresponsibility. They did not give any status info when to collect ( date not yet confirmed ). I called several times but no response & rejected for backup support phone giving feedback that they have no authority. I'm totally disappointed speaking Mrs. Neha ( customer care executive ) as she had not given the correct delivery date. I never expected this kind of reply from service centre that to from Sony. Worst service by Sony. Can anyone take action on how greet a customer...

                                      I have purchased SONY Xperia Z2 (model: D6502) on 26 May 2014. While charging battery display got problem with showing only vertical lines. On 20th Feb 2015 Handset given to nearby authorised Sony Service Center in Bellary( Karnataka State). As this mobile is not repairable the service center is assured to replace the handset set with new one. After 10 Days they offered me with a refurbished handset which was already repaired. When I checked handset throughly I found it is defective and back panel was got opened. Then I made them clear that am not going to accept any refurbished handset and want new one only. Since from then they just making me to run around the Service center, till the day I did not get any positive response. With this concern, I don't want any new mobile handset right now. Please refund my money back. I will handover the mobile cover box and accessories ( AS BROUGHT CONDITION) which are still unused in condition to the Bellary Sony service center. I Colonel R Srinivas a serving Army Officer, (mob no [protected]) had handed over my Sony Hard Disc (pink Colour, 500 GB with cable) to the Sony Authorised Service Centre at BLOCK AE 135, 4th AVENUE Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar on 09 Mar 2015 with the complaint "Hard Disc not detecting" . 2.No Job Number was given despite asking and I was told that my mob no is enough and was assured that a new hard disc will be given within 4-5 working days. 3. The serial no of the Hard Disc is KCV155p27122049 and the model no is HD-EG5.Also the same is under Warranty Period. 4. I have spoken to Mr Bhaskar (he had received the item), Ms Revathi and today to Mr Jaikumar. 5. Since 10 days have gone by I feel aggrieved.Kindly expedite under intimation to me--Regards--Col R Srinivas..([protected] and [protected])
