Respected sir, I am Devendra Longadge from Pune(MH) recently purchased Sony Xperia C3 IMEI 1:[protected] IMEI2:[protected], Before this I was using Samsung grand neo but I have heards lots of good reviews about xperia c3 therefore I sold it in lost. I purposely purchased this handset for your camera quality but before few days ago I found that Xperia C3 have flash problem . I have taken photos in totally dark with the help of flash but I think the timing of flash and capturing of photo is not matching. That’s why the photos are coming dark as it is. I think there is no use of flash as you given this facility. As result I went to your Sony Service Centre, Aardhya Enterprises, Pune and they told me that Xperia C3 of build no.19.2.1.A.0.72 particularly have this problem .This is software problem. Just wait for the new system update .He said me “we cant help you”. Frankly speaking I am big fan of Sony .Only because of your durable, premium, quality and service assurance . I have opted your smart phone series .But I am totally unsatisfied with this product .This 8MP camera is not of any use .I want that issue settled or m cash back as compensation . I am ready to deal this issue in legal way if you are not co-operating with me . I want this issue should setteled as soon as possible .please don’t force me to take actions against you, as it will harm your image and market. I am sending u click from Xperia (5 MP) and Xperia C3(8 MP) in full dark room with flash. Just see the difference and let me know. Along this I attaching job sheet from Sony Service Centre and my handset Bill. My contact no. is [protected] or [protected].

    sir, since i took my mob, i needs to go to service centre every 2 months...jabse mobile liya hee harr 2 mahine me muje service centre jana padta hee..company has replaced my piece in mid dec2014..now again the problem has stared ...the problem is that i m not able to cut the call...n there is no anti rotation..n the network problem is yet going onn

      Dear sir
      On 1 feb i purchase a sony mobile experia u st125i
      But when i insert sim in mobile mobile geting auto restart ande display are blank . On 4 feb i visit at sony service centre in ambey electronic and recieve a deo against my defective set. They assured me that they provied me a new set within 5-7 days but today 13 feb i have no recieved mobile .Maney times i call at service centre and also coustmer care but no response . They repate same thing from 6 feb
      To till date that your set is deposit to our warehouse.
      I have no satisfaction from coustumer care and also service centre.
      Every time i get a call every time i hve to give three to fourdays time
      So please help me becfause i am fell total helpless

        I have a problem with internal storage since the date I bought xperia c from past 1 Year updated the phone 3 to 5 times in the service store but noting got changed. if we install the app it started showing me low internal storage leaving no space for installing any more apps. does this phone was designed only for making calls? while i buying they told that 4gb internal space but there is partition in the storage which is of no use. i dont know why the company had kept the storage which is of no use, is the making the costumer in blank over the design. is their is any one from the company to tell when the problem will be solved on their stupid design.

          Dear Sir, My sony tv model No:KLV-32R402 fall down because of improper installation done by your mechanic who had come to install the tv at my residence B-320 Kendriya vihar, Sec-51, Noida in the month of september-2013.Since I was not knowing myself the position of tv to be placed, the mechanic did on his own account. On the 2nd Feb morning tv fall down when I was in wash room and its front screen got damaged. I have called your service center to send mechanic so that he can give an estimate of the repair of tv. The tv mechanic inspected my tv and said that the panel has been damaged and as such it has to be replaced. I had sent this tv at the behest of service center incharge Mr. Sushil who told me the estimate of the repair on the lines given by the engg who stood my side and inspected the tv. After keeping the tv since 2nd Feb they could not repair the set. This morning Mr. Sushil called me and inform that the mother board also has been damaged and revised the estimate from 12, 400 to 18000/-. It has come to me at root shock that for no reason i have been penalized on the account of lapse of the engg who has come to install the tv. You can well imagine that the How can the tv fall on its own and the entire blame your service center has shifted the blame on the customer. Instead of paying of such a huge amount of 18000. I will instead go for new set of some other brand as I have lost faith in your company & service center. that instead of accepting the blame. They have shifted blame on customer. I am writing to the govt also for intiating a positive action against your company for such a callus approach that I have been without tv from last 15 days. It is the prime duty of service center to inform correct estimate at the time of visit of service engg rather than giving a second thought by revising the estimate.             I have attached a proof that it took Sony more than 6 months to respond to my Issue, I am really a big Sony fanboy, but when it comes to their service it is very disappointing. I had issues with My Xperia Z1 and I had given my phone on the 29th of July 2014 and I don't get a proper response and since I did not get a proper response I had to somehow purchase a New phone and I tried to contact Sony many times letting them know that I don't need the device and requested a refund for the same because I waited for a very long time and still there was no response. So I got another phone and now all that I needed was a refund and that is all, later i get a call from Sony asking me to come and collect my Phone, I was really infuriating and I explained the whole incident to the person who called me and finally he tell me you can keep both the phone, here I am expecting for a refund and this guy tells me to keep both the phones, may be they don't have the value for their customers Money even their product that is why they offer such atrocious Service, I had me lawyer send them a notice requesting for 100% refund and Compensation on the same. Please help me with the Issue if nothing can be done I am going to the Media...

                Hi Team, EMI no. [protected] Myself Amit Sharma, I have Xperia Z - ultra Phone, i have purchased on March'2014, Which screen have damage 2nd time in last 10 Month, 1st Time is has been covered under damage warranty, new refurbish set free of cost has been provided after about 2 Months by "Sony Service Center(Technocare solutions) - Mobile in Lajpat Nagar 2, South Delhi, Delhi, E - 17, Central Market, 110024" Now on 31st Jan 2015, i have re submitted my screen damage set (Set is working Condition) to the same service center, They told me hat they will charged 10500/- for repairing cost and they will given me other refurbish set in 10 days. Today 11th Feb 2015 i had call service center they told me that they have not generated any ticket for the same and it will take another 2 month for deliver the refurbish set also want a bill copy on their e mail id, i have given a photo state of bill on 31st Jan 2015. I do not carry a bill copy for xperia z ultra and i have softly spoken to him but they told me that i have to pay full 22500/- of amount for refurbish xperia z ultra and set will be deliver in 4 to 5 months. Today 11th Feb, they have generated ticket after 12 days on behalf of my call when i have remembered him about the status of my cell phone. Ticket ID : W[protected] I have manually generated receipt when i have deposit my cell on 31st Jan 2015. Please let me know what is the policy to charge the amount for xperia z ultra phone which is only 10 months old phone and have only screen damage (Set is in working condition) And what is the TAT for delivering.                   I have purchased sony xperia c ..but till date it is not working properly so many times i have repaired from sony service centre..last from 2 months my phone is in sony service centre but he is not replaying and not giving any replacement and also saying that give 9000 rs then only i will give replacement...why should i have to give money my phone is under warranty now so i want to register complain against sony india..

                    I Have purchased SONY EXPERIA E3 from your Sakchi, Jamshedpur Outlet on 31.10.2014.Its INVOICE No -1485 & TIN No -[protected]. Set no[protected].From last one month set is hanging very frequently.I used to visit your service center .They simply open its back cover & by pressing off switch and again restart it. After restarting, they are saying there is no problem & also suggest to do the same thing when it hanged. Now I want to know hanging in your EXPERIA E3 is normal phenomena or it is a problem. I suggest you to kindly do the need full otherwise I have to move consumer forum. I am very much upset from this set. Thanks.                       I am Padmini G, I have Purchased the Sony E3/DS above model in Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited., Valasaravakkam on 14/01/2015 Amt of Rs.11, 200/- my Invoice No is 28980.
                      in 2nd day when i was mobile it was get hang unable to end the call and i tried to shutdown my mobile that is also
                      not get so i called poorvika show room they where asked me to come there, i gone there they were open the mobile and insert the pin and reconnected the mobile, they said hereafter that problem will not come, i asked them why it was happend, they said some application are opened but they have checked my mobile no application were opened, they have communicated with there staff itself they have gone inside, i have shouted them i came back, because i will never use for Internet in my mobile only for attending the calls purpose i am using the mobile,
                      then, within a week the same problem was happen again i called them again they have opened the back cover and with pin they have restart the phone.. these problem is keep on coming yesterday with this same problem i have gone to poorvika showroom i showed them they said handover the mobile we will send it to Sony service centre and we will solve the problem.
                      But i want to know one think. When i purchase the new phone how this problem come immediately, why i should send my new phone to service center, i asked them these question to poorvike sales people, they r not giving proper answer, they should change my phone, they should give another new phone, i handed over my phone yesterday(10/02/15) but still now i have not get any call from poorvika, they have not return my mobile so for i need new mobile instead of this phone, i am not happy with poorvika sales,

                      i am requesting you to take this complaint to your kind notice and rectify this problem immediately.

                        I am a customer using Sony Xperia Z1 model. On 1st February I connected my hand set for charging. while on charging mode, i received a call and i was unable to receive since the phone screen hanged. Next moment I pressed the power button and i experienced a shock & immediately found screen broken. Today I have visited Sony Authorized Service center, R-Logic Technology, Rajajinagar Bangalore-10, to obtain solution. Upon checking I have been said that this is a screen damage and since unit is 7 month old it will not be covered under warranty and shall be processed on warranty void basis. When escalated I was introduced to the Manager who again said that this wont be covered under warranty. Approximate expense is 14 thousand INR. My question, I experienced an electrical shock and the screen crack while the unit was in my hand itself. i myself noticed it and didn't dropped the hand set, yet this is being termed as customer induced damage and warranty has become void. After paying Rs. 34, 698 on June 2014, I am regretting my decision for going ahead with a Sony Product. Beyond this, my complain is also not logged in the pattern as I provided. In the Job sheet no where it is mentioned that i experienced an electrical event and which lead for the screen damage. The service center GOD have termed it as chargeable basis and same is recorded as damage and touch not working. This is really a pathetic service provided with the Sony policy. I am extremely sorry for having purchased your product. Please help me share further procedure to obtain resolution. If I only have to pay for service, I wouldn't mind to donate for sony company for their learning and RD purpose free of cost. Post this i sent a mail to the support matrix yet I didn't received any revert. All i received was 3 times a call once to provide an offer of 50% cost of current price payment for a refurbished model or 80% payment for a new handset. i requested for quote for the repair received call stating that it will cost Rs.8050/- quote. For this I requested if I can get discount. Caller requested for time and reverted saying that this is also not possible. Ultimately all your warranty is just a void. No matter what, Sony mobiles only know to squeeze money but never provide or care for customer satisfaction. JOB NO. W[protected]. Appreciate if I can get to conclusion on early note.

                          APPEAL to all disgruntled SONY BRAVIA TV Customers to Unite to fight injustice from SONY TV Dear All, WE ALL HAVE SUFFERED BECAUSE OF FAULTY TV'S FROM SONY. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ON THE INTERNET, BUT SONY TV DOES NOT CARE. First there is either LED issue OR Motherboard issue, then panel needs to be changed. After spending thousands on the repairs, the warranty of repairs is just 3 months. We all have complained with SONY TV, in our respective states, and we all have faced the same problem that SONY does not respond, OR gives only 1 type of reply that the warranty is over and they cannot do anything. Time has now come to unite and put up a joint fight against SONY in the consumer courts. SONY TV people know that their consumers are not united, and individually they cannot fight against a giant like SONY. They also know that people are busy, they do not have patience, and many are illiterate and therefore do not know what to do. I hereby appeal to all the dissatisfied customer of SONY TV to send their complaints, with full details to me. The invoice no. and date, model no. What happened to your TV ? When ? How Sony is not responding. etc etc. Pl. send full story. I am also suffering at the hands SONY service people. My TV was bought for Rs 70, 000.00. I have changed entire mother board, (Rs 10, 000), Power unit and they now want me to change the panel paying Rs 22, 000.00 I assure you that on the basis of your joint complaints, I will lead the fight against them in the consumer court, and will try to get relief for all o[censored]s.                             It is a matter of great discomfort that even after 3 months of lodgement of a service request that my grievances still remains un-resolved. It is not expected from a world class consumer electronics conglomerate like SONY. I once again describe the gist of my complaint as under:- I have already lodged complaint twice for repair/replacement of my captioned TV. The service manager paid a visit and merely stated that only recourse available is to replace the PANEL. I have already shown him that the TV is running and functioning properly for about 10 minutes after this it goes off. When the TV is running perfectly well than where is the question of replacement of PANEL. Even for a moment I agree to the service manager's suggestion that I need to pay Rs. 15, 000/- for replacement of my Panel, there is no guarantee that the panel will be available. When I asked what is the recourse available in case the panel is not available, they have advised that I need to pay 75% of the cost of new same model TV in addition to Rs. 15, 000/- and the old TV is to be deposited. Sir, this is horrible reply from your service manager. Is this your customer Service? I request you to please redress my grievances within 7 days from today failing which I will take steps which may be detrimental to the interest of the company. This may please not be taken as a mere THREAT. If I am put to loss monetarily, I will not hesitate to even to go to SOCIAL MEDIA like face book and TWITTER to publicize my Grievances and the attitude of the company.                             It is for your acknowledge and kind consideration that I am residing at Bhesan the taluka place of district Junagadh (Gujarat). I bought sony Led tv mentioned serial no and also invoice for which is attached along with this. There was some technical issue in it and it is under warranty period. I emailed you on 18/6/2015 for whole matter of inconvenience and problems till without resolution. I didn’t got reply of any emails yet which is very shabby as reputed co. like you.

                            As per co. rule and norms, I complained of that on your toll free no on 11/6/2015 ref no. 25913333 sms of which I got later. A technician arrived on 13/6/2015 who clarified that a part of this TV set is damaged or anything and later informed that a particular part is not available at any service centre in India. They told that these kind of damaged parts have to be brought from abroad which will take a ten days time. But our personal experience is worst in this matter and ever parts provided are not of good quality and what about the inconvenience I suffered on cost of my time and business.

                            Companies are highly advertising to attract customers and misguiding which damages us economic loss and also make fraud. All together it is not our fault but from company side or it is too late, I will not accept any kind o[censored]ntrustworthy part at company’s convenient time. It is my kind request to give me piece to piece replacement.

                            Kindly look into the matter immediately and take quick steps to resolve the matter.

                              I am fed up with the device provided by Sony service centre in chhindwara.My Sony bravia TV has some problem and is not working for more than 5 months. They had send the technician but he arrived only once and no response from the sevice centre after that, even I have called in customer care for complain .but still they haven't showed up yet...what am I suppose to do now...throw my TV at garbage just because no one is coming for help...what is the use of service centre if they can't repair my TV...I am really fed up...and just hoping that this message might help me...and on top of that they were saying to tehnician that dont tell anything about the price of the partsparts...really annoyed

                                Our Issue: Please find this mail as our last effort before filing a legal consumer court dispute against any services. We have raised a complaint against above mentioned CCC I'd on 27 December 2014 which is still unresolved despite making advance payments. Your affiliate Jolly electronics is now not responding to our calls and just saying we will get it resolved asap. Is one and a half month not enough for aoby to solve a small complaint. Pfa copy of job sheet Sony adamant reply Dear Mr. Chirag Aggarwal, Greetings from Sony India. Thank you for patronizing Sony product. This is in reference to your e-mail dated 3rd and 6th February 2015 addressed to our Head of Service regarding Sony BRAVIA TV model no. KLV-40V400A, serial no. 1214270. We understand your concern towards Sony BRAVIA TV. We received service request of your aforementioned product at our Authorized Service Centre, M/s Jolly Electronics World on 3rd February 2015 vide Job no: J50297685 with nature of complaint “no power”. Upon inspection of the product, engineer observed that power supply needs to be replaced for satisfactory working of the TV. We are having difficulty in getting the necessary part. Therefore, considering the same we are proposing you an alternate solution. We offer you to exchange your product with any BRAVIA TV from our current line-up at 75% of new model Maximum Retail Price. Our Concern: We don't want to buy a new televison. Kindly arrange for the part.

                                Sony service department officials are involved with Sony service centre people. A fix pattern is that either the power
                                unit, or HDMI rings go bad. Promptly you will be asked to change the entire power unit or entire mother board, if you are not in warranty.
                                If you are in warranty, they will only repair the bad part. These parts go bad, only when your warranty period is recently over. Once you allow them to take your TV at their facility, be 100 percent sure that your panel will go bad in 6 months to one years time. Because they dont change
                                anything but make arrangements to spoil your panel. BEWARE of SONY TV. Dont give up. Spend time and money, but SUE them in consumer
                                court. Believe me you just have to submit a hand written letter and attach copy of your invoice. Thats all. Know what the ofiicials are very sympathetic to consumers.
                                I request everybody to please send me their detailed complaints with email id's etc at [protected]@hotmail.com. I am also a affected SONY TV buyer, and want to file a mass action suit against this SONY.

                                  I bought a Sony Vaio laptop about a 1.5 year back from a GURGAON based dealer. Its been less than a 2 years of the laptop that on every 6 month basis its software gets corrupted. When I asked from the Sony Vaio Care, instead of repairing or checking the laptop or even calling the consumer to check exactly the problem is, their questions are about the billing, warranty / extended warranty. We, CONSUMER's, in INDIA are being looted many times from these foreign national corporations. We pay the money and buy their products and now instead of giving the value to the consumer's money, they are asking for proof, whether we have paid the money or not. I have been CHEATED, looted and given a garbage dump product, which is good for nothing. I don't mind giving it back to the company and get compensated for it. I am a working executive in MNC, and hardly have any time to fight back for everything that I paid for. These type of corporations who doesn't know's how to handle the Indian Consumer's should leave our country and pay the damage charges to the consumer. Seeking your cooperation for the same. Thanks !

                                    Dear Sir / Mam, This is to inform you that i had purchased a new Xperia smartphone Z ultra on[protected] and today is[protected] in between a month i had given my phone twice in sony service centre (Amba Electronics) due to lots of issues but they always says only software issue occur and they only update the software and return to me but their is no solution of my problems like icons runs automatically, Camera not available error show, touch not working properly.                                       I've purcahsed a new SONY LED tv at 21st Jan 2015, but from starting, light reflect from a point which is on screen and other one is LED screen has not been properly attached with its Panel.New LED tv is defected in two other things.So i want that my LED tv should have exchanged due to i've purchase nearly and it is defected from starting.I've already register a complaint regarding this to Sony customer care at 23rd Jan 2015 because it has been installed on 22nd Jan 2015 evening.Bt yet now my LED TV has not exchanged yet.So pls take action on that and exchange my LED tv from SONY company on urgent basis. Light reflect from a point which is on screen. LED screen is not properly attached with its outer panel, so some internal part shown on the top of screen.So kindly take action on Sony and exchange my LED tv on urgent basis.My contact number is [protected] and [protected].
