My self amit yadav. I m purchased. Sony brava 24' leledtv from snapdeal ltd on june 2014 but since last few days screen show black and white visit the Sony authorized service center engineer that start the ledo tv and take photo of led and told me that pannel is dead we replace it next day i coll to centre and ask the date of replacement they told we have order of that screen after some hour they colled me and say it replaced out of warranty please look into the matter I have all recoding of these transction er.[protected]@gmail.com.     Model no. Xperia C2305 IMEI No. [protected] purchase date : 10 Aug 2014 Bill No. 492 Shop Name : Aditya Enterprises, Kota As told by the shopkeeper, the internal storage is 4 gb but actual internal storage is 1 gb... whenever i download any application it is showing error / insufficient space.. and updates are not running... while the 8 gb SD card is not at all loaded with the application / data. It is not transferring the data to SD card... I have given the set to the service centre vide ticket no. [protected] dated 2/1/2015 and did the software update but the problem still continues while some applications are not working and hanged on... I am facing a lot of problem with the set... please provide the solution...

      MY work order No- W[protected], and ticket ID [protected] dated[protected]. Dear Customer Care Department, This is to inform that undersign had given my personnel mobile (Xperia-Z1) to Sony service Center at West Medinapur- West Bengal (Video Plaza) on[protected] with below listed complaints. 1. High Frequency Music gets distorted which was not originally so.(this was one of major factor to consider this set with other available options) 2. Voice quality was not clearly received to other end, (to whom I am talking with). 3. Voice quality is low both in normal & speaker mode. 4. Screen brightness gets disturbed some times. 5. Battery discharge in 3-4 hrs. 6. Camera quality is poorer that Samsung Grand-2, although Sony Xperia Z1 is 20 MP camera & other is only 8 MP. Response from Service Center. • First of all front desk officer did not listed each of above problems & only listed selected, ensured me they will care in totality. • There was no one to guide as how to take back up, as same was advised to take by customer care while request for ticket ID. • When I asked for How to take a backup, than from office person replied that I have to do that with in myself, resulting I could not take back up prior to hand over my Phone. • On[protected], when I got SMS that my system is ready, I visited again to pick up my phone & asked what are corrective action taken against each of my reported problem. In response concern technical team person only informed me that, your phone was formatted. • When I asked why phone was formatted as in system all things was showing updated, & I was not being informed about same, that is why I was not bothered to take back up, while when service center person was not supportive as mentioned earlier, resulting my complete data, pic, video, sms are gone. • Concern technical person showed test mode & declared all is well nothing can be done except software upgrade. In view of not getting any solution of my given phone I had not taken my phone from service center, & shall be procuring a better phone if things are not resolved ASAP. In response to above Sony service center has informed that every thing is all right I can take back my mobile. Also My service ID [protected] is closed now. Manoj Shrivastava

        Hi, I have handover my phone to service centre for charging connector repairing . However it was for the 2nd time for the same issue . For the 1st time they had repaired as a changeable replacement for physical damage and now there is no point of physical damage but still they are asking me for the replacement charge . I strongly feel this problem been occurs due to the worst product fixed by your service centre and they again change me money for the replacement. Being a Market leader in Mobile handset Sony should not harass his customer . Expecting a positive response from your end the Job sheet No is - W[protected] for your ref .           Hi Sony Team, I have Sony ZR mobile recently purchased (Sept 2014) and is having SIM card detection issue. I went to Indranagar, Bangalore service center and got very very poor response that purchase a new phone and Sony company will give you 20% off on new mobile which I saw and heard they were telling to each customer who was there having mobile problems. After very heated discussion, they asked me too drop all my personal details so that they contact me and I have been following this from last 5 days. Each time they says that we have sent mail to head office asking for approval to replace motherboard. The front customer officer (Ms Vidhya) is always giving false reason that person is not available and will call you back, however no update so far. I have shared all the required details and looking for your support to get my mobile problem corrected. Thanks, Vandana

            I bought a sony vaio laptop 2 years back. after 3 months it had some glitch and it stopped working. As it was in the warranty period, so it got mended. Same glitch occurred thrice in one year. Every time it got repaired. After one year when warranty expired, the same fault happened again. I gave it to the service centre people. They took it and later told me that the motherboard of the laptop needs to be changed and it would cost Rs.17000, which is unreasonable for a laptop of Rs.33000. Well the same thing happened with my friend too. He had a minor problem in his laptop and they told him that the motherboard is dead and the reparation will cost Rs.23000. The sony vaio service centre of Ranchi is very untrustworthy. I request the company to look into the matter, lest they'll keep on defecting our laptop's motherboard and will charge us heavy amounts. This is really affecting the sale of sony vaio. Either the service centre should be amended lest I request people to not buy its products as it gets heavy on ypur pocket after the warranty period.

Sir, Sub: Claiming for replacement of Sony Experia E3 Dual mobile – regd., I purchased a new Sony Experia E3 Dual mobile ( White colour ) IMEI No. [protected] from your reseller ( Surya mobiles ) located at 275/2, Bharathiyar Road, Karaikal-609602. From the day of purchase I was not able to make any outgoing or incoming calls properly. As I contacted above mentioned reseller regarding this problem, he advised me to restart the mobile, doing so the same problem prevailed. When I contacted the reseller again, he sent my Sony mobile for service on the first week of November and my mobile was returned in 10 days. While receiving my mobile I was informed there was a software problem and they had reinstalled the software, But to my shock I found out that my mobile had the same problem. Again I contacted the reseller for replacement, But he sent my mobile to the service centre for the second time on the 2nd week of December 2014. Now he informed me that he received my mobile with the software updation. I preferred Sony brand, since it was a brand of global reputation, But I had a bad experience since I purchased this mobile. Hence I am not satisfied in receiving the same mobile. So, I request your kind concern to replace this mobile with a new one. I kindly bring to your notice that if proper action is not taken, I would like to approach the legal and the online consumer forum.

                    res sir, i had bought a new handset model no :experia e3 IMEI NO :[protected] from karan telecom gole bazzar mandi dabwali pin :125104 (haryana )on dated 04/11/2014 after few days the handset automatically take restarts after 1-2 hrs probably .i had visited twice to my nearest sony care centre, bathinda (punjab) date :03/01/2015, job no :W[protected] . but still the problem is as it is so i req the company to replace my handset and extend my warranty as early as possible. .. thanking you anil kumar mandi dabwali

                      Hello sir, I have bought sony Xperia Z3 and the display was cracked accidently.I have given it to sony service centre it was repaired with some mistake like dust in camera window and gap in battery cover. then 2nd time I have given it to solve that problem but after some days it was done with same problem. It means technicians of sony are learning from my phone and they want to do research something with the help of my phone. Service details are as.. service date delivery date job no. 1st 22 Nov 2014 13 Dec 2014 B1W[protected] 2nd 13 Dec 2014 06 Jan 2015 W[protected] 3rd 06 Jan 2015 pending W[protected] My phone is still in worst of sony service centre since 22 Nov 2014 and for how much years technicians of sony will do research I don't know...

                        Hello Sir, I, Mr. Pradip, had bought a mobile phone xperia Z3 and accidently display is cracked.so, I have gone to service station for repair and it was repaired with some mistakes like dust in camera window and there was a gap found in back battery cover. After some days it was done with same problems with worst technicians. Service job details are as Date Delivery date service job no. amount paid 22 nov 2014 13 dec 2014 1st B1W[protected] Rs.20823.87 13 dec 2014 6 jan 2015 2nd W[protected] 6 jan 2015 pending 3rd W[protected] I have not used your phone from 22nd November 2014 and it is still in repair because of your worst technicians. How much time you will do research like a scientist does in aliens... I have bought this phone for personal use not for to learn your technicians. If your technicians want to learn more in xperia phones then I have another Xperia Z phone. Give me your address I will deliver my Xperia Z for research for your technicians. thank you.

                            I am using Sony Xperia Z C6602 mobile with IMEI NO:[protected]. As I have problem with the camera images(While taking pictures, some are not clear), I approached the service centre, :Sharon Electronics, JP Buildings, No 5, Muthu Velappa Street, Tamilnadu, Erode- 638002, Phone:[protected], on 29.12.2014 with Job No:W[protected], showing the poor quality images captured by the mobile, the service person at the centre told that we will make software update on the mobile and then check the condition of the mobile. On 30.12.2014 evening by 7.00PM, I received a message from the centre stating the mobile is ready for collection, I collected the mobile by the very next day (31.12.2014) morning. Even after that software update, I had problems with the camera images, again I approached the service centre on 6.1.2015 with Job No:W[protected], stating still I am having the same problem in the camera images. The service person at the centre told again we will make software updation, and will take ten number of pictures continuously by using the mobile, if those ten pictures are clear mean, it indicate the mobile is in good condition (That will take a time period of three days, stated by the service person) . But the problem is while taking pictures, sometimes only the pictures are not clear, not all the time and there is no specific intervals between poor images captured by the mobile. I asked him, you are telling, you are going to take only ten photos, what will we do if the eleventh one or other photos are not clear mean. He didnot provide any response for that, he repeatedly used to say I will take ten continuous photos only, if the pictures are clear mean, there is no problem in the camera, even after showing the poor images captured on the mobile. Already the software is updated only by 29.12.2014, I experienced the same problem, what can I do if the problem persist. I feel highly unsatisfactory about the response provided by the service personnel, is there any rule that guarantee if ten images are clear mean the camera on the mobile is ok. We have high image on Sony enterprise and the quality of the products offered by them, I request you to provide me a solution for the above said problem. Otherwise I have to repeatedly approach the service centre, they are going to do the same software update, again image problem, again visit to the service centre, so on. I expect a good reply for the above said problem from the well named Sony company as early as possible.

                              i gave a mobile st26i/xperia J/black in service center for repairing and a few problem onlyive problem is that sound was not proper and network problem.they submitted my mobile and one slot they repair with out any service and take 1000 rs.when i take mobile there was sound problem so they submitted again and till date they didnot give me mobile and tell for some more times. it takes 15 days . they not give in time we go for consumer forum

Light indication is coming from USB port. 3. Not charging completely IS NOT UP TO THE SONY STANDARD. IS NOT ATTRACTIVE. FINISHING IS NOT GOOD. I FEEL IT IS DUPLICATE. FOR UR REFERENCE I AM ATTACHING THE PHOTOGRAPHS. PLEASE GIVE ME A FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. I DIDN'T READ THE FEEDBACK OF SELLER IN THIS PRODUCT BEFORE BUYING, BUT NOW I SAW MANY CUSTOMERS GAVE NEGATIVE FEED BACK AND MENTIONED DUPLICATE AND NOT CHARGING.                                   I purchased a Xperia C3 D2502 Black (IMEI – [protected]) on 27th November 2014. It worked well up to 19th December 2014 and suddenly stopped working during call so it was submitted to authorized sony service center at Thane (CCom Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd, Job No. W[protected] on 20th December 2014). On 22nd I got my mobile back that time it was said to me that there was software problem and now there will be no more problems in future so I again started using it. Again on 31st December 2014 phone stopped working before that it started hanging, and lot of battery heating was there. Due to busy schedule, I went to service center on 2nd January 2014 evening and they raised a Job No. (W[protected]). Service center person told me that we will check and let you know. There was no response till 5 days. I called in service center they told me that hardware of hand set is having issue and it will take 4-5 more days. I want to understand one thing, what is the use of buying mobiles from branded company like Sony if its giving problems every other day?? Do we have only that work to go to service center every time to get it repaired leaving all other important office work?? Why are you launching such product in market if you cannot assure its fine working?? Can I hear from Sony Xperia support and higher persons? I want my own finely repaired Xperia C3 (IMEI - [protected]) or new sealed pack one at earliest. I made a mistake to purchase a Xperia C3. It's giving me a depression.

                                    I had bought my Sony Xperia Z in 32000/-. Last week it was dropped off from computer table & it got few hair line cracks on screen. But this made my Sony Xperia Z screen display unresponsive. When I went to Sony Service Center, Antheri West, Mumbai, Service person quoted repairing charges as 16, 000/- which is half the MRP of my mobile. This is un-realistic and extremely costly.                                       copy of the mail: I would like to bring to your notice a unique problem [as mentioned by the service person, Mr. Deepak of sony service center, rajkot, gujarat] of defocusing on the left and right sides of a picture. I had sent my camera HX200V, Warranty expires on July 2015, serial No: 5263748, job no: J40887638 to the service center here in rajkot, gujarat which they had sent to the service center Mumbai. It was rectified and I got it after a month’s time and was able to use the camera for the next 4 months. Again the same problem started and I submitted camera on 14th, Nov, Job no: J42854173, but this time they tried to rectify the problem here itself as suggested by the service person in Mumbai but the problem remains. On enquiring they told me to send few pictures of the photographs taken before and after the defocus problem as they wanted to show the magnitude of the problem to the service persons in Mumbai. It has been learnt that the mail containing the pictures, sent from [protected]@rediffmail has been forwarded to you [Mumbai service personal] in December itself but there has been a reply that the technician in Mumbai is on leave. Please do the needful at the earliest as I find this situation very disgraceful for an esteemed company like Sony besides the problems faced by the customer for the non availability of camera, as the company takes very long time to rectify. Mr. Deepak diagnoses the problem to be of the software, as he has changed the motherboard, lens and some other major hardware too, in vain and that he can’t do the software part. I again request you to speed up the rectification process and help the customer who had trusted this great company and suffered great problems already. I hereby attached the photos showing prior to defect and the defect for your kind perusal.

                                        Date of Purchase - 6 June 2013 from Matrix Distributor Pvt. Ltd., 16 Anand Estate, 189 - A, Sane Guruji Marg, , Mumbai - 400011. First problem encountered & registered on 12 Oct 2014, complaint no.21476144, - T.V.screen white with no video just audio. Attended by Sony technician Ram (mob.+[protected]) on 13 Oct. 2014. Just cleaned the strips & the T.V. started working normal. We paid INR 1575/- for the service. Again on 25 Nov. 2014, T.V.screen turned white with no video only audio. So we contacted Sony service centre, complaint number 22576750 dated 25 Nov. 2014. Again Sony technician Ram (mob.+[protected]) visited us on 26 Nov 2014, could not repair & the T.V. set was taken to service centre for repair on second week of Dec 2014. We were informed on 17 Dec 2014 that the display was faulty & would need to be replaced 4-5 days and the same by Ramakant. On 23 Dec 2014, Ashish informed us that the spare is not available, hence a new KDL-48W600B was offered for payment of INR 1686 by Demand Draft to Sony India Pvt. Ltd. As we were out station we could get & hand over the DD no.010068 to Vipul Verma (mob +[protected]) for the amount INR 1686. We were verbally assured by Ashish that the new TV will be delivered within 6-8 days. Our old set was returned to us on 29 Dec2014 by Ram & told us that our new TV will come in 3-4 days time and the old set will be taken back. This was confirmed by Ashish by SMS on 31 Dec 2014 "that delivery will be done on 2 Jan 2015. On 2 Jan 2015 Bhagyashree informed the TV will be delivered on 7 Jan 2015. Today Ashish called & verbally informed (returning my call) that the new TV will be delivered on 10 Jan 2015 or on 12 Jan 2015. They are not giving any firm date & are refusing to write it down. I feel totally let down after buying a SONY product, spending my time miserably for none of my fault. Hope SONY will care for its exisisting customer and will reaffirm my faith in SONY the international brand. [protected]@yahoo.co.in mob. +[protected]
