I had bought my Sony Xperia Z in 32000/-. Last week it was dropped off from computer table & it got few hair line cracks on screen. But this made my Sony Xperia Z screen display unresponsive. When I went to Sony Service Center, Antheri West, Mumbai, Service person quoted repairing charges as 16, 000/- which is half the MRP of my mobile. This is un-realistic and extremely costly.     copy of the mail: I would like to bring to your notice a unique problem [as mentioned by the service person, Mr. Deepak of sony service center, rajkot, gujarat] of defocusing on the left and right sides of a picture. I had sent my camera HX200V, Warranty expires on July 2015, serial No: 5263748, job no: J40887638 to the service center here in rajkot, gujarat which they had sent to the service center Mumbai. It was rectified and I got it after a month’s time and was able to use the camera for the next 4 months. Again the same problem started and I submitted camera on 14th, Nov, Job no: J42854173, but this time they tried to rectify the problem here itself as suggested by the service person in Mumbai but the problem remains. On enquiring they told me to send few pictures of the photographs taken before and after the defocus problem as they wanted to show the magnitude of the problem to the service persons in Mumbai. It has been learnt that the mail containing the pictures, sent from [protected]@rediffmail has been forwarded to you [Mumbai service personal] in December itself but there has been a reply that the technician in Mumbai is on leave. Please do the needful at the earliest as I find this situation very disgraceful for an esteemed company like Sony besides the problems faced by the customer for the non availability of camera, as the company takes very long time to rectify. Mr. Deepak diagnoses the problem to be of the software, as he has changed the motherboard, lens and some other major hardware too, in vain and that he can’t do the software part. I again request you to speed up the rectification process and help the customer who had trusted this great company and suffered great problems already. I hereby attached the photos showing prior to defect and the defect for your kind perusal.

      Date of Purchase - 6 June 2013 from Matrix Distributor Pvt. Ltd., 16 Anand Estate, 189 - A, Sane Guruji Marg, , Mumbai - 400011. First problem encountered & registered on 12 Oct 2014, complaint no.21476144, - T.V.screen white with no video just audio. Attended by Sony technician Ram (mob.+[protected]) on 13 Oct. 2014. Just cleaned the strips & the T.V. started working normal. We paid INR 1575/- for the service. Again on 25 Nov. 2014, T.V.screen turned white with no video only audio. So we contacted Sony service centre, complaint number 22576750 dated 25 Nov. 2014. Again Sony technician Ram (mob.+[protected]) visited us on 26 Nov 2014, could not repair & the T.V. set was taken to service centre for repair on second week of Dec 2014. We were informed on 17 Dec 2014 that the display was faulty & would need to be replaced 4-5 days and the same by Ramakant. On 23 Dec 2014, Ashish informed us that the spare is not available, hence a new KDL-48W600B was offered for payment of INR 1686 by Demand Draft to Sony India Pvt. Ltd. As we were out station we could get & hand over the DD no.010068 to Vipul Verma (mob +[protected]) for the amount INR 1686. We were verbally assured by Ashish that the new TV will be delivered within 6-8 days. Our old set was returned to us on 29 Dec2014 by Ram & told us that our new TV will come in 3-4 days time and the old set will be taken back. This was confirmed by Ashish by SMS on 31 Dec 2014 "that delivery will be done on 2 Jan 2015. On 2 Jan 2015 Bhagyashree informed the TV will be delivered on 7 Jan 2015. Today Ashish called & verbally informed (returning my call) that the new TV will be delivered on 10 Jan 2015 or on 12 Jan 2015. They are not giving any firm date & are refusing to write it down. I feel totally let down after buying a SONY product, spending my time miserably for none of my fault. Hope SONY will care for its exisisting customer and will reaffirm my faith in SONY the international brand. [protected]@yahoo.co.in mob. +[protected]

        hi, I am vinay from Bangalore. 03/01/2015 i bought new sony xperia z2 for 40000 from "v mobile" Bangalore. I met with an accident and my phone back battery panel got damaged, rest of the parts perfect without any scratches, i went to sony authorized service centre (Abhivrudhhi tech, jayanagar), they said it will cost around 7000, i just got shocked hearing that, i am a big fan of sony products and always prefer sony. but just for battery panel 7k is very high. The phone is just 3 days old. i m very much upset with the price. kindly please my do something and help me. Before sony offered free accident damage service but now it is not there. At least for high end phone u should give free accident damage service. People always trust sony and buying their products so it is very important to give such free offers to those customer who is investing big amount to buy sony products. Please consider this request and replace the battery back panel free of cost considering that the phone is just 3 days old hopefully I am waiting for the reply from sony.           i had purchase sony experiea zr white in 31sep 2014 from online flipkart.after 3month problem comes in ear speaker.so i submit in sony xperia service centre(thane branch)CCOM TELECOMMUNICATION PVT LTD thane mumbai authorised service center of sony x peria for repair.after 5dayes they call me to recieve swaped handset of xperia zr, but when i see the swaped on handsetit was tottaly in bad condition.scracthes on screen and front camera gasket was absent and software problem was also there.so i imediately return it back in next day.now they have given next 8days time to replace this phone. i kindly request to sony team to take action againt this coz if i get same problem again then i will put case in consumer court and also put news in media and newspaper.

            My Sony Vio Laptop model no. VPCEB16FG/WE1 was handed over to your PATNA SERVICE CENTRE ON 26-11-14 vide Job No. J42967712. It was told that MOTHER BOARD is to be changed. But, even after a lapse of one and half month, the centre is unable to deliver. The complain thro' toll free no.[protected] was done thrice but every time it was assured by miss Shradha tocomplete the jobWithin 2 days but no result. Pl. look in to the matter urgently.                 Dear Team, With Reference towards the subject, would like to inform you about the handset problem which I’m facing, off late when I wanted to hear some music I came to know my headphone is not working and show error of contact sony center for assistance. I deposited my phone 2 days back at S.G. Infotech – Borivali ( W ). I logged complaint at customer desk, they said software needs to be updated and problem will get resolved but still no update on the concern. Meanwhile I also spoke to Sony Customer Desk about the same – Reference No 1/[protected]. Also, Phone Gets Hang during routine operation. Here the concern is why new head set is facing such problem and if further given for repair what assurance do I have in future because once your handset is given for repair, you will always face similar or other problem ( based on past experience and technical aspects ). I’m dealing with some transactions, which I cannot afford to lose and if lose you will be responsible ?????????? My Current No is not working. Request immediate support, why customer has to face such problem for new handset.                   This is with ref to subject service Job sheets and my previous complaint no 22271543 I was informed by the service center that my tab was ready for collection but when I checked with the service center I found my tab has been damaged externally. The service center representative made a false claim that the damage was there while it was given for service but it was nowhere mentioned about the damage in the service work orders (please refer attached work order copy). It is very clearly evident that the damage has been made in the service center but your service center refuses to accept and replace the damaged covers. I kindly request you to seriously look into this issue and replace the damaged external covers else I shall be forced to register a legal complaint against Sony for the damage made to my tab and the delay in service. Also I had requested to provide extended warranty for the delayed service period in my previous complaint which was not answered by Sony, I need the warranty to be extended for the duration my tab was with Sony service center else I shall be forced to register legal complaint. Hope you understand the issue and provide your support at the earliest.

                    Hello, This with reference to my Sony headphone bearing model no:sonyxb-450 BV series. The sound quality of the headphones are not up to the mark and bass feature which it deliver its not worth for spending 5, 500rs. The same quality i can get in the model Sony xb-450 series as the same i have tested in the Sony center and I don't find any difference in sound . Since the model no Sony xb450bv series was not for the demo I couldn't test it, I have reported my issue to team in Sony center but they were not helpfull. I request you take the headphones set back, so that I can purschase the Sony xb450 model from the same Sony center. Below I have attached the in voice for reference.                       Respected sir, I bought my sony xperia C3 Dual on 9/ Oct/2014. It started hanging and there was a bend in my phone for that I visited to your Service centre muzaffarnagar. They reinstalled the software but they don't solved the promlem of bend and for that they are saying its our first experience so we can't do anything. And it again started hanging after sometime . The problem was the application was Closing automatically. I called your customer care service foor both the Issue and they asked me to go and say to talk to us. Then service centre talked to your customer service and kept my phone for both the issue. Now when I am calling to your Service centre so they are saying that we have emailed for the issue and we are not getting reply for this and when we will get the reply we will call you back and today is 8 day From the date I gave my phone to your service centre. The date I gave my phone was 29/Dec/2014 and today is 5/Jan/2015.

                        contact- [protected] SONY TELEVISION Respected sir, It has been a very long time since I have complained regarding the problem of my sony television. But none of the concerned authorities is paying heed to my issues. Recently a person has mailed me saying that its difficult to arrange part so buy a new TV with an exchange offer of discount 25%. Sir, is this the responsible solution given by him ?? Is the life of a Sony TV is just 3-4 years ?? If I buy a new TV and any problem occurs after 2-3 years the simple solution by service centre is buy a new one because its difficult to arrange parts. Then why there is a need of a service Centre ?? My children is asking everyday when our TV will repair. They are not able to watch there favourite serials. i am feeling abashed by the kind of services. I am going to take the matter to the highest Level of Sony Authorities. Sir, when we went to purchase Sony TV they told that we have a very good service and they will repair soon if any problem occurs. What happened now ?? Our TV is not working from many days. We are not going to be silent. We will try every possible way. we have a lost of trust in public Grievance. The future of Sony Brand is looking very poor. we will raise the matter to the top level of Sony authorities, media level and other department. I just have one word to say to the Sony Brand and its high level authorities don't try to fool common people of India. Try to resolve our problem very Very soon. Now we don't have PATIENCE.                           I bought my Sony Xperia M on 09.10.2013.Not even a single year passed and it started showing charging problems.The charge used to drain even when the phone was not in use and used to get switched off...also the phone after sometime stopped responding to charging.I gave it for repair to Sony service centre at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.They said that the software is at fault and since the warranty period had expired, they demanded Rs.8000...while it was a manufacturing defect, they should have done it for free.I never thought a Sony branded phone would cause so much trouble in just 1 year o[censored]se. And the Sony Service centre's unacceptable pricing for repair...m hugely disappointed.I could certainly get a new smartphone at 8k.On top of it when they returned the phone, to my surprise, my phone's sim card slot was removed and exchanged with a damaged one.Now I am getting it repaired for Rs.1500.I am furiated by Sony's services and I'll make sure that none of my family members buy anything of Sony branding.Highly disgusting services...not something expected of Sony.

                            1. After barely completion of one year (when warranty expires), the above TV developed problems with audio. Your engineer visited in December 2013, did some cleaning and warned that motherboard may have to be replaced. As predicted, the TV again developed problems - your engineer visited on 20 December and gave an expenditure estimate of Rs. 8, 300. The engineer was sent by Jolly Electronics World, New Delhi 110015. The TV was bought from Vijay Sales, Janakpuri, New Delhi for Rs. 26, 900. 2. The issue here is - Sony sells me a product for Rs.26, 900 and barely a year later expects me to spend Rs 8, 300 on repairs, takes the high technical ground that the warranty has expired. 3. What about the high moral ground - I accuse you of making a sub- standard product and hiding behind the one year warranty. It also does not make sense to spend more than 30% of the cost on repairs barely an year later - the amount of repairs being higher than the present value of the TV. 4. I have two more TVs of other brands and they are doing fine, and they are not smart TVs. 5. I suspect that because your TV was a smart TV, it developed problems.                               Hello sir, My name is Toshan, I am using sony from last 15 years, so I think that I am a sony premium customers because I have owned several gadgets of sony like ( SONY LCD 32") (SONY LED 3D 47") (SONY HOME THEATER SYSTEM 5.1) (SONY PS4) (SONY WALKMAN 2 PAIRS) (SONY HEADPHONES) (SONY XPERIA S, Z1, E2, M & ION) . If you want I can show you invoice of all above mentioned products. BUT I am very much disappointed with my last purchase XPERIA ION RED last year (20.01.2014) from MOBILE WORLD ROHINI SECTOR - 8. I gifted this XPERIA ION to one who is very special to me on her birthday last year, but she is very disappointed with the performance of sony product, because she is facing different kind of problems from very first month, like RESTART AUTOMATICALLY, HANG, SOLW SPEED, TOUCH NOT WORKING PROPERLY and so on, we both personally visited to your exclusive service centre located in connaught place new delhi and service center located in Rohini sector - 7 opposite M2K several times but the result (NIL NIL NIL). A warranty of the product is going to expire this month on 20th of January 2015. Its my humble request to please rectify this issue or rather provide me a new smart phone of same cost Rs. 20, 300/-. Please do something witch is positive and appreciable by a reputed company like you. So I maintain believe in you and do not affect my next purchase of SONY PRODUCTS.                                 I have purchased 46 inch KDL-46HX925 AF1 on 13 dec 2011 and with in 3 years the Horizontal lines started appearing . I have complainted to local sony center but inspite of follow up they didnot truned up. I have also come to know from the local center on phone that they are aware of problem and i have to incur cost of 30K for panel which is unacceptable, We buy hire end products from such brand just to make sure we get quaility. If a product of 1, 50, 000 lakhs get damaged with in 3 years why would be buy such brand we can go for cheaper brand at 1/3 of its cost. My Serial no is : 2002629 . I need replacement of the product. Also I found that similar problem occurs in USA the company is providing replacement so why sony india is bias to provide replacemen. This is the URL http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/news-item.pl?news_id=449&mdl=KDL52XBR9 which says that if the horizontal lines appear Sony USA will replace the TV or fix the panel free of cost till March 2015. It Have Some Problem I Go To Sony's Service Center But My Problem Is As It Is No Solution And Now They Said We Have No Phone I Have Job Sheet When I Conntact To Sony's Care Center He Tell Me I Have No Phone Do What You Want Case On Me And Company Very Good Reply I recieve How There Workers No Solution... Very Very Very Very Bad Service I Take Action I[censored] Never Solve My Problem...

                                      Dear Sir I am Rajneesh Sharma from Noida U.P Mob.No [protected] I have Sony xperia C 2305 Black My problem is when I used handfree ragularly around 4 & 5 hours and disconnect hand free . when I calling any person and found I not listing that person voice and I play music player and video player voice not coming

                                        I have purchased Sony Xperia C2305 (IMEI no [protected]) and is not working from last month. I went authorised service centre at Indore 6 times, 1st time technician has updated software, 2nd time replaced battery, 3rd time again replaced battery, 4th time replaced motherboard and 5th time again replaced battery. Still the phone is not working please look into the matter
