my name is bibin k mony i had puchased sony TV, while purchasing sony dealer said one year warrenty and 2 year warrenty for pannel complaints, complaint raised on dec 13th 2014, purchased tv on march 2013. so 2 years is not over. first techinical engineer came and said warrenty card required, i have given it, afer taht he said he wants bill. but for me only receipt has given from tv shop. now saying as claim rejected, this is pannel complaint it costs more than 50% of the TV cost. worst experience in my life, just feeling that's it.

      Am using Xperia Z2, am facing a problem stated as restricted access for both data & Voice calls, at this time if i try to make a call, it says a message of normal calls are restricted by access control. am fed up with this often. pls fix tis earlier

        Respected sir, I, Hiren Patel a valuable customer of sony company and i purchased sony handset from my 8month saving and from the begining i faced the problem and given to service center & they give me after few days but the problem continues and totally i given three(3) times so due to continuous problem i again submit but yet they are not giving but they are giving me only time & time and due to this i am suffering and they are irresponsible for their accountability, so please take correct action and figure out me from this problem.           I have bought KLV-48R482B and serial no is 3250379 on 21 oct 2014.On diwali offer i would get Headphones worth rs 5999.. But the distributor told me that we will provide you within a week.But 2 months passed i still didn't get it...I am fully dissatisfied with your service i contact customer support they didn't give me satisfactory answer..i decided to go to consumer court against you and dealer.Very Poor Service.Don't buy Sony Products

            I purchased Xperia Z1 on 3rs January, 2014 but the service center guys checked the IMEI number and found that the warranty has expired on 25th, December, 2014. The service center guys said that they need approval from the head office to proceed the repair within the warranty. It has been two days now that the head office have not repsonded.               I have purchased SONY KDL-42W700B on Sunday[protected] and the unit was delivered on the same day. We got SMS the following day stating the SONY technician will be available at home for the installation. We waited for another day and no one turned up. We called back to the contact number provided numerous times - we got the same reply at all times (The concerned person will come by evening). If this is the case the technician should have turned up by yesterday. But has not yet turned up still. It's[protected] today and still the TV is not yet installed. Can you look in to this matter urgently and send a person to connect our TV. What is the use of TV simply lying for nearly 4 days. Is this how Sony serves its customers? Can they answer correctly atleast saying technician would not be able to attend and will come on the other day? Is this common sense for an individual to say if he is held up? I am not really happy with the way SONY is handling such basic things.

                Respected sir, I have SONY VPCEH28FN modal laptop. I purchased this product on 17- jan-2012 and I extended warrenty up to[protected].(product serial number : 7003060). Four months before my laptops hard discs gose failure. I take my laptop to nearest Sony authorised service centre.(MADONA SALES AND SERVICE CENTRE TC 3/121-10 & 11, Opp: M.G College, Kesavadasapuram, Pattom P.O, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala - 695004) They keep my laptopabove one and half month. After that they return my laptop with 320 GB hard disc .But my laptop have actually 500 gb hard disc. Then the service centre promise to mewithin 1 week replace with a 500 gb new hard disc.But now the time gose to above one month. They didnt change my hard disc to 500 gb. They always says that 'just wait sir'I belive that sony always keep satisfaction of customers. please take care on my problem give me the right solution for me.. Anukumar.cMob no.                     Dear, I bought a Sony vaio laptop in the month of September 2014, and with in month, the hard drive crashed and the LAN stopped working, and the system runs very slow and crashes very often and finally after discussing with Sony service center on December 1st 2014 they said they will refund the amount back for the laptop and since then its been a month and no refund .. we keep calling the Head of the Sony Vaio and his name is Nirmal +91 [protected], this guy never answers his cell and even when answered, he wont respond properly and shouts while on phone. ITs been a month and still we have not receivd the check, the laptop we purchased was still under warranty

                        Myself Ayush Kumar purchased a sony Xperia mobile on 22/06/14 from aligarh.just a few days back its screen started malfunctioning.there is no fall.i went to the authorised service centre in Aligarh.(JMD Enterprises J-11A Janakpuri Ramghat Road aligarh)on 18/12/2014.l.i was not satisfied with the way they gave reply to me so i called up on [protected] and asked me about my complaint.i was amazed to know that the authorised centre didn't sent any email to the customer care.i also sent all documents supporting my complaint to the costumer care sony.Despite repeated email i got repeatedly same message from the service center mentioning that query has been registered and the reference number is 1-[protected] & will endeavor to respond to my query within next 48 hours. no action has been taken nor i have recieved any call from them.

                          Hi I purchased Sony mobile 1 year now I have issue with network drooping, unable to receives signals, same purpose same Purpose I give my hand set for Sony service center. 1) They are replaced Loud speaker and earspeker and SIM SD Side key FPC and COAXIAL CABLE and charges Rs 1190 2) Now Problem is similar again I went to Sony service center and reported same now Sony technician suggested to change mother board then now I submitted for mothere board change. 3) Now the Sony telecaller called to my mobile and reported as not reachable and closed job and raised Rs. 112. 4) for that I visited 4 times to service center still problem is not resolved Then how this type will select as authorised service centers?

                                  Dear Si/Madam. I bought a TV of Model no;KLV-40N*500 and serial no:2367911 three back from Navrang Electronics at Laxminagar Delhi. Now we have shifted to Crossings Republik Ghaziabad.And Around 24 Nov'14 I filed the complaint for my TV as display is out from my TV and one of your executive has come from your dealer i.e NRI Electronics in Ghaziabad to check the status after launching the complaint vide complaint no is id ;22569306. He confirmed us that some part of your TV was disable and we have to intstal the new part in your TV which worth of Rs8500/- and we will take your request forward it to concern department and it will be re-install in next 8 days. from 24 Nov'14 to till date none of your executive has visited at our place with that new part. Though we regularly received the call from NRI Electronics stated that sir, your part is on the way and we will install it soon. Yesterday i got the call on my cell [protected] from them that we have to take your TV with us and that part will repair at our services center. We are unable to provide you new part. So please confirm by when our executive can visit at your place. I Said am not in favour to give my TV at your shop. since you people are committed me to either put the new part or can repair at your residence. How can your statment got changed after 1month. Sir, i request you to check the same and try to available the new part as we are ready to pay the amount with their service charges. This is a complete harassment from your dealer NRI Electronics.                                     I bought a Sony bravia TV model KLV-24R422A on 31 Aug 2013 with 1 year warranty.. Now on Nov15th 2014 the TV stopped working.. So we approached to the customer service and they checked and told us that the main board got repaired and it costs Rs. 5000/-. they told us that they will check with sony whether the cost can be barred by them since the problem occurs after 3 months of expiration..Then after some days they told us the cost should be barred by us. This is completely not acceptable..because we bought the TV for Rs. 16900 and now the repair cost is Rs5000 which is almost 1/3 of the TV cost and that too within 3 months of warranty completion.. So hence we request sony to bare the repairs charge and do the needful for us... Regards Vijayalakshmi [protected]

                                      I had purchased sony xperia M2 as on 4th May 2014 and since nov 14 my phone sound is not working. If somebody calls we cant hear the ringtone. calls cant be put on loudspeaker nor music can be hear. With this compliant i approached sony service center at ghatkopar. I reached centers at 6.15 pm as the center was working from 10 am to 7 pm. The service center refused to accept my cell phone stating their timing is only till 7 pm and they cant accept my phone as they need 1 hour to log in the compliant. When i requested to accept as i work from morning 10 am to 10 pm and saturday evening is only time i could come and submit the phone. They point blank refused even thou i was well within cut-off time of the center. When i requested for senior, he turned out to be abusive and demanded whether they should continue to work till 12 pm and whether i will come at that time too. He was so arrogant, rude and was getting personal. It was only when a gentlemen intervened that service center official stopped his arrogant. But even after all this center did not accept my phone for repairs. The refusal to accept the phone was not so hurting but the aggresive behaviour, harassment from service center officials needs to be addressed by Sony as well as consumer compliant forum. The senior official name is Mr. Imran Hashmi and other official is Mr. Nyaneshwar Ambre. The center is located in Ghatkopar east at Plantinum Shopping Center.

                                        I was by new mobile sony xperia e3. after 2 month i face lots of problem because of this hendset. every two to three day we need to restart completely. after press power button for restart or power off at that time it's continually processing until we not stop using inside power off button.
