my name is bibin k mony i had puchased sony TV, while purchasing sony dealer said one year warrenty and 2 year warrenty for pannel complaints, complaint raised on dec 13th 2014, purchased tv on march 2013. so 2 years is not over.
first techinical engineer came and said warrenty card required, i have given it, afer taht he said he wants bill.
but for me only receipt has given from tv shop.
now saying as claim rejected, this is pannel complaint it costs more than 50% of the TV cost.
worst experience in my life, just feeling that's it.
