Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a new Xperia C on 6th June (Invoice attached) and from the very same day the phone was not working properly so finally I went to the Authorised Sony Service Centre and software update was done and I was assured that the phone was alright. But unfortunately the problem still persisted and again I went to the ASC and this time I was told that my phone's motherboard had to be replaced and due to unavailability of the spares the can't be repaired. Now my phone is still lying at the service centre (service job sheet attached) and I am not willing to take the said phone back, I would request you to kindly replace the faulty phone with a brand new one instead.     maine T.V. mein dekha tha Ke apka ek Model hai Xperia Z1, jise watewr proof bataya gya hai .maine usi add. Ko dekh ke ye phone lia tha, par mera Z1, Aquarium me gir gya, galti se, aur vo Kharaab ho gya, usme paani chala gya, or uski warrenty bhi kahatam ho gyi, par use abhi ek saal bhui nahi hua hai ... jab maine phone lia tha. tab unhone kuch nahi btaya ke paani me gir gya to warrenty khatam ho Jaayegi. Ab aapke care services waale keh rahe hain, ke waarenty khatam ho gayi hai, please solve my issue. as soon as possible. otherwise i have only a way of "CONSUMER COURT" .

      Hi, I purchased a Sony Xperia Z1 phone in India in April 14, after much research I presumed this was the best phone at that price. In June 14 the camera started giving trouble and I couldn't click a single picture. I gave it to the authorized service centre and after a lot of trouble, I got a replacement handset. I was very happy then! It has been approximately 5 months and my phone has been overheating again and the touch screen doesn't function properly after that. A couple of days ago my phone was in my pocket and when I removed it to check it, there was a huge crack on the screen and my phone stopped functioning altogether. I did not bang it anywhere either. I have looked up several forums and this device is known to have this glitch. (http://www.gizmobolt.com/2014/01/12/xperia-z1-self-cracking-screen-issue/) I have submitted my handset to the Sony service centre where they informed that this will not be covered under warranty. (Job No. - W[protected] This is completely unacceptable as this damage was caused due to NO fault of mine. This has been a very frustrating experience with Sony and it just feels like all of my money has gone down the drain. I have faced ongoing problems after buying this handset, not to mention my peace of mind due to the amount spent on this device. Kindly advise a solution towards this so that it can be resolved.           Hi, i bought Sony Z2 mobile on June 1st week of 2014. I got accidental warranty for 6 months and complete warranty for 1 year.Past week my mobile had self cracked on itself due to my personal problem i cant able to go service center at that time.Yesterday i went to Sony service center and make a conversation with there staffs.They told that your mobiles accidental warranty should be expired past week itself we should not claim your mobile by accidental warranty for this damage you should pay17000.I didn't broken my mobile it got self cracked for that, why should i pay and repair my phone.I searched in google lot of Sony z2 consumers had self cracked.Please take necessary actions for my complaint and take needed steps as soon as possible.

            I purchased sony xperia z1.in period of 8 months when accidentalyy when water fell on my mobile enterd the mobile...i took it to the sony service center they told that water has enterd the mobile.they said no warrant is there where water enterd into the mobile then why to say it water proof.when selling that mobile dirtyy sonyy saying that it is water proof and from the time when i bought also touch is also not nice.theyy are cheating coustemers by saying that it is a water proof dont think that sony is water proof.they are just cheating us.i just dont recommend sony and hate it.this is first and last to use sony.

                I use Sony Xperia M dual and it was purchased on jan 27 2014. I live in Nagpur city and so thus I go to the Sony Service Center and put my phone for more than 7 days as it has problem that power button was not working. The phone was ready anf get hand over it towards me. And now just after 7 days the problem become same. Kindly help me

                  Dear Support Team As discussed with the customer care executive, yesterday I submitted the issue in writing on questions.[protected]@support.sonymobiles.com. I also attached 3 pictures of the Handset in Question, but didn’t receive any response, not even for acknowledgement or receipt of my issue at the mentioned email id. I am unable to attach any picture on this portal. Let me detail my issue to you, my handset is barely 2 months old, there are no scratches/ any cracks on the phone and from day one, the best quality screen guard is installed. The handset didn't fall or was exposed to any damage, yet the service center people are saying that there is an internal damage. When the handset was not exposed to any damage how can there be any internal physical damage, more over I don’t use this handset at all times, the problem clearly is in the handset and I am being asked to pay 8500 rupees for the display screen replacement. In addition to rupees 24, 000 and something within the span of less than 2months, I am being asked to pay 8500 additionally for no obvious damage, this is unacceptable. Not expected this from Sony. 1st issue is with the Bad experience o[censored]sing Sony Handset and 2nd Issue is in the manner in which the issue is being handled. I always thought that Sony is reliable in this aspect.A hefty amount of rupees 8, 500 is being asked to pay for a damage that is a result of no exposure that may have resulted in this. I purchased Sony Handset thinking that though it is expensive at least it will be a long term reliable experience, but this incident has forced me to draw a bad experience and I would never recommend Sony Handsets to any acquaintance and am further going to raise this issue if my grievance is not handled in a proper manner.                     I am great fan of Sony due to its brand and quality so I have bought a Sony LED 3D Smart TV 42 inch on Oct 25th 2014 during Diwali sale at Reliance Digital Banjara hills Hyderabad with 1 year brand warranty and 2 year extended warranty. It’s just 1.5 months now and it started giving an issue which I raised a complaint with reliance digital and they requested me to get in touch with Sony customer care. Sony technician visited my place and he gave the information to me that pixel has got broken in the display panel internally and this is an physical damage to the television set. When I asked the technician to show the physical damage or a crack or a scratch he says that’s how the Sony display panel is and directs me to some dot in the display panel which I cannot see. He gave an example of soft toy or Rasgulla sweet. If you hit the panel with that also it will damage the panel. He says I am liable to pay for damage of panel. Why I should I bear the cost when there is no physical damage/crack/scratch on the equipment? The damage has occurred in the internal display panel of the TV. Why the Sony display panel is so delicate that even with soft items the panel gets damaged. . Is it that I was sold an defective piece during festival offer which is giving issue within a month? After spending 80, 000/- rupees customers are not fools to damage the equipment and spend nother 30, 000 for display panel.

                    The store where I bought the TV has taken up this compliant and see that the display panel is replaced. Even though they had no responsibility after sale but they took it up and provided a solution to me. product brand Sony has ditched me but reliance has helped. So I realized that not only product brand we need to look for store where we can buy. they also should be a good brand. Reliance has proved to me that they are bigger brand than sony and good in customer satisfaction. Bhawna (service manager) has done good job in handling it right from beginning till end.

                    Sir, was this issue resolved? Its a pity the Government is not using Goods and Consumer act and is not taking these manufactures seriously.

                    The manufacturers are manufacturing faulty design led tv's which are fragile and the internal screeen can be damaged very easily. The technician advised the internal screen could be damaged with a piece of rubber or even a pen.

                    And then the manufacturer fleece the customers to pay 80% of the product (Cost Internal Screen/Panel) to replace internal display!!!???
                    IMAGINE A PART THAT COSTS 80% OF THE PRODUCT COST DOES NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY!!! Is this a JOKE!
                    This is definitely cheating!!

                    Don't remember the earlier TV's having these issues. This issue is common with lakhs of customers fallen pray to this issue called "Internal Panel Cracked and hence is a Physical Damage" its all over the internet.

                    Why would anyone damage their brand new full hd led tv's, the one bought with hard earned money!?

                    Hope someone moves court against such manufactures. Can't fool and take your customers for a ride.
                    Thats how it is happening and Govt is not people friendly for this kind of issues. Court case takes years..
                    I raised a complaint for KDL-42W900B 3D LED Smart TV- Display panel problem in Sony, but no physical damage/crack/scratch on the TV. Sony technician visited my place and told damage has occurred in the internal display panel of the TV. Why the Sony display panel is so delicate that even with soft items the panel gets damaged. . Is it that I was sold an defective piece during festival offer which is giving issue within a month? After spending 73000 rupees customers are not fools to damage the equipment and spend other 27954 for display panel.
                    Sony should create a community in India like it has in american countries to share views and experience. I m also a victim. Just one month after the manufacturing warranty, the 3D system failed in my 43W950C and the service fellows estimated Rs 12000/- for repair.I m a big fan of Sony but day by day the quality is being degraded. Sony is better but not durable. Please subscribe for 5 years extended warranty at the time of purchase.

                      In past few days, I am suffering of mobile problem. I have purchased Sony mobile Xperia E3 of dated-17/10/2014.In last 20 days some problem coming like Network problem and shut down problem, so I have gone to service center 2 to 3 times and he has solved this problem by hand to hand but no better result, so I have talk to customer care of sony mobile after that again gone to service center dated-15/12/2014 and he submitted my mobile in his service center(ticket id no.[protected]) and resolved and told that again this type of problem will not come in future. But, this type of problem has not resolved and current time this type of problem is continue and I am suffur. So, I want to cylinder your product and replace it.                         Hi, I would like to start my complaint with one feedback first which is "Sony has the worst customer service in the whole electronic world". In October, I started asking for Table Stand for my Led TV, where I was promised to get it in week times. Now, December is going to be over and I have not received anything yet. I would like to share the people names and number who are responsible for this pathetic service, if there is anyone who can take action against them (May be fire them from job), I would really appreciate. I contacted Sony Service Center, Koramangala, Bangalore and the people I spoke with, are as follows: 1. Dhanlakshmi 2. Vijay 3. Harish 4. Stephen 5. Shivakumar (Technician) 6. Manas (Technician) 7. Sandhya after waiting of 2 months, I have received the table top for my TV on 16th Dec, 2104, where I raised this problem in last week of October. On top of that, the produt delivered to me by Manas, was not the right part. It did not fit in the TV. Now I am calling again and again to the guys, and the only response that I hear from the personnels sitting over there is, "Sir, we will call you back". Noone does I just want to know, If personally or through any other means, I can inform to the higher authority people to shut down this cheap, pathetic, immature service center in Koramangala, Bangalore?                           Hi, My name is Aadil and I've recently purchased a Sony Bravia LED. Its my first LED deal with Sony, previously I was using Samsung. To start with, I'm disgusted by the way your customer service department works and the way my complaint is dealt. I was looking out for an LED to support all video format and while purchasing the LED from Rahul Electronic (Goregaon), I carried my pendrive to check if the videos I want are playing or not. All my Videos were playing fine in the demo LED of the retailer but since I've received my LED, most of the formats don't play. I explained this to the technician who came to setup my LED and he confirmed it could have been a problem with my pendrive. Later, i checked other 2 pendrives and had the same problem. I recorded 6 videos from my mobile phone out of which 2 are not getting played although all videos are of same format. Non of the video of my pendrive which i carried with me to the retailer are working in this LED. I explained and compliant about this to your customer service on 7 dec. On 8 dec, i had a technician visiting my place and confirmed there's problem and he needs to send a senior technician. After this, no one turned up. I called up again on 10 Dec to your customer service. Once dialing the customer service number, i get connected to an advisor to whom i explained everything, he said he will need to transfer my call to complaint team. As soon as the call is transferred, the next advisor disconnects the call. I called again and same thing was repeated 7 times. After getting disconnected 7 times, i got irate and directly asked for a supervisor and spoke to Nitin (i guess). He said he will contact the service center Krish Electronic and call me back to provide updates. Within 10 mins he called me and got a conference call done with Krish Electronic who confirmed someone will visit me on 11 dec to check the problem. NO ONE TURNED UP... On 13 dec, i called again.. Again an engineer was booked. NO ONE TURNED UP AGAIN.. On 14 dec, I called and spoke to siddharth, who kept me on hold for 20 mins and transferred me to other advisor and I had to explain everything all over again. I was on the edge of losing my patience but i still explained everything again and was confirmed an engineer is booked for 15 dec and yet NO ONE HAS COME TO MY PLACE TO FIX THE DAMN LED.. I'm tired of calling your customer service and feel I have done a terrible mistake choosing to buy SONY LED. I thought with a such a big name, you have a better service but i was wrong. Why do you sell products when you don't have the capacity to provide service?? I'm awaiting someone to call me and I hope this email doesn't reach deaf hears. My mobile number is[protected].                               1. Purchsed a sony experia E3 SS on[protected]Serial No-[protected]) from CROMA Kamla Nagar. 2. I gifted it to my father. He started using it after getting a micro sim from airtel store. 3. Within a day o[censored]se the phone started hanging. We made a call and it did not discinnect following which it hanged. The phone did not even switch off when tried to. 4. So we reported this problem to sony service centre(competent house connaught olace) and received 2 days. They reported that they had updated the phone software. 5. The same problem occurred next day and this time the handset was submitted at sony service centre(Dhanvi Communications Kamla Nagar). they again updated the software and returned the phone after half and hour. 6. But the problem occurred once again and the set was submitted at the service centre(Dhanvi Communications) for the third time. They returned the phone after two days reporting that there was a problem in motherboard. 7. The problem remained the same and this time the set was submitted to CROMA whose receipt i am enclosing with my complaint. 8. I expect a prompt action in this matter as i am experiencing a lot of inconvenience. 9. Having a good brand value i purchased a sony smart phone but my experience has been very disappointing. 10.                                 Hi, Please refer to previous complaint ref 1-[protected], I've been trying to get in touch with you with no satisfying response. This is highly irresponsible and unprofessional on Sony's part. If you can track how old my phone is through the IMEI number please check and tell me if this is how bad the phone should be. A fully charged battery for my xperia sp doesn't last two hours. I visited Service Centre time and again during warranty with nothing productive coming out of it. Not only implying how I wasted all my money investing in a sony phone but also expecting quality service. Ever since the phone has come back from the service centre, the battery has gone worse.I can't even resell this phone cuz the phone is that bad in demand that the value has depreciated by about 75 per cent. Tell me what I should do about this and I expect consistent support from sony this time because if it is disappointing again then I doubt I'd ever buy a sony product or recommend one. You will have one promoter converted into a detractor.

Made the complaint with service Centre in OCT Month and they identified that there is some problem with TV Tuner Card. Have asked them to get the repair done in OCT14 as the product is in warranty only but No one from Service Centre has acknowledged it or tried in reaching us replacing this faulty component. It’s almost more than a month and product went out of warranty and now service Centre is acting actively and asking charges for the repair work. Believe the service centre team was waiting for the product warranty to go out. It’s been really un-professional on part of service centre no acknowledging the Complaints on time and spoiling a renowned brand image globally.

                                    Hi my name is Rekha, i purchased Sony xperia E3 mobile on October 26th 2014, till now i've gone to sony centre 4 times and all the time they flashed my mobile and once they have changed the mother board also i have all the job sheet numbers with me.but the problem is again i got the new problem with this moblie, i am asking for replacement of the same but they are not ready to replace my mobile, i am very much upset with this.

                                        Totally disappointed with Sony Repair Service. There is nothing more disappointing than buying a Sony Xperia Z series. I used to be a loyal Sony customer and bought a variety of products - PS3, LCD, LED but I regret buying a Sony phone..And the Story is- Charging port of My phone was not working...and I think it is the most used port of any phone. I went to Sony Repair Center..and I was told that it would cost me 16000 Rupee because entire motherboard would be replaced just to fix the charging port...almost half the price of Phone. ..It was cost to repair the charging port...unbelievable...A tricky way to grab customer money. Also I was suggested by SONY Repair Center Executive to get my phone repaired in local market. What the hell...why have you opened the Service centers...??? I would say very poorly designed phone..with a tag of waterproof just to fool customers.
