Dear Si/Madam. I bought a TV of Model no;KLV-40N*500 and serial no:2367911 three back from Navrang Electronics at Laxminagar Delhi. Now we have shifted to Crossings Republik Ghaziabad.And Around 24 Nov'14 I filed the complaint for my TV as display is out from my TV and one of your executive has come from your dealer i.e NRI Electronics in Ghaziabad to check the status after launching the complaint vide complaint no is id ;22569306. He confirmed us that some part of your TV was disable and we have to intstal the new part in your TV which worth of Rs8500/- and we will take your request forward it to concern department and it will be re-install in next 8 days. from 24 Nov'14 to till date none of your executive has visited at our place with that new part. Though we regularly received the call from NRI Electronics stated that sir, your part is on the way and we will install it soon. Yesterday i got the call on my cell [protected] from them that we have to take your TV with us and that part will repair at our services center. We are unable to provide you new part. So please confirm by when our executive can visit at your place. I Said am not in favour to give my TV at your shop. since you people are committed me to either put the new part or can repair at your residence. How can your statment got changed after 1month. Sir, i request you to check the same and try to available the new part as we are ready to pay the amount with their service charges. This is a complete harassment from your dealer NRI Electronics. Take suitable action and do the needful on top priority. Waiting for the immediate revert.!!! Thanks & regards Harish sharma [protected] Flat No -1002.     I bought a Sony bravia TV model KLV-24R422A on 31 Aug 2013 with 1 year warranty.. Now on Nov15th 2014 the TV stopped working.. So we approached to the customer service and they checked and told us that the main board got repaired and it costs Rs. 5000/-. they told us that they will check with sony whether the cost can be barred by them since the problem occurs after 3 months of expiration..Then after some days they told us the cost should be barred by us. This is completely not acceptable..because we bought the TV for Rs. 16900 and now the repair cost is Rs5000 which is almost 1/3 of the TV cost and that too within 3 months of warranty completion.. So hence we request sony to bare the repairs charge and do the needful for us... Regards Vijayalakshmi [protected]

      I had purchased sony xperia M2 as on 4th May 2014 and since nov 14 my phone sound is not working. If somebody calls we cant hear the ringtone. calls cant be put on loudspeaker nor music can be hear. With this compliant i approached sony service center at ghatkopar. I reached centers at 6.15 pm as the center was working from 10 am to 7 pm. The service center refused to accept my cell phone stating their timing is only till 7 pm and they cant accept my phone as they need 1 hour to log in the compliant. When i requested to accept as i work from morning 10 am to 10 pm and saturday evening is only time i could come and submit the phone. They point blank refused even thou i was well within cut-off time of the center. When i requested for senior, he turned out to be abusive and demanded whether they should continue to work till 12 pm and whether i will come at that time too. He was so arrogant, rude and was getting personal. It was only when a gentlemen intervened that service center official stopped his arrogant. But even after all this center did not accept my phone for repairs. The refusal to accept the phone was not so hurting but the aggresive behaviour, harassment from service center officials needs to be addressed by Sony as well as consumer compliant forum. The senior official name is Mr. Imran Hashmi and other official is Mr. Nyaneshwar Ambre. The center is located in Ghatkopar east at Plantinum Shopping Center.

        I was by new mobile sony xperia e3. after 2 month i face lots of problem because of this hendset. every two to three day we need to restart completely. after press power button for restart or power off at that time it's continually processing until we not stop using inside power off button.

          Hello Sir,

          This is to complaint regarding your company sales promoter for Sony .His name is Prakash ([protected], [protected]) who works in Jayanagar Sangeetha Branch.He had taken my Sony ZR phone saying he would replace my phone with the new phone as he is working for sony werein he lied, he is just a promoter.
          And for three months he did not return my phone even after following up
          everyday, he kept giving excuses and also had switched off the phone for
          15days . And then later after 3 months when I said I will give a police
          complaint he said phone is repaired and please go collect it from
          sangeetha showroom located in Forum and I was shocked to know that there
          was no NEW phone replacement and my old phone is repaired. I had to pay
          Rs 5000/ to take my phone back and the Phone IMEI number is changed(Y would he do that ) .I have a feeling that he has taken my IMEI lable fixed it to an other phone and has done soemthing with that to make money.
          When I checked the phone he had used the phone and I could see the photos and
          msgs on the phone, I have showed all these to Forum manager Gajendra .I
          was promised a new phone and after 3 months he gives me my old phone
          repaired and on top of that I have paid Rs 5000/- to collect my phone
          back .I was suppose to give a Police complaint but I have great respect towards SONY as I have been your regular customer .I would want to hear back from any of the manager regarding this issue . He is doing this to a lot of people in the name of sony company saying he is one of the promoter in sony and he knows a lot of them internally so he can get the phone replaced easily .Please call me back with a solution

            Hello Sir/Ma'am My Name is Akshay J. Patil I have purchased a new phone Sony Xperia Z2 on 15th August 2014 which turned out to be a defected peace having problem of gap between the screen and the frame at the upper right and corner due to which it got water inside it and got off. The shopkeeper told me it has the water warranty of 6 months and 1 year phone warranty and when i went to the Sony care they are charging me for my new phone for the repair charge in warranty period as phone was purchased defected i am hoping it to be replaced with new good condition phone as Sony sold me defective peace

                HI, I have purchased a handycam in Dec'2012 with serial No. 1588153 and Model No. HDRPJ200E. Since then it has been repaired at JAYPEE ELECTRONIS Sector-2 Noida atleast 4-5 times for the same problem that hadicam doesnot detect the memory card. If an authorised service centre is unable to resolve the issue then to whom should I approach????? Each time there is an event to be captured it shows me the same error and by the time it gets repaired the event is over, be it vacation or a family function. I really feel cheated to have bought this product and actually filing a case with consumer forum to have either replacement of product or my money back as the handycam has visited the service centre every 3-4 months for the same reason.

                  I had purchased my sony Bravia 32 inches LCD TV in 2009, model number is KLV-32V400A. In June 2012 I had a display issue for which I registered a complaint (complaint #[protected]. During this service an IC (T CON IC) in TCON PCB had to be replaced. I was very much unhappy that within 3 years of TV purchase that this issue happened. But accepted the charges and replaced the IC. Now again within 15 months I have the same problem. I have registered a new complaint (complaint #[protected] and the service technician says that the IC has to be replaced again. I am extremely disappointed and didnt expect this poor quality from SONY. I spoke to the service manager etc., they all say the typical answer that the IC is not within warranty, cannot guarantee electronic items etc. But this is unacceptable to me considering following points: 1) Every 15 months I cannot pay 1.5K to replace my IC and just accept the standard self safe guarded remarks on warranty. There is a much big quality issue that SONY has to look into and not deliver such a product/service 2) I had paid around 46K when I bought this TV originally and the ordinary cathode TV is running in my home town for years without a issue. 3) I went with SONY irrespective of other much less options available just for the quality, which is now being proven wrong. Summary: TV MODEL KLV-32V400A Purchased on 2009 Original complaint 10521728 Original complaint on June 2012 Original complaint serviced by Koramangala service center, Bangalore current complaint 22984048 I expect sony would look into this issue seriously, fix their quality and not charge the end customer for a recurring problem

                    Hi, i have complainted tv problem.1 week after they comes and get my sony wega tv motherbroad. After 2days they called said 2300rps then i asked come with perfect center computer bill. His phone number is [protected]. When i am asking bill he saying if bill means amount 700rps + added so total 2750. Why what u r doing guys. Then i said ok no problem come with computerised bill. But he called to mom 8 more times regarding bill issue 10pm night. He saying i will return ur motherbroad without repairing anything. He told go and repair outside. Why??? Dear manager.                       Hai, Respected Sir, Mam My name is Yogendra Singh Bhadouria and i am writing this complaint regarding my Sony DVR and a Speaker .Speaker model no is 0182573. DVR Model no DAV TZ200/CSP[protected], Serial No 4108126, Job no J42888685, on 18/11/2014 and paid 2411.00 rs in ins cash for the repair of my DVR and speaker .i was promise that i will get my DVR and Speaker repaired in 10 days but till now it has not been done .when i contacted the Sony service store which is in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh name of the store is SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE GL-4 ABHIYANK ESTATE GWALIOR MADHYA PRADESH where i have submitted my DVR and Speaker they told me they have ordered the part and will let me now once they have conformation about the part but no one contacted me i have called them three times but i have never get a conform date on which i will recive my DVR and speaker it is now more than a month but i have not got any response from your sony service centre this is my very bad experience with Sony Serive centre i have never expected this kind of response form them i am submitting my copy which i have received from sony service centre .kindly get back to me ASP Regard ; Yogendra Singh Bhadouria ADD-EL 41 Deen Dayal Nagar Gwalior (MP) 474005 Contact No-[protected] Email id; [protected]@gmai.com

                          Hi sir,

                          I am Ramu.G.Krishna, an unlucky user of Sony Xperia Z1 from Ernakulam, Kerala. I purchased my Xperia on 19 th April 2014 from Alif mobiles, Oberon Mall, Edappally, Cochin (invoice number - B-0129 dated 19 April 14) and on the 6th day of purchase it got hung, which was a Saturday and the 7th day was a Sunday, and service center was on holiday. i could not reach out the Sony service center in ernakulam (m/s Madonna electronics) which was nearest to me. On Monday upon my visit there, they told its not possible to replace the phone since 7 day period was over. They just updated the software and returned the phone.

                          I had faced the similar problem several times and since I was not in the hometown, I could not produce it for service.But on 17 October, i had to service it again with the job card number W[protected]. Issue not resolved completely. Again on 6th November, i went to Madonna for servicing the phone, because the phone was overheating abnormally and camera was not working, job card number is W[protected]. They advised me to go for replacement (refurbished phone) and i opted the same. I received the refurbished phone within a week, and closed the job sheet. Again, on 19 November i had to service the phone again with job card number W[protected] for the same complaints.And still i am waiting for a reply from Madonna service center as my job card is still open..AWAITING FOR A SOLUTION.

                          In a period of six months, four times serviced and two times replaced. (for each servicing i have to take leave from my work, which is quite not acceptable)

                          I bought the z1 for my professional assistance. and now i am unable to use it for my works, since it frequently visits the service center.

                          Kindly have a look into my case sir, and try to sort out the issue.

                              Dear Sir/Mam, I am Deepak Mishra from Lucknow. I had bought 2 Sony Experia E3 Dual from Modern Communications, gomti nagar Lucknow (Bill Attached) on 18/11/2014. On 12/12/2014 my handset freezes while calling as I thought it was some system problem I tried switching it off but it hanged on showing 'shutting down' on the screen. I went to Sony Service Centre where in they Updated the Software and gave it to me back saying that the handset is OK now. After using it for 4 days same problem occurred on 18/12/2014. I went to the Sony Service Centre again where they did the software updated again and gave it back to me. Just after 2 days I am facing the same problem again. I am highly depressed with the kind of after sales services offered to me with this handset. I would request you to please change this handset and provide me another new one. I had very good beliefs with Sony handsets but the kind of problems I am having for past few days is really pulling my beliefs to negativity. I am attaching my mobile bill as well as both the job sheets. Would request you to please do the needful ASAP. Regards, Deepak Mishra

                                    Dear Sir/Mam I Pijush Kanti Dey have the honour to inform u that i have purchase an Sony xperia T2 Ultra smart phone previous 11.12.2014 vide Cash Tax invoice no: BFLK/524/14, bearing model no: D5322, of IMEI no:[protected], from the purchesing date my mobile is restart automatically, then i took it ur service center with consulting the dealer(Capital Electronics, Unit of Anand & Co.Electronics Pvt.Ltd) but the service center fail to solv my problem. So, I requested to u please look over in to the matter and solve it as early as possible to change the hand set with a new one, then i will be very thankful to u. Waiting for ur reply.                                       i abey.k.peter bought a sony led 40inch hd tv on august 2013. And i got a panel conplaint during the month of october2014. i got it repaired under extended warranty, which i took for an additional of 2years duration.sony authorised dealers named madonna electronics at edapally had done the work on my television.They had done the work properly, but at the time of delivery of my repaired television, they didn give me back the extended warranty card.i had called them several times.sonebody took the phone and asked me to go there and collect it.The worst behaviour to a customer through phone.Even then, i had visited the service shop.Then the guy sitting there asked me to come another day.and the reason he told me was, the card was not found there.As the final step, i had called the manager named rakesh and told all these things happened there.He didnt replied me back anything.Also he didnt called me till this moment.i wonder what a kind of bloody service is this brand providing to customers.i expect a disciplinary action against these kind of irresponsible staffs at sony service(madonna electronics).And please do something to return my extended warranty card from those irresponsible peoples.                                       i request you to do something immediately.because its been a month, they are making me mad.if this complaint finds no response, i will move this to court.that much i am fed up with these guys at madonna electronics service centre at edapally.

                                        I am Sojwal Bisen and I use Sony Xperia M dual purchased on[protected]. My mobile had an issue of power button and it was solved by your service centre at Nagpur. But after 7 days the problem get started again. My job no. Is W[protected]. I want u take proper action against it.
