My sony xperia z screen has automatically cracked and touch is not working. sony support doesn't provide me a resolution. While after going to service centre they told we cant do anything. you can replace your phone but you have to pay 80% of cost of new phone and the replacement will done only in selected stores in India. Its very pathetic and non-sense. Its a manufacturing problem they have to replace it free of cost. plss provide me some justice. If problem persists in all Z series sony must be banned from selling any products in India like Xiomi.

    Hi, The issue is that i had brought a Sony Z ultra phone from sangeetha store which is a authorised Sony outlet. This phone was brought on 15/March/2014. Recently the phoe has a scrach on the screen due to which the touch screen does not work. When i approached the Sony service centre in Indranagar(Bangalore) they denied to service my phone as the service centre claims that the phone is damaged and the screen/display damage cannot be fixed. I did inform them that the phone was not dropped or meet with any accident. The manager at the service centre says the display could have been damaged because i should have kept the same in my pocket or due to sum pressure the display might not work. The service center did not fix the phone though there is a warranty on the phone for the next 4 months. Insteard they asked me to pay 10, 450 to get a refurbished phone or pay 18, 000 to fix the phone display for the same phone. They also gave me another option to purchase a new phone with 20% discount. I was cornered to pay 10, 450 to get a refurbished phone. I had to pay 10, 450 without any other option. I did pay 42, 000 when i brought this phone and i got a warranty of 1year on this product assuming that sony will fix any problem that relates to the phone atleast during the warranty period. But sony service center is only trying to collect more and more money for the same product. Please help me get the payment that i made in the amount of rs10, 450 back to me as sony should fix or replace my phone because i still have the warranty active.       I bought a P & S camera, model X-60, and at the time of purchased was promised by the distributor that I there will be an interest free EMI for 6 months. However, my Credit Card provider has been refusing this and has been charging me an interest rate ( 13%) + service tax.         Sir/Madam, I have made a number of complaints for my faulty handset- Sony Xperia Z but unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the service as the same problem persists even after submitting my phone for three times at the Sony authorized service centre in Rohini, Delhi. The phone is having a problem of both mike and speaker wherein the incoming voice is too loud and outgoing voice is too low to hear. Despite of changing the hardware of my phone as said by service centre staff, the phone is still having the same problem. Being a grieved consumer, I would like to request the authority to take strict and immediate action and replace my faulty phone with the new handset. For your information, my case started on 4th October, 2014 and is not resolved till date and the phone is submitted for the third time on 6th December, 2014.               Dear Sir This is Tahir Vora, residing in Vap was using Sony Xperia C2 till 13/10/2014, on 14th morning I found out that my mobile was not switching on but charging indicator was blinking.So I visited your service Center "Shri Sai Services" Vapi on the same day 14/10/2014 and submitted my mobile for repairing since I was under warranty. This was a starting point of my Horrible Experience with Sony. 1. Service Job Sheet is attached below. 2. It took 10 days for a Service Centre to inspect my mobile and even after there was no courtesy to tell the customer about his handset. It is when I checked with service center I got to know that PCB of my handset was bent. Firstly I need to know how ones mobile is ok at night and suddenly in the morning PCB get bend automatically as there are no physical damage on the upper body and display. 3. I called up on the Toll Free no. of Sony Customer Care and mentioned my problem so the call center guy promised me to resolve the issue as soon as possible (Ref No. 1-[protected]) Oct 30th 2014. 4. I again got a mail on Nov 12, 2014 stating it will be resolved in 48 hrs. 5. 17th Nov 2014 when I called on Toll free they made an arrangement of a Conf-Call with Mr. Deepak Mahajan (Shri Sai Service Centre). Mr. Mahajan Stated that he will send a mail for an Approval for replacement of PCB to the company and will inform accordingly within 7 working Days 6. There was no call from Service center till 5th Dec 2014 so I decided to visit on 6th Dec 2014 at 5.15 pm. There was no Authorized Person to reply my queries. Some technicians were running the Service Centre at that point of time. Out of them one guy called Mr. Alpesh Rabari (ASI) and I was assured that it will be resolved by Monday. 7. On the same day at 7.54 pm I received a mail from Anjali Sawant (CCC-west) stating that PCB bend due to Liquid Ingression and as warranty T&C warranty is void in this case. Till now PCB of my handset was bent now I was given a reason that it was bent due to Liquid Ingression as per the convenience of Sony Company’s T&C. There is no use of warranty if you can’t honor it. 8. On Monday 8th I visited the Service center again I was given a waiting period of 3 days for some kind of Special Approval. 9. Today on 11/12/2014 I received a message from Mr. Deepak Mahajan that Approval has been rejected by the company. I would like to know if there is a manufacturing problem with the hand set why should I bear it, When I submitted my mobile that time it was only PCB issue so Liquid ingression has happened at the service Centre which is again not my concern then why should I pay for it. It’s my hard earn money and I won’t let it go easily. I don’t think mine is the first case regarding the PCB issue in Sony Xperia but I will surely like to pursue it further till the time my handset gets fixed(In Warranty). Kindly look into the matter.                 I had purchased Sony Xperia Z1 for Rs 37, 500 from New Mobile City, Nashik on 19/02/2014 whose IMEI no. [protected] and Charger No. 3413W27613458. After few days i found that my handset was not working properly. The phone was getting heated as soon as i use my wifi while browsing internet, Battery discharges very very quickly, Phone doesn’t responds for 2 mins as soon as i resume the phone while it goes to sleep mode. I immediately contacted the Authorised Sony Service Centre “ KALPATARU IT RETAILS PVT LTD” in Kolkata, West Bengal and submitted my phone to them for the check up. After 3 days i got a telephonic call and i again went to the same service centre on 02/12/2014 to collect my phone from them. When i went to receive my phone “ Sony Xperia Z1” in the same service centre in the presence of their Manager “Mr Chawla”, the phone was switched on and surprisingly my phone’s screen was flickering. Even the Sony Service Centre Manager “ Mr Chawla” was surprised to see the flickering of my phone’s screen. He advised me to resubmit the phone once again for necessary rechecking. After 7 days passed away i got a telephonic call from the Sony Service Centre that you have to pay Rs 21000 since phone has been opened outside the authorised service centre and blaming the entire thing on me. I was shocked hearing that. Sir i failed to understand that in my previous submission of the phone to the Authorised Sony Service Centre “ KALPATARU IT RETAILS PVT LTD” in Kolkata, West Bengal, it was clearly checked and verified properly by the customer care officer and there was no flickering of the screen was found. Otherwise the customer care officer would have mentioned clearly on the Job Sheet Ticket ID [protected] and the Job No W[protected]. After 7 days passed away i got a telephonic call yesterday at 10/12/2014 around 3 pm from the manager Mr Chawla saying that your phone is been repaired locally. How can it be possible, exactly what i said to him. Sir i don’t understand that why a customer will go outside for repairing their phone if their phone is still under the guarantee period. The customers who trust SONY and who believe in the Sony product are responsible for this or the service centre people who wants to hide their own mistakes while repairing and trying to put the entire blame to the customer is responsible. Sir, under the above circumstances i am not going to except my phone unless and until it is properly repaired by the Sony Authorised Service Centre. In this competitive world where everybody is concerned about the customer care service, this kind of service from the Sony Authorised service centre astonished me. I never expected this kind of after sales service from the brand like SONY. If my phone is not repaired to my full satisfaction and perfection i will always think twice before buying any Sony product ever in my life. As a die-heart Sony fan i only use Sony products whether it is Television, Home Theatre, Camera and this time mobile also and i always recommend my friends, my relatives, my colleagues to use only and only SONY products since they are one of the best and makes one of the world’s best consumer products. But unfortunately such a decline in the after sales service, i lost all my good faith in Sony. Therefore i request the world renowned brand ‘SONY’ company to look into this matter as why i am punished for buying a Sony make mobile phone where so many brands are available in the market. My uncle is a senior executive in Times of India and he advised me to directly mail my complaint to the company who is an International brand before availing other options including media.                   Respected team, This is with regards to the Sony Z1 phone, the service center is asking me to pay more than 13K to get the phone fixed although the phone is water proof and they claim if the phone ports are close, water will not enter inside. I Initially they asked me 6.5k and after 15 days they are asking 13k. I'm extremely disappointed with the service center guys and why should i pay in the first place as the company claims its a water proof phone. I want to make sure some is accountable and there is some one to question the rights o[censored]s and i request you to address this. They claim its a waterproof phone, i guess not. This is what i've shared with Sony over Facebook and twitter and no one is bothered. Hi To whomever its concerned whatever, Ticket no: 1-[protected] To start with let me Greet you by saying your Support is Pathetic and so is the phone against, you guys claim it’s a Water proof phone which can't even with stand water although all the ports were closed. Here is what happened! : The Z1 has finger prints on the front and back of the phone, so i decided to dip the phone in water and clean it and so i did - dipped the phone for less than 5 seconds and wiped the water off with a dry cloth!!! After ~20 minutes the phone restarted >> didn’t allow me to enter the Decrypt Key >>to to my Surprise it kept restarting every 10-20 seconds, and guess what it shut down completely. No response to any keys not even reset. So, i though there is some issue with the phone and once i reach office in about 40 minutes tried multiple things to start the phone, later saw mist inside the camera glass. Immediately removed the SIM card and memory card. Used vacuumed at office to suck the water out and dried it with hot air dryer for 20 minutes give it a gap of a minute or two so that the seal doesn't melt. Tried starting the phone>>No results :-( :-(!!! Connected the charger to phone and the phone starts with My Favorite Sony Logo and shows as changing and when i press start button gives a double vibrate and blanks out. So i stopped trying more on it >> WENT TO THE SONY SERVICE CENTER WITH PATHETIC SUPPORT AND RUDE ENGINEERS, WELL TRAINED TO SUCK MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMERS >>AND GUESS WHAT THE ENGINEER DID THE SAME TOLD WATER HAS ENTERED THE PHONE AND YOU NEED TO PAY 80% OF THE REPAIR COST AND 20% WILL BE DISCOUNT ALTHOUGH IT A WATERPROOF PHONE. What did of ******* company say a **** phone as Water Proof and can’t Stick to there on their words and commitment. I LOVE SONY DEVICES AND NOW A HATRED IS BUILDING UP. I RECOMMEND ALL MY COLLEAGUES TO BUY A SONY PHONE ALTHOUGH I WORK FOR A WINDOWS COMPANY, I STICKED ON TO SONY ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN'T HAVE A WINDOWS BASED PHONE. I've been using Sony since many years right from Walkman's to TVs to phone, but this is a disappointment. You guys suck big time. It’s been 9 months i've bought the phone, the phone was broken once and they replaced the phone after 15-20 days waiting period. I don't know what kind of fault phone was given to me at the time of replacement. Total Disappointment and such a shame on a company who says they are loyal to their customer, Do you guys have any ethics or credibility.                     Sony cimplaint/ticket number : 22487569 Theres a complaint raised with sony regarding an issue with the LCD Tv and someone called back and informing that a technician will visit and examine. However till now there's no response or anyone ever contacted. The only option left out is to contact the Consumer court as Sony doesn't seem to help.

                      I have submitted my above set for repairing within warranty period to Neosa Electronics (P) Ltd. at 70/1/2, Gouri Bari Lane, Kolkata - 700004 (Sony Authorized Service Centre) on 14.10.2014 bearing Job no. J42409995. After about expiry of one month they took my consent over telephone for replacement of my set by new one bearing Model no. DCR-PJ6E/BC E34 due to non availability of spare parts. But till now they did not replace my Handycam as proposed by them in spite of my several follow up with Sony Customer Care over telephone[protected] dated 11.11.2014, 15.11.2014, 24.11.2014 & 27.11.2014. Every time I received false assurance from their end . Kindly look into the matter so that I can receive new one without any delay.                         I bought Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual on Aug, 01 2014. Now i am facing trouble shoot in volume key and phone volume. It's not working very often. Then it solves by it own. I am facing this problem since a month. I visited to Sony Service Center. But every time i found no persons there to service and people are gathering like a fair. I am a working professional. In this busy schedule, if i will get this type of poor service from Sony, then of course i won't suggest any one to go for this. I want this problem to be resolved ASAP.                           I have bought a sony xperia z3 in the month of october 2014. In the month of november, when i was in office a crack appeared on my mobile screen. Neither mobile fell down nor it got hit with some object. There isnt a single scratch on the phone. I went to the service center with a hope that the screen would get fixed. To my shock they asked me to pay 50% of the mobile cost to get a new handset. If 50% is somewhere near 5-10k i would have paid but its 25000. There is nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions or whatever from the mobile company saying that we need to pay this much amount to get it replaced. If these terms were clear, i wouldnt have bought this mobile. Im planning to go to the consumer court/forum to get this thing resolved. Any users who had issues with this company, please advise.

                            Hello, I bought a Sony Experia C3 Dual on 7th Dec and on 9th Dec it has started giving issues. The touch screen is not working and the phone is stuck. I am highly disappointed. We go for brand name because of quality and service. If this is the quality I am going to get, I don't think people will have their faith in so called brands. I am looking for a replacement of the phone irrespective of the issue being a hardware or software.

                              I bought sony 46 inches ex 72 3d tv for 1, 26, 0000 there problem in display one vertical black is visible in tv, so I complaint on dec. 3, after one one wk I got call from sony people, the person said we r on the way to ur place like that said I have been waiting for more than 2hrs, again I called sir where r u, sony technician said suddenly one complaint So there I went he very simply, I asked him why u didn't inform to me ur going other complaint, sony technician said very harshly then who ll take care this complaint (, I don't know person name but using this mobile no [protected]) After some I called this no it's turned off, see how they behaving &playing with customer, this is my second complaint On sony, worst product, worst technician, worst company, They not even know Even whist is complaint, first if we visit ur place 250 charges + taxes, I asked him why ! It's common charges for all customers, I said I have warrently then oh oh oh mmm sorry just like that I said sir If it's continue. Like this it ll be big problem for company, I had plan to buy a 50 more than for our hotel but now we dropped our plan we ll move to some reputed company not sony any more

                                Dear Sir/Madam I stay in Gujarat, Mundra Area.I had purchased Sony Xperia s(LT26i) during August 2012.Three months back my set's speaker system got defected and I could not hear sound from speaker but it was ok through ear phone.I had approached the nearest authorised sony service centre in Gandhidham (Avani Electronics) for this problem.After keeping the mobile with them for almost a month along with continuous follow up from me for the status of my set, I finally got a reply that it would cost me Rs 7000 so as to replace a card inside.Smelling something fishy I had asked not to repair it & in turn they had threatened me to collect the set within a day or two else they will send the set to Ahmedabad & I will have to collect from there. Thereafter collecting my set immediately from the service centre, 3 weeks back I had again submitted the set to the authorised sony service centre in Ahmedabad, Sunrise Services near Amraiwadi.Within a week I got my set repaired replacing a faulty audio jack with new one which had cost me only Rs 450. The amount of mental torture that I had to bear from Gandhidham service centre for no proper reply & inturn threatning me to take back set immediately is un-expressable as the place where I stay is about 70 Km far from Gandhidham.I urge Sony India to take proper action against such service centres and stop misguiding people in this way. Due to such act, it in turn affects customers interest in buying products of Sony brand for no proper service centres. Anyways I don't have any photo proof for same but still I have the Work order no which is W[protected] from where you can retrieve all details for the same. Hope to get a positive response.                                   I have Sony Xperia C. I purchased it on April, 2014. Its still under the warranty. According to sony, their policy is that they will change the handset if it gets to service center for repairing more than 3 times. Since the time I bought the handset, my handset gets switched off automatically and remains off for 3-4 days. I took it to service center for around 3 times. I have been through mental harassment a lot. they are not listening to me. They are changing battery and motherboard but they are not replacing the model, thus not going by their own policy. They are giving excuse that only for hardware problems they will replace the handset. But just tell me motherboard and battery does not come under the hardware or not???????? I am very much hassled and had to fight so much to get at least this much service. I am not asking much, just the compensation of my sufferings. Those people don't have the courtesy to follow their own policies. I want to sue them. Help me out. The address of service center: Infocity, Gandhinagar

                                    this is really UPROFESSIONAL. if you would check job no: W[protected] job date :11/11/2014 you will get the details. i do not want a refurbished handset. if you see the job sheet it clearly says what the condition of my handset. its in mint condition as i am a person who cares my valuables. When you give me a refurbished i am not sure what the set might have gone through. so i requested them to repair my own handset and give back to me. They informed me that the set has to be sent to Chennai to be serviced since its a waterproof set and i should wait 30 days to get the set back. Yesterday when i went to the service point to get an update on the same i was informed that they had to get an approval (as if i am asking a favor out of the way) and whatz the most funny part is that for a company like SONY it took 14 days for an approval. NOW THATS REALLY A SOLID EXAMPLE OF HOW PROFESSIONAL AND RESULTED SONY HAS EVOLVED INTO... now its been a month and i still have no idea on what the status of my mobile is. i took this ZR at 29999 and its not even past warranty that i had to undergo such ignorance. Being a General manager of a media channel in kerala i obviously did not buy this handset for FUN. at the time of purchase also i had severe issues and i ended up waiting months to get my handset replaced. i know you would not even care to go through this mail or or any attachments i have attached. and i know i am not going to make any change through this mail. but this surely is not the way to beat the competition... cheating the customer and making a fool out of him will only lead to lower market share. why is the world so you need 14 days to get an approval for such a simple process????? this is nothing but pure lack of customer care and support.

                                      I Purchased Sony X-peria E3(dual) phone from Cell Planet, 4/13, Brodiepet, Opp.Vajram Hotel, Guntur-522 002, Moble:[protected] & [protected]. on 03/10/2014 for Rs 12500/-(Rupees Twelve thousand five hundred only) with Bill No.2910.
                                      From the first day onwards the mobile is not connecting 3G, Network signal problem, Hanging and ouch problem.
                                      So due to busy in my office work and i used the phone like that only after that i went to the seller and told about the problem.He checked the mobile and told me that the mobile is defective mobile and go to service centre and ask for new phone.
                                      I went to service centre Pranak Electronics, D.No.6-12-27, 1st floor-12/1, Arundelpet, Guntur-522002, Andhra Prades, Ph.[protected] and told the problem and i asked for new phone but they refused to give the new phone and taken for service on 24/11/2014. vide Job Sheet No.W[protected]
                                      After that I went so many times to service centre for my phone, every time they are telling the phone is in processing and answering harshly and rudely.I called to the service centre almost manager 10-15 times about the
                                      status of my phone but he is not lifting the phone after that i written complaint letter to sony india regarding this issue but they also not solved the problem.
                                      So after that I called to Customer care 4-5 times, and Sony executive Mr.Sunil here in Guntur 10-15 times
                                      but they are not answering properly.
                                      But Sony Executive Mr.Sunil told me that go and fight in the service centre they will give you new phone but these customer care and service centre fellows are not taking the problem seriously and again they are misbehaving.
                                      So Finally i came to u Sir, please do me the favor in this issue and solve my problem.

                                      for this i also purchased another phone for Rs 2700/- for my use.
                                      and i wasted my money, my time and i faced mental tension in this regard
                                      so please order the sony india to give me a compensation

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I already given complaint on this forum regarding Sony Xperia E3 mobile and also i sent remainder of my complaint to Sony customer care but upto now there is no response from company side.

                                      So please take action against for manufacturing defective phones and selling in market and order them to replace me with new phone.
                                      and also ban this worst company for selling defective phones and no one is answering in customer care and service centre and all are worst fellows.

                                      Why this company is manufacturing defective phones and selling in market and cheating the customers.
