this is really UPROFESSIONAL. if you would check job no: W[protected] job date :11/11/2014 you will get the details. i do not want a refurbished handset. if you see the job sheet it clearly says what the condition of my handset. its in mint condition as i am a person who cares my valuables. When you give me a refurbished i am not sure what the set might have gone through. so i requested them to repair my own handset and give back to me. They informed me that the set has to be sent to Chennai to be serviced since its a waterproof set and i should wait 30 days to get the set back. Yesterday when i went to the service point to get an update on the same i was informed that they had to get an approval (as if i am asking a favor out of the way) and whatz the most funny part is that for a company like SONY it took 14 days for an approval. NOW THATS REALLY A SOLID EXAMPLE OF HOW PROFESSIONAL AND RESULTED SONY HAS EVOLVED INTO... now its been a month and i still have no idea on what the status of my mobile is. i took this ZR at 29999 and its not even past warranty that i had to undergo such ignorance. Being a General manager of a media channel in kerala i obviously did not buy this handset for FUN. at the time of purchase also i had severe issues and i ended up waiting months to get my handset replaced. i know you would not even care to go through this mail or or any attachments i have attached. and i know i am not going to make any change through this mail. but this surely is not the way to beat the competition... cheating the customer and making a fool out of him will only lead to lower market share. why is the world so you need 14 days to get an approval for such a simple process????? this is nothing but pure lack of customer care and support.

    Dear Sir,

    I Purchased Sony X-peria E3(dual) phone from Cell Planet, 4/13, Brodiepet, Opp.Vajram Hotel, Guntur-522 002, Moble:[protected] & [protected]. on 03/10/2014 for Rs 12500/-(Rupees Twelve thousand five hundred only) with Bill No.2910.
    From the first day onwards the mobile is not connecting 3G, Network signal problem, Hanging and ouch problem.
    So due to busy in my office work and i used the phone like that only after that i went to the seller and told about the problem.He checked the mobile and told me that the mobile is defective mobile and go to service centre and ask for new phone.
    I went to service centre Pranak Electronics, D.No.6-12-27, 1st floor-12/1, Arundelpet, Guntur-522002, Andhra Prades, Ph.[protected] and told the problem and i asked for new phone but they refused to give the new phone and taken for service on 24/11/2014. vide Job Sheet No.W[protected]
    After that I went so many times to service centre for my phone, every time they are telling the phone is in processing and answering harshly and rudely.I called to the service centre almost manager 10-15 times about the
    status of my phone but he is not lifting the phone after that i written complaint letter to sony india regarding this issue but they also not solved the problem.
    So after that I called to Customer care 4-5 times, and Sony executive Mr.Sunil here in Guntur 10-15 times
    but they are not answering properly.
    But Sony Executive Mr.Sunil told me that go and fight in the service centre they will give you new phone but these customer care and service centre fellows are not taking the problem seriously and again they are misbehaving.
    So Finally i came to u Sir, please do me the favor in this issue and solve my problem.

    Sir,
    for this i also purchased another phone for Rs 2700/- for my use.
    and i wasted my money, my time and i faced mental tension in this regard
    so please order the sony india to give me a compensation

    Dear Sir,

    I already given complaint on this forum regarding Sony Xperia E3 mobile and also i sent remainder of my complaint to Sony customer care but upto now there is no response from company side.

    So please take action against for manufacturing defective phones and selling in market and order them to replace me with new phone.
    and also ban this worst company for selling defective phones and no one is answering in customer care and service centre and all are worst fellows.

    I didn't received any call from Sony Customer care or service centre regarding this issue.
    Why this company is manufacturing defective phones and selling in market and cheating the customers.
    So i request you to take action against the company for manufacturing defective phones and selling in market and cheating customers.

    Please order the company to replace my phone with new phone immediately.

        Hello..! I am Krishna from Jamshedpur. And I have purchase Sony Xperia C3 from Sony Lounge on 21 October. And I've been facing problem since 20 days after purchase of my phone, after taking my phone to shop from where i've purchased the phone telling all my problem that my phone was creating so he asked me to take the phone and give to the service centre it's not in our hand we connot help out with something. So I went to service centre, they said that my phone is having problem with its MOTHERBOARD so they kept the phone for 1 day and i got back till evening with all the scratches all over back and in front after complaining for all the issue that they created they said we have'nt done any thing we are not responsible for it..! After 10 days same issue was again and again. It was again the problem with its Motherboard so they asked me to keep the phone for servicing. And said that it might be 1 week maximum for the replacement for the Motherboard as its is in warranty period. And now its 1 month and above..! After contacting the service centre at alternate days for asking regarding the phone first of all they don't talk meaningly and respectfully. They have the same answer that more 1 week after that we will inform you.. And when I asked them to replace the whole new phone that is under warranty period they just change the topic and just ignore what are we trying to say.. After facing so much problem and with damaged phone who might take the phone having all the scratches and bad service. After getting such phone which is having a bad condition what is the use of buying a NEW PHONE WITH NO GOOD RESPONSE N BAD SERVICE. So PLEASE THIS IS A REQUEST TO FORWARD THIS COMPLAIN AND TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM.

          Sony we say it's big brand but there product and customer service is worst, I complaint to sony customer care on 3..12.2014 complain no ID[protected], still no response, I bought sony ex720 I led 3d for 1, 26, 000 a year back, Within one year in display one black line visible in the picture, I dnt know how with in year it's come like this, still complaint not attended and product is not up to the mark, it's manfracture defect of sony, if fault is not properly sure I ll put case in consumer court .take action on complaint and rectify problem soon .ror replay for complaint

          Sony should create a community in India like it has in american countries to share views and experience. I m also a victim. Just one month after the manufacturing warranty the 3D system failed in my 43W950C and the service fellows estimated Rs 12000/- for repair.

            Sir,
            I Had purchased a SONY BRAVIA LED T.V. Model No. 32 EX550 Sl.No. 3304303 vide Cash Memo No. 27587 (Copy Enclosed) Dtd. 25.01.2013 from MANORANJAN Live Entertainment 369, Shopping Centre, Kota on 25 Jan-2013, But just after five months of purchase there was a permanent white line on the top of the screen. After some time we complained to the SONY service centre at Kota, Rajasthan. The complain was attended vide Job Reservation No. 009100593613082700305 Dtd. 27.08.2013 (Copy is enclosed) and the display panel was replaced. Then the SONY service centre suggested to extend the warranty period for two years. We extended the warranty upto January 2016.
            But now again problem on screen (with black patch) has occurred. Again when they come to attend the complain (Registration No. 009100593614112000717 Dtd. 20.11.2014). I was told that the display panel will be change again. Sony Service Centre Kota rang me up that the panel will be replaced which will come from Singapore. I had a talk on phone with Mr. Sushil Shrama to replace the T.V. LED in which he told that he would talk to the SONY Company and reply within a week. After a week Mr. Sushil Shrama told that T.V. will not be replaced.

            Now I request you to resolve my matter so that my LED is replaced instead of changing the panel. This is a Torture for me where again and again problem in the T.V. why should I spend money in extending the warranty period every year and face the torture.
            So please look in the matter so that problem will be resolved.

              Hi, I m a Sony user from last November 2013, i bought Sony Xperia SP and faced a lot of problem with that product like Hanging Issues, Touch Not working when we keep phone on flat surface, 2 Times phone got dead. Sony provided me a new handset as replacement on this 1st of November after a long fight on mails and service center guys, but this time again i got the same problems in new phone also which i faced in previous handset. when i contact to Sony Service Center, they said it is a manufacturing problem but not giving this in writing, Sony India team saying (Delhi) if you will face the same problem than you will have to submit phone again on Service center for a solution. Just i m asking to them, why I cant get a permanent solution ?? And i don't have too much time to waste on your service center which i was doing from last 1 year. I need my cash back if they cant provide a permanent solution even after i proved the problem in front of Service Team of Local Service Center. Please provide me a solution ASAP...

                Hello, I was facing some WiFi, Tethering and Ear Phone issues in my Xperia ZR hand set from last 2 weeks, after upgrading to new android system update (KitKat version). I have given my handset to Vigneshwar Services-Bangalore[protected] for servicing, It's an authorized SONY service Center. As I bought this mobile just 4 months back I was expecting free warranty support by service center. They have taken my mobile after validating hand set and purchase receipt (for warranty purpose). I got a call from service center in another 2 days and it was informed that my mobile screen is broken and it will not be considered in warranty (However they can give some discounts if I take any refurbished or new handset). I really got shocked with this response because I was using this mobile from quite long duration and given in good condition (touch screen was functional and not broken). I tried to convey same to service center but they denied and not taken any responsibility. Attaching few pics of hand set where we can notice that someone can easily find that mobile screen is broken, then why service center not informed me or not included broken screen details while creating service Id (W[protected]. Service Center team replied that they can't inspect each customer mobile because it's time consuming. Is it really a professional answer by an authorized service center staff. Customer is giving them mobile with a belief they will look after that and at least return in same condition. Really faced pathetic service by Vigneshwar Services-Bangalore[protected]. However service center is trying to give 50% discount on new hand set but I am not interested to own SONY products without good aftersale service. I am in sync with Sony costumer care from last 2 weeks but no results !!! Really I lost my faith with SONY products now...

                  Hi Sir, I am Ram Kumar Chouhan. I purchased the Sony Xperia Z3 Black color on 2/Nov/2014. At that time i am seen the crack the back side glass. Me and my friend go to Sony outlet Sympony addess 3-4, Shahnai Residency A B Road Indore. Sale person told you have to go service center which placed in Yeshwant Plaza 1st Floor and meet Praveen sir. He is a incharge for the Sony Center. We go over there and meet the Praveen sir. The way to talk withus not good for me and my friend. He said the your mobile damage by drooped some where that way the back screen damage. We attached the damage pic and also attach the crack glass pic. And main this that Praveen told that the rapair cost around Rs15000/- - 16000/-. So, clear to me where our mistake. We show our faith to your company and we invest our Rs 48000/- and buy your product. You have to show some importance to such type of customer. One more thing your company person said that our company finish the warranty for every model due to some unwanted customer those come last day of warranty with your damage mobile. Sir i want that type of customer name those buy a such costly mobile and damage the mobile intensely.

                    i purchased a sony xperia Zultra for RS19000 on 23/11/14. It started creating problem from 3rd day only there was a problem in touch screen, it was working automatically. i complaint to my dealer about this. he told me to go to service center. i gave my phone in sevice center disclosing all the problems. they gave me back my phone after 2 days and told there will be no problem in it now. But from the very next day it started creating same problem.

                      Hi am padmaja.a from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. Bought a phone SONY XPERIA M in feb 2014. Now in dec 1st week my callers complained that my voice was not audible which indicates a clear problem with microphone. Went to service centre and submitted the phone. They said it was dust and gave it back but the mic problem was not diagnosed and nor attented. Pls suggest wat i could do tp rectify my problem

                        The Television is purchased in Dec 2012. Only we are able to hear audio. No picture is coming. We have lodged complaint with local service centre on 04.12.2014. They have responded on 06.12.2014 and deputed their technician on 06.12.2014. Technician has taken a video of the set and informed that they will inform in the evening about actual problem. Today is 07.12.2014. No telephone call from Service Centre. Is this the service expected from such a big reputed company ?

                            Dear Sir Sub:- CASH BACK OF SONY LED MODEL NO KLV -40R482B faulty motherboard I Have purchased a Sony LED TV model no 40R482B on[protected] from Bajaj electronics lakdi 鈥搆a- pool Hyderabad. Invoice no LKP/CR14/8627. On[protected] The television set what I have purchased went blank. So I called the customer service and complained the same (complaint #[protected]. After doing the same, the technician came after two days & fixed it. It was worked for 4 days, again the same problem persisted on[protected] I have again complained about the same problem (via comp #[protected] the technician took his time & finally he came & examined properly and informed us that the MOTHERBOARD of a new TV is NOT Working I was shocked to hear this from your technician. In less than a three weeks I have to go through this after buying a brand new SONY TV. I am Disgusted with the entire episode. I did not expect this from a brand like SONY.                               Hi, WOW GOOD FOR NOTHIN SERVICE!!! Unexpected service provided in your service centre. I visited your service center today at 2:22PM located in Shastri Nagar, Delhi. When I visited there I met with your representative, I dont remember that lady name I tried to show her the dead pixel but she is not able to find out then she asked one technician named Kunal, he came and run one display test on the screen and saying there is no dead pixel on the screen but when I asked him to show the test he told me if you are talking about 1-2 dead pixel then in every Sony mobile it have. Why the hell I will purchase any mobile having dead pixel. Then that fellow tried to confuse me, he told me in few mobiles we have that dead pixel in right or left corner where there is no source of light. Either I am fool or he is oversmart to make fool of customer. I have another Mobile of Micromax, I reported problem in it and they simply fixed it instead of explaining fault in there product. With Display there is heating issue in the mobile if I talked for just 15 mins continously it got too heated that I need to put it on table. There is too much hanging issue, someone told me remove the memory card, for last 2-3 days I was working without memory card still no change, Finally I reset the mobile still no change. Another one Camera got stuck usually while capturing any photo and the last Back battery panel was loose, if I pressed slightly from back then phone comes out. Seriously if Micromax can give good service then expecting excellent service from Sony is not wrong but this experience change my thought to purchase any product from sony in future and I will not suggest anybody to buy any product from Sony. I reported this experience on request no- 1-[protected] with Raghav. I don't have any complaint regarding Raghav and that Lady who was on C. care point. Waiting for your reply and if not then I will take help of social media to let everybody know regarding the dead pixel in there Sony phone and your after sale service. Kapil [protected] [protected]

                                THREE MONTHS BEFORE WE HAVE PURCHASE AN TV SONY R32R482B NOW THERE IS A COMPLAINT THAT SOME ANTS ARE GOING INSIDE THE SCREEN TODAY TV WAS TAKEN TO THE SERVICE POINT AND HE SAID THAT TO OPEN THE TV HE NEED AN APPROVIAL FROM MAIN BRANCH HE IS NOT READY TO OPEN THE TV AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND ALSO HE IS ASKING 3 DAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

                                  Its been almost 40 days, we have been facing pathetic service & inconvenience from SONY SERVICE station. 1st Complaint :- 25th October -- There as a charging issue -- tkt no :- [protected]- Acc to the job sheet - condition of set - B ( Subject to check ) Please note when they returned the set there were scratch near the charging point -- Pathetic experience 2nd Complaint :- 8th November -- There was a network detection issue :- tkt n :- [protected] -- It was returned on the same day - saying its alright -- SIM not working 3rd Complaint :- 29th November -- Again there was a network issue :- tkt no :- [protected]-- Still waiting to get the mobile from Sony store Again a pathetic experience -- Who will compensate for this pathetic service, Its a mistake to be a part of SONY ... Adding to this their service station opening time is 10:00 AM, but according to there employees they do cleaning of the store till 10:30 AM then only they can entertain people like us .. Reply was '' Sir, abhi safai hogi pher apki job sheet banegi'' what would you call this experience.. Please guide what should I do next ??

                                    there is no good service center in punjab ... jalandhar of sony i gave my xperia z cell in service center of jalandhar firstly the cell phone itself stopped working and service center people dont even know how to deal with people they even dont know whats the problrm in cell phone than for what reason are they in the service center when they dont know wats the prblm in cell and i gave my cell for repairing on 15 november n now its 5 december i couldnt know wats d problem n i couldnt get my cell phone the service center people r just makin fool to come later its been thrice i went n came back coz cell phine was not repaired... plz sir try to solve my problem n due to poor service d trust for ur company is broken...

                                    I got Xperia ZL in Feb 2014. within 3 months it required a new
                                    motherboard. Sony service kept my phone with itself for a month and gave
                                    me a refurbished replacement handset which was ZL. They said there is
                                    no way to repair an Xperia ZL and I had to accept the replacement. 3
                                    months later the replacement also started giving same issue (Won't turn
                                    on). This time I made up my mind that they will take one month and give
                                    me a replacement. It took more than a month this time. They said
                                    replacement piece is thoroughly tested before delivery. To my surprise
                                    when I took the phone in hand I realized there is a problem with touch
                                    panel. Few keys on qwerty were not responding. A vertical band of pixels
                                    was not responding to touch. I had to submit the phone again for
                                    service. This time they are again saying it will take 20-22 days!To
                                    me this phone cost INR 25000 but I only used it for 6 months since
                                    february 2014. For rest of the time it was in service center.If you feel like buying sony make up your mind for such a harassment.

                                      JobCode: W[protected] Model: XPERIA Z White Issue1: Pathetic Customer Service 路 It took 7 days just to get back to me on the problem with the phone and quote for repairing. 路 What sort of service is this, we are in 21st century for god鈥檚 sake where resolutions are expected fast, I think you guys are employing stupid or plainly trying to cheat people. Issue 2: Insane quote 路 I was quoted INR 28, 500 for just replacing the Display and Touch pad. I could buy a new and much better phone with Warranty if I spend a few thousand more. You guys think customer are stupid that they will spend this amount or buy a new phone from Sony itself at this exhobirant rates 路 Added to this the phone also has got inbuilt battery and practically impossible to check the parts replaced. 路 I expect the phone to be a little more stronger with all the hype around non-plastic branding, the Samsung products are much rugged than this and surely their Display replacement costs won鈥檛 be so silly. Conclusion is this: I have been cheated by Cheaters and lost trust in Sony (this is my first Sony product and my wife has been an ardent fan of Sony products) and will ensure neither my wife nor any family members buy from this Cheater company any products.

                                        I have a Sony Xperia S which I purchased 2 years back in Saudi Arabia..I had placed it on a high shelf from where it fell down hard while ringing...it got very hot and later when it cooled down it does not switch on I even tried pressing the power and volume button simultaneously many times ...and charged it for 24 hours it showed the charging light ...but it doesn't respond to my trials to switch it on!!!
