Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I brought a Sony VAIO Laptop on 22nd March, 2012, but the warranty which I have to be given was mistaken. The warranty card for this product was extended on wrong serial product that is *[protected]* but actually the serial code of my laptop is *[protected]* . I have complained for this issue so many times at service centre in RDC, Ghaziabad and Service Centre in KOTA(Rajasthan) but they are not resolving my problem and not even assuring me to correct this problem. I hope the appropriate posts will hear and resolve my problem. I am attatching some important snaps and Bill anlongwith Warranty Card letter for your consideration.     i had brought a sony vaio t series laptop at USA, on[protected] after one month a os related problem occured .then ihad contact coustmer care with their suggestions recovery option but it does not work then i submit it in my nearer servicing center but they had said it a foreign purchase we don, t do any thing then i send it to banglore then they had repaired it after two months .them my pc working properly . but now the same problem occurs two weeks back now my warrenty also expires when i had taken my laptop to my nearer coustmer care in nellore they had said that we dont have any recovery cd please give this system outside and take piracy operating system . but i had given the pc in sony servicing center on tuesday of this week today when i called them they had said that ther is aproblem in hard disk and in board is not taking the command please brought a new one . in that way they are responding. now we are feweling bad why we had brought this type of proudct every one had said dont buy sony but we had brought this from abroad please take action on my complaint the service center name in rayalaseema enterprises, ramalingapuram nellore

      I have had my laptop in Sony authorized service center for more than a month now. They said the part is not avaiIable so an alternate solution will be provided. I tried to reach them, through different channels. Nobody is giving a proper response as to when a resolution will be provided. I am so fed up of the follow ups. In spite of taking the advance for repair, they have not been able to repair the laptop

        I am A.S.Muthanna, residing in Pollibetta, Coorg District, Karnataka. I had purchased a SONY 46" television exactly two and half years back. Since about three weeks the top half of the TV is blurr and visibility is very poor. On complaining the technician visited and advised that the panel (Screen has to be changed). This was too shocking for me, because I can not accept that the panel of a reputed Sony TV can give trouble in such a short time. He also said that the panel will have to be changed at a cost of Rs.28, 000/- which was a bigger shock for me. Kindly advise me in this regard and help me change the panel at a minimum cost. I suppose this is a very rare phenomenon for a SONY TV.

          Hello. I have a sony vaio SVF15212SNBIN5 and its been 6 months since i have bought it. At first the laptop performed quite fine but now 10 days ago my laptop crashed. I immediately contacted the "Costumer Care" and lodged a complaint. Personally i hated their way of talking and handling costumers. Also i never got the service at the right time. Ever since then, the costumer care is ignoring my issue and finally i have decided that i want a replacement. I am fed up of your services and this laptop. I recently got a minor electric shock when i touched the HDMI port. I want my complaint to be treated very seriously. I hope there are still some sensible employees in Sony.             Dear Sir, I had purchased Sony Xperia mobile “Model no-D2302” on 29th Sept’14 from “M/s Ganpati Mobiles” Lucknow & within in a day of purchase I observe over heating of mobile & very poor quality of camera i.e blurred picture (8 mega pixels). When I contacted customer care they told me to update some settings which I did but nothing happened. I submitted my mobile on date 9th Oct’14 to Sony authorized service center in Lucknow i.estating above problems in my mobile having “Job no-W[protected]” After 1-week I got my mobile back from above mentioned Sony authorized service center stating that both issues has been resolved but still there was no improvement & same has been updated by myself in the job sheet. Than all of sudden my mobile screen become blank i.e. no display & I submit again my mobile to. “M/s ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS” authorized service center mentioning all 3-issues i.e. No display, mobile over heating & poor camera quality on date 4th Nov’14 having “Job no-W[protected]” I got back my mobile after 10-days at that point display issue was resolved but two issues reported earlier also i.e. mobile overheating & very poor picture quality not resolved again by the service center. Thereafter I my doing regular follow ups with customer care for resolution of above mentioned issues but with no results & I have communicated the issue to company representative Mr.Vijay (Sr.Executive) Acceleration department but he said that product is Ok & nothing more can be done.               Hi This is Shovan Das (mail:[protected]@yahoo.co.in). I am from howrah, West Bengal. My complaint is writtent below I bought Sony Xperia Z on 2013 august. Hassles started right at the time of purchase. I wanted to purchase Xperia Z Ultra but my lack of notice and sales person trick, i finally ended with Xperia Z. I escalate this matter to SOny but respectfully i have been told that I am helpless so i have to be happy with Xperia Z. Though this incident has nothing to do with the main grievance but i wanted to mention one thing that it was harassing at that time also. I paid 38 to 40 K (dont exactly remember) to buy this Cell Phone and i switched from Samsung Note. The things got even worse in the month of September, 2014. I kept my working Xperia in my Pocket and when i took out after 15mins, phone was switched off. So i plugged it for Charging and i saw the red light but it cldn't be started even after a full day of charge. So i decided to drop in to the Service Center. And I called Sony Support and take the nearest Service Center Location and reached there. I like to mention here that I use my Xperia mostly for Meeting purpose like webEx as it has large screen and display is nice. As it is shut down, so my life is impacted because i attend at least 4 meetings in a day. So coming back to my concern, i dropped in to the authorized service center at Emall, Kolkata near Chadni Chowk and after looking at my set, they said this issue cant be addressed here so i needed to go some other service center. It actually pisses me off because when i asked support center and i asked them for near by service center, I was never been told that. So i got harassed (#1). After trying to make them understood my issue, i had to give in to their intolerable attitude as if i have bought this mobile for free and asking them to favor me. Anyway after digesting the anger and irritation, i had to run to another service center which is completely at different location (from Central Kolkata to South Kolkata) i.e. Neosa Electronics, Kolkata, near Kalighat. But thanks to metro service, i reached there and get to know that this service center does provide service for this but i have to be in queue. No issue. I took the token and en-queued. Now after certain period of time, i was called and got explained that there was issue with mobile and cldnt be fixed early. My data was required to be backed up as data loss would happen. Initially my mobile would be installed with fresh Android again. And if that did not help, then it was required to send at workshop and i wld get an estimation call. So i have no choice, i had to submit my phone and came back helplessly.It was 27th of September, 2014 Now on 6th of October, 2014 i got call from Sony and asked me that it will cost me Rs 993 and i asked to go ahead as i needed this phone badly. And i was also told that it would take 15 days and after that i would be called to collect my set. Then times went by and i never got back call from them. After a month almost, i called service center to inquire about my set and they said, they didnt have any info so i needed to contact Sony Customer Support. So i did. But there also i didnt get enough info as they said that it was still pending (dont know at which level) and some parts were yet to be replaced apart from whatever i had been told before or my set cld be replaced also. So my set was sent to head office for further approval and I had been asked to call after some days to get the status. So then i was a completely blank state about the status of my mobile (harassment #2). Again wait and started calling them by mid of november, 2014 at the Service Center (Neosa Electronics, Kolkata). Again same story that it is still showing work in progress, i ll be notified once my set is fixed. Now again wait!! Finally 25th of November, i got a text from Sony that my set was ready for pick up. And i was a happy man then. Finally I dropped with my job sheet at Neosa Electronics and again i was asked to wait. Though I has heading for another meeting, but i waited as i was excited to get my phone back. then time started to tick but somehow i cld see the uneasiness in the face of Service Center guys. So it struck me and finally what i came to know that is actually kinda pushing me from the hill. My mobile is still dead and it is under same status in which i left 2 months back. As per their statement, whatever estimation I have been told initially, it requires more i.e. 20000 INR to fix that. And they tried to reach me once. Somehow i cldn't be reached, so they closed the ticket and returning me the dead mobile. What is going on? and What is this? They also told that initial estimation is for some sort adhesive (I am not exactly sure what was that. At the time of mobile submission, Service People dont give you enough insight. But when they fail, they start explaining technical matter) but it didnt help so it requires more money to get it fixed. (Harassment # 3) Now my point is : 1. Who is going to compensate my time and harassment? 2. My phone is still dead just because of some unprofessional and insincere ppl to handle it. So why i am going to pay the toll? 3. Is it a joke to ask me to pay 20000 INR for replacing a parts whereas I can get a new Xperia Z in that price or if i put some extra, i cld buy Xperia Z2 (and I am well capable of )? 4. Can it be confirmed that during the repair they might have done something wrong so it finally required more parts to change? I am literally feeling sorry for myself. How stupid i m and how i have been stupefied by Sony from the time of buying this mobile. It is like, i m paying money to be stupid. I don't think, sony mobile is a sincere initiative by Sony Inc. It is just to snatch money without giving value. Most of all, it is required to change Service Center people. They dont know the value of Service Industry. Last but not the least, initial job sheet is given from Neosa Electronics, but final VAT Invoice for paying the inspection charge ie.e. 113 INR, is generated from Run Service Infotech Pvt. Ltd. I am totally confused and even i have suspicion whether my set actually reaches to SONY or not or this authorized service center had settled the matter internally and handed over a dead phone to me. I am sorry if i am illogical but i am trying to find the logic behind my harassment. I dont know whether i ll be helped or not but believe me felt so helpless while looking at my dead mobile and my heart is actually weeping for justice. Thanks Shovan

                This is to inform you that I had submitted my phone on the date of 4/11/2014, behalf of that I had also attached the photos of space where the incident happened as well as spoken to sony field verification officers also. Now still the date of 28/11/2014 I didn't received any kind o[censored]pdate from service center from sony reg service center "numeric.communication situated in malleswaram Bangalore as well from sony also hence requesting you to kindly help the customers within a month atleast . If cant issue replacement, issue jobsheet from service center .solve issue as early as possible as am waiting from 4/11/2014 .Even service center people they are not taking the phone also .

                  Without trail or service, how service center called up us(customer)? My Sony expire hand over to service center on last 10 days ago, I got sms for delivery 20th nov. Today, when I got my phone its did not working. But they are sign me the paper with out checking my phone. Why so? When we go samsung or nuke service center, when they delivery anything, in front o[censored]s 1st check then sign up any paper. I am completely unsatisfied.

                    I am Abhishek Kumar from Pune. I had submitted my phone (Sony Xperia ZR IMEI No: [protected]) for repairing purpose (screen cracked) at Aradhya Enterprises, the authorized repairing center for Sony Mobiles in Pune.

                    The mobile had been given for repair on the 8th October 2014 as mentioned in the below attachment. The analysis was that phone cannot be repaired and a replacement needs to be initiated. The service center asked me to pay 50% price of the mobile (Rs 11500) for replacement. The mobile was promised to be delivered within 15 days of payment (verbal confirmation).

                    Unfortunately, I have been calling the service center from 29th October 2014 for the status of the replacement mobile. The service center asked me to wait for a week more for the status. This wait has been extended to a month now (till date) and there is no concrete word on the status of the mobile, let alone me getting that.

                    After pestering the service center for a long time (very unfortunate that I had to go through such begging for my own paid mobile), they came up with a strategy to provide me a used mobile as a replacement for the new mobile I was to receive(the same model) on the 25th Nov 2014, which I declined to accept(after all what kind of deal is that!!!). Further aggravating my pain, they have provided me with a temporary mobile for usage, diminishing all hopes of receiving the replacement any time soon.

                    Sorry for this detailed explanation, but it was to drive home the point of what experience SONY INDIA is providing to its customers who have invested in the brand. From 8th Oct 2014 till date, I have spent so much of time (I have lost the count of time!!!) shuttling between my office and the customer service center. Also I feel so sorry to see the disheartened faces of the customer center executives on seeing me, like the looks when having an unwanted guest.

                    I am out of clues on what to do regarding my replacement mobile. The only option which seems to be remaining is to get back the money which I paid for replacement and the mobile and invest it in some other brand which may be more TRUSTWORTHY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION oriented. Expected the same from SONY, but sorry to be proved otherwise.

                    As a part of a last redemption attempt, I am trying to put my experience before you, please let me know in case you can help me out of my current situation. After spending 38k+, i have ended up using a used Sony WT19i. What options do I have??

Before completing two years two times ( every year) its key pad find faulty and changed Important.details in the system lost. Now fearing to use this product because of the repeated problem.                         My name is C.Shempulingam from chennai, Tamilnadu, India. I bought a new sony xperia M mobile in nov13. But in two days it's display is not working properly. I gave it to the sony service center under a warranty in nov15. l They told me maximum in four days we give a mobile without problem. But upto now they are not given my mobile. When i call them they are not responds to my call. When i ask them directly they always told mother board is not coming from sony. I am not seeing my new mobile 12 days. I'm highly disoppointed with Sony. That center is in AnnaNagar, Chennai, India. Please take action and help to people. I have attached the job sheet they give to me.

                          Dear Sir/madam, I bought Sony XPeria Z1 (model no : C6902) on 01/10/2014 for Rs.32, 000/-. It is just one and half months old mobile but now i am facing problem with device's ear jack port is not working. When i taken to the service centre Techno care Solutions, Lajpat nagar. They claimed water indicator is Red, so we cannot consider the warranty for this device and i need to pay almost Rs.10, 000/- to get this issue fix it. I was totally disappointed and frustrated with the service centre response. I saved money for almost 4 months to buy this mobile and i used this mobile as my precious thing.Before i take picture in water i completely closed all flip covers and used extra protection of transparent cover as i am very much concerned about my mobile. But water indication still turns Red. I have no clue how it happened. I am totally lost myself after hearing this from service centre. I spoke to customer care twice explaining them the same reason and they just generated the ticket numbers but none of them helped me out to fix this issue.I even spoke to senior officer Ritesh also on 11/25/2014, but no use they couldn't able to help me out. I am feeling very bad and not able to sleep properly. I am afraid using Sony Device in the future. Sony Claims XPeria Z1 is a waterproof but then how could my device get a red indicator even after closing all the flips. I need a genuine reply from you people. I am very frustrated with this issue. I have spent almost 32, 000 after saved the money for 4 months, now they are asking me to pay 10, 000/- to fix this issue. Please trust me I haven't opened any flip cover in my device, it is closed Perfectly. Please help me out with this issue. Please Think for a moment from my perspective, I am feeling disaster and lost. I am ready to meet any manager or director who can solve my issue and has the responsibility to take the decision and help my issue. Please Help me Please. Just help me out to fix this issue. I lost trust in Sony Company now. I don't even want to look the device again i have such kind of feelings due to this issue. Please help me Sir. Please consider my genuine reason and fix this issue. I went to service centre they don't have power to take decision, i spoke to customer care they also don't have ability to take the decision and help me out. I even ready to go any level of managers or Head office but i don't know who can help me. I am writing this mail hoping some one from Sony would help me, someone who can understand my concern some one who think from my end. Whom so ever read this mail, Please help me out. I am totally lost, This is the only option i have left with. I couldn't able to pay that much money again to fix the issue.                             I purchased Sony Xperia T2 Ultra in the month of April 2014. I used it for 6 months. On 6th Oct. 2014, I submitted it to Sony Service Center. They returned it on 8th after updating the software. I again encountered the same problem after 2 days. Again, I submitted on 11th and got it back on 14th with updated software. Again history repeated and I had submitted on 20th Oct. This time Sony Engineers worked for more than two weeks. I received my phone on 4th Nov. with updated software. This time I thought Sony Engineers worked hard for 2 weeks and my device is fully fine but I was wrong. I have to resubmit my phone on 21st Nov with Ticket ID W[protected]. Sony Support Officers promised me that my phone will be examined by their Head Office Engineers but they have again updated the software and returning my phone. I am really fed-up of their service and want a replacement. Please help me in this issue.

                                I purchased sony bravia led on 12th aug 2013. Since last 10 days my tv was getting switched on snd off abruptly for which I made an official complaint with sony customer care on 22nd nov at 11.30 am and complaint no is 22524959. Since then no service enngineer had tried to contact and visit my place even after continuous follow ups. I have not received any support from customer care or sony management whom I have contacted through mail. Every time I got the same reply "your case is on priority and we have escalated." Its been 3 working days since I made a complaint and I wonder how such so called esteemed company fo mot bother about their customers...

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,
                                  1. I had purchased a SONY XPERIA M (IMIE No [protected]) on 19 jun 2014. It has developed problem of PHONE NOT CHARGING. Twice it has been deposited for repair in Service Centre at Dwarka sector 7, New Delhi, but it has not been repaired. On 23 Nov 14 and 25 Nov 14 again visited the service centre but they have refused to take the phone for repair, as they kept the phone for 2-3 hrs and returned saying that it has been repaired but it has not been done.
                                  2. IF YOU CANNOT REPAIR IT, PLEASE CHANGE THE SET OR RETURN THE AMOUNT.

                                    dear sir subject- Sony Experia Z1 Compact (BLACK) for accident warranty Job No- W[protected] Ticket ID-[protected] Date-14 oct 2014 I have submitted my sony experia z1 compact black color for a replace in accidental warranty on 14th October 2014 at your borivali sony center in thakur mall. i have been told that i will received my phone in 20 to 25 days. as on my last call to your center i have been told that i will be getting sony Z! compact white instead of black, but i do not wish to go with white color sony phone. kindly i advise you to replace my Sony compact Z1 with Z2 or Z3 compact. pleas let me know the status as soon as possible as it is over one month and i am following on regular basis for my phone at borvali center with your Staff. but still i am not getting any response or Any update on my job no-w[protected].                                       I want to complain for the AAradhya Enterprises, Pune (a sony smart phone repaire center), I have submitted my phone on 30th Oct 2014 but still they keep on hanging me and not returning me my phone. I always have to call them and there phone was not reachable and if it connects somehow they dont tell the exact status. many time I've visited the shop in this time but whenever I go there they just generate new job number and keep on keeping my phone. yestererday again i've been there when I recieved a text from them that my phone is done but when I reach there they again are telling it gonna take some more time where my phone status online is showing it is been delivered on 17th Nov. my repaire job no. is W[protected]. I really am pissed of from sony service this time and will make sure not to buy any of your products in future. i have been travelling all alone 15 kms just to check about my phone and everytime getting the same response. whenever I call the service center they dont pick up my cqall from my regular number and today they even hung up after picking. Worst Sony India experience till now. Really irritated from the services. I complaied for it in sony india complain even and got a respose that i will get my phone on Monday(24th) but it is Tuesday(25th) even but still they have not provided me the prone. Yesterday they picked up the call and said the phone is not yet done and they will call me back in sometime regarding the phone status but still I am waiting for there phone since they are not picking mine.

                                        Hello, My name is Karthika. On Nov-4th, 2014, I submitted my hand-set regarding charger problem in Tambaram, Chennai. Till now there is no proper response from service centre. They are giving the reason that mother-board is not available for last three weeks. They are even not ready to pick up the calls. Also escalation mails have been sent, but no improvement in processing. Kindly please help to repair and give back my mobile asap. Almost 3 weeks gone. Thanks!
