Before reading my story Call Chennai regional office number which Sony mentioned at their website ALWAYS NOT REACHABLE...This is how sony cheating their customers Dear Sir,  I have purchased Sony Xperia L on 18.11.13 with IMEI No: [protected] Invoice No:8913  One year warranty promised by Sony at the time of purchase.  After using your product I faced lots of problem. The major concern is Loud speaker doesn’t work & extra Cheap noise coming along with ringtone. So I have visited your service centre 5 times but problem not solved. Third time service your representative promised me that they will replace the mobile with new one if problem exists. The same problem happened again. But still Sony requesting me to use the mobile with same condition. I submitted 3 videos on 4th service & 3 videos on 5th service with date & IMEI number for more clarity. The videos are regarding what is the exact problem.  1. The mobile alarm will not work on morning. I cannot wake up on time. So I have to use another mobile for alarm 2. Cheap noise coming along with ringtone. In office everyone laugh at me while phone ringing. So I always use mobile on silent mode 3. Five times I visited service centre so I have to take off from my office. I have to travel too long to reach your service centre. Only three service centres in Chennai 4. Every time I have to arrange alternate phone 5. I cannot use social media on mobile. The only reason I purchased a Smart phone is I want to Keep on touch with others on social media 6. No one taking responsibility to solve the issues  The above concerns I have explained through frequent mails, Phone calls and directly visiting service centre. Even I captured Problem video to help Sony to solve issue by seeing real problem condition. I will write the same thing on all social websites. Please wake up Sony before customer get into Violation

    The captioned handset is not working, have already logged a call for the same with M/s Aditya Infosolutions, authorised Sony service center, B-11, Tilak Marg, Dali Bagh, Near Ganna Sansthan, Up -Lucknow - 226001. Ticket Id is [protected] dt 19/11/2014, Job No. is W[protected] dt 19/11/2014. It was informed that the handset would be repaired within 4-5 working days but yesterday on enquiring about the same it was informed that concerned part is not available, neither at Lucknow not at New Delhi, it will be imported from Sweden. Further standby set was also not provided which is causing inconvenience. It was informed that standby set was also not available. Consumer goes for Sony products for its brand value & service quality but with this kind of service quality at authorised service center, it comples to give a second thought for purchasing any Sony product, going forward.       sony service customer service request id 22394054 model : sony bravio 32 lcd 520 series TV is automatically shutdown and red light blinking 6 times. i was registered a service request in past month .Still i'm not getting service . my first request id is 21952113 they will closed automatically. i'm not getting any service from sony customer care.
      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      still issue is not fixed. They will closed automatically complaint id with out fix.
      i was raised again new complaint id :22669006. They assigned CTECH Electronics. They are no1 worst service center in Chennai.
      i plan for going to consumer court.

        Dear Sir, Im the customer of SONY for the past 20 years and im using the SONY TV, mobile etc. i have given the CD set to the TRICHY service centre on 17/10/14for the subject said complaint. it was serviced and with a week time again it got struckedup with the same problem and given back to sevcie on 31/10. i have not receive the commitment and confident of servicing my cd set. pl do the needful by repairing my cd set which is very important to me. job no.           After several conversations with sony via mail and customer support in calls i submitted the device again on service center with a written complaint of own With job sheet no w[protected] this the 5th time im overall submitting device to service center regarding the last issue this the 3rd repeated complaint your service end problem nomore i don't have patience to get repaired device or a refurbished one i need a brand new boxed device or else refund my money

            Sir, I got a gift of Sony Walkman from my brother (model no.NK17-B172F) serial no.6145594 and that was not working since June 2014. Hence, I handedover the same to your So called authorized service center "Clarity services Block AE135 4th Avenue, Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar Chennai 600040 on 9.6.14. (handedover to one Shri Jayakumar [protected]) He gave a service job sheet & has assured me that he will contact me over phone after finishing the repair work. But he did not called me. Instead, I called him over phone to ascertain the status. Months passed on, no response from him. I lost my patience & went to ascertain the facts in person. I was shocked there was no such shop. This is status of your service. Will you do any favour for me to get back my Walkman from your end. Or else shall I proceed any legal action in this regard. Pl let me know.               Dear sony We trusted you a lot because of the brand name SONY. We brought sony led tv 40 inches from dubai, After using 1.3 years from March 2013, the panel has been dead. TV is not working no more. Unfortunately the warranty period has over. We went to sony service center and for repair and changing the panel they are asking 28000. We are ready to pay 28000, but the thing is they are not giving any warranty or guarantee for new panel.i request sony should give atleast 1 year warranty for new panel.

                I perchesed sony z1moBile but its not working properly . once its replaced but now agin problem with GPRs and aplication .i give it for service to sony serviCe udupi.they told me to exchange the mobile we give 50% cash back to that u perchace new Z1 but i want reapir or give me onther new one .please help me to salow the problem z1 i give for service more than 5 time please give replace the new one thank you

                  I had bought a Sony Xperia ZL on 2/2/2014. The Set used to get switched off frequently. I took it to the Sony Service Center (Address: Teknoplaza CD - 96, Salt Lake - 700064, Kolkata.) on 4th November 2014. Job Id: W[protected]. The Service Center issued the Job id under Out Warranty category in spite of my Set being under warranty. Later they issued another JOB ID: W[protected] on 7th November 2014. This was intimated to me via Mobile SMS in my no: [protected]. I was not issued any fresh Job sheet. On 17th November I had called the Service Center to enquire about the status of my Phone. They asked me if I would accept a set of Xperia Z as Xperia ZL is out of stock. I had agreed to the same. On 20th November I was intimated through SMS that the replacement of my set is ready to be taken. Today i.e. 24th of November I went to the Service Center to collect the replacement of my set. I was given a Republished Xperia ZL whose body was broken from one corner and had a chemical patch on the back cover. I did not accept the Set. They said they will take 10 more days for a new replacement set. They also added that even then I will get a Republished set and not a new, sealed set. My complaint is that why am I being given an used and republished set, that too whose body is damaged instead of a new, sealed Set of Xperia ZL.as replacement for my defective set of Xperia ZL which is in Warranty period. I appeal for the redressal of my complaint at the earliest.

                    These days I am having issue with Customer care support of Sony. I purchased Xperia Z1 in Feb 2014 and in 13 November when my mobile was dead I deposit in Support center and they didn't ask for Warranty period or copy of Bill. When i visit 22 November for same they told me that Phone repair estimation in approval process and they forward mail for Warranty period and i just have to call on Monday to ensure same. When i call Monday for this same their reply is same Warranty issue. My Question why didn't as k me for Copy of Bill when it necessary for that and when i ask them on 22 November for that Why they reply they will manage.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding my complaint with blue ray home theater system, Which is unable to read DVD/CD.I have compliant this three times, and unable to find any solution from your service department for this home theater system. Model no-HDB- E490 SYSTEM NO- BDV-E490 Complaint ID numbers. are:- 1) [protected] November2013 2) [protected]June2014 3) [protected] November 2014 I have bought my home theater system in 14 march 2013 First complaint was within warranty, but due to improper/incorrect service, this problem coming again and again to my system, and now the response I am getting from your service department is that I have change lense of this DVD player and it will be chargeable. Need your Reply on this that, why this lense was not replaced within warranty if the problem was with lense with zero cost, Due to you are unqualified service I am facing this problem since one year, and the local service center response and attitude is very pathetic and poor towards resolution to this problem. Resolve this problem with your own expenses and responsibilities .                         Information :- Set :- Sony Xperia M Dual Invoice Date :- 08/08/2014 Name :- Tushar Goel Mobile :- [protected] Sony has sold faulty handset to me. It has built in issues and Sony service center is not ablre to resolve them. This is something pathetic that I had to go to service center around 7 times in 2 months and still not resolution is provided. In case mobile is not replaced or money is not reimbursed, I will go for official case against Sony.

                          I got this device on march 23rd 2014 from the day i got phone started troubling within 10 days worst part of my life started after getting this device service center are no words to mention like 1.phone charger gone replaced new charger 2. After a 2 days phone stopped charging after a 20 days and above gave phone back from service told replaced pcb 3.after that few months later headset jack started issues ( service people named karthik, KANAN, SRINIVASAN FROM sony authorised Chennai service located in tambaram cant even understand the problem what customer says worst case funny sony service center ppl readying hardware issues by software how ???? Pls tell me this 4.after a long struggle with those ppl in service center again replaced the pcb 5.on the delivery of same day i returned the device saying what you u readied with device 6.for this service center ppl took nearly 1 month to ready my device after that got my device that time i felt okay 6.within 2days seen that backdoor was not closed properly worst service really cos this flash light bleaches with camera at low lights 7.also now the premium sony z1 looks like a china device like flash can visible at four sides on backdoor These are list of job sheet no W[protected] W[protected] W[protected] W[protected] W[protected] In this few information service center peoples are cheating the sony head office if i ask for customer care they don't know the information fake sony now a days if i ask for replacement service center people refusing then 1yr warranty meant for also for this device 6months accidental warranty too everything for fake sony Chennai service tambaram[protected] Prajith.R

                          Complaint not solved but it leaded to another problem to pl complaint regarding fake call its by saying sony india name so its been tracked and it'll come to light soon
                          Refund the money and take your faulty device no more i don't have patience to ready my device with sony service

                            I had bought a mobile set (Sony Xperia C, model:C2305, white colour, IMEI:[protected] from M/s Regal Electronics, Bistupur Jamshedpur on 17th April 2014. Within a few days the mobile was getting hanged frequently. I had visited the shop and the Sony service center at 157, Baradwari, Sakchi Jamshedpur, but till date they have not resolved the problem. In the service center they only update the software of the mobile set. Moreover the behaviour of the staff at the service center and shop is very rude ( The shop staff Mr. Ranjan Das, whose mobile no. is [protected] behaves very badly when dealing with customer complaint) . Also the last time when I received my mobile from the Sakchi Service centre after software update, the power key was damaged and I am unable to flash the screen unless I give the phone for charging or I receive a call. I demand that my mobile set be changed immediately. I will also suggest everyone never to buy a Sony Smartfone with the bad experience I am receiving with their staff in Jamshedpur.

                              I purchased a 40'' colour Sony LED TV KDL-EX520 in July 2011. This was my first Sony product purchased and as I had heard a lot about Sony product quality I blindly bought the product. Now I am facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen, when approached the customer care on 21/11/2014, engineer came to inspect the TV. He told me that it was the display panel problem and which needs to be changed and the cost would be around Rs. 25000. I mean after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality I need to pay almost 40% of the TV cost within such short span o[censored]sage makes me think what do you define as quality. When I did some research on the internet on the product I found a lot of people facing this same problem and this to be a manufacturing defect (that explains why production of this model has stopped). I would request the concern authority to take immediate action on this and get my TV display panel replaced free of cost or replace the TV unit itself as 1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects. 2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products. So please look into this matter as soon as possible, this is the least Customers of such Branded company which is so Pricey (because the products are of best quality) can expect from such a big reputed organization.I am now forced to think that LG and Samsung TV's are far far better than sony. otherwise with no other option i will be forced to approach consumer court for further needfull in this matter to claim full refund of purchse cost.

                                Hi, I recently purchased an LED 3d TV in Shah's showroom in T. Nagar, during Diwali eve. The product got delivered on time and demo was done by one of the executives post installation. We were not clear on using the SMART features and SKYPE and Facebook apps were not working at all since day one. So we again registered a service request vied ID 22501627, which got assigned to Digital vision, Alwarthirunagar, Chennai - 600087. The executives called us on 21st of November to fix an appointment. Initially I gave it for 23rd morning, but on 22nd they called me to check if they can come in the evening of 22nd itself, and I too accepted and fixed it accordingly for 22nd evening 6.30. Again someone called me around 5.15 and checked if they can come now. I said as the appointment was only at 6.30, so please come around that time, for which they said, "sir we are already at your door step, can we come now ?" I was at office, so I asked them to come at the appointed time. Once I reached home around 6.15, I called them to confirm that I am available at home, so that they can come anytime from then, for which one of the in charge who uses the mobile number [protected] was very rude to me and said, you have fixed it only by 6.30, so they will not come now, and will come only after 6.30. Then I called them around 7, and wanted to check if they are likely to come ? He was again rude and hung the phone without giving a proper answer...again I called him immediately, for which with great irritation, he said in a rude tone, that they will come ...but of no luck. Then around 8 I called again to check where was the guy (prabha) who was supposed to come, and wanted his phone number, but the guy did not even give it, but continued to give the same old promise, that they will come. Sony, being such a good brand, not sure how irresponsible the executives can behave, in spoiling the brand's image ? Can you please train the executives to behave properly with customers and ensure they demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy while attending customer service ? Regards Anirath

                                  Dear concerns, I am highly unsatisfied and harassed with the approach of your mobile service centre and the mobile. I have purchased sony experia L on 05/02/2014. In last 8 months I had to visit your authorised service station of Baroda for 5 times. All the time with same issue of network. 2-3 month phone works properly and again one fine day network completely disappears. First time issue appear ed just after 1 month of purchase and your service station took around 5 days to solve the issue. They assured that now such issue will never come but just after 2-3 month same happened. Again 3 days back same problem came. I gave mobile at your service station on 19/11/2014. On 20th morning 8:00 a.m I received sms from sony that mobile is ready. I visited your authorised service station around 11:30a.m. Service station gave me mobile and said it is repaired and ready for use. I inserted sim card in front of your employees at service station and it was a big shock for me as mobile issue was as it is. Your service station employee asked me to come in evening. In evening I called on your toll free number[protected] and enquired for my mobile status. Overthere I was informed that mobile is ready from 4:30pm. But today when I visited to collect my mobile your service station people said that it will take a weak time. Now, I can't understand why I am harassed for so many times. Second, what is the guarantee that it will not encounter same issue again. Third, after 3 months my warranty will lapse than who is going to pay for this issue if it again appear. Fourth, who is going to give me compensation for for my time waste and again and again changing mobile which in turn create cyclic issues of contacts and data transfer etc. This is highly undesirable and criminal approach of harassment because of faulty mobile peace.                                     Dear Sir/ Madam, I had purchased a Sony Xperia Z1 in May 2014 with great expectations regarding the 20.7 MP camera that is provided along with, however the camera is a disappointment every time I click a pic with it. The Nexus 5 camera or Micromax camera happens to be way better than the so-called 20 MP camera of Xperia Z-1. The colours just lose their brightness and become very blur. Just a dirty photo quality. The pictures are not sharp enough. Also there are heating issues with the phone. If music is played even for 15 mins the phone gets unbearable hot. This is not expected of a 40, 000 phone. Also when I went to Sony Authorized Service Station in Thakkar Mall, Borivali West, Mumbai, I was not even told that they are closed and the will open back on monday, they simply switched off the lights. This is not called a good after sales service. I feel cheated by buying a sony Xperia z-1, I have just simply wasted my money in buying a Sony Product, I shall never ever recommend a sony phone to anyone.

                                      We (Maxtech) are Computer and projector Seller in Erode, Asper telephonic conversation we are forwarding this letter for you can take as a notice for your faster and proper action. On 4th May, 2013 we have purchased a projector from Supremeindia (P) Ltd., Its model no. is DX100 and bill no.psl13007155. I sold above said projector to one of my customer in Coimbatore. After selling it was working fine. But after 100hrs usage of lamp that found some problem. They made a verbal complaint about the issue with us. We noticed to my seller. We suggest to them contact service center. They contact service center M/s.K.J.Electricals (Job Sheet No:J[protected], Coimbatore. One of engineers did the inspection. He advised them to change the lamp as there was some technical problem with the lighting system which could not be fixed permanently. The lamp warranty period is only for Three months from the date of purchase and the estimated amount Rs.17118-/ (Service amount 14950+ Tax 2168). We attached your estimated copy with this letter for reference. The customer is not ready to spend this amount under warranty. They asked us claim the warranty, we replied that "The Sony service center is GENUINE for customer so you do as per their advice". But he is not satisfied with our words and he takes back his projector from Sony service center and he tried to attend problem to other local service center. The local service centre rectified problem at the cost of Rs.5000- (spare (not lamp) 3500+service charges 1500). The customer asked us “WHY SONY TRIED TO CHEAT US”? Further they asked us return back service charges. We ask the same question to you and your service team. Why PUNISHING YOUR TRUSTED CUSTOMER with wrong estimation and huge amount.                                         Dear Team My First Ticket ID is : 22470792. <Closed without Customer Approval and work done> My Second Ticket ID : 22515911 < No Update/Revert Call from any Concerned Team> My Third Ticket ID : 22523761 < Again Raised it with Customer Care Number as my First Ticket was Closed, Again got an assurance within 48 hours> Is this the way I Have to deal with Sony Care?
