I was having troubles with my sony vaio laptop model soon after i bought it. Initially i thought it was a glitch in my operation and tried to resolve the problem using sony assist but my efforts went in vain. Then i decided to contact sony vaio service centre and registered a coplainta regarding my laptop. I myself went to the service centre(m.k. reddy street, west tambaram, chennai, PIN-600127). They took my laptop and returned it to me after 7 days. After getting back the problem showed up within next few hrs of laptop use. They told me that problem was resolved(as per them the laptop had some software issues). I again contacted them and requested for complete checkup. They again took my laptop for further 7 days and returned with no glitch again and this time they told that there is no problem with the laptop its only your way of handling the laptop that has made it that glitchy. how is that possible?? I had an antivirus installed and was very careful after the first laptop service. As in the first case, the problem persisted...this time i was made to call again and again registering my complaint regarding my laptop and was assured of service within two days but the two days havent ended yet. I still call them regularly to hear the same. Feeling pissed off. I cant bear it anymore. If this complaint does not works I am going to Consumer Forum for sure..have no other problem left

    Water went inside my xperria z.. All the ports we closes.. An put it in a tub of water to show my frnds.. Started flickerin an then switched off.. I had problems with the phone 3 time.. First time replaced phone wit new phone but tat kept heatin up so they gave me another but tat was not a sealed pack.. This one jus fininished the warranty period.. Is xperia z waterproof only in the warranty period..

      I had deposited a audio ( Model no.CFD-RS60CP/CSP5) as on 23.08.2014. for repair as per job no. J42220964 as on 23.08.14. But I am sorry to say, after a gap of almost three month, I have not get the required service from your end. It is necessary to mention that I have already paid the required service charges. Sony is a world wide reputed brand. This is unfortunate to me as a customer, that the trust of the brand is decaying. Please see the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

        DEFECTIVE PANEL SUPPLIED (KIND ATTENTION : Mr. Kenichiro Hibi, MD, SONY INDIA) and Mr. Uttam Chandra, Mr. Anil Jha) Refer Request IDs 22262613; 22435973; 22382422; 22376110; 2236155 सोनी के Engineer ने 15th Nov., 2014 को हज़ारों written requests और phone calls के बाद विज़िट किया और confirm किया कि 22” Sony TV का पैनल ही खराब है. इसके बाद हमने सोनी के श्री अनिल झा साहब को इस बात से अवगत करवाया पर अभी तक उन्होंने हमें कोई भी response नहीं दिया है. हम सोनी इण्डिया से यह जानना चाहते हैं कि जब उनका सोनी टी.वी सप्लाई के दौरान ही defective था तो इसे Test में किस तरह से ऒ.के किया गया और फ़िर अगर इसे गलती से हमें बेच ही दिया गया तो फ़िर सोनी के स्टोर ने इसे वापस क्यों नहीं किया जबकि हमने हरिओम वालों के सोनी स्टोर पर तुरन्त इसके खराब होने की सूचना दे दी थी, पर उन्होंने यह कहकर टाल दिया कि इस defective टीवी को अब सोनी कम्पनी ही वापस करेगी, जबकि ऊसूलन जब किसी electrical item के खराब होने की सूचना 7 दिनों के अन्दर सम्बधित डीलर को दे दी जाऐ तो यह उस कम्पनी के डीलर का फ़र्ज़ बनता है कि वह उस defective item को तुरन्त बदलकर दे पर न तो डीलर ही और न ही सोनी कम्पनी ही इस defective TV को replace करने की मंशा रखती है, दर असल सोनी कम्पनी अपने defective products को भारत में किस बेशर्मी से खपा रही है, यह इसका एक जीता जागता उदाहरण है.क्या सोनी इण्डिया के एम.डी श्री खेनचीरो हिबी इस बात का नोटिस लेंगें और तुरन्त अपना defective product वापस लेकर हमारी खून पसीने की कमाई को वापस लौटाऐंगें. अगर किसी पाठक के पास सोनी के एम.डी साहब का ईमेल हो तो मेहरबानी करके तुरन्त मुझे इस ईमेल पर भेजें [protected]@gmai.com. शुक्रिया.

          Dear Sony, Sir, I bought sony Xperia ZR on march 2014 but with in 2 month i faced problem on my sony mobile which i could not digest because sony has high brand value on mobile phone that is why i bought sony mobile even my friends compelled me to by some other mobile but i told that even it is costly it would come for longer period.But with in two month my touch was not working properly and I gave it to Sony service center in Madurai(Tamilnadu). They gave correct response and they gave another new mobile on June. But within 5 month same problem happened and my touch is not working properly but this time some crack was there in my mobile but i did put my phone down and there is no physical damage has been happened.If you look my mobile phone carefully Crack has been happened inside my touch only so i went to sony center bangalore (vigneshwar services) and they did not give correct response even they did not see my mobile and they don't want to satisfy customer satisfaction they are just doing marketing(like exchanging with high cost) and they told that it did not come under warranty.but mobile phone has warranty upto next year march.I gave my mobile phone Saturday and they called monday itself I don't know whether they worked with my mobile phone or not and they called me to buy new phone with 20% or old one with 50%.If they repaired that mobile phone that cost won't exceed Rs 3000 because same thing happened to my friend mobile but it is different company mobile for that he spent only Rs 2750 only so i am kindly asking what is different between sony(high brand mobile) and other mobile phone. Still i believe sony and it is leading mobile company in the world but some service shop try to spoil that brand of sony.So please take this is as serious effort and solve this problem as soon as possible and make satisfy both customer and company.I look forward your positive reply Regards, Karthikeyan S Embedded Developer, TATA Consultancy Services, Bangalore

            Purchased SONY XPERIA TIPO DUAL and after normal use, within 11 months it started problem. Kept the phone in VIDEO PLAZA, MIDNAPUR, W.B.721101 . Got the phone back after 21 Days on 4th Nov with On off switch and volumn up-down switch are jammed and auto rotate was not working . When contacted again to VIDEO PLAZA SONY SERVICE CENTRE after 4 days, on 10 NOV( Monday), I was told that guarantee period is over 2 days back and I have to pay about 4500 for repair. Though previous day was Sunday and Saturday the service centre was closed. When they are keeping the phone for 21 days why they should not extent the guarantee for 21 days. My phone had less problem before repair. They don't have qualified technician. JOB NO. W[protected].

              I have purchased a LED model KDL-32EX420 on 14/04/2011.I regulay used sony product due to the brand name and good will of the company.But unfortunately there was defect in the system during warranty period.On persuasion the problem was solved and I repeatedly request your people to replace the set. But I was told that the panel was replaced and the problem would not repeat.I simply believe because of the reputation of the company.At that time I was not sure whether it was repaired or replaced. Some days back the same problem repeated and your people told for an estimation of Rs16000/ which is not at all justified for a defective set from the beginning.Under such circumstances I draw your attention to solve the problem at the earliest.                 Hi All, This is regarding my LED Bravia for which I have raised an incident on 21 Sep 2014 where a pixel on the screen was damaged. On Oct, 09 2014, my LED was picked from my place saying it will be repaired in couple of days but its been more than one an half month now, I haven't got my LED back. I had word with Service centre people number of times where they shared multiple status like - Part was ordered but not delivered yet, Part was reached at Service centre but was broken. Everytime they are giving new date when it will be repaired. I am seriously fed up with this kind of service by Sony and in future I will surely recommend atleast my family/friends not to buy any product due to such kind of poor services.                   I had given my Xperia M at sony service center Gwalior on 03/11/2014, and they told me there was some hardware issue and that a part has to be imported. Now that it has been done, the repair status is still pending and they're just delaying the work. I need the phone immediately, but all they do is delay things.The

                    Apart from a transparently self-serving email that pretends as though “signing up” with Sonymobile will get me better service, I have had no help from your customer service number or your service center. It is now 28 days since I submitted my mobile for repair because I dropped it and cracked the touch screen. Sony India has managed to add Sony to the long list of Indian companies that do not care two hoots about their customers once they have sold them a phone. Please try calling your service numbers and your service centers. They are staffed by ignorant, ill-informed personnel who could not care less about the customer. Most have not an iota of technical training and are simply trained to parrot disinformation. I expect s a senior manager (not a trained parrot) to call me and apologize for this type of treatment. Having several Sony products at work and at home I was quite simply shocked at the poor quality of the response of your Service centers. Why is Sony selling expensive smart phones and servicing them with thoroughly unprofessional service centers? This is Sony we are talking about – a world leader – behaving worse than a petty store keeper with a monopoly would do in a village in India. The phone is a lifeline for executives today and it is sold with it great fanfare and promise at a huge premium. Yet you seem not to care at all about the user once it is sold. Have you ever audited your service centers or do you simply outsource this activity to the lowest bidder without much quality control? It is shocking. These instruments are not cheap and neither is our time. She then said that all my data would be erased. I asked why – she said this was the policy and that I would NOT to be able to understand. When I told her that the phone was on and working – but could not be used due to the touch screen issue – she was abrupt and said that she did not want to answer. She was ignorant and it was shocking that a Sony service center was staffed by an incompetent, unhelpful person who despite her very obvious ignorance displayed a very condescending attitude towards a customer with a problem. It was as if she was doing me a massive favor by even speaking with me! 3. She said that the work would be done at the “factory” and that they would automatically update my software and that is why all data would be removed. I said very clearly that I did not want a software update. I am quite capable of doing this on my phone myself. The way she was speaking it seemed as though the phone belongs to Sony even though I paid almost Rs 30, 000 for it! 4. Since your Lajpat Nagar Sony Service Center was going to send the phone elsewhere – I am not sure why this could not have been done by the Noida service center. I got no intelligent answer for this from either place 5. I asked her when the phone would go out to the “factory”– she said the shop was closed for 4 days for Diwali and it would only go out on Monday. It is now Thursday and when I called your 800 number the person was polite but unable to offer any kind o[censored]seful information.                       Actualy my 47 inch led tv monitor is working but stuck in the antenna or cable mode and not able to move to hdmi or usb mode and even home menu, due to misuse of remote and this happened to my other 26 inch too, When i had taken to SHARON electronics.they techinician said that monitor is not even onning, i went and onned at the back and afterwards took for repair and re wrote the repair menu and after four hours they told that the motherboard for both the devices had to be changed and it costs around 11k, this is rediculous the tv monitor is running only stuck into cable mode and they are replacing motherboard, they also told 11k for both the sets, the 47 inch is an 3d led and 26 is an led, how coe it cost same for the both size, This sharon electronics is Biggest fraud in salem, they never taken my mobile even for check when it was under warrenty

                        Pls do not buy any type of sony product specially mobile because their services are low quality. I am very disapoint from service. I told you again my friends pls do not buy sony product. I give you advice for SAMSUNG AND HTC. I had purchase xperia zl on 9th of october2014. After one day their is a problem in cemra . than I went to care fir D O. They give time for one week . But after ten days I contact to toll free no. They told me they are help less in this case pls contact to the care. But i have no solution regarding repkacing my phone till now. So I told you again pls do not buy sony product.

                          Dear Sony Team Writing this mail with 0% belief on Sony Products.This is to inform you that I have purchased Sony Xperia Z mobile in the month of May 2013 and the cost was Rs 38000/-.Within this 1.6 years mobile had charging problem and took to anna nagar-chennai service center.People checked and they are claiming that this has to be sent to Sony factory and that would cost Rs.14000 for changing the mother board... First of all I would like to understand that is sony product worth for only for 1.6 years?Have already invested 38000 rs in this mobile having belief on the brand but now why should I spend Rs 14000 for this service which is due to poor quality of parts used for manufacturing this mobile. Have handled this phone in a very smooth manner thinking of the cost but inspite of that a major damage has happened bcoz of poor quality of manufacturing. Had an idea of purchasing 48inches- Sony bravia -KDL 600WB but bcoz of this bitter experience Iam afraid of sony products and certainly would not refer to my network of people.                             Bravia LED ex520 40 inch purchased two years back having display problem. Lines and colour distortion on display. Engineer says panel needs to be replaced and that costs nearly half of the tv price. This is a torture by Sony providing expensive products that does not last for even three years.

                              Sir i am Mr Prahalad Rout .I had purchasaed a sony digital camera of model no DSC-WX350/WCE32.Unfortunately it has been fallen from my hand.So the slider of the lense has been broken.So i went to happy service centre which is located in the address N 4/251, oppo indradhanu market, irc village, bhubaneswar on 27-10-14.The job no is J42597636 .They told me that after repairing we will contact you but they did not contact me till 13-11-14.I have alrady paid 3000 rupees.So i went there on 14-11-14 but they told that we have ordered the parts on 28-10-14 but the company did not respond to it.So i kindly request you to take proper steps and solve this matter quickly on my M-[protected].

                                To whom ever it may concern, I have purchased TV Model no. KLV 24EX430 for Rs. 17900 at Girias Investment Pvt. Ltd. on 30th Dec 2012. Within one year i got a board (automatically turned off and on) problem and changed also. The same problem arises now and i contacted customer care. Sony person has come and checked. Now they are asking Rs. 6000 for replacing the board. If the same problem arises in the forthcoming years i have to spend Rs. 6000 each time. Within the 3 years i have to spend Rs. 18000. It's nearing the original TV Cost. I Never ever seen such a very worst brand Product. I would Like to inform to my Friends about this worst brand products through facebook, twitter, etc. and I am going to suit a case against Sony brand.

                                  Sir, I purchased sony mobile one month ago, and got insured from daily apps, as per below mail point no 3 insurance company required a quotation from authorized service center with seal before hand set repaired, after approval of quotation mobile an be repaired, i ask same at you haridwar service center but they denied to give any quotation, i talk to owner Mr. Ranjan also but he has also denied, i ask to insurance company that without quotation can i got repaired, they also denied and said that we will not give you any claim without quotation, it is my humble request please help me to get same

                                    Hai, I had given my mobile sony expria c2004 service on 26-08-14 and i got delivery on 22-9-14 but i got problem in my phone while double tapping my mobile i got blue lines in the corner of my phone. You doesn't Replace it properly. After getting from service i got lot of problem with my mobile0and i had warranty for one year and my service ticket ID - [protected] What are you going to do now? I need my mobile in good condition. I need a valuable reason and my phone it good condition or else i will take severe action. And i had spend 2088 for your unworthable service

                                    I am sorry to say but I had a very bad and pathetic service from vaio executives. I gave my lap for service on 16th June at Vytilla Store. The service requested was to change the screen back panel to be changed and mouse pad was not working. On 20th June, I visited vaio store to get my lap. I noticed that top portion of my screen was broken/ripped off (see the attachment). When asked about this, vaio executive said that this might have occurred while servicing your lap and you have to bear all this while we do this service for you. Keypad was not cleaned and completely filled with dirt. I told them, keypad was not cleaned. They mentioned that solution was not available and the solution they have is not good as the alphabets from the keypad may be removed because of the solution. It’s very disgusting to see the responses and behavior from vaio store executives to a customer when we ask for your services. It’s not because of their work, I am writing this mail but because of the bad behavior and response to a customer which makes us feel that as if they are doing a great job by giving free service and boasting about it.

                                      I have bought Sony M dual. It's needed update.so I have gone to sony Authorised service center Accel Forntline at Madurai, Tamilnadu with my mobile bill on 6.00PM.I have raised ticket for my mobile update.but Receptionist refused to take my mobile to resolve the problem. She said I want to go home earlier because of Saturday so I can't take your mobile for resolving it will take more time so I can't process your request.you go and come back again . Accel put a board closing time is. 6.30pm. I paid fully for my Sony mobile but I have a defective mobile. My service was declined With out any proper reasons. Sony Mobile services is the worst service. Total waste of money and time.After sales service is worst. Can you help me to get update my phone with any other service centre within next week.

                                        I have purchased a Sony xperia ZR through online on January, 2013. Within a month the phone had some issues with battery and on/off button. I have submitted the phone at a service center at chennai. [Chennai sevices, Tambaram]. They examined the phone and said that my phone battery was dead and they would replace it.I waited for 1month in vain.After 1month the manager[kannan kumaravel] informed me that, my phone was not purchased at registered dealer and hence no warranty.I realised i had seller warranty and asked him ilto return back my handset.But when they gave it back the screen was cracked.I asked the manager and he said he will do the needfull.After 2weeks he said he is trying to get it done through warranty. It went on till another month, after that the manager told me that my phone cant be repaired sothat the company has decided to give me new phone.(refubished).i agreed but then it took another 1month to give me back the phone.I took the phone and left to my home town at andhra. The so called refubished phone had battery problem same as my old phone and further a camera issue.After few days o[censored]se the front screen came out due to improper fitting and a small crack was made at top.The touch stopped working from then.Soon i came to find out that it wasnt a refubished phone but the same phone which i gave them for repair earlier.The only thing they did was to fit some old screen to my device and gave it back claiming it was refubished. I was shocked and after returning to chennai i asked the manager for same. He acted as if he knew nothing and asked me to pay 12000rs for screen and then he will help me out. I told him i wont because there was faulty workmenship and moreover he cheated me saying it was a refubished phone.After further talkings and i told il escalate the cause.He started behaving rudely and asked me to do whatever i can. I was totally disappointed. How can they cheat people so openly.Can sony provide any justice to me??
