hi, camera model: DSC-HX10V bought in 2012 December Visited sony service centre in 2013 June Visited sony service centre in 2014 with the same issue of keys malfunctioning Visited SONY SERVICE CENTRE ANDHERI WEST on 04/11/2014 a person was called by the desk attendant to check the camera and he was all smiling and said yeah such problems comes in the camera as if it was a common thing. Later the manager was called and he refuse to take the camera saying they don't have the engineer (saying he is on leave) and i was told to visit another service centre in MALAD or come again some other time (on call back). DOES SONY THINK WE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER JOB OTHER THAN VISITING SERVICE CENTRE. This product comes with a 3 years warranty so i am guessing SONY knows it a faulty camera and needs repair regularly. if this is a common issue why is SONY selling such cameras to the customer. fed up with sony service. pls do the needful. regards, [protected]@hotmail.com

    Sir I booked 3D Glass Model No-TDG-500P on SONY EXCLUSIVE, 13-Avas Vikas, Opp.Rani Pritam School, pillikothi, Moradabad-244001 on dated[protected]. With challan no-885/18.10.2014. There told me it will dilivered you by within 2 days. But after 2 days they take another 2 day. But till Today 04.11.2014 they not dileved me and not give me satisfactory answer. plz take some necessary action this type of Shopkeeper. Thanx.
    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They lure and cheat customers by offering false schemes like Surprise Gift worth Rs 5000 which is actually Rs 150.00 valued duplicate wrist watch or something like this. Do not buy from this dealer. Even Sony India does not respond to consumer complaints and take no action. Innocent customers are being cheated.

      pURCHASED Xperia E3 dual 15 days back, Not able to download internet settings on SIM1, atleast 10-12 times informed customer care, even after i didn't get any support/help on the same, as per their instruction i visited nearest service center after getting my software updated the same problem recurred. When this was conveyed to Customer care executives they were telling all non sense stories. Sorry t mention their name Mr Dheeraj, Mr Abhinav, Mr Anuj are least bothered about us they didn't understood my position & talking about their rules & regulations, as we have payed immediately after purchase we can't expect to run behind sony service centeres to get our problem solved. Totally i expect SONY to refund my amount as breifed below. Rs 12500/- Cell Cost Rs 1000/- my half day salary (time to visit Sony Service centre) Rs 300/- conveyance charges incurred to visit service centre. Totally Rs 13800/-. If SONY is really concerned about customers, SONY will definitely do this else we may think SONY is least bothered about customers. And i am suggesting all my friends, collegues, family members, neighbours etc etc not to go for any SONY products as they are least bothered about customers once the product is sold.         -- I am NaveenKumar from Tripunithura, Ernakulam, Kerala, an unfortunate buyer of a SONY TV-model KLD32EX650 in 8/'12.I opted for SONY only because the dealer assured quick, special unique SONY service.But now I am forced to contact you by your own servicemadam. The case is as below: THe TV started to show double image and parallel lines thru out picture early in Oct.I complained to your CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE-MADONN.vyttila, ERNAKULAM.They took, that also after repeated e-mails to your address, one full week to send a technician who at a single glance diagnosed as "defective panel:requiring replacement.He went on to say that he will place it as a job and company will offer proposal for full replacement as panel is not available.Weeks passed, and after repeated calls one madam from your office asked me to contact one VENKAT at the vyttila centre.I met him and he stated that my case is reported as a job I have to wait for a week for some procedure.Last week I contacted him again after advice from a madam of you office.He wanrted another week.I emailed atyour web address-but no reply'I contacted service center again today.Now he wants a DD for RS 15000(approx) and after giving the DD to him I have to wait another two weeks.to get the replacement. On contacting your office toll free number somebody at that end advises me to contact you for some favourable decision, WHAT AM I TO DO NOW. Shall I give the DD to customer care centre people and wait indefinitely to get replacement.How many more weeks I should wait to enjoy TV I bought paying 43000+exchanging a PANASONIC 32" TV just two years ago. I am a retired government servant living on pension only, only engagement being TV and exercise and living together with wife only. PLEASE ADVISE, AWAITNG YOUR ADVICE FOR FURTHER ACTION.

            We had purchased Xperia Z3 on 30/9/14 from M/s Reliance Retail Ltd. IMEI No. [protected]. The phone had a problem of excessive heating. We called up the toll free number and they told us some steps but on following them the phone started going on and off on its own. We again called up the toll free number and they asked us to go to the service centre. The phone was given to them for two days and they updated the software and returned it to us. Again within a 3 days the phone went off completely and then was handed over to Mr. Neeraj Agarwal, service franchisee for Sony at Allahabad. He took the complete set with all accessories and told us that we will get a new set from the company under warranty. After following up for over 15 days we got a message from Sony on 1/11/14 to collect the new set. When our representative went to collect the same in the afternoon, he was given an open set without any accessories. When we asked for the charger and other things Mr, Devendra at the service centre told us that nothing else was given with the set and new set from the company comes in open condition only. (He categorically told us that it is a new set and sony given it in OPEN condition only). Our staff collected the same and handed it over to us. By evening the set started giving the same problem and I, Abhishek Agarwal, personally went to the service centre and spoke to Mr. Devendra. He immediately accepted that it is a refurbished set and also all its accessories are with him only. The set is once again with your service centre, with ticket no. [protected] dt 1/11/14. Such poor quality product and such a bad service is not expected from such a multinational brand. Now, we have fully lost faith in your product and service centre and would accept nothing but the refund of Rs. 49999/= we paid at M/s Reliance Retail Ltd.               Hi, I had purchased a Sony LED TV in June 2011 for Rs.90, 000. Since I'm a Sony brand loyalist, I went ahead with such a huge purchase but was shocked and truly disappointed when 15days ago the TV started developing a black line in the middle of the screen whenever we switched it on as if the TV was broken into two halves. When the mechanic from Sony TV came home to check the problem, he said that to fix this problem we would have to shell out another Rs.30, 000 since we had surpassed the 2 yr warrant period and to fix the problem the TV's entire internal set up would have to be changed. This is really upsetting and disappointing because after making such a huge purchase, if the product is of such low quality then Sony TV would start losing its loyal consumer base. I want the TV to be exchanged or Sony TV India to address my problem in the right way.

                25" SONY VEGA TV Model No KV- XF 25M8J purchased from Dubai around 8 years back got into trouble in the month of September2014. Madona Electronics, KANNUR, Kerala SAID TO BE THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE of Sony was informed and a technician named Athul visited my house and after inspection of the product i was told by him that the compliant is due to non functioning of LOT.He further told me that the mother board is to be taken to their service Center and accordingly he took the board for repair WITH OUT GIVING ANY PAPER/ WORK SHEET. When demanded for the paper he informed me that the necessary receipt/ work sheet will be send from their service center.He also told me that it will be repaired and returned within a week. But even after weeks there was no response from the service center. Whenever I phoned up the reply was "we are checking it". Almost after one month I had to demand for the mother board back and I told them that I will approch the police for getting it back. At last board was returned by the same technician and he told me that the "board can never be repaired".Again i requested for a work sheet and final assessment paper which they never gave me.Behaviour and reply of service center Manager Shri. Vipin was very rude.He told me that it is the policy of the company not to spent much time on items that has crossed warranty period.It is also learnt old wega tv of original japan make has very good demand in the exchange offer. There fore these technicians are not interested in repairing them when we approach them, so that we may take the old tv to the shop for exchange.Technicians repair these old tv for the shop keeper .I request your kind action to get my TV IN order.

I would like to inform you that i had purchase a SONY 24" LED TV on dated 20.10.2014 and as well as given installation request on dated 24.10.2014 vide request ID 21874808. But unfortunately it was canceled automatiacaly without intimation from your end. After that i was calling regarding installation and your representative told me that it was cancel. That time i was again request him to take new installation request vide request ID 21981747 on dated 28.10.2014 but still date i was not updated or call from your end regarding this issue and i was very much upset in your service. How will you serve your customer if your communication process is very low category. It is my complain against you and i need a fruit full action regarding this issue.                     I bought a new phone about an year ago with a hope to get quality product from sony in the starting, my xperia I was only lagging when charger was plugged. But later there was no further updates of android. Now I'm not able to set my wallpaper and the phone is outdated. Please help me use the same phone Atleast till I'm satisfied with the service. Ifound this is the way sony treats it's customers then I would like to change my phone, TV and camera to a better brand.. Help me keep my loyalty with sony and make it worth..

                      We bought Sony LED KDL-42W900B (MRP Rs.82, 900) from Aarco One, Lajpat Nagar-II, Delhi and yesterday an engineer came for installation and demonstration at Dilshad Garden, Delhi. When asked for suggestion regarding what should be the best viewing angle to the Sony’s engineer who came for installation & demonstration; his answer was wherever you will say, I will mount... (this kind of answer can't be expected from a professional or an expert...and not to my surprise...he later proved that he was not at all a professional). After installation, as a part of demo; he was showing how to increase decrease volume, change channel and add apps in my fav from the given set of Apps. At one point when an error popped that - " Feature not available in current mode"...when asked why this is so... his reply was...by mistake I pressed some button (pls note..I still get this error at various events). Next asked him to connect to our home wifi...to which thankfully he did...but while logging in to skype.. there was some Error - regarding video output & connection to internet.. to which he said..you need to have a skype ID and pwd to login... I had to tell him that dude...I take interviews from skype... There are so many such instances that cannot be summed over here and finally he left saying that he doesn't have much time to spend at one place and if you know how to use laptop.. you can use this TV also (nevertheless to say..he was abusing the other customer after disconnecting the phone (whenever he was getting inquiry call about his visit). When I told him that you are not helping us properly and we might have to call sony customer care..to which he very rudely replied that I am not going come again and if you will call Sony customer care; for revisit; they will charge you very heavily. After he left when we contacted customer care and requested for demo..by some other engineer..thankfully they agreed but again in the morning..we got call from the same guy inquiring what went wrong as he gave the full demo (as per him). When I told him..you didn't explain how to browse internet..other that the ones in My apps (he is giving a foolish reply that you need to type alphabet..a, b, c, d...), when asked how should I get into3D mode..no ans...skype issue...he is replying that you need to install webcam...he realized what he said when I told him that boss...this tv has a webcam installed at top... then he is saying..I am guiding you..you update the software. When I told him that why didn’t you update the software yesterday and this guy has same reply..it takes lot of time and I don’t have time. I know there is no rocket science that only SONY'S brilliant engineers can decipher in the TV; we lay man can also learn to operate this smart tv in due course..but as a customer..if you commit for a proper demo & installation; atleast keep you words and send someone who understands the TV in and out and customer's can have delight not only in buying the TV and also in after sales service.. Pls remember that SONY has a brand value...customer pays extra bucks to own commodity of your brand...don’t behave like other organizaion..which only focus is to sell the product and "Zero" after sale service. Now, to my request to SONY; I am still waiting for some proper demo but pls don’t send the same engineer as our time is also precious.

                        i dont know if at all this will be ever resolved or no..but just thought that you guys should know i am your customer and thinking that sony is a nyc brand and value their customer i bought a phone C3 on 11th oct 2014...it stopped working on 16th oct 2014..i went to a service center thinking they will HELP.. but the people there are rude rather i should say illitrate...i sat there that day for good 6 bloody hours and finnally they said its working now..while i was coming back home within 30 mins its stopped working again...i wnt there crying as i have paid 23000 for that phone..forget about sympathy they dont even have manners...finally they dicided that i should get a new phone...and a girl so called the senior most there who cant even wear proper slippers is roming in sercive center without slippers nammed neelam said that i will get a ew phone after 3-4 days...now 3-4 days are over i called them...mind it I CALLED THEM they did not bother to call me up and inform that phone has arived or no...so as i am a valuable customer of sony i called them up to ask MY phone has come or no..they said no it'll come after 7 day...me like a fool without a cell phone waited...after 7 days obviously i didnot get a call from them i had to call them...they said phone is here please collect..i went to sercive center to get my new hand set and that was also not workinng its 01/11/2014 to day i still dont have my cell phone with me..please tell me what and how am i suppose to react and do afer paying 23000 and cant even use the phone for 6 days and travelling from south mumbai to malad for the phone 10 times like a crazy persone forget about the money that i have wasted but the stress and disrespect given to me by that service center,

                          I bought a led on on 21 Oct 2014. Dealer tell me that service provider will come to your home and will adjust your led. I was call them after two days but no one picked my call on dealearship. Service provider boys call me two time but no one reached my home. I am still waiting.

                            I Have Purchased a SONY LED KLV-32R422A Serial No-4327221 on 1- nov-2013 from Deeep Gift Corner F-1st/87 Madangir New Delhi-62. after 8 months used there is some black spot on the screen shown automatically and i have contact sony authorized service centre A-6 FIEE, OKHLA, PH-2. and complained 8 to 9 tyms to repair and solve my prblm and sony engg take and hold many times my LED TV to repair from my home to service centre but there is no response and repiar from this side and now said many other prblm in my LED TV . Service centre engg. do not solve my prblm and not repair my LED and now unseen and ignore my complaint plz do somthing and take immediate action to sony service centre engineer.

                                I had purchased a Sony DVD+ Sony Bravia+ 2 Sony Xperia Handsets having the Invoice no. 2516, billing Date- 20th October, 2014 from Gariahat Store, Kolkata West Bengal. The DVD is required to be given a demo by the Sony people which they are denying to do unless they are being paid Rs.150. Kindly update me on the same because i have been a Sony customer for a long time and these kind of things i have not experienced earlier that for a new product the demo is chargeable.                                   I am writing to complaint about Service Center of Sony (AKM Electronics Pvt. Ltd.). This is one of the worst service provider in chandigarh. Staff employed over here is totally rude, non-sense, uneducated & arrogant. I have given laptop just for windows installation. And they have taken 20 days and still there is drivers problem. I just want to shoot all these people.

                                    sir i take Sony led tv 40inc. on the occasion of diwali and sir today date is 1st of November there is no service man for installation we complaint Sony centre every day from 23rd Oct 2014 26th Oct but no action take place our new TV is placed as it is in study table please sir take immediate action for installation of TV MY SERVICE REQUEST NO.                                       Complaint number 21888571 as given by number on the 25th October 2014. They said a person would come fro repair in two days ...but no one came... I complaint again and again hey promised that 2 days ...a gain I complaint today ( 31st Oct 2014 ) but call kept on getting transferred from one department to another but no one understood what I was talking about.                                         Hello Very poor 13 mp camera and also its browser not allowing to take photos through camera After taking photo chrome browser will show unable to complete previous action due to low memory and in other browser nothing will happen. I checked with chrome, mozila, and opera. From all browsers sony camera having this issue. After taking photo chrome browser will show unable to complete previous action due to low memory and in other browser nothing will happen. It is not memory issue because i have lots of free memory and i cleared alal cache. I am a developer and I can't check my mobile web app because of this. I wasted my money. All sony t2 ultra phone having the same issue. Is sony have any reply for this? I complaint about this but sony not replying. What sony will answer to all t2 ultra customers? Is they will replace the phone to all t2 ultra customers or any softwared update ?
