I had purchased a Sony Bravia 40” TV (KDL40EX720) 3D LED television on 09/08/2011. The unit along with a PS3 module cost me Rs.1, 00, 000. In about 3 years and 2 months time I started seeing a dual image on the TV. I registered my complaint via Sony center, Trivandrum and the complaint was forwarded to a technician called Mani. When we contacted him and told the symptoms he said that it is a problem with the display panel. We had to convince him to come to our home and check the TV. After inspecting the TV he said that the panel has to be replaced at a cost of Rs 30, 000. I understand from different Bravia users that this is a common complaint or problem with LED TV's which Sony has not yet managed to rectify. I am a proud owner of Sony gadgets ranging from laptops to mobile phones. Many in our family and friend's circle including me used to think that Sony was a reliable brand. This incident has made me refrain from Sony products. So I request you to rectify or replace the panel. Hope I will get a reply as soon as possible.     I had purchased a Sony Bravia 46” TV (KDL46EX650) LED television in 2013. The TV was worth over Rs.90, 000. In about 14 months time I started seeing a double image on the TV, upon complaining to Sony Customer care my case was assigned to a company called Krish (Goregaon). Their technician told us that it would cost 28, 000 Rs.!!! to repair the TV, and they would have to replace the entire panel. Having no choice, I paid an advance of Rs.5000 about a month ago. I was promised repair in 4-5 working days. Then the torture began. I followed up for a fortnight and was finally told by Krish that the part is not available with Sony, and my TV is unrepairable! Useless!! After more follow up – they offered me a 25% discount if I again purchase from this horrid brand! For that too they would take my old TV. (Anyway dealers give 10-15% discount – and a buy back for the old TV – which works out to more than 25% in all!) Add to that Krish is not returning my money despite a lot of follow up. They seem to be a fraud company. Their person “Ravi” seems to be an expert at handling such calls, and just keeps giving dates – but not the money. Absolutely shameless fraudster with no concern for the customer. So to summarize – 1.I have a 90, 000Rs. TV that is unrepairable. SONY does not have spares for a model that is less than 18 months old. 2. They are offering me a deal that would ensure is bought another TV from them – at a loss. 3. Their associate has swindled me of a further 5000Rs. Please advise where and how I should sue Sony and Krish. I would NEVER buy another SONY product. Buyer beware.

      Respected Sir. My Name is Ramanjot Kaur. I Have an LAPTOP Model SVE15133 CNB Seriol No. is 0002730. After giving A long beep, the laptop was hanged. Regarding this i went to service center. But they hanged laptop back to me after doing window 2-3 times. yet the problem was not solved, As the problem had not been solved, I again went to service center, patiala . They hold laptop to them 20-25 days and then the problem was diagnosed that the problem was in motherboard" And they changed the 'motherboard' When the laptop was deliverd to me, i had open the flap i noticed that the lock was broken from DVD WRITER side. And when i start the laptop it gave error that " YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND NEED TO RESTART, We're JUST COLLECTING SOME ERROR INFO, AND THEN We'll RESTART TO YOU 0% TO 100% COMPLETE " Lappy restarted and also hanged I again went to Patiala (PUNJAB) Dated 27/10/2014 on Monday At SANKALP ELC, sony care near Hotel Iqbalinn. I hanged Laptop to Mr. GURVINDER SINGH when i called then on 28/10/2014 to know abt my lappy then he said that the pc's hang problem is solved out but the breakage lock it needs Rs 6000. But the lock was broken bu him at the time of repair and the laptop was under gurientee. And his BEHAVIOR WAS TOO RUDE AND ACTUALLY UNEXPECTED WHICH DISAPPOINT ME. RAMANJOT KAUR [protected].           I purchased Sony E3 dual mobile as on 21st of this month from Sony center in baroda.and after a one week of purchase there is problame with screen. Screen got black while i call someone and after couple of minute screen get ready for use.

            Dear Sir, It is sad to note that I have not received the Repairs Estimate till date, as your technician visited me more than a week back. He was only interested in taking the amount of Rs. 200/- from the undersigned. I had requested d him to give me the estimate of the repairs, since my house is not even 5 minutes walk from your service centre at Sector-5, Vashi and my residence is in Sector 3. He told me that you have to collect it from our office. He also said that if you have to give it for repairs, take it from the wall cabinet and bring it yourself. Is this the way to treat a senior citizen of 64 years old. Your office at vashi should have followed it up & see that i get the repairs estimate. I can never think of being a Sony Customer in future.               Dear Sir/Madam I received Sony CP-F 10L 1000 mah Portable Power Bank Charger from Amazon and it is 100% Duplicate. I Guarantee this product is duplicate bcoz the weight mention on the box does not match the product it is nearby half of the weight mention on the box and also finishing of the product is not as our other Sony product.                 Respected Sir/Madam My Name is Dheeraj i m existing customer of Sony . I have suffered so many problem form our service center, but still problem is not solved . i have purchased Z1 on 23 nov 2013 of Rs 45000/- inculding two year extended warranty (one year by sony and additonal by Croma) from croma store mumbai west last month September 2014 my phone is fall done in office and display Screen got Cracked but my full mobile is still working execpt from top half touch is not working then i went to Sony Service center on 29th September Know as Metal Tech (Authorized Center) they told me u have to submit my phone after two days they will call me for quotation, but request i have to repair any how, because my display is broken tho i m sure what i have to but they told sir its the procedure we have to then i have given all my billing details and completed all formality paid Rs255 as service charge as well .then i have waited for two days no call nothing tho i called Metal Tech and asked them for quotation they told me next two day u will get call again i waited for two day, same no call nothing, again i called them in Metal Tech they said our screen costing is 24000 rs of Z1 the repair cost .and same model Sony is Selling in Rs30000 tho i said on call no i dont wanny repair please rejected my Request . after two days i went to collect the phone on 8th october 2014 they said no sir u have not rejected yet then again i said them to reject, so rejected on 8th October 2014 .u will get your phone back after two days we will call u, again same problem started no call form there side for update about my phone then again i have went there same same answer sir still came from HO, dispatch mein hai and etc come on next week so next on 17 October 2014 i went to collect my Z1 again reason i reallly begged fornt of them i need my phone i have contacts and all important docs i need that but they dont care about it after Diwali again i went come after two days i went same proceed i really pissed of and really shouted on them sorry say but i was lost my control, sad to say again i have to return with empty hands, and i have to tell u every time i visited i have i have take leave and they kept me waiting 3hrs minimum and maximum i have spent time in our service center is 4hrs for no reason .and finally day is arrived they called me on 25 October 2014 that our z1 is back please collect to i went on 27 October 2014 and collected my phone once i reached home i have seen my phone is formatted no data noting, plain phone then give me back why dis happen i dont no, my is working properly its just display cracked and been a softer guy i now my phone has ony hardware problem thats is outer part they why phone is formatted or reset i dont now and story end here my camera of phone is has scratches on lens and camera is taking blurr pics and out of focus now and that i was very handing i have taken pictures in thousands because i m a tourer as well but now my phone is not in use yaar .please help me out of it i really frustrated now. and i now dis is done by them because i have shouted on them ( Executive in Metal Tech Jaspreet was talking very aggressively and Some Senior Madam sorry i dont now her name, She was offering me sir sorry for trouble u buy new phone we will give 20% discount i said what the hell madam i have purchase mobile of 45000/-no yet one year completed u saying to buy new one ) .                   i had purchased a Sony LED TV 46 Inch on Oct 2011. the first week ater purchasing the TV it showed a WHITE line in the centre due to which my TV was replaced under warranty. Feb 2014 i had a problem again and this time i was told the HDMI Board conked off and i had to cough up INR 10, 835. post this board being changed i have been experiencing frequent restart problem and the service centre ignored it stating this is due to fluctuation of electricity. quite surprised on how a high end TV could have such issues. post writting several emails to SOny and repeated follow through with the service center there was NO MEASURE taken to identify the problem. i had recorded the TV restart problem and mailed the video to sony and showed it to the service center and still i heard nothing from them. finally on Oct 15 2014 my TV went blank which now forced the service engineers to investigate the problem and believe in the truth that the TV had a problem last 8 months. now they come back to me stating the the power board and the backlight board have to be replaced. 3 boards getting bad and having to be replaced in just 3 yrs of time and no response from Sony and the service center is really frustrating. my complaint number with sony is 17427730

                    To Managing Director / Chief Execute Officer Sony India Ltd. New Delhi India Dear Sir / Madam, I bought a television model KDL-32EX650 LED TV vide tax invoice no[protected] dated 15.07.2012 amounting to Rs 43, 900/-, from Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd, E-ZONE-PT-KOLKATA-SOUTH CITY, 375, Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700068. Above set was under warranty for one year, which expired on 14.07.2013. But suddenly on 11.10.2014 there was some problem with the picture quality. I lodged a complaint with Sony India vide complaint no 21478306 dated 12.10.14, as usual process one engineer visited and communicated that there is no need to open the television set, as there is a fault in the panel and same need to be replaced. On hearing this I got shocked, as the set was just 2 years old and I had to spent almost Rs 44K to get it. How a product from company of such a repute can offer such expensive product which would last only for 2 years. On being asked to engineer why this has happened / what is the problem with the Panel - we didn't get any proper answer or explanation, than I insisted that was it due to any fault from our side, engineer confirmed that there is no issue from your end and all he said that he cannot answer anything but replacement is the only solution. On 17th of Oct'14 received a call for service centre stating that the cost of replacement of faulty panel would be Rs 14, 500/-. I am gutted as Sony is supposedly the best and most expensive brand in the consumer durables market and this is SONY's latest technology. When we purchased this, it cost 43900 INR, but how come such an expensive product go for toss in a span of 2 years? I have completely lost my trust in SONY. This is just unacceptable and frustrating. Whereas company spending crores of crores in advertising and to making us fool. Would also like to know what action Sony is taking in my case. AT TIME OF SUBMISSION WAS GIVEN AS J42152193 BY ACE SERVICE CENTER ON 20TH SEPTEMBER 2014, BUT I WENT FOUR TIMES FROM 20TH SEP TO 27TH OCTOBER 2014 BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME SAME CARD AND MISBEHAVING ALSO.SO KINDLY TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS ELSE I WILL COMPLAIN TO POLICE STATION AGANST ACE SONY SERVICE CENTER.

                      ACE SONY SERVICE CENTER IS BAD REMARK ON NAME OF SONY, THEY TAKE OUR PRODUCT AND DIDNOT RETURN BACK THE SAME IN WARRANTY PERIOD, AND MISBEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER ON ASKING ...PLAY WITH INDIAN LAW AND ORDER, THESE SERVICE CENTER MUST BE PUT IN JAIL FOR 420 CASE.

                        I have submitted my Phone on 19.10.2014 on sony authorised service centre panvel (DG Mobile Service).They manually give me acknowledge no and assured me to repair my mobile on 22.10.2014. When i call on 22.10.2014 they replay phone yet to be send head office for repair. when i demand token no they login that day i.e 22.10.2014.after receiving token i call customer care about my phone status they replay my phone parts is not available. then i ask to return my phone.neither they return my phone nor repair .

                          Kindly note that I had purchased my ps3 in 2010 from france. Till now it was working perfectly, recently its both usb ports stopped working, i went to the service centre and was surprised and shocked to know that ps3 cannot be repaired in india and for the fault of just the usbs sony will replace my ps3 with some discount...how great of sony for their greatness...that too if i have the bill...and since it has been 4 yrs since i have purchased this...i am not having the bill...hope sony will do some justice to their customers in india...hope my problem will be resolved...

                            I went to service centre in mehadipatnam on saturday. They said they will take two days to rectify the problem in my phone. I asked them politely if that is the case please provide me stand by phone. Then they replied in a harsh manner and they denied my request. They asked me to come on monday and they promised me that they will rectify the problem by evening. I went today[protected] to give my phone ((job no: W[protected]. But when I called in the evening for my phone repair status they spoke in a harsh language and after that they are not answering my call. They wantedly doing this. and I saw in the service centre they are not at all behaving well with other customers.

                              It is very sadly inform you that I purchased the above LED on 21st Oct 2014 from Indore. But inspite of my regular follow up with Soni customer care and the merchant from where i purchased TV, it is not installed by this time. Few days back i got an SMS from Sony alongwith ID : 21797167. Which i contact the person in Ujjain, they told me that Dewas (455001) is not under them and contact Sony for installation. Again I contacted Sony and again I got another ID 21896237. It is surprised to note that this ID also allocated to same party in Ujjain, who earlier denied to install the TV. Now 6 days over, the TV is still in same pack. I purchased Sony TV because of quality not only in performance, I believe Sony for their customer satisfaction. Now I am fed up with all these. I am not getting any support from your Customer care. When I contact your customer care they don't have any satisfying answer. They just told me email sent for installation. Please do the needful immediately.

                                I bought Sony Xperia model-C2305 on Jan 19 2014.In March the display went blank .It was repaired at Sonnetcare Indiranagar.Later in April they changed the display .Later in September internet and WIFI was not working .Repair was done.Presently same problem recurred.I have handed over for repair and it is taking a weeks time.The handset is at your sonnetcare centre almost everymonth.Above that whenever I have to install updates sent from sonycare i am supposed to hand over the set for a day.Everytime the data on phone is lost and I have to update .I am a doctor and its both physical and mental agony. I am wasting time and money running around for the repair.I have to have a spare handset 24 hrs because of this nonsense handset.Kindly replace or return my money.Please do the needful.                                 I have bought a Sony Mobile - Xperia T2 Ultra Dual, on 14-May-2015 from Fone Zone, Siliguri, West Bengal, India, vide Invoice No. - FZ/205/SLG/13-14, dated - 14-May-2015 and now I am facing a lot of problems by using your this phone because automatically the phone is not usable whereas the network is all there and then I have to switch off my phone and again re-start and then only it works and I have to repeat this on - off exercise several times in a day. I think I have been given a disputed or bad piece or a defective material.

                                Hence I would like to draw your kind attention towards this and request you to kindly guide me so that I can take my next step further since only around 11 months have passed and the mobile is giving me so much of trouble. This is the first time I have been using Sony Mobile before this I have always been using Nokia and I didn't faced any problems at all.

                                My name is Sakshi Parab on 2nd June 2017 i have purchased Sony Xperia XA 1 Black from Croma which is at Belapur. After 15 day the problem started of incoming call sound was not there.I went to Croma for the same thing over there Mr Vaibhav said he will sent the mobile to Sony service center but that to after 10th July 2017 as GST problem was going on. So i went on 14th July 2017 and gave the mobile so that it can be sent to Sony service center.On the next day i got call from Mr Vaibhav of Croma Belapur he said he has sent the mobile to the Sony service center.That was the last call from them sir than i started call Mr Vaibhav of Croma and Sony service center for the feedback but the Sony service center were very rude. I was calling on Croma Customer Care even they were not in the position to give me the status. On 20th July 2017 i got call from Mr Vaibhav of Croma saying that my mobile DISPLAY has a problem so the display will be changed. I have taken this mobile on EMI from bajaj. I belive you will understand my problem how it feels when your new mobile spare part has to be replaced its really hurting me a lot .Few days back i got the mobile phone from Croma they have changed its display.Today again new problem as come the phone got hanged.
                                I am begging you to help me for getting new mobile.                                     I bought a 42inch led TV and Home theatre on 23rd October 2014 from MGB showroom in Erode.I received SMS that my service request ID was 21864406 and its assigned to Sharon electronics.Yesterday one gentleman spoke to me and said that he would come around 11.00AM for installation.But still the installation is not in way, that gentleman didint pickup my call today, I didnt expect this type of service from Sony.

                                      Dear sir/madam I feel very sorry to write this mail to a brand which I used to admire till a few days back..first of all the Sony 40" LED bravia purchased on august 2013 stopped working for the past one week.. Complaint was logged through customer care on 22nd October 2014, comp no: 21789971, chennai and complaint was assigned to M/s Clarity services.. I had make a number a phone calls since then and till today nobody has arrived for service. The service centre location is only walkable distance from the place where I stay. Also, sometimes nobody pics the call and phone is out of order.. They say this is due to the poor weather condition in chennai... But I would like to mention that we have purchased and installed many other brands during this diwali facing absolutely no service problem... My clooeagues who have got the same brand of Sony TV at home have also started empathasing on this poor service of Sony..

                                        We purchased Sony LED TV (Model: KDL-32EX420IN5, Serial No:[protected] and half years ago. We installed the TV in our house with a separate electric circuit and external stabilizer. We also made sure that the TV is fully adult-controlled. The problem arose on some where in July 2014, when the TV Display is showing lines . It showed a symptom of vertical contour patterns. We applied for service request immediately recently (Service Request No:[protected]. The service engineer inspected the TV on 25th oct 2014 and inferred that the display panel is to be completely replaced which would cost around 40% of the original price of the set. Since the TV was well protected in every aspect from our side, we are sure that the problem was not due to any negligence in our support and operation. I came across reviews describing gross manufacturing defects in Sony LED and LCD TVs. We also found that you solved the disputes in favour of the consumer in most of the cases that were beyond the warranty period. We have always had good opinion and trust in Sony products because of the quality and brand. We hope to receive similar support from your side in our case too. We are very much aware that the warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase and our TV had around 1 year and 6 months . But, since there was no physical damage or operational negligence from our side, it is not just for Sony to make us carry the burden of replacing the display panel at our own cost. We request you to replace this TV set with a new, operable one. Even if it is going to be of higher rate, we shall very well pay only the remaining amount and buy it. Else, kindly make sure that you replace the LED display panel free of cost.
