Delay of Installation

I bought a 42inch led TV and Home theatre on 23rd October 2014 from MGB showroom in Erode.I received SMS that my service request ID was 21864406 and its assigned to Sharon electronics.Yesterday one gentleman spoke to me and said that he would come around 11.00AM for installation.But still the installation is not in way, that gentleman didint pickup my call today, I didnt expect this type of service from Sony....
