On Sunday[protected] I brought 2 LED TVs (LG & Sony) from Croma retail store, Ghaziabad. . LG service team did there work on time and they installed the product on next day i.e. Monday. However, I am still waiting my Sony LED TV to installed at my home (Sector 2 house no. 486 Chiranjiv Vihar, Ghaziabad, 201001 UP). I am keep on calling on your helpdesk as well as Croma helpdesk But my installation not done yet and every time I got response that your installation will be done within next 3-4 hours and also I got call from sony local service center NRI electronics that your product will installed with in 3 hours but result still the same. Also, When nobody showed up from NRI electronics I called them (Ph[protected] numerous time but nobody picked up the phone. I am very disappointed with the Sony's service and thinking that I should cancel my purchase of Sony LED TV. Somebody please look in to this matter on urgent basis. Vivek Kumar Verma Ph. [protected]

iam told to pay 33000 for internal issue of the TV. Open cheating happening.. How can 1 month old TV give an issue and they say it is physical damage, i can get a demo of internal crack happening without any crack or scratch on the external display..

    Sir, We have reported our complaint then u r technician came here As per your company technicians report, The LED T V panal has been damaged.he told us apporoximate prize arround RS 14000/- is required for replace the panal. As per my purchase bill [ALMADEENA HYPERMARKET 2 LLC UAE ] dated 25 10 2012, Two years international warrenty mentioned. so product is under the warrenty period .Pls take necessary action for replacing or rectifying the damaged panel

        I purchased sony xperia M last year for INR 14000 n I have been into trouble since the day of purchase.it had a restarting problem and touch was also not working properly.and there were other problems too like camera problem, hang and slow running of phone and the phone turns off and on(restart) anytime, etc.Everytime i go to service centre, the only thing they did was refreshing the software and the problem remained as it was.I went to highlight the problem next day but could not deposit the fon becoz i had a lot of work pending mails and all for which i need the phone as they keep the phone for a week atleast evrytime i deposit.After 5-6 times I asked them to take it seriously n replace the faulty parts to which they changed camera n rear cover after keeping the phone for a month.But other problems still existed.Then they changed motherboard after keeping it for another month.But i believe the new motherboard they fitted was a repaired one from another handset which had some different problems alltogether like its charging jack was not supporting the original charger.sometimes it gets charged and sometimes not n finally it stopped geting charged.battery backup was reduced to half of what it was.so they asked to deposit again.then i did it within warranty and I havent yet recieved a positive response from anyone.they accept that the handset is unrepairable so offered me a replacement handset which was same model but not confirmed if it was a new or used phone.I kept calling evryday since 3rd october when I deposited the phone.And they kept telling me to wait till tomorrow but the tomorrow never came.I called the manager in sony ghaziabad Mr Ravinder, 10 days ago he said that we will try to give a new phone but black colour isnt available so offered me white colour which i accepted but asked them to send it before diwali otherwise refund my money which gives him atleast 10-12 days.he agreed.I kept calling him once every day or two to remind him but still i am getting contradictory responses.2 days ago he said it will be shipped by 19oct and now he says its not available as this model has been discontinued.this sounds like a joke to me.Now it is diwali in 2 days and i cant even expect a phone from sony as they accept their mis management.Apart from this I have also suffered losses with my online work and got humiliated when somebody expects me to send an email from my phone becoz i never had it when required.I had to use a non-3G phone after paying for a 3G phone.Now I have to purchase a new phone as i cant even expect a replacement.So all i want now is a full refund from them to which they say they will escalate and subject to approval they will refund the amount as per the current Mrp which is less than the price i paid as the price has been reduced now.Now this is not acceptable to me becoz i paid 14000 and now its 11000 and all this is subject to aporoval as the refund request is escalated. Now I will never recommend any product by sony to anyone as its a torture wid customer care. Only Apple is original rest all are fake imitations Please help me get my money back (with Interest Not with Depreciation) thanks and regards

        The job number mentioned on the job sheet is : W[protected] and the irresponsible person handling the case is Mr.Ravinder from ghaziabad centre.Not getting any response from sony india.Seems like I have to file FIR for stealing my mobile as they are not ready to talk.Even the owner (Mr Sanjay Singh)of the meerut service centre, where I submitted the phone, is not responding

          dear sir, I had purchased sony Xperia Z2 through flipkart on dated 23-09-14 by paying Rs42, 496. Usually i saw many of your company site and other many private videos praising about its waterproof and anti mechanical vibration handling capacity. But later heard about the flipkart people use to sell under quality products of branded companies for their rate competition. On that base simply i tested my sony xperia z2 set by drop test of around 6" to 10" hight then i found the mobile with the screen break. Actually its proven that set purchased by me seems under quality.             Hi Sony Team, On[protected], i raise a ticket against my LED issue on sony customer care, that ticket was assigned to "Tirupati Enterprises, 45, vivek vihar, near national bank haridwar 249407 sony service center " after one day a engineer come to my house for reparing with new LED panel, after fixing that led panel Led Board was burst and both Led pannel and board was not working.There was one guy who is sitting in haridwar whose name is Anil telling me that he raised a ticket in sony for new Led pannel and board, after one i ask him for status, he was saying that you will confirm me on monday[protected] when i ask status him on monday he was saying that you will ask me on tommorow[protected], when i ask status of my ticket today then "he is talking me Harshly and abusing me and telling me that if you have guts then repair you tv i will not give you any status and put down the phone" when again i try to call him again he didn't pick my phone. I am a big fan of sony products, i didn;t expect this kind of behaviour from sony service center, Kindly help me and take a strong action against that service center otherwise i will put case against him and sony service center in consumer court and i will also put this on facebook and other social media sites so that people will know that how sony service center provide service to customers.             Sony service center sucks...
            Still i have not receive any solution from your service center and your customer care, I really fed-up from you service, i will never buy any sony product in future and i will suggest my friend don't buy any sony product.

            My LED TV is still not fixed, there is a small pixel issue in screen but your engineer and service center make it big, Now my family is also fed-up of this issue.

            If i will not get any resolution in 2 day i will put case against you and your company and i will take this issue in media also..

              This complaint is in regards to the terrible experience I have had with a Sony Vaio Laptop which was purchased from your vendor Krish Infotech situated at PL Sharma Road, Meerut. I purchased this Laptop on 25th December 2013 for my father. On 28th December 2013, my dad started facing issues with this laptop as many of the keys on the keyboard were not working and the machine was hanging a lot so he visited the Vendor again to get the problem resolved. The Vendor informed him that just a refresh will solve all the problems. Since then this machine is not working fine. My father is not a computer expert and his usage is very minimal as he use this laptop to use Skype so that he can get in touch with us or else a bit of Excel for his work. Since the starting this machine is defective but the vendor has been avoiding it for what reasons I do not understand. Within 7 Days of the purchase, this had the below mentioned issues:1. Many keys in the keypad not working at all2. System hangs a lot3. Machine restarts on its own. Touch pad do not work at times. My father went to the vendor many times since the purchase with all these problems but the vendor never directed him to the service center instead he kept telling him some very irrelevant reasons regarding the problems. Taking the advantage of my father's innocence, the vendor misdirected my father and always provided him with fake reasons. Now that I was in Meerut, I also witnessed the problems with the machine and 5 days back the system automatically refresher and restarted which deleted all the softwares which were installed on the system including MS Office. Now that he has crossed all the tolerance limits, I searched for the Sony Service centers in Meerut and took the machine directly to your service center wherein your expert checked something and found that this was a defective machine. He told me that we can fix all the hardware related problems but I will have to purchase all the softwares again. I am really very upset with this. First I had to pay to buy this defective machine then from last 9 months my father is struggling alot with this machine and now again I am the one who is getting penalised for something where I have no fault.I have been using sony from years now. I never faced any concerns with any of the products. I have a Sony Vaio Laptop, I am using it from last 6 years and I never faced any concerns with it. I have a sony TV and the play station too all which have proved out to be a great value deal. I have been a extremely satisfied customer from years, so I brought another Laptop for my father as I stay away from them and this could be the source of connect for us but this deal has approved out to be the worst possible thing only because the Vendor has been fooling my father from very long now. The only thing that I can make out of all this is that the vendor was already aware about the issues that my father was telling him in regards to the machine. The vendor never even once directed my father to the service center. I have a very humbly posted by concern onsonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com and requested them to place the machine as my the father is an old retired person who require the laptop for very basic usage and to connect with me. The complaint number is[protected], Mr Uttam Chandra, Officer Customer Relation - North once replied on the email to acknowledge the complaint and since then I am regularly following up but there is no one in Sony India to revert on the concern raised on their product. I expect the replacement of the complete defective machine which was sold out to my father by the Vendor.                   ve bought Sony Handy cam HDR - XR 350E in Dubai at Sharaf intl around Mar/Apr'11. I have been shooting pics and videos using this camera ever since. But in Mar'13 for some reason when I started using the camera it was very slow in capturing the scene and the shot was not complete. After powering on/off it was showing HDD format error. I have showed it to the authorized service stations ( report copy is attached) & they have recommended HDD renewal at a cost of 13201/- which is nearly 25% the cost of the eqpt. To add my problems they could not retrieve the data and entire data of 2 years was lost. They have returned the old HDD which is of Thoshiba Make. They have renewed the HDD of 160G which is of Philippines Origin. In the month of Sept'14 again( nearly after 1.5 Months again the same error came on my Handy cam. I have showed it again to the Same service centre & they confirm that they can't retrieve the data and the HDD is to be renewed at a cost of 14225/- which is another 30% cost of the eqpt. Enclosed herewith is the Estimate. The repeated failures have caused me mental agony as I lost the entire data on two occasions, and the cost of repairs is nearly touching the cost of eqpt. We choose Sony for the brand name and this kind of performance is not upto the name of an international company. As per my friend's suggestion I have browsed information on the internet and found that Sony Handycam - Hard disk HDD format error is a common thing faced by many customers. Kindly improve your design and advise me a practical solution. I am ready if you can recall the eqpt for analysis and fault finding. The eqpt is of no use. I want to use the eqpt with mental piece without a fear. I am an Engineer with a reputed shipping co having 20 years of experience in maintenance and always chose branded items due to reliability. When Sony HD TV was launched a W series, I was one among the first few customers who have bought it. You may check this fact in your data base. Kindly advise.                       Two months back I bought Sony Xperia Z mobile at Sangeeta Mobiles, Bangalore, and afte using for 1.5 months Mobile hanged and gave the mobile for service at RT nAgar, Bangalore. After 15 days they gave back the phone claiming they have corrected the problem. Now again Camera is freezing/Hanging. I am not happy with the Mobile and I want to surrender the phone and want them to return the money back. Please explain the procedure to do the same. An unsatisfied Customer

                        Dear sir/mam, I purchased sony z3 compact phone on[protected] from lexus store, Udaipur rajasthan(313001).when I opened the box at my home the flap where we put sim card that lock is not working properly.Next day I went to store and they asked me to visit your service center.I went there but I shocked the staff told me to submit the handset for seven days.Any way it was a minor problem and was company manufacturing defect.If a company like sony will decreased its image by selling faulty products to the customer than what will be the difference between you and micromax??? In my life always used sony products even i have sony laptop, led, music system.But first time I purchased mobile and not satisfied with product and specially with your service center replies.                           Dear Sir/Madam, On 21.03.12 I had bought a Sony Bravia 42 inch LCD TV model # KLV40VX420. I made this purchase at Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd, Kalyan (w) vide Bill # 911157 dt. 21.03.12 @ Rs. 47, 900/-. On 18th Oct’14 evening TV had a problem of display (horizontal & vertical lines) rest sound was ok. Accordingly I had contacted your customer service department for engineer visit. Your service engineer came yesterday (20th Oct’14) evening and reported that entire Display Panel needs to be replaced. The approx estimate given was Rs. 18, 000-20, 000/-. We are surprised that with the brand of Sony in such a short period of 2.5 years, display panel gets damaged. Where the brands stand???? We have purchased Sony TV even though there were other options of brands like Videocon/LG/Samsung/Philips, etc which are less costly compared to Sony. We gave our preference to Sony considering its brand image wherein we thought the quality would be the best of best. We are now seriously shocked that after such a short period Sony TV gets damaged. The cost of repairing display panel is equivalent to the cost of new TV set of other brands. For a middle class customer considering such a huge expenses going to stand for repairing we have no other option but to shut down our TV. Expecting your help in this regards.                             Dear Sir, I have submitted my sony xperia T2 ultra cell phone for repairment of the power switch (which is in the warranty period now) in the sony authorised service centre at bokaro on 07/10/2014. The sales man at the service centre told me that it would take around 1 week to 10 days but now its more than 15 days and I have not got my cell phone back...neither they are providing me with any proper satisfied answer.When I reported the same complaint to the higher official they are also not responding and simply saying that I'll have to wait. Moreover I have submitted my cell phone on07/10/2014 of which I have written record also from service centre but when I called the higher official they are saying that I have submitted my cell phone to them on some other date.

                              I have purchased Sony XperiaM2 during june 2014 from Sangeetha mobiles, Bangalore.From the day one i have been facing the problems with the set(Hanging).Then after some days i went to authorised sony service center Hassan.There they have formatted / reloaded the software .Even after that the set use to switch off by itself.Once again i went to authorised sony service center Hassan, this time they have changed the board.Even after the change of board, one more problem arised, that is Sim1 is not being recognised many times.If that happens i have to remove sim1 and then reinsert and switch on, then only the sim1 is being detected.I am fed up with this.Please do the immediate action regarding the same and let me know what to do.My email id is [protected]@mcehassan.ac.in for further communication.                               Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have already lodged the complaint few days back, so far i have not received any reply from the company.One more problem occurred to my set that is on 22/10/2014 when i was in Mysore, it was switched off by itself and when i was trying to switch it on it did not switch on.Then i tried next day morning it was switched on.I request you to kindly refund the amount since i am fed up with the handset.Each time i am loosing the messages, during the repair.

                                I purchased a SONY 42W700B - 42” LED from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. of 66, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata - 700019, for Rs. 64900.00 on 08.05.2014 along with a set of TATA SKY for Rs. 2000.00 but I did not receive money receipt / cash memo of TATA SKY for Rs. 1500.00 out of Rs. 2000.00 as yet. On 10.06.2014, Mr. Somnath introduced himself as a service man of SONY INDIA Pvt. Ltd., met me and said that he came here for installation of SONY LED. Mr. Somnath opened the sealed packet of SONY LED and did not install the same due to shortage of parts and informed the affairs to the Service Center of SONY INDIA Pvt. Ltd. I saw a few open packets of SONY LED parts in the hand of Mr. Somnath. I tried to find if any parts inside the packets and found no desirable parts. On 15.06.2014, I met manager of the Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. of 66, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata – 700019 and stated the affairs / defect / deficiency of my SONY LED mentioned above and requested him to supply a fresh SONY LED or refund Rs. 64900.00 with interest as early as possible. On hearing, the manager told me that he would not help me in this matter and advised me to contact with the SONY INDIA Pvt. Ltd., A-31, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110044 for remedy. I wrote a letter dt 30.06.2014 to the SONY INDIA Pvt. Ltd., but no reply has yet been received from the said company. I feel it is a case for cheating. So I have requested to issue an order for refund of Rs. 64900 along with interest from 08.05.2014 (date of purchase). It may be mentioned here that I decided to purchase the same for the purpose of World Football game.                                   Hi, I have been using MDR90ex ear phones for last 6 months. It stopped working after few days. So i had to go to the service centre but in exchange they gave an MDR70AP. This ear phones is damaged as well. Can i please get mdr90ex as replacement(the same model that i have been using) ?

                                    I purchase SONY LED 81 CM KDL-32EX650 in 26/06/2012 from croma megastore new mumbai Vashi (Maharashtra).Now within the 27th months my product is facing some problem regarding display panel issue so i m not getting clear picture quality i m very much disappointed by purchasing sony product.At the time of purchasing there was many choices for me in market but i choose sony product due to well known established brand in india as well as all over the world.Now i set my mind to do not purchase any sony product in future as well as i will not recommend any one to purchase sony product. I registered my complaint[protected] in your customer care system & the engineer came to my place. He told me the charges for repairing the product it would be around Rs[protected] these are huge charges for repairing the product because my product is not so much old so sir/madam i m requesting to you please give me some exemption on the charges.

                                      Sir/Mam I am the user of Sony Experia M C1904. I got this mobile on 19 Feb 2014. I have the bill and it is well within warranty period. Since the day I got this mobile it has been troubling me with various problems (software and hardware) . It has mostly stayed in the service centres than in my hand. I can not even keep the account of numerous job sheets in my hand. Right now I have 6 job sheets dated 29 th july 1st august 7th august 5 Septmeber, and 30 september and just to mention that you guys dont provide jobsheets for charger and bateery failure. The cause of action arose everytime when the mobile disfunctioned. The latest being when I took the mobile for repair on 30th september to the center . I was told that there was liquid damage but still they will take the mobile whereas no liquid damage was done to the motherboard. On 9th october I was returned the mobile with note saying "burnt pcb" . I would like to mention that no my mobile's motherboard was swapped for the record 3 times in a month . Just because I had the assurance of my mobile being in the waaranty period and being repaired I did not approach the cunsomer forum. The guys at the service centre are rude and do not adhere to your request ever. They misappropriate your complaint and take discretion in writing the complaint title( THEY ALWAYS MENTIOINED HANGING) . While I am writing this complaint I am preparing for sending the notices to the service centre and the sony India. I would take the legal course if my issue is not resolved with the change of this faulty handset. The last motherboard which was swapped and given to me has the problem of "no display" which is the same problem I have suffered it was replaced and put in my handset. In the pics you can see the phone is in the fine condition and no liquid damege is there.                                         i had own a laptop of sony vaio on[protected] which is under warrenty and i had submitted my laptop at sony service centre on[protected] facing motherboard issue after many calls i had not recieved my laptop and no response getting from them
