Delay in installation

pathetic after sales support

I bought 3 appliances day before.Two from samsung and one of sony home theater. Within 8 hours samsung appliances got installed but no approach from sony.i made 6 calls to service engineer but they didt turn up despite assurance.Sony lost shine for sure atleast in service.Unproffesional attitude.I will be forced to return the product tomorrow as Installation is part of service delivery....

Pen drive failure within one month
