Sir, I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z1 in the month of Feb 2014 and got an issue of handset vibration during typing and also having an issue of set switched off automatically. When we have handed over the hand set to SONY dealer, Madona, MG Road, Cochin, they said hand set cannot be repaired due to shortage of parts and offered a refurbished hand set. As this issue was happened after three months, I am ready to accept repiared hand set of mine but I do not want to replace it with a refurbished hand set which I don't even know the quality and usage. Even after repeated follow up from my side, dealer denies the repair and also dragging the issue now about 3 months. I am totally disappointed with the service support which Sony provided and request you to kindly make arrangements to replace my hand set with new one at the earliest.     Dear sir, I am akash sharma. I have a sony xperia sp. In my mobile handset the camera lense in not working properly. I went sony service centre and request her please see my molibe and solve my problme. She said we have not camera lense wright now. I'll have to order. But when i'll order the lense they are giving me 1-2 month delivery date. So please help what should i do. they are not giving me propre service. please help me.

      I bought Sony Bravia 32R422B on 22nd October 2014. It properly works on first three days after that it automatically on/off itself. I feel Incomfortable with sony the reason behind we purchase branded electronics item is that for it's proper working condition.But they Cheat me.Dear Sony Pls register my compliant and replace the new one as soon as possible. my Mobile number is [protected]. I purchase the TV from Benit&co.., Kakkathoppu branch.., MAdurai-625001.

        This is regarding Job No - W[protected], dated 14/ 10/2014, Regarding my HANDSET Sony C 2305 handed over at the Zeal Infotech, Panjim-Goa. Its the 5th time they have taken my handset over this last 4 months. First of Its been 15 days, since they took my handset.I had asked for a stand-by set on the day of handing over my cell phone.The service center informed me that they did not have any and that they would inform when one is available. Its been 15 days I have been without any cell phone and waiting for their call. No Call has come so far regarding the same. Today (30/10/2014) when I called the Service Center at 10:56 a.m[protected], the staff over there cannot give me an exact answer on a stand - by set and when I requested to speak to the Manager, they kept me on hold for an extended period of time only to tell me that the Manager is on other call. My question is " Is there no time for a Customer grievance to be addressed by your manager.Does'nt he have 1 min to talk to the Customer? " Second Thing On the 14th Of October When I finally managed to speak to your Manager at the Zeal Infotech Service Center after waiting for 2 long hrs, he mentioned to me that the REVERSE of the UPDATE which was done the 1st time after which I have been encountering the storage problem its not possible and that the only solution is a New Handset. Upon his confirmation I asked for a Replacement of a new handset. It was told to me that it will take 7-10days for approval of a new handset. Its been 15 days today, when I called the service center they are telling me that the handset is sent to Bangalore for a REVERSE of the UPDATE. When I asked to speak to the manager " I have mentioned above what happened". I called the call center[protected] at 11:09 TODAY (30/10/2014), I spoke to one Anjali. on explaining her the matter she says from her side that the REVERSE is not possible however it depends on the Service Center. Now This entire matter sounds "FISSHY". When I spoke to the Manager on the 14th he enquired with their technician GOPAL, and on confirmation with him he told me that the UPDATE is not REVERSIBLE. Now the call center is telling me that the REVERSE depends on the Service Center.When I asked to speak to the Manager at the Service Center today as mentioned above, he does not want to spare his precious time in answering any questions from the Customers. What is going on? Is the manager and the technician at your Service Center (Zeal Infotech) are not capable of giving a proper answer to the questions of the customers ? Based on the above scenario I cannot trust your Service Center to give me handset with the SO CALLED REVERSE. I think Its just a trick they are playing on me.Hence I want a written statement from the head of Sony India and the Manager of Zeal Infotech stating that the UPDATE has been RESERVED and that I will face no other problem concerning the same, along with my handset when I receive it repaired. ALSO NOTE: As of right now I have no ways of communicating with anyone in my family while I am out. If there is an emergency situation or I find my self in a dangerous encounter or if some one was trying to cause me bodily harm and the only way I can save my self is to make a phone call, Thanks to you guys I wont be able to do so. The reason I say this because just the other day I needed to make a phone call on a emergency situation and all I found in my bag was a tiny little sim-card. You'll now have my cell phone and 21, 000/- rupees which I paid for it. If something was to go wrong with me tomorrow, let it be known that my family will hold Zeal Infotech and Sony personally responsible. I could be in a road accident while ridding my bike. A car could hit me while I am crossing the road. One of One Million accidents or misfortunes could befall me and all I need to do is make a phone call and you guys have my phone. HOPE YOU'LL CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. From the person reading this email to every desk this email touches to the most highest authoritative figure in the company to the service people at Zeal Infotech and Nishant Enterprises Goa, specially "GOPAL" who by the way we consider to be some one of absolute low moral character. and theres a lot more I wish to say, but I will save it for the COURT.           Dear Sir, I, S. Veeresh from Kakinada purchased Sony Xperia –M in March -2014 at Kakinada D2 Mobiles for Rs.12, 000/-.. It worked for 5 months in good condition and last month onwards not working properly, (i.e., Mobile getting auto switched off and Auto on. I thought that is software problem and met D2 mobiles where I purchased the mobile. D2 Mobile technicians checked and informed that they will send it to Sony servicing Centre Rajahmundry. So I agreed and handed over the piece to D2 Mobiles showroom on 16.09.2014 and they forwarded to M/s. Sony representative on 17.09.2014. I Spoke to Sony servicing centre, Rajahmundry on 18.09.2014. They told my mobile board is damaged not working for rust (no water in side but I don’t know why rust is there) I informed the Sony Servicing centre the complaint may be by manufacturing default and they agreed and informed that they will check at their end in few days as the concerned person was in auditing works of his firm. I waited few days no reply from the Sony Servicing centre. So I spoke to Sony Customer Care Centre, on 20th September, 14, and they told no complaint was lodged and asked to initially lodge a complaint. Immediately I spoked to Sony servicing centre why you have not logged complaint till now? He said he will log complaint but not done. After several reminders he logged complaint on 23rd September, 14 and given work order No.W[protected] seeking approval company approval for change of board and asked to wait for few days. Once approval comes from the company the board will be modified. After getting Work order No. from Customer Servicing centre, spoken to Sony customer care centre on 30th September, 2014 and informed that your complaint has been processed and set out time is 03rd October, 14. No response from neither Customer care Centre and Sony Servicing Centre. On 10th October, 14 I made a call to Sony Customer Care for the status, they informed to meet at Service Centre at Rajahmundry as no approval has come. So I met the Service Centre Rajahmundry on 16/10/14 and they informed to meet their Boss. I fed up with the Service Centre, as I have given for repair on last month 16/09/2014 and today is 17/10/2014 and even after purchasing costlier phone worth Rs.12000/- no proper response from the Sony Customer Care nor from Sony Servicing Centre. After 40 days of logging complaint responded today by service centre and told that they are preparing estimation for repair and charging around Rs.4000/-. But I am astonished by the way they are saying water has not gone into mobile and rust formed in the board earlier. And also informed it was not customer mistake but was manufacturing defect. Even though they are preparing estimation for getting it repaired after 40 days. If any defect should be intimated within a day or 2 but 40 days lapsed now informing they are preparing estimation for Rs.4000/- even which the mobile is under warranty. So I finally I am approaching consumer court for justification. Note:- As I am totally fed up with the Servicing Centre and Customer care there was no alternative for me rather than approaching Consumer court for justification.             Dear Sir, I have purchased KLV-32R482B model TV bearing serial no. 3296227 on 10.10.14 from local dealer. Though the dealer was requested for arranging wall mount installation, it could not be done till 19.10.14. Then I sent a mail on 20.10.14 to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com <sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com> for the said work. I was given a reference No. 21689588 for any future correspondence on the subject. Scanned copy of Warranty Card & Invoice Bill has also been sent at the above mail id. But it is sorry to say that my request for wall mount service has not been taken care of till date. It is once again requested for arranging free wall mount installation at the address given below: Rajesh Kumar Qrs.               I regret to inform you that I bought a Sony TV having model no. KDL-32W600A recently but within 15 days of its installation I was facing some display problem in this. I lodged a complaint no. 21230595 dated 01.10.2014. Your service engineer visited and reported some problem in its panel. Panel was replaced on 10.10.2014 but the problem was not resolved. Then I called you customer care on 12.10.2014 and your representative over there said that he is registering my request for quality check and a call will come from your end within 3 days but I have not yet received any call from you till date. If even after this, I sent email dated 22.10.2014 & 25.10.2014 regarding the same problem to your customer care email Id but till date I have not received any response from you. My complaint has not yet been resolved ever after a month have passed. I am very much unsatisfied with your services. I request to replace the TV. Hope you will take my complaint seriously and will respond soon otherwise I will surely go to consumer court and will not leave you people. I will never suggest anyone to buy any product of Sony as you people are not able to deliver satisfactory services to your customers.

                  Hi, I have ordered for Sony 4k - 55x9000B series at M/s Nitih Infotech Pvt Ltd, Begumpet, Hyderabad. On delivery, we note screen has finger stains on the screen and stand fixing screws missing in the pack. This clearly indicates the TV delivered is not the fresh piece and most probably, a display piece has been repacked and delivered, which is against the order made. When contacted the dealer, we got different versions at different times. We have been cheated by the dealer on this aspect. We request the concerned to take action on the dealer and ensure we get fresh piece of TV immediately.

                    I purchased a bravia led 40" on 19.10.14. there was some problem in picture quality. I lodged a complaint vide ID no.21854669 on 24.10.14 around 12 noon. I again reminded on 26.10.14 at around 8 hPM. but still nobody has neither attended nor called to attend. I am very much disappointed having purchased such a high priced and branded TV like SONY. IS THERE ANY ONE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER ????????????????

                        Sony Tv Model No. KDL- 46W950A The Complaint. -- Internet Browser when opened does not show ' Address Bar ".Because of this no other web site can be accessed. Only Sony India home Page opens without the Address Bar when Internet Browser is opened. Inspite of repeated calls since 28 Oct, the complaint has not been attended even after 3 full days have passed. Even Chroma Store, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali, Mumbai, tried in vain. Pl. look into this on top priority as it is shocking to me that such a poor response to customer complaint is being accorded. I am a senior citizen aged 68 years and this has cause me lot of anguish and distress. Pl. take remedial action immediately. Regards, Subodh Karve [protected]

I Sanjeev Chauhan purchased a new Sony home theatre nine days back from a neabyr dealer of SONY associates Kasumpti shimla Himachal Pardesh dated on 21 October 2014.Inspite of many reminders no company person has turned up for general demonstration of the productThe PRODUCT MODEL NAMEis dDAV-DZ350//CE12 SERIAL NO IS 6101165.tThe Sony service office is 100 meters away from my home and this type of negligence can bring a bad name to the company in future. Thus i request you to kindly look into this matter and solve my problem at the earliest by taking a strict action against the Sony service center.                             I registered my SONY BRAVIA 32" LCD Complaint this morning and paid all the service charges prior to their visit at home and they were making it sure that before evening your problem will be solved Sir, but now they not even answering the phone calls and few minutes before this the representative ended the call after i enquired about the service man will he come or not.. they are harassing me am worried . kindly do the needful.                                 I have purchased SONY XPERIA C3 one Month before the camera quality of this phone is very bad during night clicks. The images are getting blurr during night. The phone also get hank and battery backup is not upto satisfaction. The service centre or the toll free no. Is also not very much helpfull. If You go to the service centre they will be recommend for software update only and nothing more then else. So please or request you to dont by this mobile

                                  Dear Sir I have raised my complaint on 28th september and now its 29 oct14 and complaint is still not resolved: 1) first of all i am not satisfied with the services of Jolly Electronics, Karampura, staff doest not know how to to deal with customers, harsh language used, does not know the status, overall very bad service.Raised my complaint on 28th september, after 12 days i.e. on 12 oct14, they told us since part is not available, sony will give us new tv, please prepare draft of rs.14132/-, i have prepared the draft on 13oct14 but they collect the draft on 15oct, wasted 2 days and i have call them today to know the status, they use harsh language that it will take another 15 days. 2) Overall i m not satisfied with the services of brand like sony that resolve the complaint in 1 month, surprised.No one knows in jolly electronics and sony by when i will get my new tv and still waiting for new tv. From the beginning I start facing the trouble related to sound quality (Distorted sound), & some of the functions were not working properly also one of the speaker found damage while unpacked the system. System Details is as follow:- • Model no. DAV DZ340K/CE12 • Serial no. 6172614 • Invoice no. 032151 • Date of sale. 17/04/2013 Therefore immediately i bring this concern into notice through provided helpline no.’s (customer care department) & I must appreciate they act very promptly and an immediate home visit get arranged against my complaint to inspect the system. During the visit service engineer inspected the system and admitted the problem/concern. After the inspection he replied that “ as I am not carrying the related Parts therefore I will come again with required parts” but till now nobody has turned back. Even after complaining multiple times I haven’t got any responsive reply which is not acceptable for me. Now I feel cheated & harassed therefore no other option left in front of me instead of going consumer forum. You can take this letter as last intimation from my side, again I would request you to kindly reply against this concern. Waiting for your reply.

                                        i purchase a sony experia m and within one year it got hangedup and it was to send to service centre for repairing it took many days to get back after repairing on receipt of the same i found that the voice receiver speaker is not working and also camera is getting vapured every time i start the phone as the service centre was far from my residence and i was not having alternate phone it took time to send the same to service centre again after diwali i got time to visit the service station but by that time my warrranty was expired by 7 days now the service centre is not accepting the repair against warranty my request is to accept it in warranty as the problem was not repaired during first repair only, also i want to state that i am using other products of sony like smart tv, camera and planning to buy a dj system too, dineshsharma [protected] [protected]
