I had purchased Sony Bravia 42" model no.42EX410 in June 2012 from Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd (LLC) PO Box 2939, PC 112, Muscat, Oman. It has been just two years from purchase, that suddenly two thick vertical lines have started appearing on the screen and the picture is hanging every 2-3 seconds. The staff of SONY Service Center said that the TV has "Panel defect" and it needs to be changed. The expenditure involved is around Rs.25, 000/-....
