    My name is savio fernandes.i lhad replaced the LCD panel of my Sony LCD KLV BX350 IN5 on[protected] for which i had p aid rs.@11357 To Nishant Enterprises Sony authorised servitce centre GOA .todayy i took my TV to the same service centre again as there was only sound and no picture where i was told that i have to replace the LCD panel again and pay for the replacement .its been not even 8 months since i put this panel.why do i have to pay again for the new panel.i feel that the panel that the panel that was put for my tv was defective and hence needs to be replaced free of charge as it is not even 8 months old

      I Shailendra Singh, purchased SONY LED KLV 32R402 serial No. 5468950, as on[protected]:55 PM), Costing Rs. 28900. Lodge a complaint and Service Request ID is 19906910 However I am not at all satisfied with this product, reason being in such a short span of time (2 MONTHS) the main board of LED is useless now, as the service man from SONY visited my place and after testing came to the conclusion that it is of no use, Can someone tell me that is this the quality you offer to the customers, as this was my very first experience to buy any sony product, which got ruined now. Coming straight to the point, though the main board is going to replace free of cost, then too with-in two months this is not acceptable.. Is there way out to REPLACE my SONY LED above mention Model. Many of my colleagues said to purchased samsung, but I decided to but Sony Bravia as it is mostly popular...Why only this product got damaged with in 2 months, , SINCE LAST 4 DAYS WE ARE UNABLE TO WATCH. AS THE SERVICE IS ALSO SOO SLOW. The above product was purchased from Electronic Paradise (north), 13 Vaishali, Pitampura, New Delhi - 110034 Contact 27316118, 27318118 Invoice No. PP/R-0061 I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES, please arrange to replace my LED above mentioned model, as it is only 2 month old ONLY.

          Hello, I had taken my Sony Xperia Z on a cruise vacation and the phone got switched off due to some reason. When I gave the phone to local service center on 29th May 2014 I was told I would be given a response within 3 days which never happened, "Required the Hand set for "Repair Factory" for ELS checking, Model no. C6602, work order no. W[protected] ". finally upon follow up on 4th of June they said it has to be sent to HO for checking. I would like to state they themselves agreed that the markers are pink and not red which was surprising and it might be due to humidity. But they still denied the warranty claim stating that its water damage on 28th June 2014 a full one month after the submission of handset for service. Its a record time I would say. My explanation is given below. Good evening Mr.Pradip I am certain the water has not gone inside. As i told you that i had gone on a 12 day cruise holiday . The qater marks are pink and not red as the water damage should be ... tehnically i wouldn't drop a phone 10 floors down in sea and have the guts to get it back from open ocean on to a moving ship ... gosh i would be superman if i could really do that.. I give you my consent to check it at factory and advise . As for the phone i am certain about it and can avail another handset and go back on another holiday and prove the same to you ... this time i would film it ... just on a serious note ... this phone is supposed to be IP58/55... but unfortunately it failed the humidity test. Hope to have a amicable solution and expect that the company honors the warranty claim. All their claims on IP55 and 58 have been fake I guess. A phone which can't survive humidity isn't supposed to stand infront of water. When asked to return the junk I had to remind them umpteen number of times on mail and phone for nearly 12 days after that they gave the handset to their Ahmedabad office. I feel Cheated and definately harrassed as till today i.e 8th of july 2014 they are not giving me the service denial in wiritng and all my emails and calls are going un attended. Hope some one could intervene and help further in this case. Justice sooner or later... will be mine. Niraj Khushalani

            sir my sony bravia tv is not displaying any thing so that i launch a complaint on your toll free no .On dated 5/7/2014 your engineer visit at home and told me that there is problem in its display panel. I ask him how many days to resolve this problem . He told me it will take 10 to 15 days to resolve this problem . Due to not availability of part in its service center .It will take Some time because a panel will come from mumbai and always a panel is not available in delhi . On demand it will come. so i think that it is very shame full to us .Over most leading and reputaded company of india service is like this . so i kindly requested you to please resolve this problem .               I purchased a SONY XPERIA Z ULTRA, from Reliance Digital Vashi on August 2013 which is still under warranty. Being water resistant, I used my cell phone to answer an urgent call when it was raining & as soon as it got wet my cell was dead. I took my cell phone to the showroom and they told me to visit Sony Center and they provided me Vashi’s Center Address. As I went to the Vashi center, they took out a photograph of my cell phone. After 4-5 days I visited the center and got to know that, it will not be repaired. They gave me an offer that they will replace my cell phone with new one after paying some amount which I totally refused.They informed that they are not direct service provider of Sony hence gave me contact details of the Sony service center. I visited the service center on 14th June 2014 and explained to them as to what has happened to my cell phone, they refused to repair my cell phone. After an argument with Mr Shanbhag([protected]) the Manager, he made a service job sheet & kept my cell phone for approval from the higher authorities to replace/repair the phone. I called up & visited the center often and the only answer I got was that there was no approval from the higher authorities. However, the information provided to the customer is misleading as they claim the cell phone is water resistant but I am sure that it is not water resistant at all. All caps of my cell phone were properly closed; hence it has to be a manufacturing defect. I am surprised to how a customer is treated when they have any queries. I have also sent a mail to their customer service department many a times; however, I have not yet received any response to it. It seems that they are taking the complaint too lightly and are not interested in responding to consumer’s complaints.                 dear sir/maam,
                I am highly disappointed with sony india with respect to me going thru a horrid time of gettimg my hanset xperia z1 repaired.i had given the handset for repair on 26 may 2014 at service point janakpuri, new delhi and till date have not received it back. an estimate of rs 12000 was given to me and i approved it with advance payment on the same day.Inspite of calling service centre and ur call centre and talking to ur senior executives I have not received any definitive response about the status of repair and replacement.Everytime I have called they just gave me date for next week and it has been more than a month of calling and talking to ur executives,
                I have spent 44k for the handset so either u refund me the amnt of the handset incurred my me or replace it within this week or I will be bound to take this matter to ur higher authorities or consumer forums for the same, If this is the kind of service sony is providing for their customers then I am sorry to say that this is not what ur customers expect after paying a huge sum of money on ur products.
                even after mailing their service head and other executives neither have i got my phone back repiared not has it been approved for replacement.
                kindly revert back to me and get the handset replaceD at the earliest possible as I am having a headache getting to talk to everyone o[censored]r representatives.

                  I bought a Sony Xperia T2 ultra dual sim on 17th april 2014. Set was having lots of problems and it was handed to vista electronic care 5 times but all in vein. Set is not working up to the mark. I need it to be replaced with new one. Service centre denied and returned defective and repaired set in almost damaged look with camera flash inferior to original set. I have no option left to go to consumer court if my set imeimei number [protected] is not replaced soon

                        Dear Sir, This s to bring to your notice that the problem I am facing with the mobile I purchased (sony xperia). It is a bad selection I made I guess, it is a bit of a harassment from the service I get. I really regret of selecting sony as a brand for mobile. I have been using so many sony products in the past and I selected mobile phone for the first time. Sony xperia t2 ultra dual purchased for an amount 24360/- + taxes and other charges paid for accessories and covers. serial number[protected] imei no:[protected] model d5322 black It’s a high end phone of sony xperia, purchased on 22.04.2014(bill copy included), I didn’t use for more than a month…. It is really a torture. First it was having the hanging problem and heating up while taking the pictures, I was on the tour and it really created so much mess for me, problems like in call dropping and restarting itself and heating up while taking pictures. Just after a month it fall from the bed and got the screen broken, really very bad quality of glass used for the touch, the only upper glass was broken but I was forced to get the whole panel changed and had to pay around 8.5 k for the same by the service center, which I paid bill included for your reference, which it took again 1 month for whole change, but then there was another problem I faced only 1 sim was working out of 2, they again taken for the repair and I had to wait another week or so, they told me they are changing the sim tracer and I visited again and found the same problem with it, so submitted again and now it has to be mother board change which I guess take another month now.. every time I call the service center I was told part not rcvd yet, waiting…. waiting and still waiting…is this world class company service…. REALLY SHAMEFULL !!! You tell me is this what a world class brand supposed to treat its customers. I really feel betrayed and harassed… not only the handsome money I paid to purchase this phone but paid for repairs as well. Even after paying more than 35k I don’t have the phone with me and no future of it. Please check in this matter and kindly get the phone replaced as everything in this phone has been changed and repaired. I only barely used for 1 month and I would request you to kindly get it replaced. Hope you will keep your brand name and in nice gesture help me in this regards. Kind Naveen Kumar. +91-[protected]

                            I have been a loyal Sony customer for many years now. I brought a 40 inch SONY EX52 LED TV in 2011. Recently the panel became reddish with pictures overlapping.We informed the nearby service centre-MADONNA SALES & SERVICE.A technician came and diagnosed that the panel is faulty and needs replacement. We confirmed the order a month back.The panel has not been replaced yet.In fact they are yet to give us even a proper job number. We have contacted them multiple times and the response has been pretty poor.Their staff does not show any concern for us and we get the feeling we are at their mercy rather than the other way round. This has not been our first bad experience with this service centre and they are soiling all the goodwill we have for your Company. Kindly see what you can do to improve your service because if this doesn't improve WE ARE SERIOUSLY THINKING OF MOVING AWAY FROM SONY AND BUYING ANOTHER TV. N SUDHAKARAN [protected]

                                This is to inform you that I, Kamlesh Namdeo consumer of, Sony Vaio Lapltop Model No.- SVF 14212, WHITE WINDOWS 8 which is purchased from one of your jabalpur dealer (DEALER"S DETAIL-LOTUS ELECTRONICS, NEAR JYOTI TALKIES, JBP(M.P.)), is fed up of your poor response of your product service centre. I was thinking that your company is the best software company at the time when i was purchased your product but now i think your service is the worst one in the market. Please take a strict action towards my complain because laptop is of no use of mine from the date of purchase.                                   I bought a Sony Smart TV - 32W70B on Jul 1st at Jeyachandran Stores, chennai. It started to give problem on the first day itself. It does not connect to 4mbps wifi connection as well, tooo slow navigation inside control on browser. Internet, the main feature on the Samrt TV is not working and its standing useless. Neither the technicians nor the customer care executive do not know what's the problem. As well careless answers from both customer care as well as the technicians. The sales guys at Jeyachandran, just raised their hands as if their job is over just after selling the product to the customer. Feeling frustrated in buying this Smart TV from Sony as from a wrong store Jeyachandran - Chennai.

                                    To General Manager Sony Mobiles, India. Sub : Defective Product, Extremely Poor Services, Dismal Customer Care and Unprofessional Response Of The Managers This is in regard to the extremely poor product of Sony Mobile, awful services of Sony Mobile Service Centre, false promises made by the Sony salesmen on purchasing the product and the terrible response of Manager, Head Office Delhi. Being in Army, I am unable to visit service centers so frequently due to round the clock commitments of my job, mistakenly I trusted Sony Mobiles, who without fail gave me frequent troubles for which I am repenting till date. I purchased Sony Xperia C on 28 Dec 13, believing the salesman that the product is sturdy and would be reliable. I SHIFTED from SAMSUNG to SONY to experience better quality and services but to my astonishment the product started developing problems shortly after the purchase. The screen developed a black lining which started widening day by day. After six months when I went for some duty I, I submitted my handset to Sony Service Center in Indore, MP. The service center provided services which could have been rendered by any company. They were not in possession of the screen which was to be replaced for which I had to make a trip of 50 kms again from my duty station. Making a second mistake of trusting the Company for their services, I checked only the screen and not the complete handset. After reaching home, I discovered that the mic and the speaker were not functioning. The service center had developed a fault which did not exist before. Next day I had to leave for duty to Chandigarh where I deposited my mobile phone for repair. Again the Service center was not having spare parts and told me to come after two working days for which I could not wait due to service exigencies and had to leave for my duty station leaving the handset with the service center. Due to commitments which cannot be documented for security reasons, I had no time to visit Sony Service Station and suffered due to the faulty handset for a long time. I am posted at a place from where the nearest Sony Service Center is more than 100 km. The state of the product after expiry of its warranty can be well imagined by looking at its performance at present when it has not even completed half of its warranty period. It seems that Sony mobiles have taken its customers for granted not realizing the value of time of the customers. Purchasing Sony Xperia C has caused me tremendous harassment. I could not speak to my near and dear ones for a prolonged time not to mention the repercussions of loss of internet connectivity which includes financial losses and other losses which cannot be quantified. The extreme mental trauma experienced by me cannot be gauged and has reinforced my faith of not to purchase any Sony product and recommend the same to other customers and to my army colleagues. The response of the customer service and its manager was even worse and beyond imagination. I wasted my valuable time speaking to various executives in Delhi head office for which I have a call record to furnish at the appropriate forum. They promised me that their Area Manager will call me shortly for which I waited for six hours after which I had to call to ask why I was not given a call as promised, for which they had no answer. Finally I received a negative response from their end which was beyond my toleration level. Ultimately I had to return to my duty station without the mobile and again experiencing the same troubles. The employees of Sony Mobiles living in well connected places cannot even imagine the psychological state of the individual living in a remote place, separated from their family and not even able to speak to them due to relying on their product. Now after three days I received a call from their area manager which was supposed to be shortly after my initial conversation three days back. The poor services of Sony Mobile clearly demonstrate the sad state of affairs of the company which has no value of the time of its customers. The pathetic after sales services rendered by Sony Mobiles shows the lackadaisical attitude of its employees towards their profession. The customer care services provided only waste the valuable time of its customers and the company seems to exploit the busy schedule and the inability of its customers to visit the service center or file any grievance against the company.                                       This is to notify my grievance against Sony Corporation towards the defective product sold by them. I made the purchase of Sony LED TV Model no. KDL40EX520 IN5, Serial no.2420432 on[protected] from a sony dealer Reliancedigital Retail Limited, Vashi Navi Mumbai. Unfortunately, the product has not performed well, since during a short span of 3 years of its purchase, there are two instances where the product got inoperative due to the poor quality of its parts. The first instance of its breakdown happened only after the 23 months of its purchase where the “LED Panel” of the Television became inoperative. Fortunately the product was covered under the warranty period during the breakdown otherwise I would have had to pay around Rs 25000/ towards replacement of the said Panel as quoted by your service staff. However at that time I had to pay Rs900/ towards transportation cost of LED Panel. Now, when the product is no long covered under the warranty period, the Mother Board of the Television has again become inoperative. The total expenses to cure it, as mentioned by Sony authorize service centre is Rs, 9801/ which has to be now borne by me. I acknowledge that Sony Corp. is a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation and is one of the leading manufacturers of electronic products for the consumer and professional markets. Considering the high brand value and our esteemed trust on the Brand, we decided to purchase the Television only from Sony, rebuffing all other brands. But we were unaware of the fact that we will have to face so much of maintenance issues and other hidden expenses. I acknowledge that the Television is no longer covered under the warranty as it was bought 38 months ago. However, The Sale of Good Act, 1930 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for the purpose and of satisfactory quality. As the product has become inoperative well in advance of its normal life expectancy, considering the fact that it has not been misused in any way, I regard the product of an unsatisfactory quality in respect of its quality and durability. I am really sorry to say that since there are two instances where the product got inoperative in a short span of 38 months, which means a defective model is sold to me and that too at a high price of Rs 64900/. Can anyone tell me that is it feasible or justifiable for a middle class person to spend Rs 25000/(which I was suppose to pay on change of Panel) or even Rs 9801/ every year on maintenance of TV after spending a hefty Rs 64900/ on its purchase. I humbly pray the Sony Company to repair the product free of charge or to replace it with the one which is working properly. I look forward to a positive reply and a resolution to my problem .                                         My "Sony WT19i" fell from stairs and was not turning ON. This happened last month and i gave it to authorised service centre [MADONNA CARE CENTER, D.NO 334/D1, MENAKA ARCADE, JANATHA J., VYTTILA, COCHIN- 682019 ]. At first they told it was display complaint and kept my Phone there for almost 20days. Since there was no progress I bought my Phone back. Then the next day they called and told screen arrived from Chennai. So i gave the Phone again to the service centre. After fitting the display they gave me the Phone saying display is OK now but Mic is complaint and they cant do anything about that and use earphones to make calls. Also gave me a bill of 2700₹. If they could not find the problem in the first place, why they are authorised? And if Mic is complaint what is the use if me spending almost 3k ₹ for a phone? Better was i Buy a new phone. Its was their job to tell what was all the complaint.. right?? I want some compensation or please take down their authorisation title.
