Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to trailing mail and the information requested is already with SONY INDIA, this is only a delaying tactic.
Nevertheless, I state the following:

I bought SONY 40" LED TV with 3 years extended Warranty on 13 Mar'2011 for Rs. 70, 000/-. The day Warrantee expired, the TV also expired.The TV is at SONY Authorized Service Centre since then...:(

I paid Rs. 3000/- for repairs with same problem still persisting. Now, I am asked to pay additional Rs.17, 000/- for repairs. The TV to cost me Rs. 90, 000/- with NO WARRANTY!!!

5. Contacting TOLL FREE No[protected] every day with NO RESPONSE/DECISION, till date.

6. Visited www.sony.co.in 15 (Fifteen) Times and lodge proper complaint with NO RESULTS, as yet.

Will anybody at SONY is listening and HELP me ????

    I have given my Sony DSLR camera model DSC - H2 to your service centre at Guwahati for repair vide Job no - J41415687 dated 30/06/2014 which I bought from Guwahati Sony Distributor. When the job was open by the service centre, they have taken an advance of Rs.4000 from me against the spare parts which need to be replaced in my camera and against an estimated cost of repair of Rs.7500. The service centre has enquired with Sony HO regarding availability of the spares and ensured me of delivery of the camera within 7 days. When, till today, I have not received any response from the service centre, I have called up them today and came to know that the spare parts for my camera that is the Lens is not available with SONY and they cant repair it. Against this, SONY has offered to me to buy a new camera model no wx220. Now, when I bought this camera in 2006, that time this H2 model was the best available model by Sony having big lens and with SLR feature. Now, why shall I go for an inferior camera which is not even at par with the then H2 camera/lens. I am not interested in this offer of Sony and I should not be spent more than Rs.8000 to get a new camera of HX model or any DSLR model. If the Sony lens (Spares) is not available with Sony, I should not suffer for that.

      I bought sony z ultra(c6802) few months back, but unfortunately after 2 months it accidentally slipped from my hand and fell on the floor, as a result it's screen was damaged.Then i went to sony service center nearest to me and submitted the phone. Just like they, i went back to them after 10 days. Then they told me that you need id proof to get the phone.But unfortunately i lost my pan card few months back so now i only have the letter that comes with pan card and FIR complaint of lost pan card.So i went back to them by carrying RATION CARD of my father, where my name and birth date was mentioned, but they refused to take that.So i kindly request you to help me.

        My name is aarti kanojia . I had purchased Sony Experia SP in the month of November 2013 . In month of May'14 had a problem regarding the speaker .when I had been to service centre at malad and ghatkopar they claim there is water inside the mobile and if after repairing it doesn't work it's not their responsibility . Been the mobile in warranty still receiving this kind of answers.,

          My name is Arpit. I bought Sony T-2 ultra 4 months back. Phone is not working as i was told by service center that Motherboard is damaged and you need to pay R13000 for the new motherboard. I am shocked and disappointed to hear this that i spent R24000 for this new mobile 4 months back and i have to pay R13000 again for the motherboard. Why is it so? Motherboard should be included in the warranty. How can anyone pay this much amount again for this issue. Please help me to resolve this issue.

            TO, Sony service, I have bought my sony phone for 29000 which is xperiaZR IMEI NO :[protected] purchased on 12 sep 2013 and it got power off automatically and did not got on so I submitted my phone to service center on 6 th nov and I did not got a spare phone instead of that . On 13 nov 2013 I received a new phone which was replaced by my old phone new phone IMEI NO:[protected] . Again I had problem of battery and after 2 days of my problem of battery my phone display was broken so I submitted my phone on 16 th December and that time also I did not received a spare phone and service center person told me you need to pay RS 10227 and RS 281 Service charge at that time I demanded for new phone upgraded phone that is xperia z I would pay the difference I told him but he said we cannot give new phone you will get xpeia zr only . I told him i am facing battery problem in this phone and preious phone got power off so I did was not satisfied with xperia zr I got my new phone replaced on 7 th jan 2014 with IMEI no : [protected] . Again on 17 th feb I was facing problem in phone . It was getting over heated and its battery was draning fast I submitted the phone in service center and I got a spare phone that time I received my phone on 27 feb 2014 with new IMEI no :[protected]. Again I was facing problem in battery I submitted my phone on 7 july 2014and I did not received the job sheet service center people told we r not able to make your job sheet due to multiple imei number . On 8 th july I received my phone updated but still there was a problem of battery so saurabh at service center told that I will change your battery so I called the sony service at[protected] AND I demanded a new upgraded phone that is xperia Z, z1, z2 I would pay the difference I had a word with utsav which is senior at customer care I had talked with him for 2 hrs he told me you submit the phone again we will look in to your case and give a updated phone to you and you need to pay the difference I had talked a lot with him I had a leg injury and I was in service center for 3 hrs and I told I will submit the phone but service center person told that you need to fill the form again and stand in line for 1 hr 30 min that but due to leg injury I could not wait I need to take medicine so I went home and called customer support and talked to utsav and gave all imei no he said I will help you out I will accelerate your case again in evening I faced battery problem so gain I visited the service center on 9 th july I submitted my phone and they updated my phone and gave me back and said please format or scan your sd card before inserting I said service center you submit my phone I have talked to utsav which is senior in customer but they were not submitting my phone so I waited till 12:30 I called customer care talked to utsav that they are not submitting my phone he then had a word with service center and he said they will take your phone and give you jobsheet and I submitted my phone with job sheet no W[protected] and utsav said I will talk to my seniors in this case . At that day alo I was in service center for 3 hrs and I said utsav I need a new phone xperia z but I will not pay the difference because I have faced lots and lots of problem due to your phone again and again it is getting replaced again and again I need to install all data in my phone you are not giving spare phone your communication between customer care and service center is poor all because your company I need to face problem I got a message on 12 th july we cannot give you new phone you need to take this phone only .i have purchased sony phone for my convenience but I am facing problem again and again when I pay 30000 so I need to get proper service which I am not getting my phone is ready at service center but I will not take that phone I need a upgraded phone I am facing lots of problem and I have been fighting to utsav since 6 hrs on phone for a new phone .i will do a case on sony for harassment I have all proof with me all my bills voice recordings how much time I was in service center how they treated me I would be thank full if you look in to my case give me a new upgraded phone . it is because of your poor phones why the customer has to suffer Gaurav chopra [protected]

              Hi,
              My name is Hunny Kalyan. I purchased a Notebook from Sony on the 3rd oct . There were some problems with the Laptop so i tried customer care last month there was no proper solution provided. So i decided to visit your Service centre. I live in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. There is a service centre here. I visited that centre so what they are telling me is a all together new story, what they are saying is you purchased the Laptop in the month of March not Oct. I purchased it on the 03rd Oct so it is written 03/10/2013 here on my bills, what they are telling me you need to pay only reason warranty is expired. I told them that it is under warranty they simply don't listen.
              I tried your Cust Service no again today the time was 07:07 Pm. I reached a Guy i told him that do you want my Model No/Serial No to begin with. He put me on hold saying let me check your details without even taking any details from my end, i was on hold and then he hung up
              I am very much unsatisfied with the service's and seriously this is not good.
              Some Urgent Action is Required as well

                Sir, I purchased a sony camera model No.DSC-H300E32 on January 23rd 2014 from Baba enterprises, Pazhavangadi at Trivandrum, kerala. The product has 2 year warranty. After a week i used camera for taking movies. At the time of recording i noticed that the recording picture is not clear, alternately it will blink and the picture quality was very bad. But there was no problem for taking still photos. I complained this to the purchased shop to replace the product they said that the product have 2 year warranty so it can be repaired from the service centre. Then i took it to the service centre that is Madonna sales and service, Plamoodu, Pattom, Trivandrum. After two week they called me and said that the camera was ok. According to this i went to the service centre and asked about the problem for the camera they replied that the lens was complaint and was replaced. I collected and went back to home. The next day i used the camera it showed the same problem. Again i took it to the service centre. Two days before they call me and told the camera was ok. I went to collect the camera, this time i checked the camera and found the same problem. Again they said that lens was replaced I have not collected the product yet from the service centre. The job number of my camera in the service centre is J41218841 on 9/6/2014. I purchased this camera for my family use and not for put in the service centre. Now pls i want to replace the same model camera from the Sony. Please notice my feelings and i hope you will take necessary action and waiting for a favourable reply.

                  I have a Sony Xperia M Dual Mobile phone. I visit Sony Authorised showroom at 12:30pm which is in Patiala City, Punjab. Inititaly i enter in the showroom there is approximately 12 numbers of persons waited to make a job card for their problems. I stand 30 minutes in the office but there is no one ask me what is your problem about phone? Even there is no chair to seat. After waited 30 minutes i ask a one lady i have a problem with my Sony Xperia and she tell me roughly to wait. After that i ask a Male person who is packing a envelop to solve my problem with my Sony Xperia and he also tell me that he has no time to assist you. In the Next counter there is female staff member looks like a high school student her attitude also against me like not to solve my issue . I tell her only one word that is "MAM" and she only indicate me with her hand towards next counter. These are a qualities o[censored]nexperianced or careless staff. I neglect all and go to next counter but there is no one in next counter and two customers are already waited for showing their problems in that counter. I check the time there is 1:45 and think that why i choose Sony product to buy where in the Sony showroom you will be insulted like that and waste a lots of time there. After that one more female staff comes out from a room and seated their. When my turns comes i tell her about my problem regarding Sony Xperia M DUAL that if i attach a AUX cable wit this phone it play the song but there is no sound outcomes what is a reason? She tells me wait a while i am coming. She take my phone and going to service room. After 2 minutes she tell me change the AUX cable which you are using with this phone. I ask her i change 3 AUX cables but not working. Although same AUX cables are working with other phones but not working with this. She tell me wait a second. Again she go inside and when she back tell me that there is no solution in Sony showroom and we have no responsibility for your AUX cable. I take my phone and checkout showroom at 2:30pm with lots of feedback of Sony service where there is no responsibility after buying a Sony product. If there is no solution in the Sony Authorised Showroom where i can go to solve my issue??

                      my complaint id no 19792031 dt. 30 June 14, Model KLV-32EX330IN5, S/N 3352875. I purchased LED Tv from M/S Rajiv Enterprises, 24 North Parganas, West Bengal. On 29 Jun 14 it got nonops. On complaint your service rep visited n on investigation declared display faulty. He assured of replacing the same within few days but till to date no action done. On contacting your care cell had a very horrible experience as I had to spoke to no of different person to explain the same thing n with no satisfaction. Now i think I did a big mistake by choosing ur product where ur firm makes false claim of providing support service. It is totally not acceptable from such a good n responsible firm I think this will effects customer faith. Hope u will understand my situation

                        I have purpurchased my sony xperia c phone 2305 and after 10 problem arise.phone is very heating more consumption of battery.so I can go sony center 15 thi 20. Var go but not solve my problem.so plz solve my problem.my phone is just 2 months oldd

                          Greetings!! Dear sir/mam, Subject-Complaint regarding Sony C6502 XPERIA ZL I have purchased Mobile Handset, Sony C6502 XPERIA ZL on 17th November, 2013, which are as under. Shop Name & Address : Devang telecom, xperia store, Tin no.-[protected] Retail Invoice Number : INV01162 dated 17-November-2013 Description of Goods: Sony C6502 XPERIA ZL IMEI: [protected] . Bill Amount : 30, 000INR On 11th July 2014 I found the above motioned Handset was not working properly as the handset was got off suddenly and now not even getting on and getting overheated which could even burn and risky, person whom the call was made -ear speaker voice was also low. Therefore, I submitted the above mentioned Handset at following Service centre. F1 INFO SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PVT LTD., CONNAUGHT PLACE- DELHI-110001 They have issued me Service Job Sheet mentioning following details. job no-w[protected] dated[protected] Job Number: Customer Complaint: others, ear, speaker problem and unit as dead . On my inquiring as to how much tentative time it will take, I was told that it may take 1 week, 1 month or even 1 year. Being shocked with this type of reply I requested them to return by handset unrepaired, as I was not having another handset for use in place of the Handset submitted. They were not taking any proper manner and not listening the issue simply just passing the issue and i requested for replacement for my product so he simply rejected and said we will not replace at any cost as this is our policy in a rude manner . In the mean time at evening talked with Care executive regarding my handset they said your phone is rejected at HO. Dear Sir/Madam, I am a working boy and have to attend my office regularly. You will appreciate from my above visits to the Service Centre that a working boy cannot afford to remain absent from the job every now and then. While purchasing a handset worth INR 30, 000 I expected it to be of the world class as it was a product of world class company “Sony”. However I am deeply dissatisfied with the behaviour and attitude of service centre persons towards a customer. I purchased this costly handset as my work profile needs me to use smart phone as our clients are from foreign countries. I need to check my mails and messages to be updated with the job status. However, the purpose of buying such a costly handset has been defeated as the same has gone out of order just within 6 months of the its purchase thereby putting me in mental torture. Moreover since i need approval for my handset to be replaced as the engg. after opening handsets in india they do not take care and proper handling which which would disturb the whole design of handset as my handset has inbuilt battery so its back cover is very delicate to open and close and i will loose my warranty so i need the replacement of my product as xperia zl has various many complaints and issue faced by others also but in my case it is the default of xperia sony in making xperia zl which have seen in 6 months usage that my phone is now dead, not opening getting over heated, ear voice issue, only sony logo comes and goes getting off and on only may be the battery issue or some internal issue in just a 6 months. I am escalating the issue to consumer complaint forum as you are not replacing my handset so please replace my handset on priority basis. As these phones are once open are not closed in proper manner which looks really bad so please replace my phone and confirm us on priority basis. I want the replacement of my phone as i don't have any other phone nor i can wait for my handset which can't be repaired so last option is to replace since it is the defect in sony xperia zl phone and default of sony in that particular phone you can also check in sony xperia xzl support forum, moreover a high value phone if gets issues in just a 6 months time with such a good brand and trust who will have faith. so please replace my phone . As i am escalating this issue to higher official also, since your service center is denying so you need to take action on my handset and approved for replacement. Regards Kartik jain [protected]

                            i brought the sony xperia z1 in march and just after falling from a height of 3 feet it had a smallest crack inside the screen, the phone is under warranty and insurance(protect secure, xperia accident cover damage), went to give the phone for service to sonnet care(Sony authorised service) in Bangalore on 31st may 2014 and i saw all unhappy customers shouting on delay of getting their phone done and bad service. With no choice i submit the phone for verification and get a confirmation after waiting one hr that my phone will be replaced within 20 days.I waited, and on 20th day i get a call saying that the phone is not ready yet and will take another "week" but still dint get any date confirmation, I go next week(28/06/2014) and they behave so indifferently and rudely as if it was my mistake to give the phone to that service station. I insisted on a particular day commitment for collecting my phone, they were not agreeing to give any commitment whatsoever when i will get the phone, and the phone is not getting replaced but repaired and part had to come from sweden.they refused to give any commitment saying they have instructions from sony.they clearly say"If you want any info you can call the toll free number or write to sony customer care." After that till date i have not received any phone calls, no email and i have no idea wt is happening, the only land phone number provided on the receipt is all the time engaged.I have paid my hard earned money(still paying emi for something i hardly used). After no response from the customer care email ID i have have also sent complains on sony experia FB page twitter ids but no response yet, Please advise what can i do to get my phone back?What solution will sony offer to its customers for service and repair of their products.What compensation will sony give me for the hardship im going thorugh?                               Dear Sir/Madam, I am Varun Kabra and I purchased a SONY VAIO Laptop (SVE15135CN/B) on 5th June, 2013 in Bangalore (Indira Nagar). The warranty period was for 1 year. On 16th June, 2014, my laptop crashed and had to be taken to a service center in Jamshedpur. Over there, I was informed that the mother board had crashed and the estimate of repair came to be around Rs. 17, 000. Since, the warranty lapsed by 10 days, I had to pay the amount to get it repaired. On 8th July, 2014, the same laptop crashed again and I took it to the same service center in Jamshedpur. This time, I was told that the hard disk has crashed and needs to be replaced. The estimate given to me was around Rs. 10050/-. I just paid 17, 000 for a laptop which is one year old (bought for Rs. 37, 000/-) and now this has happened within a month of the warranty lapse. I have already shelled out a lot of money for the laptop. Please advise me on what I should do with the piece. I just got it repaired for Rs. 17, 000/-, hence expect some sort of consideration from your side. I have been struggling with the laptop piece. It has not only cost me financially but also taken a lot of my time. I am a student and I need laptop for my daily academic purposes. This has caused me a lot of strain both financially and mentally.                                 I have purchased Mobile Handset, Sony C6502 XPERIA ZL on 19th January 2014 which are as under. Shop Name & Address : Shivam Communication Retail Invoice Number : RI[protected]/13-14 dated 19-January-2014 Description of Goods: Sony C6502 XPERIA ZL IMEI: [protected] S/N: 7305289P5 Bill Amount : 25, 000INR On 3rd July 2014 I found the above motioned Handset was not working properly as the person whom the call was made was not able to hear my voice. Therefore, I submitted the above mentioned Handset at following Service centre. Sunrise Electronics 8, Municipal Market, Atsara Road, NearJuna Dhorbazar-near BSNL office, Kankaria, Maninagar, Gujarat, Ahmedabad-380015 Sunrise Electronics issued me Service Job Sheet mentioning following details. Ticket Id & Date: [protected] dated 3rd Job Number: W[protected] dated 3rd Customer Complaint: others, ear, loud speaker problem On 3rd July itself, I was told to come and collect the handset after half an hour. When I visited the Service Centre after an hour, I was told to come after another one hour. Again I went there I was told the handset is not ready and it may take some time. On my inquiring as to how much tentative time it will take, I was told that it may take 1 week, 1 month or even 1 year. Being shocked with this type of reply I requested them to return by handset unrepaired, as I was not having another handset for use in place of the Handset submitted. However, in the next breath they requested me to check up after 2-3 days or they will call if it is ready before that. On 5th July at 15.00 hours I called the service centre on [protected] to know the status and they confirmed that the handset will be ready by 17.00 hours. when I called them on 17.30 hours and asked whether the handset is ready or not. I was informed that the handset will be ready by Monday i.e. on 7th July On 7th July I went to the service centre at 10.15AM however the service centre was not open therefore I called on[protected] and talked with Care executive regarding my handset. In the mean time the service centre was open and they handed over handset to me. On checking, I found the same problem of my voice not being heard by the call receiver. I made three calls but none of the call receiver was able to hear my voice where as I was able to hear their voice. I companied about the problem not being solved and I was directed to see another technician who inserted his own SIM and tested with no positive result. I was advised to resubmit the handset and come after 1 week. Dear Sir/Madam, I am a working girl and have to attend my office regularly. You will appreciate from my above visits to the Service Centre that a working girl cannot afford to remain absent from the job every now and then. While purchasing a handset worth INR 25, 000 I expected it to be of the world class as it was a product of world class company “Sony”. However I am deeply dissatisfied with the behaviour and attitude of service centre persons towards a female customer. I purchased this costly handset as my work profile needs me to use smart phone as our clients are from foreign countries. I need to check my mails and messages to be updated with the job status. However, the purpose of buying such a costly handset has been defeated as the same has gone out of order just within 6 months of the its purchase thereby putting me in mental torture.

                                  I vardan r/o #657 himshikha near pinjore distt panchkula, mob no: [protected]...i bought xperia ZL serial no [protected], on 11/02/2014 from ambika enterprises, sco 42, sector 11, panchkula, with 6 months accidental warranty and 1 year warranty, on 04/06/2014 i found that the fiber sheet on the left side is been automatically removed, then i concernd my nearest service centre ie MODERN AKM ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, sco 144-145 sector 34 A, 1st floor chandigarh. i came in touch with mr naveen, he tolds me that 1st he wants to gave up mail to headoffice and ask for the approval and he tolds me to gave call or concern him after 2 or 3 days, on 09/06/2014 i came in touch with mrs nisha and mr naveen they told me that my handest is been approved by sony, therefore my set is been replaced by another one wiyh in 7 days, she also issue me a standby set, after that on 13/06/2014 i gave up call to service centre, i got very shocking reply that my handset is not been approved till now, concern after 4 or 5 days, i get in touch with both mr naveen an mrs nisha, both via telephonic converrsation, , by 14/06/2014 till now centre is doing harasment. and not reparing or replacing my handset. my handset is been registerd under job card no w[protected]

                                    I have purchased Sony Xperia Z in May 2014. May 19 to be exact and wintin a month the fone went DEAD !!
                                    I gave to the service center for repair. AARADHYA Enterprises, Pune India.
                                    Its been more than two weeks now and the only answer I get is "Sir, your fone has gone for repair" !! Seriously!?!? repair??? is this answer your executives give to a customer!?! NO ETA NO Info on what the problem is! Nothing!!
                                    When I call on the toll free number, I am told "Sir, please call the service center" and When I call the Service Center, the answer is "Sir, pleaes call toll free number" !! Are you guys playing with the customers!!?!? what kind of service is this!?!?
                                    I have made the biggest mistake in my life by buying a SONY Product!Even if the product is free I will never ever take it!!! Poor Service! I will never encourage anyone to buy a sony product !! Such a big mistake!
                                    Though I am writing this mail, I dont expect any action on it! I am so much confident about Sony Service now thats the reason I am not adding my Ticket number or Job Id in this mail!

                                    Thank You Sony for an eye opener! Just to give you guys an example. I also own a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. The S3 got some problems and I had to submit it in the service center. The Samsung service center was so nice that they gave me a call in the evening and told me what is the exact problem with my phone. They also gave me an ETA of 4 days and believe me I got my fone back in 3 days!!! Samsung is the best!!

                                    Sony- Such a poor service!! Thank you !!
