Regarding RAM missing from 4Gb to 2Gb in service center.

Hi All, I have given my laptop to service center in chennai tambaram regarding display problem after they replaced the display and it working fine but main problem is when i gave the laptop it consist of 4 GB RAM after taking laptop back from service center it has only 2 Gb of RAM and i went back and ask the service person they are not responding at all. so please kindly help me on this. i now feel that why this things are happening...

Complaint against poor service response from authorized service center.

Do not buy any sony mobile

TV has been retained for 2 weeks now

19th of may has still not been returned back to me after repair and each day when i call the service centre they come out with a new excuse and never update me.


I am forced to arrive at a conclusion that sony is not meant for

Great disappointment

I bought this TV on 17th Nov 2013. On 13th May 2014 we have complained to Reliance Digi from where we have bought this TV that there are vertical lines on 1/3 portion of TV. worst customer service
