I have purchased xperia zr on 9-feb-14. i have phased heating problem in the set so I have submitted the phone to service center on 22-apr-14. the job sheet no is W[protected]. I have received the swapped set from the service center. but i phased the same problem again so i have submitted the hand set again on 6 may-14. job no. W[protected]. they have returned the same set after checking and said that i will not phase the problem again. but again i am phasing the same problem . so i have submitted the set again on 3 jun-14. now its 10 and i have no information that what is the process going on regarding my phone. i am very much disappointed from your company. that from the last 3 months i could not get any proper result.

    Reference is made to my request for carrying out the free installation and demo vide id[protected] dated 07 Jun 14. On the same day your representative (Mr. Krishna) came but got totally confused and denied to carry out its installation saying that he has never handled this type of audio system (SONY HOME THEATRE HT-M5 mu-te-ki) and he can not do the installation, after that calls have been done repeated on the customer care no.[protected] but no action has been taken till now regarding the subject installation. Also the service centre nos. of NRI Electronics, Ghaziabad[protected], 4296677) given by Mr. Krishna are giving no response.
    Kindly do needful.

      Hi, I have purchased LCD TV Model no. HX925, serial no.2420554 on 23/3/12 AMT- Rs.1, 49, 999. First complaint (no.[protected] was looged by me on 9/04/12 with an issue of sound problem. no solution was given and the issue remained unsorted. Second complaint (no.[protected] was made on 26/08/13 with an issue of horizontal line on the screen. no action has been initiated till now. It has been more than an year that there is no appropriate solution to the problem accept the end numbers of follow ups made by me at the customer care with no satisfactory replies too. This is my last mail asking for the need full to be done ASAP as mentioned below: 1. Refund the entire amount of Rs.1, 49, 999 as there is no fault of mine but the default is in SONY LED. 2. Or Get the LED replaced with the same model. and if the same set is unavailable then i see the same quality in another model 4k KD-55X9004A. If non of the above mentioned solution is given to me I will further proceed to consumer court and file a case asking for the refund of the entire amount with the interest. I will also mention that at the time of purchase dollar rate was Rs.52 but as on date it is above Rs.60. Hence I will be considering the same in my case file.         sir, i purchased sony xperia m mobile with dual sim feature on 29th may but from 30th onwards the receiver could not hear my voice properly.this happens only some times . customer service center officer said that change your sim it might be sim problem so i changed 3 sims but the problem is same. so i please tell me what i have to do

          Hi.

          I have a sony xperia Sola mobile.
          as per the new update of ICS i update my device.
          But it is not at all supporting this device.
          I have seen lot of complaints in the online about this,
          And i approached Service centre but they have demanded for 350/- for downgrade and saying my device is out of warranty.

          If the upgrade is not working properly the why should they have released the update and again for downgrade why they are asking for money?

          This is all cheating and they are not trust worthy.

          Better everyone should stop buying Xperia Sony devices.

          Worst customer care services.

          Just now i talked to customer care guys

          They don't know even hot to understand a customer.

            Respected Sir/ Madam, Greetings, I am a customer of Sony India. I recently purchased Sony Bravia LED TV KDL42W850 Sr No: 4307956 From Sony World Amar Enterprises Patiala on 5.4.2014. (Reciept No.:2343) .The Product is Simply Awesome. Its Triluminious Panel just take away you to a new world. As a genuine sony customer, I am Sharing my problem with you, as it may work for the betterment of the company. As soon as I purchased the product when it was installed in my drawing room, our family felt that it is little small for a large room. The very next day I called the Showroom & requested them that I need at least 47 0r 50” LED & requested them to replace with bigger size. But they denied that once the product is billed they are unable to do so..Leaving me with no wayout, & suggested me ridiculously to sell it on online sites like OLX & purchase another one. I had Still not used the product for that reason that may some wayout might occur. Here I want to suggest that as this giant company have to make some policy in India too. As in western countries one can replace it if you are unsatisfied.. Now as compared to western companies India too has very large customer Share. I am the genuine loyal customer of sony india. Can my problem may be resolved as I need model size 50” or 55” . and the rest money be adjusted from me. Or anywayout to make customer relations more friendly.               Respected Sir / Madam, This is now 16th days since I handed over my Sony Bravia TV set to Neosa Electronics in Barasat for a replacement of Sony BRAVIA BX300 LCD Panel. Since then, I have called up the customer care executives for 3 times, have written 5 emails, have visited the Neosa Electronics three times, but all in vein. With World Cup just three days away, I still do not wheteher I would get the TV before that though I was initially told that the replacement will take only 7-10 days. I am at lost experiencing the kind of service that I never expected from a brand SONY. Any help from you would be highly appreciated. Thanks and Regards, Arnab @+91 [protected]

                Dear Madam/Sir I bought Xperia Z C6602 vide Bill No 1882 dated 23.10.2013 from Xperia Store MANSHA ENTERPRISES Dehradun. I was astonished on the refusal of service centre to repair or replace the faulty phone. Visited the service centre on 09.06.2014 and got docket no [protected]. I gurantee and certify that my phone is not having any physical damage. But service centre told me that i may get new phone by paying Rs 15445 in place of above mentioned phone.Why The Front desk represetative at SMIlLE Service centre Dehradun who is not even of 20 years of age without any technical knowledge declared it physical damage. I my self Chief Engineer from Electronics discipline will prove it in the consumer form these non sense approach towards educated customer. She also told me that it will take 15 days after paying this much advance. How rediculous is this? I was told by your service centre representative that i may go to consumer court till the time decision come warrenty will be over is it still five month are left for one year and this is my hard earned money will not leave as there is no fault of mine.                   Hi... I had purchased a sony xperia t2 ultra in the month of April 2014. It stopped working post 10days. The service center isnt accepting it as I have mistakenly lost the imei sticker. However the same is mentioned in the bill which I have produced in the service centre.. Even then they are unwilling to repair it. Warranty period is still on. After running 10times to iservice center I have decided to raise a complaint in consumer court if no action is taken

                    I have purchased this TV at Reliance Digital Vashi Navi mumbai on 17th Nov 2013. On 12th Nov while watching TV it developed a small crack inside and starting showing up Vertical lines on one portion of TV. We have complained to service center and the guy says this is a physical damage. I confirm there is no external damage to the set and how can it be a physical damage. The product is under warranty.                         This is the worst service I have ever experienced by any electronics goods service provider.I have purchased a LED and have requested the Sony Centre and customer service to get it installed in a given period of time. They committed to get it done, but its unfortunate to learn that they will not stick to their commitments. After continuous follow up still there is no response from customer service and the lady who is responding is so rude that she doesn't deserve to be in this profession. (Especially handling customers). I have already experienced service with LG, Hitachi, they are too quick in addressing customer complaints and request. Now i think i have taken a wrong decision going with Sony. I will suggest to people not to go with Sony as their service is very poor. Thanks, Naman Gupta +91-[protected]

                            Hi, I bought sony xperia m mobile costing 14 thousand rupees and the model of the piece is defective and the side panel and back panel covers and stickers got damaged and also the usb charging is not happening in the phone. I raised a complaint with local customer care ( sony service center ) they are not responding properly.Please help me in getting the issue resolved asap as its a new mobile

I paid my hard earned huge money 48000 thousand on this mobile.I need this one with features to use as advertised or my money back. Please advise next steps.

                                Hi All, I have given my laptop to service center in chennai tambaram regarding display problem after they replaced the display and it working fine but main problem is when i gave the laptop it consist of 4 GB RAM after taking laptop back from service center it has only 2 Gb of RAM and i went back and ask the service person they are not responding at all. so please kindly help me on this. i now feel that why this things are happening in sony authorized service center. i am fighting for this issues for last 10 months but no response and final got idea to mail the customer care. waiting for your reply.                                   I have bought a 40 inch tv in 2011 and it stopped showing the picture through cable set box only sound is coming [ CD and DVD working through HDMI connection]..so I called the service center . 20/5/2014 complaint registered with QRS, calicut. 21/5 Sony technician visited checked the tv and told that they will call and inform the cost etc ... 22/5..no call from service center 23/5 they called and told it will cost 1900rs and I confirmed..they told it will take 4 days... after 4 days I tried to contact them in all the phone nos ...but they didn't respond or had the courtesy to inform. 31/5..I visited the service center because of non response..they told that the part has not arrived and not giving any exact ETA...after a long talk they checked and told that part will come on 3/6 3/6 waited till evening no call from the service center...so I called them by 4.00pm and they told they are waiting for the courier and will inform ...no call 4/6...no call 5/6...called service center and they told will call after checking...nobody called so I tried calling them but no body picked the line...I waited till 4pm then I visited the service center, the guy in the reception told he will check and after a long time he came from inside with another person[Mr.Rajesh] and informed me that part had arrived but unfortunately it is not working ...and the part had to be returned...and it will come on 10/6... I need to know why these things happen in a reputed authorised service center ??? Mr.Rajesh told me that when that part arrived they had a same tv and checked the part??? Now I hope I will get my tv repaired on 10/6...that means 3 weeks for a small repair???? I appreciate your reply regarding this matter.

                                    Dear ma’am/sir, I bought a Sony music system model no.MHC-GZR7D/CE12 7 yrs back in 2007, . Now, the system is going thru some sound problems i.e. sound wasn’t not clear and loud. It was the only problem in my system and else was in proper condition. I took my system to the nearest authorized SONY Service Centre (JAYPEE ELECTRONICS, SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CETRE) located at plot no. - 463, sector-4 in Vaishali, Ghaziabad (UP)-201010 for servicing purpose on dated 30.03.2014 .I thought that some dust particles are creating problems and after servicing it will be fine. There, they tested the system and then I came to know that the cassette & DVD systems are also not functioning, they gave me an estimate of Rs. 3, 500/- and time1 week for the repairing purpose (Copy of Job Sheet attached). After more than one week, I called them up and inquired about my music system, the guy on other side assured me to call me back after proper information .I waited for the day but no call .Next day I got a call from the service center and the boy told me that some type of card needs to be replace for operationalized the system and again gave me the revised estimate of Rs. 8, 500/- and for my consent to it. I was not in the position to negotiate on the phone, and gave my consent for the repair on revised estimate. The time for the repair this time was again one week. I personally visited the service center after 10 days and again inquired about my system. The guy on the duty inform me that, they have tried to repair the card but not succeeded so they indent for the same to the company and requested for another 6-7 days. I again visited the center and this time service engineer informed me that, your system can not be repaired as the support (The new DMB18-A1486622A Card) from the company is not provided to them. They told me the system is old and card is not available with the company and also suggest me to buy new system instead of getting repaired this system. They were unable to repair the system and requested me to take it back. I was very annoyed but was helpless as they felt sorry for that, so I told them pl. give my system back as it was. I insisted for test the system and they feel very uncomfortable .On my serious request, they were ready for that and during test only my FM radio was working and nothing was functioning. DVD drive, USB drive, TAPE A/B, DMPORT and VIDEO/ SAT all have stopped working.Then, I requested them to return my system the position in which I gave you at your service center on first day for repairing. They were unable to do that and convinced me that it was due to DNB card, which was totally damaged during repairing and nothing can be done. Again, I insisted them to give me in writing about the problem. After a very long argument, they agreed to give me in a note in written. I collected my system from the center and informed them that I am definitely going to complaint against this type of behavior o[censored] people and your service center .On this, they said do whatever u want to do. You are free to do anything in this regard. When I was first there at the service center the only problem with my system was the sound was not clear and loud. After getting tested at service center the problem as the service engineer observed was the DVD drive & Cassette player were not working. Now the followings are the problems I am facing with my system:- 1. USB Port not working. (It for was working before dispatch for repairing.) 2. System Remote control not working. (It for was working before dispatch for repairing.) 3. DVD/VCD/CD system not working. (ACD was working but DVD/VCD, I never use before dispatch for repairing) 4. Cassette player not working. (I never use before dispatch for repairing.) I kept it there for more than 1 and a half months and finally took it back from there on 17.05.2014 (Copy attached) WITHOUT REPAIRING and my system was not functioning any more. Its CD drive, cassette player, USB and remote function all had stopped working. It had become a simple JUNK BOX by then. It’s really pathetic that SONY is showing this kind of disregard and poor service to their customers. I feel like one who has been cheated and then humiliated am not able to understand how you all are able to manage such a world class service??? Making jazzy punch lines and mottos are irrelevant unless you really develop the culture to taking care to your customers. I humbly request you to look into this matter and hope for the appropriate actions for repairing of my system and against the mentioned SONY SERVICE CENTRE. The screen had damaged fully, this is not only problem to us, it is problem to 80% of sony Tv's. We request you to replace the screen or else we will approach legally about your products. We are very happy for your response but when we approached our nearby customer care they are saying that they don't have spare parts to replace and it will take time to replace it. Our screen is getting damage day by day. I am sending you screen shots, the previous and todays. So i request you to replace the screen in two or three days. I hope you will consider our problem.
