My "Sony WT19i" fell from stairs and was not turning ON. This happened last month and i gave it to authorised service centre [MADONNA CARE CENTER, D.NO 334/D1, MENAKA ARCADE, JANATHA J., VYTTILA, COCHIN- 682019 ]. At first they told it was display complaint and kept my Phone there for almost 20days. Since there was no progress I bought my Phone back. Then the next day they called and told screen arrived from Chennai. So i gave the Phone again to the service centre. After fitting the display they gave me the Phone saying display is OK now but Mic is complaint and they cant do anything about that and use earphones to make calls. Also gave me a bill of 2700₹. If they could not find the problem in the first place, why they are authorised? And if Mic is complaint what is the use if me spending almost 3k ₹ for a phone? Better was i Buy a new phone. Its was their job to tell what was all the complaint.. right?? I want some compensation or please take down their authorisation title.     Since last few months I am suffering from the problem with my phone that is I cant share anything via bluetooth.It doesnt connect with other devices because of this other some applications of sharing are also not working like flash transfer, xender, etc.Now fm radio is not working.
    I have xperia Zr.Once I have replaced my phone because of software problem.I am from ahmedabad, what is the reason for this.

      SMART SERVICES JOB NO : 14F16004, Dear Sir/Mam, Please note that I have launched a complaint on 15.06.2014 and the engineer from Smart Services visited on 16.06.2014 to service my SONY WEGA which was running without visual from 15.05.2014.As per the job sheet it is suspected to have an IC defect but as per the service centre they are yet to get the IC. Request you to please take this matter seriously and do the troubleshooting as earliest possible as we are basically running without a television. I am really sorry to say that no feedback was given regarding the updated status and after calling this feedback was shared. Really shocked that a company like Sony is taking so much time to service the product. Requesting the concerned to please take care of the situation as earliest. Thanks ...         Sir,
        I have bought Sony Vaio Notebook (SVF 15212SNB) on 06 Oct 2013 with Sl No[protected]. It is very sad to inform you that, the unit is not working satisfactory since beginning. Every month I have to complain and then it is rectified (two times operating system recovered by me through telephonic technical support by Customer Care executives and three times unit was repaired by your authorized service center Aditya info solution Lucknow including change of hard disk).
        Now I want that the unit to be replaced with new one. As after going through so many cycles of rectifications by your trained engineers at authorized service center and Customer care executives it still requires rectification. So the unit given by you is fundamentally at fault. I handed over the unit to your authorized service center Aditya info solution, Lucknow on 30/06/2014 with replacement request. I am attaching the scan copy of original bill and service job sheets (4 nos.).
        I am mentally harassed by this product and its frequent rectifications.
        So I request you to change it with new unit immediately.

          i was playing game on my sony xperia M. then i left it on the table. i received a phone call from my friend. suddenly i saw that display of my cell phone was broken.. in the begining, when i purchased phone there was a white line in the screen also.. i thought it is not a major problem. so i didn't complain.. now sony care ask me to spend 2500 on the screen... i bought it on 19th april 2014.. this is injustice..my phone is in guarantee period.. i want my phone's display to be replaced at free of cost...

            We bought 40" Sony LED TV on 17/10/2011. With in 1.5 years TV started to give trouble. Problem at that time was No video, Pictures were like negative image. We called the Toll free number and filled a complaint[protected]. They found the LED panel fault and replaced it on August 2013 with new one at service charge of 3000. Again after 8 months from the date of replacement we are facing the problem again. Issue we are facing now is a black colour line appears in the picture and green light ray at the bottom of the screen. I raised a complaint on June 18th 2014 through Sony toll free number. A technician came from CTECH ELECTRONICS for service at that time the line didn't appear, So he asked me to take photographs of the problem when it comes. I send it across to them but they said it as image is not clear (Same images has been attached here which i have sent it to CTECH and Sony). Only once the technician came and after numerous calls to sony customer care they said as with high priority we will send the senior technician person. But till now no one visited to analyze the problem. Kindly help me in this.               I bought Sony Xperia M dual in February from flipkart the phone was working nice but suddenly it got wet one day by mistake from that day its not working properly. first i got network problem as network was not detecting by phone so i went to service center and get it repaired though its in warranty they said because it got wet we don't repair on warranty. After repair i got network but my bluetooth & wifi are not working again i went to service center then they said that there was a problem in motherboard they have to replace it but it will charge Rs.7000. I have warranty and its just few months old phoe how can the mother board get damaged so early. i want that it should be repaired in warranty.

                first of all i complain against sony service centre and their response .i feel like they insulted me .when my call was running they did not listen me and only one type answer give me. i told u last 20 days, what happened with me. first of all i changed my speaker bcz alredy 5-6 times update my mobile till my problem was running .than after 6 days i went to service centre, my speaker problem was solved but heating problem and battery problem was grown so i submitted my mobile for another 6 days and they changed my mother board .so my problem eas solved . than on second day my mobile was not working likely we said that my mobile completely in dead condition .so i called in sony mobile toll free number, they told me to submit my mobile for last time than ur problem was completely solved, u have no need to go service centre .so i submitted my mobile and they changed m y mother board 2nd time .my problem was solved but after 2 days speaker problem grown, and when i called any one from my mobile my touch not working.

                  I purchased a mobile Z Ultra for Rs45000(prevailing price then) on 19th Nov 2013, through online Flipkart. On 26th June 2014, to my shock my mobile phone went blank and frozen. I immediately approached their service dealer namely Repair and Return Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd, and requested them to take the issue with Sony company for replacement. However after examining my mobile they asked to me to surrender the mobile and gave me a job ticket no: W[protected] and asked me to come in the same evening to collect my mobile after service. I was made to wait for 4 hours there to get this response. In the evening I called them over their telephone no 43590708 regarding the status of my mobile, they dodged and asked to me collect the same on the next day i.e 27th June 2014. Again When I contacted them they asked me to call back in the evening. I again called them in the evening. They again dodged and asked me to collect on the next day. Now 5 days gone, I am in 30th of June 2014. Again when I called today morning they asked to call in the evening. I think this is clear case of cheating. In stead of replacing my mobile they are dodging the issue for one reason or the other or at least they must refund the price with damages. The customers are taken for a ride. I have spent huge sum of money to buy this mobile and now they left me grieving.

                    Myself Nilima Singh, i have purchased sony Bravia 46" TV Model no 32w600 serial no 4321231 in the month of Aug'13 from CROMA Store janakpuri New Delhi, but now its mother board is not working properly. I lodged the complaint for this on 18 june'14, my service request id is 19655961, which was assigned to jolly electronics world. then their engineer, Mr Amrit visit my place on 23 june and said that the mother board is not working properly, we have the part in our store i will bring it and repair the TV on on 26 june. So on 26 june when i called him he again assigned me another date that is 28 june. Then on 28 june when i called him he didn't pick my call and blocked my number. So i called to jolly electronics, ask them for that. They said that your request id is already closed as our engineer reported us that everything is perfectly ok and there is no problem in that TV and till today i didnt get any call or any engineer from the side of sony or jolly electronics. The Indian consumer is no longer ignorant of his rights. Please note he has now various mediums such as Internet, social sites, Print media, Consumer forums such as consumer courts, and the Indian legal system to restore his rights to him.Therefore Sony cannot rely on its size, stature, might and its full fledged legal department any more, to stone wall small customers like me.                       The button 3 on the numlock side is not working properly. once we clicked the button, it is taking too much time to respond.and if it gets respond, then the key will type unstoppable.Also it is typing unnecessarily without clicking that button.

                        I have purchased Sony Xperia M through eBay in march 2014 with 1 year Manufacturer warranty. 2 days back, I faced issue with display suddenly(After switching OFF the alarm, while doing this the display was fine). Display has completely stopped working with in 3 months of purchase. I have visited authorised Sony service center in jayanagar, Bangalore. I did not get any positive response for the same. The response i got is that may be i have pressed the display hardly than the usual way. Very much disappointed for the service provided with in the warranty period.I am writing this so that appropriate action can be taken from your end. As Sony Brand has its fame in market, this kind of response is not at all appreciated. I expect immediate action from your end which might restore the customer satisfaction that Sony is known for.

                              Dear sir/madam, Impressed with the quality and service record of sony india products I had bought an LCD TV(Model 32S400A) and a home theatre system from National Enterprises Saharanpur in Oct 2008. Over a period of time the service of both the products have been good. During this time I have been transferred to Varanasi also but the performance of the products continued to be satisfactory till 18 June 14 when all of sudden the TV lost its colours. I being out of station my wife lodged a complaint(ID[protected] with your call centre which was attended by Mr Manish Pandey at1320 hrs on 20 Jun14. Mr Pandey informed me that he has checked and noted the problem and would inform the company about it, thereafter the the company representative would contact you and give you estimates. It has been a week since then and nobody has contacted us with the estimates. This has been the first time when I have been disappointed by the services of Sony India. I hope this is one of the abrasion and not a routine feature. I look forward to your urgent intervention and an early repair of the said LCD.                                 When will I get my Phone?

                                We bought a Sony Xperia Z purple colour phone on 29th Mar’13 which broke in an accident in the month of Nov’13. We submitted the broken phone and a demand draft of Rs. 17995 to Sony Service Centre SG highway Ahmedabad on 21st Nov’13. We received a replacement phone with 6 months no payment replacement warranty (ADP) on 6-Dec’13. When we opened the box in the service centre the phone was BLACK in colour

                                Since we were confirmed by the service centre that we shall receive the same colour device (purple), hence the change in colour (black) was not accepted. To this incident Ravi the help desk executive at your Sony Service Centre confirmed that they shall replace the device with purple shade. Basis this discussion the device in black shade that we had received, was handed over to Sony service centre Ahmedabad the same time. They took the phone from us and told us it will take 10-15 days for the purple phone to arrive for which they did not give any other document. A new purple phone arrived after almost a month later on 4th Jan’14, again this time they did not give any document mentioning the new phone is purple in colour and the letter provided previously would only stand good for any future interactions.

                                The purple phone which we had received on 4th Jan’14 got damaged while kept on charging on 5th June’14 between 10:30 PM to 11:45 PM. We submitted the phone to Sony Service centre on 6th June’14 for replacement as it was in 6 months no payment replacement warranty (ADP). On 12th June we received a call from the service centre saying that this phone is not covered under the warranty (ADP).

                                My husband called the customer care number and spoke to Rahul & Manish and explained the entire scenario to them, Rahul then tried to contact the Ahmedabad Service centre Manager (ASI) who was not well and could not speak. He then spoke to Jignesh the service centre executive to see the details of the job sheet, wherein Jignesh went to speak to his Manager Gautam Shah who refused the replacement under warranty.

                                The IMEI of the purple phone and the IMEI mentioned in the job sheet (mentioning 6th Dec’13) is same, but the purple phone was received on 4th Jan’14. If I count the days of warranty (ADP), the policy expires on 4th July’14. Why am I being said the warranty has been expired. Delay at your end, in delivering the correct handset should not put the phone out of warranty. It’s a miss at your end.

                                It took 45 days for us to receive the purple phone after paying 18K, for which we were already very upset.
                                · Original phone purchased: 29th mar’13
                                · Phone got damaged: 20th Nov’13
                                · Demand Draft submitted: 21st Nov’13
                                · Broken phone submitted: 21st Nov’13
                                · Black phone received: 6th Dec’13 (wrong phone)
                                · Black phone returned: 6th Dec’13 (wrong phone)
                                · Purple Phone received: 4th Jan’14 (correct phone)
                                · Purple phone got damaged: 5th Jun’14 (correct phone)

                                The phone is right now with Jignesh at the service centre and he said he will send an email to escalate the case further, however we have not received any update on it.

                                Please provide a replacement at the earliest as it is affecting my work a lot (without email services) like it happened last time.

                                Delay in the process will provoke me to file a consumer complaint.

                                  Am Arvindkrish from Coimbatore and bought a ps4 months ago and it started ejecting the disc automatically when I tried to insert a disc..and it's not readin any disc and I tried to service my ps4 and I visited local sony service centre and there is no one to attend my problem ...they did not take my ps4 or check it ..they said the person fr this department is absent and in the service centre they told me to visit the next day and then again the person was on leave ...I can't believe in song service centre this is happening ..it's very disappointing ...Coimbatore's service centre is totally disappointing ..it's been 2-3 days and now my ps4 is in Sony service centre ...they told they'll contact me but still they didn't contact me ..I'm fed up ...they r makin me hate sony ...check the service centre in Coimbatore ...pzzzz Thank you

                                    I purchased SONY mobile handset Xperia ZR on 22-Jan-2014 and it is in warranty period. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
                                    It fell down and the battery pin got broken.
                                    Therefore I went to Vigneshwar Services (SONY Service center) for servicing, but they told that they will not repair it; even I was ready to pay the service charges.
                                    Vigneshwar Services asked me to pay Rs. 13, 999/- for replacement of the same model!

                                    As SONY is a reputed brand that's why I decided to purchase it in Rs. 26, 000/-. Since SONY service centerdenied to repair it instead asked to pay Rs. 13, 999/- for replacement of the new handset, which is not acceptable to me.
                                    How can SONY sell their product without service?

                                    I need justice for this issue and hence logged this complaint.

                                    Please do the needful asap.

                                      I have purchase a mobile as per mentioned subject model no. Emei no. On dated 21.03.2014 vide bill no.
                                      Nipl/si/004426 from nesco system pvt. Ltd. Inthe name of rahul kumar gupta .

                                      Service center changed faults front cover assembly, tuch pannel and display.

                                      Satisfactory response and maximum time i received very poor response from mr.
                                      Sanjay which not picking the phone and rude behavior toward customer.

                                      Whcih suffers during above problem and neglegence of service center and sony
                                      Desk which suffers more than one lacs
                                      Which is entitled to claim to sony authority
                                      Along with provide a new phone which should be same condition as a new
                                      Phone as it was at time of purchase. I do't have a time to carry this all time
                                      Such service center and face to poor response.

                                        m himanshu jain from delhi i purchase a sony xperia m last year.and itstart giving me trouble after 2 month.still it giving me same problem.ivisit service center of sony lot of time.they always temprery repair myheand set and phone again start giving me same problem.m middle classperson 13thousnd is big amountfor me.i completely fed up with sony fakepromisses.and i wanna resolve my problem.they are not giving me anysatisfaction as they submitted my device 3 times in there service center.my phone is still in your laxminagar service center..jobsheetnow[protected].it is realy last time.i want a new heandset or my money refund.i will not gona accept my faulty heandset again..Still I dont get any replay from you...now its high level of my patients I will go for consumer court now..you please mail me my all job sheets in soft copy as a proof of your face company promisses...with in 24 hours eles I will take a legal action against your company...in consumer court...
