Not attending in service centre ...

Am Arvindkrish from Coimbatore and bought a ps4 months ago and it started ejecting the disc automatically when I tried to insert a disc..and it's not readin any disc and I tried to service my ps4 and I visited local sony service centre and there is no one to attend my problem ...they did not take my ps4 or check it ..they said the person fr this department is absent and in the service centre they told me to visit the next day and then again...

Fake estimate by the service center

A Month back my dad was facing a problem with his Sony Xperia Z. Once the charger was unplugged the phone went off. so we went to the Authorized Sony service center. they took the phone, they said ' sir humko ye phone b'lore mai bhejna hoga, waha se estimate ayega' . we had no other choice than to wait. it took them around 2 long weeks to get an estimate to repair a Mobile phone(well that was real quick). this is not the end to the prob,...

Xperia C malfunctioning product
