I had buy new mobile phone of sony model no is d5322 color black imei number is [protected] which i have bought on date 5th april 2014 and i have problem in my phone form last 1 month the problems are batery is not working proper network problem the phone is heating & the major problem is tht TOUCH is not working have given my handset in your service center at gandhidam named avani ele on 3rd june 2014 they had given my phone on 4th june in same posotion again i had given them on 5th they given me return on 6th in same position again i given my phone on 7th june and they said tht u will get your phone on 16th and now they are saying tht it will take time u will get after 3 days and they said tht we will repair your phone if i want repaired phone then y should i buy new phone i can get used phone in half rate so its my humble request to you tht pls repalce my phone becasue there are many problems in tht handset .

    Hi This is Siva. In 2011 Sept I bought new Sony Bravia Ex42 22 inch led tv for the price of 18, 900 rupees.On 11 th June 2014 Suddenly there is no audio and video from tv. I called to Sony customer care number and they gave REFERENCE[protected] & They Sent One Service Person. Without Seeing Any Thing He Told That Its Happened Because Panel Fault. Its Original Cost About 13000 rupees.I shocked with his words. Tv original cost itself 18900 rupees and how the panel cost about 13000 rupees. I enquired with other tv brand panels. After I came to Know That Only Sony brand tvs charging too much for panels. It is waste to buy Sony brand products. They are cheating their customers. In my Future I wont buy any sony brand products. Nothing is there in Sony No Original products all faulty products from Sony. I did a mistake without enquiring any thing I buy Sony Tv. Friends Beware of Sony Products why because If is there any problem in your product that may be small or big they will charge too much from the customers. Its Cheating.Please do the justice and needful for me.

      just 2 weeks back i purchased sony z1 compact, am a die hard fan of sony products... but with z1 compact am totally disappointed, screen flickers again and again, no sound, cant even hear ringtone, camera stucks, , , , , , , , , , , , , , battery drains so fast ...mobile gets heated like oven...please solve this issue...

Biggest mistake of my life is that i purchased sony experia M2. first time i purchased a sony mobile and now i experience the result.i take a sony experia M2. i replaced it 2 times due to problem in calling. but every time company give me a fulted handseat. and now i m helpless between customer care and sony company.last 10 days i waiting for reply of company till i dont get reply.lots of time and money was used for this solving the problem.but every time company and customer care say wrong answered and now i m helpless.no one is hearing my complain not sony company and customer care.no use of my mobile becauze calling is not possible.i really thnks sony company to waste my life money.i spend 20000 rs for mobile.but now it is wasted due to company.still my mobile is fulted in that problem in calling is there. ticket id : [protected] job no: W[protected] mob no: [protected] model no: D2302

          16 Jun 14 Dear Sir, 1. I had purchased a 40 inch LED Bravia TV Model Number- KDL40 EX 520 from Taiwan in 2010. The TV screen became blanc in Dec 2013 and we contacted your customer care team who helped us with local service centre in Kolkata. I am registered with you through mobile no- [protected]. 2. The service Engineer Mr Ashok visited us and sent an estimate of Rs 22, 000/- (approx) through an email. The address of service centre is – Teknoplaza Sony Authorized Service CentreCD-96, Salt Lake City, West Bengal 700064. Their job card is attached. 3. When we contacted the service centre here (Mr S Banerjee), he said that this model is obsolete and we should negotiate and go in for an exchange through any dealer. 4. I then contacted Sony customer care on Toll free on 9 June 14 and was advised to send an email and your team who will help me out. 5. Accordingly I sent an email which was logged through number 19459063. My desperate attempts to talk to your team of executives on 16 Jun 14 did not yield any fruitful results. I spoke to Mr Rohit at Delhi who said that this matter needed intervention of his superior and directed my call to Ms Sandhya who I learnt was not a senior but at same level. If you check your records, I must have spoken to at least five executives and each was diverting my call. This went for approx 31 minutes and no satisfactory solution came about. IS THIS EXPECTED OF SONY??? 6. Now I have been told an Engineer from some different service centre would visit and I would get a call from a senior executive. But Why should a company send a different engineer and the customer keeps paying for his visit for no fault. 5. I am approaching you to get the panel from abroad, if not available in india, and get my TV repaired. A reputed company of your stature can not and should not make a customer go to a local dealer for exchange or local repair. Thanking You and hoping for a prompt reply, SBK singh

            My name is vishnu Rajeev. I bought a sony xperia zr model mobile on June 29 2013 for rupees 28800. On May 2014, my mobile has got some problem like handset mode not working, internal speaker not working ad well as loudspeaker and I was not even able to use Wifi feature. I went to service center pattom, trivandrum, kerala and filed a complaint. They promised with a new mobile since I was under warranty period. They called me after 5 days and told me new mobile is ready. I was very happy due to their quick response. I checked the phone at setbice centet and everything was working fine and they informed me this is a new mobile and nothing to worry. After 1 week, i tried to use the bluetooth feature and it was not working. I tried factory resetting and still the bluetooth was working. I wad also getting a message that that " memory suddenly stopped". What a waste of time..They had given me a faulty set by telling me that it is a new one. I am really upset now about SONY. I went there again and they told me that we need another replacement for the mobile for the second time. I was a hard core fan of Sony and now I lost my hope. My warranty gets expired by the end of the June. Now how can I trust them, they are not keeping their word. After the warranty expiration, if the mobile gets complaint what I will do. I called their complaint support and they are doing nothing. I feel I should get a compensation. They should extend my warranty for another 1 year. This is a matter trust Sony, New mobile getting aftet 1 week is not acceptable. Please ask them to extend the warranty or replace me with other model which costs 28800. My mobile is still under their custody. The ticket Id for the repair is [protected] and job no W[protected].               I purchased a SONY Bravia 40 inch in 2011. After 6 months the motherboard crashed. 6 months later it crashed again. This time I had to pay for it. The screen also crashed and SONY replaced it. Now the mother board has crashed again and I have replaced it at my own cost. IS THIS THE WAY SONY FUNCTIONS WITH ITS AFTER SALES. I am also lodging a complaint with the consumer forum and will be going to news channels very soon.

                I have purchased a Sony Bravia LED TV 46" from one of your dealer at Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, kerala (BISMI) 29 months ago and facing lot of technical and service issues form your dealers. The TV had a powerpack problem after two year two months usage of the TV and again facing the same problem and mother board problem after the repairs. I have spoken to Mr. Saravanan, central service head of after sales service Ernakulam personally and he refused to help on the issue. Presently the TV is at your authorized service centre at Thodupuza (madona)for the past three weeks and not yet get any information.


                I was really a fan of SONY products for more than twenty years and now really disappointed with this issues and services. I will never ever buy your products again in India as your competitors are giving a better services all the time. As per my latest discussion with your service team, they are waiting for some replacement options from SONY. We are without a TV in the house for more than three weeks and really very pathetic service from SONY.

                  I am writing to you after a long patient wait of nearly 2 months to get my new(1 month old) Xperia Z repaired whose charging connector got damaged (all of a sudden). I submitted my phone with Nehru place, Delhi service centre on 23 May 2014 and i was given the Job id:-W[protected]in the Dishant Sidana). I was told i will be hearing back from them regarding the fault/ repair process after 20 or so days. So i decided to call them after 20 days. I was then told that the phone cannot be repaired under warranty clause. I re booked a new ticket on 5th June 2014 with Ticket id [protected](and Job id W[protected] as a repair not covered under warranty and for which ill have to pay. I talked to the manager there about when can i expect my phone repaired ? I was told this time ill hear from the repair factory people ( mathura road) where the phone will be sent for repair within 3-4 days. Since then i have received no call or information whatsoever. Moreover, I tried calling the service center number[protected], 17) and as expected it is either not answered or is engaged.(I couldnt get through to those people even once). So i tried their customer care no.[protected] and those guys told me the estimate is still pending for approval. This is HEIGHT of pathetic service that this company is giving about such an Expensive and Boasted product..

                    Sir, Last year 2013 I brought a Sony Xperia Z1 cost 40, 000, and it was claimed to be water resistant and we can take into water for 30 minutes and 1.5 metre of water, I tried for the same, the phone stopped working, I had all the jacks closed as said by the company website and followed every thing, I took all the necessary steps but the phone stopped working due to some manufacturing defects. When i visited service centre then they said that there was a water seapage into the phone and they can not repair it and I will have to pay 50% of the phone value that is 20, 000 and then I will get a new phone, Sir I was agreed I din't have money, some how I collected some money and brought the phone, it was under warranty but still they are not entertaining any topic. Please help me sir, now they are asking for 80% of the MRP i.e 32, 000 rs, sir please help me on the issue please.

                    Did you use water from Japan? Sony phones are water-proof only for Japanese waters. Why did you use Indian water. Please import water from Japan. Indian money is OK. maaro saale ko Indian chappal se.

                      I have brought sony KLV-40R482b LED TV on[protected] from Future retail LTD E Zone-HT-Noida sector 38A with order number [protected]. They delivered TV on[protected] and send engineer on[protected] for set up. While opening the box, Engineers found broken TV inside. After That I have been following up with Sony service center and Ezone employee, but still awaiting any fruitful response. On 13th June, Sony service has sent one employee to prepare a report on it but it is very painful to say that the situation is still same. It makes me feel that I have been trapped after paying such a huge amount as It has been more than one week but no none of the concerned department are showing any responsibility.This is not acceptable from Sony and Ezone.                         I have to write this in so much disgrace and hoping you to take this very seriously. I bought Sony Xperia P with much trust on Sony brand name on Dec 2011. I am really disappointed to inform that the Touch Display has crashed 2 times till date. The first time, it was under the warranty cover and I cold get it replaced. But, within a short span of 6 months, I am running into the same issue. FYI, the issue is not because of any accidental damage. I started observing dark spots on the Display and it went on so as to blank out the screen. I am really disappointed with the quality of the Sony products as one can not expect the Sony parts to malfunction frequently. I approached Sony center and got the estimate for replacing the screen of 10500 Rs/-. I really don't think to get it replaced as that doesn't assure if the new parts would function properly. I am left with the only option to DUMP THE PHONE. I would never ever like to invest anymore time/money/effort with Sony corp. Please let me know how I can get solution to this issue and if not then please inform me the escalation point.

                              I purchased a sony Bravia LCD 26"(KLV-26T400A) on jan.2009 from Ashwani electronics agencies Kanpur. and In dec.2013 there was some problem regarding vedio display. for the same reason I made a complaint to sony care. and one technician visited and inspected. he told the problem of power supply and it needs to be changed but he was not completely sure. So he have taken with himself mother board and power supply. After some days I followed up the situation .he told me that problem lies with the motherboard. but without any intimation to me he has closed the complain. and again he asked me to launch complain. I did the same and launched the complain. and then I followed him approx.. one month but could not give any feedback to me regarding repair cost and replacement cost of the mother board. then again I talked to two-three times to customer care and no body was answering correctly about the price and assuring me in a air that he will take care. then one day technician called me and told me about the non reparability and obsoleteness of the model. And told about his follow up with head office. after few days he offered me about 25% discount on sony led.
                              after this discussion I mailed to their service head but after many times of conversation he is rigid for not to repair motherboard and his offer.
                              My problem is with sony why motherboard may not be repaired. and why should I change the complete motherboard. and if model is obsolete in five years then what is the sony product support. who changes their television in every five year in middle class family.
                              And he provides replacement offer 25% while local dealers itself provides 15-20% in freash product. it means the worth of my Rs.26000/ is now rs. 1000/

                                On 12th of May I complained that my Sony Bravia 46" is not working. The TV was purchased on 31st Dec 2010 & extended warranty has expired on 31st Dec 2013. The engineer came from AP Networks, Sony's service center, & said board needs to be changed and he will check if spare part is available. When there was no response from them for 10 days we called to find out status and were told spare part is unavailable. We reminded them that Sony is contractually bound to supply spare part for 8 years. They called back asking us to send our purchase papers so that they could forward them to Sony. On 26th May I sent the papers to them, thereafter which on 27th May I got mail stating Sony will replace the TV for cost of spare part. On 28th when I sent DD as mentioned by them to AP networks I was informed I have to send an indemnity letter also, cause of which we had to make another trip to AP Network on 29th to submit draft with letter. After that we have been calling Sony call center to ask status but do not get any proper response. All emails are responded with an Auto-response with a reference number. We are informed by call center that Sony has given approval for replacement while AP Networks tells us approval is pending. Every time we call Sony Call center we are promised a call back on status which we never receive. Today it is 30 days since my 3yr old TV stopped working and Im still waiting for service from Sony India!!

                                  Service Request: 1-[protected] Job no. W[protected] IMEI No. [protected] On 7th June 2014 I submitted my phone to ccom telecommunications which is auth. Sony service center in thane East Maharashtra. Issue with phone was "Switching off by itself while battery is well above 90%. Phone doesn't boot beyond Sony logo screen when not connected to charger. Phone turns on well when connected to charger but does not sustain itself when disconnected from power supply." Service center accepted the phone and said if the fault is in hardware I will get a replacement in 10 days. Today on 11th June I get a call saying Sony has given me offer to accept a used Xperia Z instead of a replacement for my Xperia ZL. I am not sure whether this was really coming from Sony or it was a gimmick of the service center. I refused the offer saying I cant accept a scratched phone when I had submitted just a 4 months old piece. This is a very poor level of service Sony could offer to a consumer of one of its premium phones.

                                    I bought Sony xperia p handset on 29march2013. from first day the cellphone was not providing internet connectivity and all, the shopkeeper told me to get a new sim card . after some days I observed that the cellphone has a sound notification problem and it does not give a sound for messages from whatsapp, incoming bluetooth file, normal text msg etc. I went to the service centre in nagpur, maharashtra on 11april2013. they said its a software problem and updated the software and gave me the cellphone. the problem was not solved and I went there thrice but came with no solution. when I called Sony asking for a replacement of the handset, they refused to do so. after that I dint get time to visit the service centre. next I went to the centre on 19oct2013 (ticket id:- [protected]) in mumbai, mahrashtra. they said they have replaced the motherboard and now the problem should be solved. but it wasnt. I again went there they updated the software but it dint help. third time I went on 22march2014(ticket id:- [protected]), again he replaced the motherboard but the problem dint solve. my phone was with them till 2 months and they dint do anything and it came out of warranty. I asked them for a phone replacement from the first day but they dint. they told me my phone is in sony's actual centre for testing. after 2 months they say it is still eing repaired. I went to the service centre atleast 15 times in one month. then I gave up and told them to give my phone back as it is. and now my phone is in pathetic ondition, with scratches and battery drain problem which was not at all there when I submitted my phone to Sony. I dint expect this from Sony that a 20, 000 phone will make me so much suffer. its a fraud case that Sony and its service centre dont give proper service. at last but not the least I very irritated by this firm and I expect that proper action will be taken for my complaint. I wasted my time and energy in knocking their door for my help but they made my cellphone's condition even worse. they also dont know how to talk to their customers, even their telephones doesnt work. address of service cente(pathetic centre):- accel frontline ltd, Tardeo, mumbai

                                      Hi Today was the fourth time I gave my phone in the service center in 10 months. Firstly, you provide us with a defective product. Then we get such a poor service from the company that a phone becomes a headache. I am highly dissatisfied with the product. As stated in my previous complaint, I re-iterate that this is my worst experience with a smartphone. I demand a new set this time instead of the repaired and defective ones that you are providing. I request an intervention from the senior executives in the department to take care of this.                                         This is to inform u with regret that I bought sony z2 smartphone on 14/5/2014 on 7 / 6 / 14 the phone was malfunctioning ( display/touch) I submitted ur product to accelfrontline ltd ( authorised service center) Chennai 6 Ticket no : [protected] The same phone was returned to me assuring me on 9/6/14 that problem got resolved ( software update) But the problem still continuos... I was a dedicated customer of samsung until I bought sony... Now I feel I did a mistake I trusting sony coz inspite of giving chance for service the same problem continuous... Kindly replace this faulty phone imdtly to rebuild confidence in ur company which is depleting day by day Regards Poor customer Satyanarayanan
