On 29.10.2011, I purchased a Sony LED KDL-40EX520 from M/s KBM Electronics, Delhi, which is an authorised Sony dealer. Right from the beginning the tv started giving one trouble or another. Later, I opted for its extended warranty for two years from Sony India Ltd. During this time span of about 3 years, the television has a history of very frequent breakdowns. It has given mental agony and anguish due to poor workmanship, which is least expected from a market leader like Sony. Under the circumstances, it is apparently clear that the television is prone to malfunction quite often and as per your policy of not renewing AMC offer if a product is more than 3 years old, I am going to suffer heavily once the AMC is over. It is therefore requested that keeping in view the huge goodwill of brand Sony, my t
television may be replaced urgently.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is regarding my Sony xperia z which i have submitted at your service station which is at karve nagar Aradhya enterprise on 20 jun 2014. As per discussion with your representative she told us that within working 3 days i will get my phone back but still we have not received, now its more than 15 days when we are calling your service station we are getting feedback that my phone is gone in Xperia head office and we cant tell u exactly how much time it will take to get your phone back .Is this the service provided by brand like sony Xperia ??
Before one month i have got replacement of my Xperia z within 2 and i was happy that i have selected a good brand and was delighted by service provided but within one month only again my phone stopped working . Do you provide us faulty phones as replacement??? This is very shameful, u need to improve your service . I think that we should stop purchasing sony Xperia smartphones and shift to some other Smartphones, We are loosing trust on sony Xperia and You are loosing customers .
This is really very shameful, M sorry for using such words but we are really facing problem as we all know that What is the importance of smartphone in our day to day life . Our business is getting affected due to this .I m attaching my job sheet with email.
