Very poor quality LCD TV,s BRAND

Bought a Sony Xperia Z1 couple of days back and realized what a mistake. Customer support sucks - specially Sony Center at Phoenix Mall, Nagar Road, Pune. There is a so-called store manager Mahesh who is not sure if he is the manager.
