I HAVE PURCHASED MOBILE (SONY-D5302(B) ON 09/05/14 AND WITHIN 5 DAYS MOBILE INBUILT CAMERA IS NOT WORKING, AFTER APPROCHING, SERVICE CENTRE, THEY SAID "WE WILL REPAIR IN 5 DAYS".I WOULD NOT ACCEPT REPAIRED CAMERA IN MOBILE.I WANT FRESH MOBILE SET.SO PLEASE, DO NEEDFUL OTHERWISE I WILL GO FOR LEGAL OPTION.

    Hi, Ticket ID - [protected] I have submitted my phone for repair at PC Support, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra on the 15th of May'14. I have purchased this handset on the 28th of Mar'14 and there was a fault with the camera, hence, I submitted the handset for repair on the date mentioned above. The person (Aakash) at the service centre mentioned that I will get a replacement as the camera cannot be repaired. He also mentioned that I may get a refurbished piece. This is not acceptable as this handset is new and I refuse to accept a used handset. I have been trying to call up your customer care but, no one is able to provide a satisfactory resolution for the same. Kindly respond with a detailed explanation and a final resolution for this issue. I will freely use my lawyer in this case if I don't receive a new handset as it is covered under accidental damage protection. Don't let this be my first and last experience with Sony.       Respected sir/madam I have purchased a Sony DSC-H300Black camera from Bhel Associates, 26 E, Rajpur Road, dehradun-248001 on 05/05/14, my item number is 80814810 & serial number 0115892.My camera not capturing the purple colour, whenever I use to focus on purple cloloue its shows blue colour and the orange colour also becoming yellow colour. I went two times after I diagnose the problem but the authorised person, they are not listening me, instead of listening me, one of sales man told me a shocking statement that "you have to pay more money to get a camera which can capture the purple colour". I would like to know whether Sony is making camera like that? I went to the Sony Service Center Dehradun there also they couldn't satisfy. I want to replace the camera, please tell me what are the procedures to change or replace the camera. Thank you

          dear sir, i purchased Sony xperia C. on 12mar2014. further on 8may my phone got completely dead, not restarting, only getting heated. actually got smoke like burn at headphone socket. I purchased the [hone via ebay.in seller name is feroze, he is from chennai. when i went to sony service centre, they asked for IMEI number. and as reply i got that my phone was bought from Arab(Emirates), and then service centre person said as your phone is out of india purchased we cant solve it under warranty.. after a talk i asked them to solve it without warranty.. they said we cant solve it. u have to goto Emirates only.. what kind of service is this, , if seller is buying phone from anywhere outside, what has that concern to me. i bought that checking that seller is indian. Now in short my phone SONY XPERIA C has no value in india. considered as china by SONY SERVICE CENTRE.. my contact number is [protected]. Please do a favor n lodge a complaint against it.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased the LED TV in Nov -2011 TV from Sony Center, Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore (LED TV Model No: KDL - EX520, on dated: 11/11/2011, bill No:[protected]. However a Month ago we found there is change in color of my TV Screen, after my complaint Sony Service engineer is asking us to pay Rs. 20, 000 for replacing the LED Panel. Though I understand the warranty period is over, it is highly unfortunate that SONY’s LED Panel has failed with in such a short life span and asking us to pay this huge amount for repairing the same. I regret to inform you that this is shattering our confidence on SONY product quality. Hope an appropriate action taken by SONY India to replace the LED PANEL FREE OF COST.               I M.Madhavarao owner of Prince guest house bought the afore mentioned model TV at Sony center and the dealer is Sai Balaji Enterprises Visakhapatnam on 27th March 2014. It had been installed by the service people. On my complaint to local agency came to our place and tried to repair. They were not able to repair and they have taken the bill copy and guarantee card etc. and now no body is responding. With deep frustration towards the attitude of the service providers I am approaching directly to you. If the TV is not repaired /replaced in next 7days of time I have no choice except to lodge a complaint with respective legal forum.I await your immediate action.                     Hi team, I have registered a complaint about a week back at the email provided by the customer care executive. The complaint number generated i.e, 18911378 through the automated reply, since then I haven't heard from any of the representative from Sony India. By this experience it gives us an impression that our complaint do not concern to the company.

                    Thanks to consumer complaints forum my issue has been resolved.I got a phone call from the company very next day n they send engineer for the installation. On the sony complaint mail id i have been waiting for 7 day after lodged my complaint but no one take it seriously and no one showed up neither with a phone call nor reply on mail.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sukesh from Hyderabad. I purchased Sony Bravia LCD -KLV-22BX320 model 2 years back. Recently there has been numerous cases of automatic shut down and restart while TV is on. Lately this problem is so frequent that I am not able to see any programme for more than 30 seconds. I have made a complain on 3-May-2014 with Sony customer care[protected] regarding this frequent automatic random shut down and restart problem on my Sony Bravia and made complain on sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com also. I have made several calls at customer care (Arun, Vaibhav to name a few) department but till now I have not received any service related call or service engineer visit at my place. Every time customer care executive is transferring the call to technical department (Sadik...) and technical department is promising to send the service engineer on priority basis, but nothing is being dome after that. I am really frustrated with pathetic service from Sony India. Can you please help me to take it up on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one Sony Vaio laptop at Madurai city. It has some issue that is system camera not working & store applications are not available. I took this issues to Sony Service Centre at Narimedu in Madurai. There was one service officer not responding well, he replied all are my mistakes & can't be rectified at that time.                           I have a sony Xperia bought less than 2 yrs.Recently it developed problems.shown to service centre at Vardhaman mall in sector 7, Dwarka New delhi. They changed first the display screen then some parts in motherboard and later told that mother board is faulty and need replacement but they returned saying not available and the mobile ok but no display. This is against all norms of customer care and support.I request to take up the issue and get the mobile unit repaired ASAP.Its on chargeable basis. If not able to do so pls suggest alternate within 7 days from now.Any delay will force furher actions l\egally and will publish in medias.                               Date: 07.05.2014 Dear Sir Good Morning, Subeject: Abusing language use by Sony representative Mr. Ashish (Mobile No: [protected]). This is to complaint that I had visit your Sony Center surat in Gujarat on 06.05.2014, Before that I had visited Croma as well as Vijay sales in surat itself on 05.05.2014. I want to buy Sony Camera Alfa 58 double worth Rs.42990/- and both Croma and Vijay offer me within that price there is three free items. Power Bank Tripod 16 GB memory card. After confirming croma and vijay sales, I visited your sony centre on 06.05.2014 and ask them for the rate and I inform the I am getting this deal in vijay sales and croma but your sony centre people told me that this offer is not available with them. Then I went to Vijay Sales for purchase that camera as per offer but Mr. Ashish is come over there cancel that deal and he even stop our billing, I am unable to buy that camera from vijay sales. Then after I went to Croma for purchase the same product and over that also Mr. Ashish cancel our purchase. Finally I am ready to pay full price Rs.42990/- without any offer but still I am unable to buy that camera. Then after I call Mr. Ashish on his mobile and ask him what is this issue and then I ask him about your policy and problem facing by me. I talk with him professionally and from my side there is nothing wrong but Mr. Ashish started using abusing language with me on mobile and this is not accept by any costomer. So I kindly request you to take necessary action on it. As I am loyal customer of sony, I don’t want to spread any information that damage your prestige. I mysel[censored]sing all the sony product cell, music system, laptop, TV, etc and I also suggest my friends also for using sony products only . But this kind of behavior by your representative lead me to disappointment with this brand. I have visited Bharuch to Surat 3 time in 3 days 250 KM for buying sony camera and finally I don’t get anyhing. Though I am single customer for you but I may break your 100 customer by mouth of negative publicity.                                 i brought a sony vaio ultra book for 80000/- on 23rd November, 2013.but when i used it i realized that the base of the ultra book is so light that it bends a bit, below the track pad when we place both hands on keyboard while the ultra book is on the lap. the base gets pressurized, bends and by default the left click of the trackpad gets activated, hindering the normal working. i took the ultra book to the sony service centre 3 times in 3 months but to no proper solution. so finally they did write on the work sheet that the problem is not solved as it is a design issue.

                                  I had purchased a sony LED 46EX520 along with one sony HT DZ840 K in Jan 2012. I use to take sony products because o its brand name and good customer service support. In My TV there is some lines occured very recently and sony service people came there and asked me to change the picture tucbe as it got damaged according to them. but i cannot belive it such a brand company like sony never cheats customer. Serrvice centre people asking Rs.28000 for replacing it.
                                  it is very surprise that in 2012 i spent around one lac to purchase a branded TV, now i need to spend again 28000, how i can afford it.
                                  requesting your goodself to look the same and rectify my problems

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased the Sony Bravia LED 26EX550 on 12th May 2012. Soon After purchasing of 8 months its Control Panel and Board needed replacement and replaced by Service Center Jaypee Electronics Noida. And 1 year again its board needs replcement and service center is asking 8000 Rs. for it. Please help in this case. If I have gone for Sony like branded company and I am feeling cheated either by the company or by Service Center which have fitted or replaced faulty part in my LED TV. Please tell me what to do at this stage. Why same part needs again replacement within 2 years. I am planning to go to Consumer Court.                                       I purchased Sony Xperia SP with lot of expectation on 13.04.2014 from Chennai mobiles, Madurai. In the same day of purchase I struggled a lot to zoom a photo. In the second day I had a missed call from my friend and called him after seeing that. Then after 20 min I again received a missed call from my same friend. A short ring and then it went blank. I called him again and found that he didn't call me. I went to the show room on the 2 nd day itself for replacement of this defective hand set. They told me to go to Sony service centre and get this mobile replaced. I am an Assistant Manager in a Public sector Bank and I was unable to get leave to visit to the service centre (Because of service centre working hours). In the first week this missed call problem happened one or two times only. Then from the 2nd week onwards, for every single missed call I started to receive an extra missed call after 2 mins. Thereafter when I cut the call, again I started to receive missed call in the status bar. Meanwhile, My mobile top portion of touch panel stopped working suddenly for one hour. Then started working. In the 3rd week, the top portion of touch panel stopped working permanently and I could not open status bar. And when I received incoming call the phone rings but display went blank. I went to Sony customer care Tirunelveli on 29.04.2014 evening 6.45 PM. They said their working hours is over and ask me to come before 6.30PM. The next day itself I went there and asked for replacement of this hand set. They said that they cant replace this defective hand set because I did not give this set to them with in a week, so they could change software and touch panel only. I explained my situation humbly for the delay and asked for replacement but they are not ready to replace that defective hand set. I gave to them my mobile on 2.05.2014 after taking backup of my personal data. Still the hand set is with them and they will give that to me after 6 days only.

                                      But with this Xperia SP I lost all my hope. I had a very bitter experience with sony service. I read warranty information in Sony website, it clearly says that, In the warranty period hand set can be repaired or replaced NOT WITH IN 1 WEEK. But this people are misguiding customers. They see us as a burden, They are not ready to help customers and they have no idea about how to deal with a disappointed customer. Sony's service after sales is very very very worst. They think that the goods is already sold... then what can this poor customers can do... It is obvious by their words and act. I had a Sony Ericsson mini for 3 years without a single problem. Then I became a Sony brand lover. I purchased a Sony Bravia HX 75 3D TV and sony home theatre with Blue ray DVD player worth of 65000 after I had a great satisfaction with that Mini worth of 13000. I advised all my friends to buy an Xperia. But with this Xperia SP I lost all my hope and very very very dissatisfied... If this defective hand set is not replaced then, I will get that 2nd hand mobile after 6 days from that service centre and use that for coming 6 months.. Then I will go for a new high end mobile BUT DEFINITELY NOT SONY XPERIA.

                                        dear sir/mam i purchased laptop 20th may 2013 after some times i face many problens as hanging, system slow, mouse not work as many my all complaint register on ur customer care no. and specially 10-11 times formate ho chuka hai laptop i want solution earlier to earlier i visit eng... many times bt no solution regard hanging n system slow and m service center bhi ja chuka hu many times lajpat nagar spclly very careless persons there sir/mam i honestly request u plz give me solution otherwise i will take next action warranty period going to complete so plzzzzzz z and also left top corner not select problem
