I had purchased my sony vaio laptop in last year of july.but from then till now its causes the problem of blue screen automatic system crash problem, optical disc recovery formation is not possible, and again and again window crash problem persists in it.from till now i never used it once.it is always kept at service Center but all iN vain.

    Dear Dir I purchased a SONY LED TV 102 cm KDL- 40 NX720 3D on[protected]. from Croma, Aundh Pune. On 19th of March my TV's Panel stopped working and hence I contacted SONY help line number and asked for the solution. One person visited from dealer and informed that its Panel has to be replaced and cost of the Panel will be Rs 26, 000. This amount is extremely high as repair cost of a TV which is just appx. 2 years old. I asked for the solution and SONY representative told me to contact SONY they will provide some solution on it as it only worked 2 years. From 19th March I am calling SONY almost every day and getting same reply that its pending with management. I wrote mails to SONY but till today neither I received any reply nor any call from SONY. My question to SONY is what is the life of PANEL? If other TVs of this model are working then is it a design defect or manufacturing defect? or SONY is getting similar complains? In all the situations SONY must replace Panel ASAP. CAN SOME BODY WILL HELP ON THIS? Mrs Krishna Srivastava [protected]

      sir, i bought a xperia zr smartphone 5 months back from snapdeal.com that gave me 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Around a month back i faced a problem of moisture in the camera lens so reported the problem to the service center. They replaced the cellphone with a refurbished one, but 2 weeks ago the phone was accidentally dropped into water and it got water logged in spite of all the flaps closed the water got inside even when xperia zr is claimed to be waterproof against submerge, within seconds the water got inside. The worst part is now they are not even entertaining my problem n they reported a issue that the seller is not authorized that too after replacing my originally bought cellphone.

        My SONY KDL 40NX 720 TV is out of order since 19th of March. I was told by service center that Its Panel is gone and repairing cost will be 26000.00 My point is how come a TV Panel can give such a small life? Top of that the repairing cost is as high as a price of a new TV? How Sony will assure that this time new Panel will give good life?

          Dear Sir/Mam Subject-Replacement of Sony LED Bravia My name is Sameer Tembe.I am a regular viewer of CNBC Awaaz and in particular your show "Pehredaar", wherein you take up consumer grievances against fraudulent services/practices from private firms.well, I would want my Sony Bravia LED (Model No.KDL-32EX520; serial no.2469008), which i had purchased(Purchase Bill/Invoice No.5827673) on [protected] with two years extended warranty(CARD No.32002021 dtd 08/12/11) for Rs41, 400 (plus Rs.2000 for 2yrs EW)from Vijay Sales, Borivali to be replaced by a Bravia TV of similar capacity.The reason being that this tv had breakdown twice in span of 40 days or so.The request id for the same is as below 1)Dear Customer your Service Request ID 17840379 is assigned to Sonu Electronics - Virar (W); Thane; Phone No :[protected] 2)Dear Customer your Service Request ID 17808958 is assigned to Sonu Electronics - Virar (W); Thane; Phone No :[protected] and the latest one is 3)Dear Customer your Service Request ID 18472189 is assionly for two years and that too from a brand like Sony, who is known for quality products then not only it degrades the brand image of the supplier and is complete waste of money on the part of loyal customers like us who over the years trusted Brand Sony when it comes to purchasing a TV.Moreover, we are saved from the fact that we had the Sony bravia led with one year Sony warranty and two years extended warranty or otherwise we have had to pay them for the same.infact, it seems like the service guy and the TV manufacturers ie.Sony Tv are just passing the warranty period (i.e. October 2014)so that they don't have to replace the complete TV set.           Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          The Sony led bravia tv 's condition is deteoriating day by day.we are getting blurred vision, the video images are getting off colour and even the audio is slowing down a bit.besides, the video images getting hanged has become frequent and one needs to hit the power off thrice to shut the tv down.Sony customer care says they have forwarded the complain to the higher authority.

            Dear Sir,
            I have purchased a Sony wx600 Cyber shot Camera in June Month.
            From the Beginning the camera has a problem in lens, as the photo taken at night does not appears clear and there are lots of bubbles appear in the pick taken. I have used camera for 3 months and find that this problem comes on regular basis. When I reached to your customer centre they reject my problem. And said me clearly no to solve my query.

            I am very fade up with your product and Services which you offer. If no respond will be given than I will go to consumer court, as I have Proof that camera is not up to the mark of quality which Sony claims.

              respected sir,

              I purchased a home theatre dav-dz350 on 19 march 2014 for the cost of Rs.19300, at AMA (associated Marketing Agencies) #196 thirunallar road karikal. the condact person is Rajendran. The product was delivered to me in used condition with the original sealed opened. And after 2 days they installed the set and the technician could not set the features of the product, because the remote control does not match to the set. The service team from Karikal tried several times, but finalling failed. they said the remote RM ADU 162 the right remote. the shop keeper has placed a wrong remote no rm adu 79, later he provided rm adu 138, that also failed. The is no clarity in the sound, it cannot be tuned. It is nearly 20 days he promise to give a right remote. Still not provided. To your kind notice the set was manufactured in the year 2013 september. I dont know how many days they were using the set. Because we feel that the sound does not have a clarity.There is to much of humming sound. we feel that he given us the rejected set. we cannot use some of the features like karokae, blue tooth. and several other features.

              Please take immediate action to provide me new set with out sealed opened. several days i was waiting taking leave but did not turn up. I was deceived.

                Hi, I Visited your Sony Service Center Jaipur ( Global Services ) on 2-4-2014 as i got screen brooked of my Sony Xperia L Headset, Sony people told me you will receive your phone the evening of 7-4-2014, i submitted my phone there and since the day i am keep calling them about my phone and whenever i call them they just say your part has not been received and it is been 8th day i am suffering without my phone i also need to forward the damaged part and the bill to insurance Company but now i can not not as the time period which they gave has been passed. So due to this i am suffered physically and monetary Please do the Need full

                  i have purchased sony xperia tipo in march 13. after two months of purchasing its touch not working .i have submit this two times in service centre .they have change its mother board . but no improvement its touch stop working again and again..now warrenty is over and its touch not working again 'what can i do . so i want the replacement for this phone.

                    dear team, This is to inform you that i m sudha bangla purchased laptop of sony model-SVE 1513 AC black on 6th oct 2013 after using one month laptop gone dead and sony service centre is not giving proper service in raipur I want engineer visit at my residence for resolving my laptop problem If company is not able to provide service then pls refund amount for my laptop or i will complaint at higher level for resolving the problem Please make call to me on my no. - [protected]

                    Dear Concerned,

                    I am writing to complain of the poor service I received from your company.

                    This is to inform you that I have bought the above mentioned laptop on[protected]. The laptop did performed well but gradually showed vertical lines on screen. Accordingly i visited your service centre on[protected] with job no. J41217443. I got the delivery but the problem persisted for which i had to visit again with job no. J41384005. But again the same problem occurred. And it is very much frustrating to visit the Service Centre 55kms away AGAIN AND AGAIN.

                    Please suggest what to do?

                    We sent our Sony Bravia (Model no. klv-32r400a) to get repaired on the service centre (94 RV Plaza Chaudhary Mor) ghaziabad on 14/08/2014.As the person called for inspection of the television set at home told us that the motherboard is damaged even without checking the TV once. However after 3 days they called to confirm that the part needs to be replaced and charges to be incurred by us are Rs. 8000/-, at which we agreed. However after which they never bothered to call us again ever to tell us the status of our TV, and we kept waiting and hoping for its return.Then we called again after 3 days on 21/08/2014 to check what is causing the delay, they told us that the parts are still unavailable and they will give us a callback the next day.Again their next day never came, they never bothered to call as always.We called again on 24/08/2014, to inquire then a lady named daljeet kaur picked up the call and was utterly rude and insolent, when we asked to talk to the manager she said that manager will say the same thing, after repeatedly coaxing her she finally let us talk to her manager Radhika, who although apologized on her behalf but was also not responsible enough.She said that parts are still not available and once she talks to the company she will let us know by calling us back next day.She called in next day saying that parts are not available, and we may take a new set with 25% off- but asked for 1 more day as she needed to check one last time with the company, she also promised to call back next day, which was a Tuesday a non working day for them still she promised she would give us a callback – but like always and their track record in callbacks made –she also never called.We called back once again the next day that lady Daljeet said Radhika is having lunch and will call back – but Radhika (Manager) never called –finally we had to call her again and then she confirms that we have to buy a new set at 25% off as company has stopped making those parts .After so many calls from us all this 14 days have passed and our television set is still with them without a single improvement .
                    sony sell faulty piece and i give him to replace.but after 9 days handset is still not replaced
                    I bought a LCD TV. on 13th December 2013 TV. Model No. KLV-32R402A, Serial No. 4393887 Which was in fault after 7 month of purchase. I complained to costumer care on 21/07/2014. Complain ID is 20084343 about one month take to repair the TV. But after 15 Days My TV. is gone in Fault. I again complain to costumer care on 09/09/2014. Complain ID is 20865352. Engineer was visited first time on 22/09/2014. He says me, "Your TV B-Board is damaged. First he request for B-Board to Sony India. After two weeks engineer again come with B-Board. He fitted B-Board in my TV. But TV is not NO. Then he say to me your LCD Panel is damaged. Then he request to service center for LCD Panel. Now I have been called costumer care several times but I have not any answer when my TV. will repaired. after 1 month my TV. warranty will laps

                      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I had purchase One Sony mobile Xperia C 2305 from CROMA store Prozone mall Aurangabad Maharashtra on Date 16.02.2014 At the time of purchase I had given 1 year Warranty from Sony service center, But I got some Software related problem on Date 27.02.2014 and I had submitted this mobile in our local service center at Prasanna Electronic Aurangabad on same day but I had not given proper service from our service center they told me for 3 day for repairing and after 5 day they had return my mobile . And again on Date 30.03.2014 I got problem in my mobile Its heating, slowly processing & hanging hence I again submitted my mobile in same service center for repairing on Date 01.04.2014 due to ''Gudi Padwa festival'' And I really shocked that your service center staff told me to replace motherboard and today is 09.04.2014 service center not giving me any replay. 1) This is really shocking that in 1and half month I got two time problem in my Sony mobile & I think its not acceptable from Sony brand 2) The service given by your service center its also very bad and irritating 3) I m really unsatisfied & unhappy from Sony mobile service This is my humble request to you that kindly see my problem & pls give me replacement or DOA letter as I had purchase this mobile by very hardly.                         Hi i wanted to get this to your notice :- I bought a Xperia ZR 6 months back...problems started coming in i.e after the Sony updates the volume went very low and was facing difficulties in attending calls, then the other issue was that it had vertical multi coloured lines on the screen...so gave it to the sony center at CP for repairs and the sound quality was fine after it but then, again faced the problem for the lines on the screen...so gave it to the center again to rectify the problem, they fixed the problem and gave the phone back but again after 3 days i face another new problem i.e my Bluetooth stopped working I can receive files but cannot send them to any phone and due to this i cannot connect my Bluetooth headset to pick and receive calls as i'm mostly travelling or using it for my office work...I have always been a sony buyer from my start of handling gadgets...have used multiple sony phones from a long time but this time i do not know what is wrong with this phone and it is such a nice phone... i have always been a Sony Customer but i do not know why am i going through this, had paid a good deal to get this phone but... I love your products but then this is a problem i am facing this time...I got it repaired twice the third time I am not repairing it but want a replacement...please look into it and please do revert back.                           On dated 27.01.14 I have purchased a Laptop Black VAIO SVF15212 (06 Black VAIO) Sr.No 0038431 from ACKS INC SCO 43-44 Sec 8-C Madhya Marg Chandigarh. From purchasing date to till date i have visited 2 times in service center for window problem.But both times i am not satisfied from their services & window problem is same as it is.When i purchased my Laptop the sales executive assure me that this laptop is fully support to window 8 & they charge from me the amount of window 8 i.e. 37500/- . But now the service executive inform me the above laptop is not support window 8 and advice me to install window 7 from market. But i am not intrested in window 7.                             Model No.KDL-32EX520 IN5 and DAV-DZ310//CE12‏ Actions kala narayan 13:54PM To: sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com [protected]@hotmail.com Respected Sir, It is with deep sadness that I write this letter to you. I had purchased the above two models LED television and Home Theater system from your authorised Sony Center at Ghatkopar (West) on 17.5.2011 vide Invoice No.789/11-12/R. Within a year, the television had problems and the picture board was replaced by your authorised dealer in Chembur - Vega Electronics. Since the same was under warranty, we didn't have to pay for it, but were mentally harassed by the malfunction of the television. Then, there were subsequent issues as regards the volume, and after consistently following up with Vega Electronics, the issue was under control. Now, once again on 4.4.14, there was a distorted picture on the screen, and it started getting worse with only negative images. A person from Vega Electronics came and said that there is some problem with the picture board and has taken it for repairs under chargeable basis quoting almost 2, 300/- estimated. This is not all. the Home Theater system has been giving us trouble time and again, every six months there is a malfunction problem and the same is being repaired by Vega Electronics on chargeable basis regularly. I am very depressed and upset with the products. When I buy a SONY product, u will fully agree that I pay much more. And after paying so much, if this is the product that is given to a customer, I am saddened. I have been a regular user of Sony products for almost 20 years, only because I trust that name. But now, somewhere my trust is being shaken. It could be possible that the products that I purchased in May 2011 were faulty or some export rejected consignment. For it is beyond me to believe that Sony products will give away so easily. My various complaints numbers over a span of less than three years are: complaint no.10538978 dt.2.7.12, 9851953 dt.12.4.12, 10349652 dt.10.6.12, and complaint no.[protected] dt.4.4.14. In between these official complaints lodged, had spoken on a number of occasions to Mr.Santosh, Mr.Sushant, Mr.Manish, Ms.Anshita, Mr.Sunil Singh. As far as home theater goes, complaint nos.13370418, 14789463, 17729012. each time the home theater system had the same malfunction problem and it has taken almost 15-20 days for the same to be rectified. I had to keep on following up the matter with the concerned people and get the SONY product repaired. After going thru the above details, you may allot me a complaint number and your representative will speak to me and tell me that they will get back to me soon. But nothing more. This is not acceptable to me. I don't need your apologies and sympathies. I want something more and I think I am not wrong in asking for more. May I request your goodselves to please find a solution for my grievances. I would like it if the television and the home theater system is replaced with a fresh piece. This is getting a bit too much for me to handle now. I would be happy if a suitable person who heads the grievance department of your organisation takes up this matter and tries to solve it by either calling me or meeting me and settling my grievances.                               Dear sir/ madam I am Mayank Chhabra, resident of delhi, i purchased a handset about 7 months ago. Brand- SONY xperia-L worth Rs/-16000. and get it assured by paying 10 percent of the total cost by ROYAL GREEN SERVICES. 2 MONTHS ago my handset display was broken. i gave the handset to the insurance company for repair on the date 2 feb 2014 and they returned me the same on 3 march 2014 with the handset dead. It was working when it was sent for repair. Now they are saying that this handset is non repairable and they can only give me only 35 percent claim on the current value of handset. the device i purchased at rs/-16000 they will give me rs/- 5425. the device i got back was malfunctioned by them and i am bearing the problem. sir please help me at the earliest for the same.                                 Respected Authorities This is to put into your notice again (as i have dropped mail before complaint number of the same is 1-[protected] )against job sheet number W[protected] .Previously my complaint was regarding the delayed services by the service center people .Now i have taken this initiative to inform you one new concern that i have faced today.Actually i had called the service center, J.P.electronics (address-E1/10 Shop no 33 aggarwal e-mall, sector -7 rohini, Delhi-110085) people yesterday i.e on 4 april 2014 to check the status of my phone as because they are constantly disconnecting the phone.So i had called your customer care people on this number[protected], they later arranged a conference call with the service center people on the lady on the other end from the service center, confirmed that your phone is ready from our end and you can collect it tomorrow, i.e. 5 april 2014 .Today my father had visited the service center (as i am in gurgaon) to collect the same.And today they reported that it is still not ready as camera of my handset is not working properly.I had submitted my phone at the service center with the concern of frequent battery discharge and non -functionable data cable not with the concern with the camera .It was working perfectly alright before submitting in the service center on 31 st march, 2013(on this date i have submitted the phone in the service center) . This is to put into your concern that not just me, many customers were complaining the same issue, in the service center and i had noticed too, that they have submitted phone with different concern but is changing everone single customer camera.And now this same thing they have done with my handset.I Have a strong feeling that the service center people are making money by selling the original parts of sony original parts .Kindly, ask your concerned authorities to take necessary action on it.As service center people is not playing with the money of customer or sony but playing with the brand name of Sony as well. I Had a word with Ms Rajani, a senior manager at sony customer care she had ensured me that she will also escalate the same issue to concerned authorities i own my own wants you to take action in this or else replace my handset to its earliest Awaiting for a positive response!

                                  I am having the following issues with my sony xperia c :

                                  1) Very low space to install applications on phone memory : Apparently sony claims to provide us with 4GB worth of memory to install applications, but the actual available space comes down to approximately 300 MB .Here's how - out of 4GB, 2.20GB is aviable to user where 1.20GB as internal memory to store files, images, songs extra and rest 0.98 as Device Memory in which approx 700MB contains pre installed and i got only 300MB to install app.

                                  So, i feel i have been cheated by Sony and i have made a big mistake after buying this phone.

                                  2) Complacent service centres- My phone is in accidental warranty and i have been to the service centre a couple of times asking them to replace my phone's broken back cover.But every time they ask me to submit my phone for atleast ten days.They are also not providing any kind of stand on phone.Who submits their phone for ten days for just a back cover.They can easily order the part from the company and replace it then and there.
                                  Very irritated by their service.

                                    I am shantanu siddharth from ranchi jharkhand. ([protected], [protected]) I purchased a sony mobile xperia Z on 17 April 2013, several months back my mobile screen got cracked so i gave it to sony service center and they told me that they will xchange my cell within a month and they told me you have to pay certain amount approx 15, 000 and they told me that we will call you and let you know about the exert price in a week, but they didn't call me, i use to call them almost every day but they never reply me properly and always give me other date, after a month i visit to them and told them to return my cell phone and suddenly they give me amount of 27, 000rs to paid, but the actual amount of that cell phone is 23, 000 on ebay. so i asked them to return my cell phone and still they are not paying attention on it and always give me other day, I am really fed up now, m using my friend's mobile and our college is going to end and still they are not even call me for single time. Now my last hope is with you so please help me m really harsh by them. each visit to their service center cost me rs 200+ and they still don't care. i visited their more then 10 times .i have only 1 month left in this city so please help me My faculty told me about you because you helped them too so he told me to take your help. I know you will help me get out from this problem .

                                      Replacement of cell phone under warranty Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform my cell phone was brought on 12-OCt-2013 and started having problem with Powerbutton and camera, and after two months took it to to service centre Vigneshwar services (Sony Authorized service center) Bangalore with complaint for Powerbutton and camera not workingthe complaint solve . But after few days we created same problem and took to the same service centre and they replaced the motherboard for powerabutton and also camera (Job No:W[protected].                                         I have purchased Sony model(svf152A) on[protected] from Croma Chandigarh..The laptop sold to me is defective inasmuch as I have been facing several issues with it ever since the date of its purchase. In the very first day of its purchase, the laptop was constantly getting hung and not functioning properly. I was unable to give presentations on my laptop due to the constant malfunctioning of the laptop and even single game is not working which caused me much embarrassment and inconvenience.The main issue is now that its arrow keys are not working properly while only gaming.I sent the laptop for examination to Sony care Sankalp Sony authorised in Patiala (punjab) and had it checked and repaired by an official of Sony. However, thereafter the laptop stops to be hanged but its arrow keys still not working while gaming only.
