Hi myself Jasbir SinghI have sony xperia z1 purchased on 10 dec 2013.my mobile is got cracked so i submit it to sony service center on 20 feb 2014and
they contact me today after 1 month and telling me that your mobile will not
be replaced by us because you purchased it from not authorize
dealer of sony.they are not repairing it so help me and contact ASAP [protected]

    Dear Sir. This is regards with service requirement for my SONY Cybershot DSC-W510. I have a problem with battery cover which had ceased to lock.My camera was purchase on 2/4/2011 which means the warranty still good and valid.Upon Visiting the service centre at Thane.I was first told that the camera is broken and that it had a fall by showing me a crack.I insisted the camera has not fallen and the crack on the body had Nothing to do with the locking mechanism.Which is no where near the crack.Firstly the papers prepared by them shows camera out of warranty where as the warranty is still valid, secondly efforts were made by the service centre to tell me that the damage is caused by fall and the lock mechanism is broken due to the fall.I have use at lest 3 models of sony camera . This DSC- W510 model is my latest buy.Sorry to say but the battery closure mechanism is the worst and very poorly designed subject to stability and strength considering the older models where the battery covers was very secure and strong.Upon checking the status of repairs I have been told I have to pay for the parts when my Warranty is still valid I cannot take this healthily.I am a Customer of Sony(tv, music system etc all are of sony brand. not only me buy my entire family.My parents my 2 brothers also own Sony product, even my Inlaws also own sony, I have not mentioned how many of my friends have purchased Sony products upon my recommendation.the list is countless. If only Sony were to respect the relation with their customers, they should treat them well and give good after sales service and not harass them by asking to pay for the parts and service when they are entitled to free service as per warranty agreement .This not at all acceptable .I am very much hurt. This has made me to think again to commit my relation with Sony product and Sony Family .Also I now start telling every contact of mine about the poor service meted out to me .I am sure this will affect others too.and they should be mad aware of this . || Want justice to my case and immediate service given to me free of charge as per warranty .       While i write this i am going through extreme anger & frustration towards Sony as an organization & towards its representatives which gives impression that Sony management is mix of illiterate bunch of rowdy folks with some good relationship folks( Hoping same haven’t came across yet) . I am chasing Sony team on my complaint of my5 days old Experia C handset for last 25 days & every day goes with fake assurances, no response to my phone calls & inappropriate behavior of Sony ASM towards my family members. Unfortunately i am fighting this battle from international location so only coordinating help i have is my wife back home who is nervous& not willing talk to any of the Sony team members because of their rowdy approach towards her in her last visit to Sony cnter. If some senior authority from Sony customer service team from Maharastra, Pune can connect meon Vishal.[protected]@hotmail.com it will help..I want to talk to anyone above MrGautam ( # [protected] ) because this is about Mr Gautam head of PCMC Pune SonyASM who for me is hopeless, rowdy clown representing Sony PCMC .

        Sir i bought a sony xperia z in april 2013 and aftre using 8 months i found a speaker problem in it so i went to sony custmare care shop in lajpat nagar and they said its a software problem we have to update the latest version and they have updated the 4.3 version but the problem was not resolved so they said we have to replace your mobile phone.

        Now the problem is they are providing me an old and xperia z without any gaurantee period so tell me sir how can i trust them that the mobile phone they are providing after replacemen Will not have any problem.sir i am student and i cant afford to visit sony shops every week so please help me in this please provide me a handset with atlest 6 months gaurantee

          Hello, First of all, with due respect let me tell. I Lost trust in Sony. Let me tell the issue now. I had purchased my Xperia ZL phone from yelahanka Sony centre on 7th Jan 2014. IMEA number: [protected] After usage of a month or so the rear camera started having black spots.Rigid black spots when I take photos from rear camera and that was not dust. I called the sony customer care too free number:[protected] many a times and they told me to delete cache, format the phone. Everything was done but the camera had black spots. First Ticket number: [protected] Date: 6th Mar 2014 Job Numbr: W[protected] Second Ticket Number: [protected] Date: 11th March 2014 Job Numbr: W[protected] Then I googled the issue and found that many sony experia Z and Xperia ZL have the same issue. Does that mean Sony sells defected products?? Now I waas guided to take the phone to the Sony service centre in Ganganagar: Bench mark infotech, #5, 10th Cross CBI Road, Ganganagar. Phone: [protected]. So the service centre guys took my phone on 7th March 2014 and I was asked to collect the NEW REPLACED PHONE on 11th March 2014. I took the new replaced phone(Sony claims it to be brand new replaced phone) and just checked the camera features. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A BIG BLACK SPOT WHEN USING THE REAR CAMERA. Details of the Replaced new Xperia ZL: IMEA number: [protected] This time the service centre guys gave me a spare Xperia phone(old used phone) and I appreciate the efforts of Benchmark Infotech employees for that effort. Then I called up service centre on 13th March 2014 and again on 14th March 2014 but I was instead told to call back after 3 days. So is this the kind of replacement Sony provides? What is the guarantee if 2nd replacement given to me would not have the issues with black spots in camera after a while? What is the point of purchasing a defective Sony products? Are all Sony products defective? So does Sony sell defective products and cheat customers? I have lost the trust in Sony and I have recommended non of my friends and relatives to use Sony. And shall preach them the same. Why to get cheated when You paid such a big amount. My Questions: 1. Why is Sony selling defective product? Its spoiling its own reputation. 2. When giving a replacement phone, how come that phone was defective already? does that mean again Sony sell defective products and cheat customers? 3. Why did not anyone check the replacement phone if it had defect or not before giving it to me? 4. What is the surity that 2nd replaced NEW phone will not have camera or any other defect? 5. What should I do if the replaced phone gets camera issue of black spots down the lane? should I have to submit my phone till many years??? 6.How to trust Sony? Why should customer suffer for a defective product sold by Sony???? I have lost trust in Sony, Please give me my money back, I don't need Your phone. I feel cheated. I will approach court for the same. Now Sony service centre called and told that they stopped manufacturing this modal and so a refurbished phone will be provided. why? why should I get a refurbished phone when it was manufacture defect?             Sony India — PC is lagging a lot

            I bought a SONY VAIO Model no SVE1513ACNB IN5 with serial no 0011628 is hanging a lot. Suddenly while working the cursor will hang. I am a student and I am in a hostel. My parents are at home and it is quite difficult for the to counter with these problems.

            Sony India — web cam and the disk driver not working

            I bought my laptop around two years back but i am facing a problem in the camera from the very begining. Since past few months the cd driver has also stopped working properly. I got it serviced twice but i am still facing the problem. PLEASE KINDLY HELP ME OUT CANT GET IT SERVICED EVERY THIRD MONTH.

              Actually when ever we put on the television the screen comes normally and after a MINUTE the display goes off and the logo of Sony appears and again starts with normal mode, goes off, sony logo, goes off...This happens for 15-20 minutes and then display comes normally...

                I bought a SONY XperiaZ1on 22/02/2014 from Spice Retail, the IMEI of the phone is [protected].Not even 15 days have passed and the phone has become crap. I am facing following issues: Phone keeps on rebooting: When I open 2-3 applications simultaneously the phone reboots automatically. Initially it was rebooting once in a day but now 3-4 times in a day. I have done factory reset and removed memory card but still face the same issue. Very poor FM radio reception: Reception is very poor while on the move (walking, running or driving). While under similar condition my Samsung phone worth 1500 INR has an excellent radio reception. I have tried with different head phones but still the issue persists. Phone heats up very quickly.I am very disappointed with the quality of product manufactured by Sony (as company claims it to be best android phone in the market). I do not trust the brand anymore and need a full refund of the money I invested in this product.

                  Dear Sony This is in reference to Mobile handset C2 model I selected and bought it from Ur product basket, and it seems my selection went wrong . On day to day basis it gets hang up and I am unble to go on home screen and not having back arrow down the screen .Then I asks someone to make me a call and after taking that things gets normal .But it is happening on routine basis . On 2.03.2014 I went to Ur service centre they immediately opened it back cover and pressed one push button from inside and do not know what they did and gave back to me saying that it has been reset and assured me that this problem will not happened again . But since last three days it is happening repeatedly

                    I bought one high end car A/V xav601 @ appx 27000/- thinking that Sony is such abid company will not show any feature without testing it. But truth is something else ..the Mirrorlink function does not works with any compatible phone as shown on there box or website. Searched all websites ...no support or help being provided to the customers... Such a big shame for a world renown compant. There are other roadside companies guving better products than Sony.                       I invite kind attention to the reference cited, wherein I have purchased a LED/KDL-32EX520 TV from one of your dealer named UNILET appliances Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on June 20th, June 2011 paying an amount of rupees 44, 900 with an expectation that the above said TV will not get the repairs at least for 5 to 10 years. But this TV has fallen to repair within the period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
                      I have purchased the above TV paying so much of huge amount with an intension that, this kind of TV’s may not get the repairs within a short period, when compared with the other low cost company TV’s which are available vividly in the market, and further I have purchased this TV only keeping in mind the image of the “SONY” brand and the quality of products offered by SONY.

                      Therefore I request you to kindly see that my TV may kindly be got repaired immediately so as to keep up the reputation and image of the company which a loyal customer like me always holds in high regard.
                      I solicit early reply in the matter.

                        Hi My name is Sunny Mehdiratta. I purchased Sony Experia Z on March-2013 the phone just stopped working as there were some screen problems. I contacted the Sony Service center to get it repaired as my phone is still under warranty, they told me to send my phone to Hyderabad as they have a special team of technicians that will handle the issue. After i sent my phone to Hyderabad they told me to deposit Rs 7000 in their account and they will repair the phone and will send it back to me within 24 Hrs. I transferred the amount in their Account on 3/3/2014 and now it is more than 48 Hrs and still waiting to get my phone back. I tried to contact the service center but they are not picking up my phone they are behaving irresponsible. Please take my case as your top priority and help me to get my phone back.                           Bought a sony handycam hdrpj230 frm bangalore sony centre The shop keeper was very much in favour of the old outdated product & said the high end model is not good plz buy the same. Hence keeping the sales man word in mind bought the product & later when i realsied that it do not have same feature asked for exchange but both retailer & the blady cust service centre refused to do the same. Hence now frustrated will never ever go for a sony product. They dont have ethics or customer orinted people they are all vultures

                            Hi,
                            I am a Sony Xperia U user which I bought on 1st of December of 2012 from the authorized dealer in Gurgaon (in Haryana, India). The phones was/is working fine with some minor Wi-Fi issues which was solved by the Sony Repair center. Although my phone had a manufacturing defect with the exchangeable bottom cap, which is permanently fixed, that is, not switchable although I was provided another exchangeable cap.
                            When I contacted the Sony Customer service through phone, they registered my Cap related complaint (along with my Wi-Fi issue). While the service center didn’t record my complaint as they didn’t had any such category in their form, although after forcing them, they did mention it in their form by using a pen.
                            My Wi-Fi problem was solved immediately by re installing the software. but their supervisor assured me that my Exchangeable cap’s problem will be solved only when their technician will come back (he was on leave as according to them). And asked me to call them before I come back to center which I did twice and they gave me some strange excuse.
                            The phone works absolutely well without any problem both software and hardware wise but this problem really makes me annoyed


                            When i contacted sony online they didnt reply me in time, and when they did, they asked me to take my product back to service centre without actually thinking of my problem
                            & now my product is out of warranty

                              I purchased a mobile of Sony xperia tippo(st21i) single sim, in the year 30/08/2013.I have given my mobile for software update and touch problem in Sony service centre (j.S mobile care annapurna complex chaithanyapuri, dilsuknagar hyderabad) the service boy told me that your mobile waranty is over when I have waranty bill (invoice) in that warranty bill from 30/08/2013 to 30/08/2014 ...and he told that your mobile will give within 3 days after checking of this problems... But today (05/03/2013) I went to service centre he told me that your will be return after 7 days ...I asked why so long it takes minimum 7 days...to repair..

                                I am an unsatisfied user of Sony Xperia J phone. I have purchased the phone on 5th March, 2013 from an authorised dealer, with IMIE No-[protected]. I have attached the scan copy of the bill. Since the date of purchase I have repair my phone online several times as instructed on Sony PC companion. Other then this I have a long history of spending my most of the weekends at Sony service centre. Please refer the below details for that. 1) After purchase of 2 months, my phone started showing red borders around the screen when I switch from one screen to the other. This problem was very severe hence to resolve the issue I updated my phone software as instructed on Sony PC companion, After that the issue got resolved. 2) After this on 8th August, 2013 I purchased a Sony Bluetooth device SBH-20 from the Sony centre itself. When I used to connect this device to my phone, the phone used to get switched off. Considering the severity of this problem I gave my phone to Sony service centre located at Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I received my phone back on the same day and I was told by the authority that the issue has been resolved. When I asked for the delivery sheet I was refused to provide the same by the centre authority. I doubt the authority of Sony service centres!! 3) After getting the phone back within the week it started showing the new issue. When I used to talk over the phone the phone used to restart automatically without doing anything and also in the call log it was not showing the detail of the caller to whom I was talking before it got restart. Facing this issue often, I was irritated a lot and again I gave the phone to same service centre located at Tambaram for repairing. Service Centre people changed the PCB OF the phone. With the new IMIE No-[protected]. I have attached the scan copy of the delivery sheet. 4) After getting the phone with changed PCB, within a week phone was not able to connect the calls itself, Meanwhile if anybody tried to call me, the caller used to get the message that the number was not reachable. (It is not my SIM card service provider issue because I am staying with 4 other people in the same house and all are using the same service provider SIM card and other then me, nobody is facing this issue). After waiting very long, turning on/off my phone several time, my phone used to show the normal operation. Since the phone was not doing the basic functionality for which it was meant, I gave it to the Sony service centre located at Greams road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Since I was irritated of the poor service provided by Tambaram Sony service centre. I got my phone back after 2 weeks (Please find the attached copy of delivery sheet). 5) Just after a week of getting the phone back from service centre, this phone is not at all working. It is not connecting the calls maximum time and I am also not able to receive the calls. A phone is useless box if it is not able to connect or receive the calls itself!! Today I have left 3 hours earlier then my office timing and have travelled 34km, just to reach to the Sony service centre., Greams Road, Chennai. As per the bill I have got my phone warranty is expiring on 5th March, 2013. But as per cervice centre person my phone warranty has expired before 4th Mand by march, 2013, and I was also not provided with the other stand by phone. Since I am a working girl I have to struggle a lot to get the time to go to service centre. But most of the weekends I have spent in Sony service centre, Or repairing the phone online as per instructed on Sony PC companion!!! I seriously don’t have time to west for coming Sony service centre again and again. I am highly dissatisfied with the Sony brand and the Sony service centre. This is the first phone of my life which I have purchased with the money earned by myself hence I was very optimistic and emotionally attached with the phone. I searched a lot about all the brands before purchasing the phone and I chose Sony to go with, with the hope of having long lasting relationship with Sony and I spent about 16000 INR to buy the phone and have a happy bonding with the product and Sony corporation. I was feeling that the Sony was well reputed and trustworthy brand, but now I feel I am cheated by the brand and as a customer I will never suggest any body to buy Sony products as the Sony service is also very poor. Today you are losing the trust of one customer, tomorrow may be of thousands. I want the money back which I have spent for the phone as throughout the year I have never used this phone satisfactorily and most of the time it has been in service centre only. Or I want the model replacement. I am completely irritated and annoyed with the product. This mail is my last effort to get rid of this problem. I am going to file a case in consumer court against the Sony corporation since the product and the response of the service centre team is completely disappointing

                                  Hi, I had purchased a Sony Vaio laptop on 8th October 2013 from Ahmedabad.

                                  The details about the model are as follows:

                                  This laptop is highly defective with the hardware. Below mentioned is the repair history of my laptop:

                                  1.) First problem in Mid January: Internal speakers started to heat up and within 10 minutes the speakers shut down. in next 3 days the laptop shut down completely and did not start at all.
                                  I gave the laptop to your service center in Ahmedabad and they took 15 days to repair the laptop. I was provided with pathetic service. The engineer told me after 15 days that he has "TAKEN SPEAKERS FROM ANOTHER LAPTOP AND INSTALLED IT IN MY LAPTOP". I had very specifically asked him whether this will cause a problem in future and he said there will be no problem.

                                  2.) Mid February: Internal speakers again heated up and stopped working completely. Battery life of my laptop has deteriorated completely. Stand by time is only 2 hours on normal usage and low brightness.
                                  This is not the kind of product I expected after paying such a high amount for a Sony product. Every month there is a new problem with the laptop. I have a traveling job and I cannot afford to keep going to a service center every month and give laptop for 10 days. My entire work schedule is disturbed because of your defective product.
                                  If I have to use a defective laptop even after paying 35000 rupees then what is the point of buying a branded Sony laptop. The quality of your product is third grade. Just because there is a warranty on your product doesn't mean that Sony can provided such defective and low quality products. I had to undergo huge financial loss
                                  due to this laptop. I am requesting you to replace this defective laptop. I cannot afford to go to a service center every now and then. Sony needs to take responsibility for their defective products. This is my sincere request to you to replace this defective laptop, otherwise I will have to register a complain with the Consumer Protection Forum (NCDRC). I have already sent a copy of this email and entire case details to my lawyer. But I expect Sony to take care of this matter without any further problems.

                                  I have submitted my complaint to Sony Customer Care email address more than 2 weeks back and i received an email from Mr. Rahul Semwal asking for further details. I submitted the required details to him. And since then i have not received any correspondence from him on my complaint. This is highly unprofessional on part of Sony.

                                  I have emailed your "sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com" exactly 6 times stating my complain about your low quality product, Every time I have either not been replied back or there is a standard reply which contains a complain request no.

                                  Once my email was replied by one of your customer care executive (Mr. Rahul Semwal) and he asked for some details in that email. I provided him with the details and he did not even have the courtesy of replying to my email. What is going on at Sony ? Don't you take your customers seriously ?

                                      Sir, I purchased a Sony LED TV (Model Name KLV-40EX430 IN5, Serial No.3305502) from CROMA Ground Floor, KENCES Towers, No.1, Ramakrishnan Street, North Usman Rd, T.Nagar Chennai-600017 vide Invoice No.SLF02A[protected] dated 30.5.2013 and as given in the Product Information, the TV's warranty is valid upto July 2014. Suddenly on 12th Feb. 2014, the said TV went out of order, the screen was black & blank and nothing was functioning. We lodged a complaint to the customer care (Toll Free No.[protected]and the complaint no. is 17827. One Mr. Santosh from the nearest Service Centre attended the complaint and informed that the Board was not functioning and had to be replaced. On persistent chasing, we were told that the defaulted part (board) had to come from Delhi and hence the delay. Later, on gentleman came with the fresh Board to replace the old faulty board, but to our dismay that Board was also not working. When contacted the customer care again, they informed that the board needs to be imported from Singapore, with the result that the complaint is still pending even after a period of 20 days. Since it is already over 20 days, if the complaint is not successfully settled and set the TV in proper working condition within one week (after replacing the mother board with a fresh new one), I will approach the Consumer Forum to settle the issue seeking a replacement warranty.
