Your branch at trivandrum, the manger and the woman staff they behaved very badly.did not give proper instructions at the time i given the device.there after they warning me you pay money then only we will repair the device.for me its so for to go and pay again .i told repare it i will come and buy.but their words very horrible indecent improper attitudes.take this issue serious.     Thismail is in regards with the service of my laptop - SONY VAIO SVE151L11W whichis white in color.

    Letus start with the history of the matter.
    On20th of December 2013 I had deposited my laptop with Laptop World, who is the dealer of my laptop stating the following problems:
    1. 1. Problemwith the hinges - which I had noticed only after the previous service of the system
    2. 2. Heavynoise of the system’s fan
    3. 3. SystemHanging
    4. 4. Slowingdown of the system’s performance

    Iwas told by Ms. Mohana from Laptop world that the very next day, it wasdeposited with the Abivruddhi Tech which is the authorized service Centre.
    After2 days’ time when I called Ms. Mohana she told me that the problem occurs whenyou open and close the system every day, anyway we are trying to get theapproval done for the free service as the system is under warranty period.
    Thiswent on for at least 2 weeks’ time and finally I was told by you that theapproval has been received for the free replacement of the hinges but, as youare not having the spares it will take some time for you to replace the hinges.

    Sinceall my work was getting affected because of this, I requested you to do it assoon as possible and give me a commitment as in within how many days you canservice the laptop. You said, you wouldn’t be able to commit on a date but Ican take the laptop for time being and get it serviced as soon as you receivethe spares. Further, I asked you for either a copy of the approval you havereceived or a mail stating that I can take the laptop for time being, but yousaid you will not be able to the same as it is confidential and I can take thelaptop on trust factor.

    Icollected my laptop back on 24th of January 2014 and after thatcalled you a couple of times for the updates but you have been telling methat you are yet to receive the spares from Singapore and it is stuck withcustoms which I fail to notice the fidelity of the reason. For thatmatter, to receive spares anywhere from the world, I really don’t think it isso difficult and taking more than one and half months and still not received.To be frank, I am not able to understand as in what is stopping you guys fromservicing my laptop.

    Pleaselook into this matter and let me know how long more you will take to get mylaptop done as I am afraid that you guys are simply delaying the process whichI don’t know for what reason. And as I have already told you number of times, it is causing me a lot of inconvenience.

      Sir.. I am Parghavi from Coimbatore.. I purchased Sony Xperia MT25i on May 13th 2013 in Chennai for Rs.13500... Then my Touch in mobile have scratched and gave it to Sony service centre.. Paid Rs.4800.. They Made more than 23 days.. I waited patiently for 20 days and i fought with them.. Again after 4 days they delivered.. When they where delivering they said there is no charge, so u insert charge and it will work... I was shocked when i went home back and charged.. That is my Mobile battery is getting so much of heat while charginng and i felt it might burst also.. Charge is also not even standing for 1 minute also.. I was fed up so much.. my house is 2 hrs travel distance from the sony Service centre.. Next day i went to the centre and reported.. There was no proper response.. I Fought and again for a week they where servicing my mobile and returned back... Now my mobile is not at all in use after their service since now camera is not working, Speaker is not working properly and mainly network for the sim card is not working only in this phone... Totally i wasted 13500+4800 =Rs.18300 is waste oif money... Is this is your service? Is it fair on ur part.. Ashamed of being a Sony customer.. I used to recommend sony products for all my freinds., .. Now i am fed up and irritated with ur mobile service and will never never recommend ur product to any of my known person... I use Sony Vaio laptop, Sony Camera, Sony pen drive and Sony Xperia mobile phone... Very sad of being ur customer... I feel as if i hate my life.. Feel how fool iam to use this sony products.. better u close ur company or else Make the customer to satisfy with ur products, ... Reply me (or) take further steps i[censored] r really ashamed o[censored]r Services, ... I need answer for my Rs.18300 money... You r the responsible for this problems... There was a great problems created in my family because of this Sony product...         I buy a 24 inches LED Tv Model No KLV-24R402A on 09/02/2014. I wanted this tv as my desktop monitor, but customer care &amp; local instolation agency said that this tv cannot make as a monitor. I said that it has HDMI slot so it became as a tv or monitor. But they repetedly said that it cannot be possible.But I make this tv as a monitor. So I hearted that Sony employe does not know about ther products. How could they belongs on this service. It is shame fore your company.

Then i registered for wall mount installation service. There are assigned this service to Max Electronics Trichy. But they not provide service. Then again registered for that service.             My Self Mr.Govind Vankar have purchased Sony Xperia SP model no. C5302 from Croma Show Room, Mulund-West, Mumbai branch as on 21/12/2013 for Rs.22999.

            After 15 days it started giving problem with related to touch problem &amp; for that i have visited sony service centre where as they told it will take 7 working days to get repaired &amp; i wanted to go out so i couldn't submit the same on that day at service centre.

            Invoice Date :21/12/2013


            When i returned back after 20 days i found there is an issue with camera also.

            Then i have visited ghatkopar - mumbai sony service centre, they asked me to submit the phone as it will take 7 days time to get repaired.

            They gave me back the moblie after 10 days as on 10/02/2014 but they couldn't resolve the camera issue.

            When i asked the same they told me to pay Rs.1200/- to replace the back housing part.

            Where as my mobile is under Warrenty period why should i pay more as it was told that mobile will get replaced for any issue which comes under warrenty period specifically for this model no..

            So was that false promise given by Croma for your product.

            Please look into the matter ASAP &amp; solve the issue or i will file a consumer complain agiasnt sony.

              I Shivaji Nalawade, No.- [protected], had faced battery problem &amp; laptops cover crack problem for my Sony Vaio Laptop. So I submitted the laptop in the sony service centre within the warranty period with warranty card &amp; they had promised me to repair the laptop within 2 days. They took 2 months &amp; dint even repair the laptop. I am very unhappy with the service. I want you to take strict action and give my laptop repaired as soon as possible.                 I have contacted Sony India Customer Service several times (Reference Number[protected] /[protected] to let them know that I have a faulty USB port in the LED TV I recently bought. This compliant was lodged with their customer service team on Feb 1st, 2014 at about 9:28am. Since I did not get a call for a week I again called them back yesterday Feb 8th, 2014 to check on the status and they kept telling me that we have forwarded the complaint to the installation department, which to me is absurd since I was not calling for installation .. I told them clearly that my TV is installed and I need someone to fix the USB port.

                I spoke to Robin from the customer service help desk yesterday and he assured me that I would get a call yesterday itself, but still have not received any.

                My TV is under warranty and I bought Sony thinking that they would provide excellent after sales.. which is no where near the mark.

                I am absolutely frustrated with the responses of the customer service agents and appalled by the lack of service quality. Hie some capable people, don't get to answer the calls

                I asked to speak to the manager and they said they cannot connect as they will only escalate to manager if the problem cannot be solved by them and I had to repeat it over over again to make me connect to the manager / some supervisor.

                Finally I spoke to Mahek - who claimed to be the manager and assured that he would get it fixed - and gave me another reference number[protected] and again a 48 hr TAT ... gosh.. when would people understand PRIORITY

                  I have purchased Sony dual sim Xperia M through Snapdeal-online purchase and faced huge trouble also not satisfied with functions. 3rd time handed Over to authorized service provider. In 3rd time still phone is not ready and extend another 10days. Already 10 days gone. Customer satisfaction and guarantee from Sony is not good. Very bad servicing also loss my money on believe of Sony product. Really I apply consumer for claiming new handset or cash back. My maximum programs and plans are collapsed due to this phone failure.                     Sir/Madam, I am Chandan Bhagat from Chennai(INDIA). I purchased one SONY VAIO laptop, model - VPCEG28FN from SONY VAIO Showroom in Chennai(INDIA). Later, before expiry of the 1 year warranty i extended my warranty for two years from the same Showroom. But when they issued new extended warranty, by mistake they inserted wrong Model number and Product number on the new extended warranty card. Due to this i am facing problems with the Laptop Service in the Authorised service centers. When i went to the same Showroom, they said it will take some time to process. Almost 20 days have passed and still they say that it will take some more time. I Request you to please look into this issue, so that i may get my laptop service as soon as possibe else warranty period will be over soon Here I give the details of my laptop and the Showroom address.                       Am an army officer troubled by sony company
                      Purchased sony experia neo l on 21 feb 2013.
                      Set giving problems. Deposited with sony service centr bangalore on 17 jan 2014. Set with centre since then. More than 22 days and problem remains unresolved. Moreover service centre is clueless and does give satisfactory answers.
                      Job no w[protected].
                      Such response from sony is neither expected nor acceptable. Have no faith left in the mobile set . Request replace set immediately with a new one.
                      In case particular model not available provide upgraded set. Will pay difference.
                      However request for immediate action.

                          I have purchase the LED in 2011. In November 2013, the LED raised with some picture problem in which sound was coming and showing dark screen. I took my LED to service center in Shastri Nagar, New Delhi. The problem was the fuse coil( LED Repaired by them and they charged for that), but same problem occurred second time just after 2-3 months. Then, service center charged me again double for the same problem telling me this time that fuse coil replaced and sealed. Now, its just 1 -2 months goes there is again the problem in the LED i.e the screen get polluted and got increased brightness. Does we need to visit regularly to Service Centre even spending lot and purchasing SONY products. Please look up for this case.

                            this is abhishek gaurkhede i have purchased sony xperia m dual on nov1, 2013 but within few there was camera problem in my phone i updated the software first after few days i changed the motherboard and demand for replacement but they not provide me replacement a replacement again few the same problem and again i went to service center and again i demand for replacement but they refuse it they change the camera and flash but the problem could not resolved again i went to the service center and again demand for replacement but again they do the same thing they refuse it and again do the repair and this time again the same problem i want replacement for i want your help plz help me on this my no. is [protected]

                                    Job number - J[protected] J40015228 Issue: Laptop doesn't power on. J[protected] - Laptop stops working with the same problem in just above 3 weeks. J40015228 - Laptop stops working with the same problem in just within 3 weeks. So its very much evident that this is a faulty piece which keeps going bad with the same problem over and over again in spite of Sony keeping it with itself for more than 9 weeks for the above mentioned jobs. Clearly if you are keeping a new laptop at the service center for 9+ weeks within 6 months of purchase, and it still pops up the same issue then I do have every right on earth to get this piece replaced. So, please let me know when and how this laptop would be replaced. I have spoken to Sony care (ID[protected] and the customer service personnel has requested me to drop a mail. At Sony care, no one heeds to revert back in any form how much so ever you call them, write to them.

                                      Hi I am sankari kannan from bangalore and have purchased Sony VAIO Laptop E Series VPCEA22EN since last 3-4 years I am having issue with over heating of the fan within 10 minutes of laptop log in I checked with the sony dealer from whom i purchased. He said this is becoming common in this series and model and we have to live with it. As a consumer. why should i bear the brunt of a bad design of Sony company and defective product after paying 40k INR for this laptop. You shoudl have recalled such defective laptop the mometn you know there is a known issue Even defective cars are recalled by the Automobile manufacturers. why not laptops. After putting my hard earned money into your laptop after trusting your brand, i get such defective laptop. not only me, you have cheated so many other customers who bought this model from you What is the answer to my grievance. am i supposed to shut off the laptop after 10 minutes just because of your design issue /faulty fan I want some answer to my grievance here.                                         Hello, I have purchased a Sony Xperia C ( C2305) Mobile on 12th Jan 2014 from Sangeetha Showroom located at Kormangala and when using the mobile found that the cell phone had the defect in camera clarity when I compared with other Sony Xperia C. I visited the Sangeetha showroom on 18th Jan (7PM Evening) and was directed to the Vigneshwar Services ( authorized sony service center) located at #659, Ground Floor, 17th D Main, OPP to kormangala club, 6th Block, Bangalore- 650095. I had went to the Vigneshwar service center on 20th Jan 2014 and raised the ticket for the defect as concerned person in the center updated the mobile software whereas it still did not resolve the issue of the camera after my review. Per the concerned person they would be doing the repairing and return the mobile, whereas on asking the center to replace the mobile as the issue had not solved even on the software update, Mr. Ravi Kumar as Service Manager (Vigneshwar service) said that it cannot be replaced as it had crossed 7 days from the date of purchase. I would completely disagree to this as my date of purchase was 12th Jan 2014 and I had gone to the Sangeetha Showroom on 18th Jan wherein I had still had not completed my 7 days of purchase and went to Vigneshwar Services on 20th Jan 2014 the Monday considering 19th Jan 2014 was Sunday and the center was closed which can also be seen in the below screen capture from google which clearly states that Vigneshwar Services is closed on Sunday so how can my 7th day be Sunday. Also as per the policies of Sony and below link I can see that the policies of return are 7 working days which would remove 19th Jan being Sunday and 14th Jan being a public holiday on occasion of Makar Sakranti / Id-E-Milad which also ben seen in the screen captures below.
