Dear Concern My sony mobile set is not working properly it has been last 10 days its giving me problem nd i have purchased it 3 months ago. i have purchased Sony Xperia SP nd it has been a pathetic experince to buy a sony product. very dissapointed experince. my complaint is that whenever i insert my sim my phone gets switched off and it only gets switched on when i put it on charging. again as i remove it from charging my mobile gets switched off. i went to your sony service center they took 3 days to repair it but again after repairing same problem is coming. i am really pissed of with ur sony company as well as with ur sony product. i dont knw if my product dosnt get repaired this time properly with full satisfaction i will publish this thing in newspaper telling that u r making people fool. Do u people really have any idea how poor experince u r giving it to your people by selling such pathetic products. and i have already requested at ur service center to plss repaire my mobile with full satisfaction but no i am getting a very poor response. i am not requesting u anymore now this time if i dont get my handset pblm repaired i will throw ur set nd take my money back from u.

    I have given my Music System Model No.MHC-GR-555, S.No.508820 on 2/11/2013 to Sony Service Center, Yadav Colony Jabalpur(M.P) for repairing of a problem "While playing FM volume was very low and wasn't increasing by any means however there was no noise disturbance. While using CD player volume had no problem it worked properly". On 15th November I received a call from your service center that your problem cannt be rectified and you can take your system back. Because of my preoccupied assignments I couldn't verify my music system for it's original status while on receiving on 26th November 2013. Later on when I used CD player it wasn't working. Then I showed my system to your another service center at MP Nagar Bhopal (Job No. J[protected]. It was reported by your Bhopal service center that CD lens is not working and radio tuner is faulty .The tuner coils were broken by your Jabalpur service center technicians. Though CD player has been rectified by your Bhopal Service center and tuner could not be rectified due to non availability of the part. By explaining the above story I want to lodge a serious complaint against Sony Service center Jabalpur that they have untrained technicians and they destroyed my music system. You are requested to take a serious action against Jabalpur service center so that no other customer be cheated by them in future.

      I have purchased above mentioned LED TV from Shree Vishnu Sales, showroom No.1+2 S.No.120A+B, Opp. P.L.Deshpande Garden, Sinhgad Road Parvati, Pune-411030, on 4th Jan-2014. After installation it has been found that there are scratches on the screen from inside. I complained about this to Shree Vishnu Sales & requested to send technician to resolve the problem. Shree Vishnu Sales agreed to send technician immediately. However, thereafter, repeated requests, no technician is sent yet by Shree Vishnu Sales. I strongly doubt that faulty TV is supplied to me, and hence I request to look into this subject & resolve the problem.
      I agree. I bought a TV from the same shop and they sent a used piece which was kept on display, repacked in the box. Also some of the accessories and screws were missing from the box. They are cheaters!

        I was living in Singapore in 2012. When I was in Singapore I bought a Sony LED 46" 3D TV (KDL 46 EX 720) from Harvey Normal Electronics shop during April 2012. I am enclosing herewith the invoice for the same. I subsequently returned to India along with the TV. The Sony LED 46" 3D TV started giving problems with in one year o[censored]se. I had reached out to the Sony Authorized service center Abhivrudhi Tech in Bangalore and I was informed that the issue was with the display panel. I was informed that since the TV was not covered under warranty I had to pay approximately Rs. 41000 to replace the panel. I paid Rs. 20, 000 as advance to replace the display panel, I am enclosing herewith the receipt for same. I waited for more than 3 weeks for display panel. Last Friday I was informed that the display panel is not available and Sony India has informed that as an alternate arrangement and I can avail 25% discount on purchase of any new TV and I need to return the defective TV. I am a loyal Sony customer and using Sony products all these days and this is first time I am facing issue. I am more concerned that the replacement spare part is not available with in 1.5 years of purchase. More over offering 25% discount is also very less as all dealers are offering more than 15% rebate in terms of gifts and other means on the MRP. I am really put to inconvenience by purchasing a TV from Sony. In view of above, kindly look in to above and suggest what best you can do for a loyal customer for no fault of mine. Await to hear from you.

          Dear Team, I have deposited my PS3 500 GB Serial no 5675640 (this is under warranty) to your AP Networks Services service center on 31st Dec 2013. After 15 odd days they still do not have the status of my PS3. Hence I called your Sony Contact center at [protected] on 15 Jan even your contact center people did not have the status report hence they promised me a call back within 48 hours. Today once the 48 hours have passed I did not got any call back and when I called your contact center they are still clueless about the status. Now again they are saying they will come back to me on the status. Can you please suggest where should I go with my complaint.

            Hello,

            I’ve registered a complaint on 16th December 2013. Complain Rf No.17059954 regarding my sony LED model no KDL40EX520
            Again I’ve informed the issue by mail on 23rd December 2013.
            And I’ve escalated the issue to ‘Sony   Service head’ on 25th December 2013.
            It’s almost 30 days; still I’m suffering with the vertical line and
            ghost picture (Oil paint type picture).

            I ‘want to inform you that I’ve already paid RS. 225/-as service charge

            But Sony asking to pay Panel cost which cost RS.22000/-, I want to inform you again I’m not going to pay for this. I’m claiming the replacement of the TV or the replacement of the panel free of cost.

            But for this case for which they are using the word ‘Natural Failure’ I’m not going to compromise with Sony.

            Even I’ve installed the LED by Sony technician only. And between 2 to 3 years of purchase how a good quality product, which cost RS 75000/-,  does faces this type of natural failure.  

            I’ve checked with different forums, a lot of customers are facing the same issue with this LED model only. And Sony also admitted their configuration defect about this.

            As it’s almost one month, the complaint had been registered. I’m requesting you to replace the TV or the panel   free of cost as early as possible. Since one month I’m bearing with this type of bad picture.

            I’m not going to pay for this type of configuration fault for which Sony is solely responsible.

            Please arrange to replace the TV or the panel free of cost as soon as possible, otherwise I’ll be bound to register complain to The Consumer Court.

            Please process my request as early as possible and revert.

              I have purchased Sony WT19i android phone on july2012 and in 16 months, the mobile phone is dead completely when I kept it like a baby carefully which still looks like show room piece. The phone just got switched off automatically after finishing a call and never switched on, went to various service station as mentioned in their website but many Sony service station rejected stating they don't service mobiles and finally found one of their service station in tambaram, Chennai. They had suggested me to buy new mobile stating the heart of the mobile is dead i mean the board which May cost you 75% of the mobile cost to replace It. This is completely ridiculous that the mobile dint work even for 2 years after spending this much money trusting the Sony brand which failed it's customer and their expectations for the money spent.

Recently i gave my xperia neo L phone to jamshedpur service center on 30th Dec 2013 as there was a charging issue. they even said if further the issue isn't solved they will replace it with latest Xperia L. After 6 days they called me up but when i reached the problem remained same they haven't done anything. now its 14 days and i called them they have the same answer the part have not came yet. How is it possible that a service center had no parts with them. I am a professional photographer and i am dead without my phone. Please look forward to my issue and solve it as soon as possible. its a request from a blind fan of sony products. Hope to get a reply from sony soon enough and solve my problem.                   I bought a Sony Bravia KDL40 EX520 TV on Nov 2011, 26 month back relying on the brand and the quality. But now i am getting a vertical line at the middle of the TV which breaks the picture. I registered a complaint (No[protected] at Sony service centre and Technician visited after a week. He said that the Panel needs to be replaced which would cost 22K INR overall as the one year warranty is complete. I never heard or experienced any product that will have failure on the core part of the product within 3Years and will charge back the customer almost 30% of the product cost. Will Sony quality policy agree for a car Engine to catch fire on 37th Month after the warranty is over and charge the customer 30% of the car cost?
                  Being a Middle class family i can afford to spend max of 5 to 10% for maintaining such a branded product that too after 3 Years. But this is riduculous, Hope Sony changed its business model to generate the money thru these kind of issues. Poor Quality, Poor Ethics, Poor customer handling are the values of Sony.
                  I even do not have confidence to replace the panel and afraid how long it can survive as there is no extended warranty as well, See how confident is sony on their product???

                  I am ready to pay 22K if Sony agrees to replace the TV itself with necessary warranty. But Paying 22K for just replacing the panel just for a year is not acceptable.

                  I am posting this to alert everyone and Sony should take care of its customers like 10 years back.

                    its been only few days i bought a new sony xperia L . after two monthys flash light stopped working on my ph0one. i have taken to the nearest service centre in Gurgaon sector-14. its been solved in a week. once again the same problem occured with my bphone . its very embarrassing for me to go to service centre every now then. this time i would surely complaint to consumer forum directly against sony smartphones, .

                      I bought SONY VAIO Laptop Model no- SVE15126CNW, Serial no- 7006897. on[protected]. after 14 days, [protected] my VAIO laptop LCD got green vertical line on left side of screen top to bottom..service centre told i[censored] not replace the LCD aftre month your LCD become Worst... so i agree and they replace the LCD. [protected] Again..i have got problem power buton on but display not open, then i have given my SONY VAIO laptop to Sony Service center 4A Elgin Road, they check the laptop and told me that your HARD DISK or MOTHER BOARD is not working, So i told the Service center that i have to replace this Sony Vaio Laptop..and want new laptop same model but they not agree and told me that your laptop is new, After 10 days they replace the HARD DISK or MOTHER BOARD, then i came home and check the laptop now my right side SPEAKER is not working next day again i given my laptop to sony care ... now i have told them after 1 and half month my vaio Warranty expire, they told me you make Extended Warranty for 2 years, next time if any proplem came we solve the problem free of cost...what free of cost i have given money Rs.2490 for Extended Warranty for 2 yrs...they dont replace my laptop. [protected] Again worst problem my VAIO LCD got many green, red, blue, yellow vertical line on left side of screen top to bottom.. now this is worst ..sony service center told me that your LCD is not replace, you have pay the amount for new LCD Rs.10, 000...whta the helll...when i'am told them i have to replace this laptop and want new laptop they told me this not possible..you have to pay the amount for new lcd..it means they make me fool..to make Extended warranty...

                        hi, i am using sony xperia miro ST23i. i really got bad experience while using browsing internet, making calls, and playing games. 1. getting too hot while speaking or using mobile 2. always hanging while making calls and opening contacts 3. suddenly getting off and on without touch my phone 4. speaker volume also not much 5. very high service cost 6. camara is good but all the process are hanging. but more than 150 mb is empty in my phone. i don't have further idea to buy new mobile in sony. really its very bad experience with sony. i was using nokia 5230 smartphone. that was so nice to use. but i brought this for android and goodname to sony in market. i planned to sell my sony mobile. i am not abusing sony. its my experience by this mobile. my money totaly wasted by this mobile.

                          Hi, My kid brother purchased a Sony Phone on 27-Nov-2013 from Bareily. The Phone is Sony Xperia L that costs Rs 16, 100/-. After purchasing he has noticed that if he tries to save anything on the memory card its not getting saved. For that we have replaced numerous memory card but the issue is not fixed. So we visited the Sony Service Center in Bareily and the technician their replaced the Motherboard of the phone on[protected]with in 15 days of purchase), but the worst part is that the issue was not fixed. We visited the service center and they said that this feature is not available in this phone. They suggested us that this feature is available in Sony Xperia C. So for that they require Rs 4500/- as a difference in the price of the two phones. We have paid that on[protected] and we have been promised that we will get that new phone by 6th of Jan. But as expected we visited the service center again and they are saying that it might take 7-8 days more to get the new phone. The complaint details are mentioned below: Model no.- Sony 2104 IMEI NO.- [protected] JOB NO.- W[protected] Ticket ID- [protected] Is it what we expect from a Brand like Sony?? I want the refund now but the Sony People denied for that. I hardly used trhat phone for 6 days since the time of purchase that phone is in the service center. Kindly suggest.                             I purchased this mobile from Mobile Store, Powai on in March 2011, .
                            In one-two months started facing battery charging and discharge issues. Problem getting worst, I showed it to service center in Ghatkopar. Saying socket broken issue, they kept mobile phone for repair without warranty. Also they took some Rs300-400 from me. Now its been more than 3 years, I haven't got my mobile phone.

                            I have called service center hundred of times when I was in mumbai ( I am in pune for last 1 yr) . Always get same reply they will definitely call back with status but never call back.

                            Please help me with this. I cant even get my own mobile back in same condition.

                              I m an user of sony Xperia M dual..I find it utterly ridiculous that this great gadget is reduced to just a showpiece due to just 2 GB internal storage..being an android phone it is impossible to move the inbuilt apps to sd card without rooting it...since all the new app installation automatically goes to internal memory the sd card behaves just as a pendrive for wallpapers and videos and some .apk files which when installed get installed into phone memory...so basically the user is unable to utilize this phone to its full potential, ..which is a shame because this phone can handle excellent graphics and hell..its a Playstation certified phone so we want toplay some heavy duty games which again are very much possible with this phone..So as a fan of sony products and android buff I would like the Sony authorities to take notice of this problem and atleast come up with a firmware update that will allow users to move data and apps from phone memory to the sd card.

                                Hi I purchased a Sony LED 3d 46" on Diwali ie 3rd Nov 2013. The dealer GEC 22 (Gupta Electric Co sector 22) promised us with four 3d glasses and a headphone as complimentary gifts. However when today we opened the box for installation in front of Sony Engineer we didn't found even a single pair of glasses. When I called dealer for the same he said that you will have to purchase the glasses. When I called Sony customer care they told me that two glasses are complimentary from Sony and asked me to write an email to sonycare.[protected]@ap.sony.in which I did on Saturday and I did not get any response till now. . This is our fourth Sony TV, Please check with the dealer and provide me with at least two glasses to enhance my faith in Sony care. I am attaching the copy of the invoice.                                   Log Information[protected], Name Ravi Kant Cont No [protected] Horrible experience with Sony repair center in Pune. It seems that Sony has not only reduced the quality of their products but also has reduced the quality of after sale services. The problem started when I got the hard disk failure error message and one of the corners of the laptop has loosens its grip (looks like as if some screw lost its grip. I took the laptop to Sony repair center, from where my terrific journey started. The quality of the staff is such a horrible that they haven’t even noted down my name correctly and could not able to rectify it even after rectifying them several time that the name is not written correctly, forget about the services. I took the laptop to Sony center on 30th Dec morning and I was told that the price of the hard disk replacement is around INR 10, 000 but they will give the full estimate before End of the day over a call, but since I haven’t got any call from them, I myself called them round 5:30pm to check the status and then I came to know that they haven’t looked at it at all. I asked them to priorities and let me know the status before End of the Day. Fortunately in evening they called but my bad luck was that instead of calling me they called my friend (as I have given my friend number as a secondary number) and told him that the estimated cost increased to around INR 15000 as the internal hard disk needs to import from Singapore. Next day Morning 31th Dec when I came to now this from my friend, I have given the call to Sony center guys but without given any reason they told me that they will be re-arranging the call back but here again they did bluff and instead of calling me they called my friend. When I came to know this from my friend, I have again given them the call and try to have clarity or their justification on the increased charges but they didn’t give any satisfactory answer. Finally when I gave up in front of their stupid reasoning, I asked them for repairing the laptop but here even much bigger shock was waiting for me. I was told that their system is not working so then cannot start working on it. My Question is why the hell they have opened their office if they system are not working, to make people fool? Much bigger surprise when I inquired the same thing from another Sony service center in the same city, I was told that it will cost me around INR 7000. Can someone tell me how come Sony centers in the same city have this much of price difference INR 3000? Just now I called then and told me that they are getting the hard disk from Dehli and they will repair it by Monday and it may extend. My question, If sony have turn around time 3 days, why they are taking 7 days in this case and charging around INR 15000

                                    I purchased Xperia Z six months back. It slipped from my hands and droped on floor...Front touch screen got broken. Since it was still in warranty period i visited the showroom but got no response for replacing the mobile. They say it is gorilla glass but broke for simple thing but covers no respose from the customer support. Its stilll in warranty period i dont have options to fix that. This is Sony, Brand that rules the world. Shame of them. I never expected this kind of a response from them.

                                    They say it is not covered under warranty and even I have to pay 50% of the amount of present market price for replacing the mobile.

                                      Hi, I am sick of the service I got from SONY for my new handset - Bought a Xperia C 2305 on 8th Dec (5 pm) - Found the product is defective and returned the same to the store on 8th Dec (7 pm) - The phone was replaced on 19th Dec - Replacement phone received had a defective LCD and again went for service on 20th Dec - Again received a replacement set on 28th Dec The price of the phone is reduced by Rs 2000/- since I bought the phone on 8th and the final phone received on 28th. It is as if I have bought the phone on 28th. This is already agreed by your regional head Pinaki Moitra. I need to understand based on what right, SONY sold me a defective product and I had to wait for 20 days to get the final product. Also why SONY should not refund me the difference in price Rs. 2000/- as the price is reduced since I purchased and received the final defect free product. Why SONY should not re-imburse me for the commute expense for 6 times I had to visit the service centres for the defective product sold by SONY Why SONY should not give me the interest @ rate of current FD rate as they cheated me with defective product and kept the money for 20 days without giving the product I purchased for.

                                      Here are the details. I think I am wasting time with SONY. Quality of SONY products has gone down dramatically. Please arrange for 100% refund + Service Centre commute expenses (6 times) + Replacement of Screenguards

                                      I am sick of XPERIA C2305 product I have

                                      - The last phone (after 3rd replacement received on 27th Dec) suddenly stopped yesterday evening and could not start. Only going to SONY screen
                                      - I connected to companion, it was not able to detect
                                      - Finally somehow it got detected and asked me to fix the problem through companion. Which totally wiped everything in the phone.

                                      The back cover started deforming (after using for ONLY 10 DAYS) . I am attaching the pictures.

                                      I need a complete refund with all the compensation and don't want a 4th replacement again.

                                      Sequence of events

                                      8th Dec - Purchased phone and realized defective in 1 hour and returned to the shop same day
                                      19th Dec - Got the replacement phone after 11 days. Phone was defective with bright pixels
                                      20th Dec - Send the phone to service centre back for replacement
                                      27th Dec - Phone received
                                      9th Jan - Phone switched off and could not restart. I had to completely restore through companion Loosing all the data.
                                      10th Jan - I logged a complaint for unacceptable product. and also the back cover has started deforming in about just 10 days of normal usage.
                                      THIS PHONE IS PRONE TO LIQUID DAMAGE, FOR WHICH YOU GUYS DON'T GIVE ANY WARRENTY AS PER YOUR POLICY

                                        Hello sir, I have purchased on Sony led with model number –ADL26EX550IN5 and serial number 3296843. I have purchased this on 28 December 2012. Few months back my picture tube got damage and I have complained to service center numerous times to repair it and I have already submitted my led to service center as well. My complain number are 01600057 dated 15 October 2013, and another complain number is[protected] dated 21 November 2013. I have been given promise from last 3 months that my picture tube will be easily changed and now from one month they are saying that this picture tube is not available so they cannot repair and I need to purchase a new Sony led and they can only give the discount. My concern is that I have purchased this even not one year back and as per service license you need to give support for minimum of 3 years. Why I will go for new purchase when my led can be fixed by spending small amount for picture tube. I request you that kindly look into this on priority .
