Hello,

This is Anjali Nale, I bought Sony Ericssion T-700 model in Sep-2010.
But I am facing lots of with this product, Problems are like-
1- Display problem
2- Battery Drain out faster
3- cell getting Swithch off while talking
4- Memory Card not detecting now

And many more problem like this.

For this Problems i had submitted my cellphone to custmer care thrice in last whole year bt still facing same problem.

Sony ericssion custmer care is very bad.
Not treating their custmer properly.
I want replacement for this cell or you make it problem free.

am not getting respond from sony erricsson offic near my locaion.. my model t700 display got broked... one mounth passed still no action has been aken

    We purchased above-said silicon-electrical geyser which is used to heat water instead of traditional boilers.

    came to our home in 9th main srinivasanagar and sold 3 pcs of above-mentioned silicon geysers.
    after that , it is not working properly. they promised to change the instrument. But, I have tried calling them 30-40 times in couple of weeks ... only to hear that they will come... There is no action taken by them in this regard. Nobody frm their company turned up .. not even a call in response frm them.
    they have sold each geyser for INR 3000 ( Three thousand rupees)
    with a 8 yrs Guarantee and with free regular service to the instrument from their company.
    It looks like they are bunch of cheaters with the intention to loot innocent customers ... giving them some scrap machines which are of No use !!!! (defective ones which are not working frm the beginning)
    they dont even respond properly .
    I request you to give us justice and solve this issue as soon as possible

    some people came telling that KEB had given subsidi to this area today, as there is power problem everywere...
    so we ALL were eager that if we purchase any of product from the company we will get SUBCEDY of Rs 800/-
    so we were happy, AND PURCHASED THE PRODUCTS, before that they will do so much of dramas in front of people...
    make to belive every one all gather people will belive & they tell that pay advance of 1500/- today!!! tomorrow we will come and give the product... also they will tell if you dont like, amount will be refunded !!!
    but till today either we dint get the product or the money... we lost 3000/- !!!

    there is no such things in this company... they are fooling all public, so nicly...

    so many people who sit in house, are getting cheeted!!!
    so my request is that i lost my money ... i need judgment!!!.

    also i request to Public not to take any products from this company... & dont belive people coming & telling all stories!!!

    Now its not working and they are not giving any service they keep telling tomorrow and that tomorrow will not come i guess.Then i personally went to the company office and gave the geiser for repair still they are telling two days we will give you..


    i request to Public not to take any products from this company... & dont belive people coming & telling all stories!!!

      I bought a Sony EX-720 3D 32 inch LED from Snehanjali retail shop. on the day of purchase i asked can i get normal channel in 3D, they said arround 60-70% you can get 3D view, they gave me 3D demo on LG, but now on home i am not that kind of 3D view, not around 10%. now they are telling me that you have purchase blue ray disc if you want to see that 3D view, which i saw on the day of Demo on LG. i was totally misguided from snehanjali, i am get 3D view on my LED, manager of snehajali told me, that now we can't do nothing.

      I explain them that nobody told me about this disc player condition now you telling me that you have to purchase that. its totally unfair. Its a hidden condition that you people putting on me after purchase.
      Now my problem is that, i have 3D tv, i have 3D glass, but i have no 3D view. I have been cheated. They told me something, i got something else.

      on the other hand i requested sony to give me 3D Demo, atlest you people show me that, the LED i purchase is in reality is a 3D tv or not, but from last 10 days there is no response from them. pls sugggest me what should i do now.

      Back to square one. no body is doing nothing against my complaint. sony's executives make everyday commitments to resolve my problem, but actual they are wasting my time. sony told me to go snehanjali showroom, to make them understand. and snehanjali just keep telling me to asks sony to do something for you. and now i do call almost everyday to sony, and they just keep telling me to go snehanjali. i am getting frustrated now. really does't know what to do.

        I purchased a new Sony Ericsson SK17i set from mobile store , Metropolitan Shopping Mall on 21st August 2011. At home we tried a outstation SIM which worked temporarily. Following day we applied for a Vodafone connection which we got activated on Thursday. On inserting the SIM we found that SIM is not readable by the phone. We thought that might be a SIM issue and lodged complaint with vodaphone customer care. Vodafone reverted that the SIM is working properly as per connection status.
        In view to resolve the issue we went to Mobile store on saturday 27th August 2011 which didnot show much interest to help and informed that after 48 hrs they have no liability and thats written on the bill. We checked the bill and didnot found any mention however to resolve we went to Sony Ericsson Exclusive Sony Ericsson Certified Service Centre at Shiv narayan Complex, MG Road , Gurgaon where centre manager response gave me a shock by his harsh and rude behaviour. He told that even if phone is only 7 days old the resposibility of Sony Ericsson is over. I told him that phone has not even used once but he didnot agree. After lots of heated arguements he consulted his office and told me that since SIM slot pin is damage he would take coys advise for the same and would inform by evening.
        I am placing this mail for records for my expected consumer court case.
        It is a shocker that brands like Sony Ericssion service is at such a low level that I fear to puchase any product manufactured by them in future. Imagine what would happen to the phone after few months if it has already shown problems with pin in its very first week.

        Sony Ericsson — new idea to sell

        I have an idea but I do not knw how to sell it, it is very vital to generate more revenue and reduce pullotion, and reduce cost, more healthy for the mobiles and laptops.. Please advise me what to do...

          Bought a Sony SDM E76A TFT LCD Computer in 2008 from a hardware seller 'Computer Plaza' in Mysore. I have a strange problem with that now. The display settings menu pops up automatically even though you haven't asked for. Most annoying thing is, it blinks like a vehicle indicator lights! The Sony service center in Bangalore didn't help. I'm badly looking for a solution for this. If anyone knows, please mail in detail to [protected]@yahoo.com or reach me at [protected]

            Sony Ericsson Zylo W20 — cold response from the service center

            sir,
            This is just to inform you about the negligence of your company towards the service part.i had submitted my phone ,which i bought just 2 months ago,for repairs.they were supposed to give back my phone withhin a week,but even after my repeated visits to the service center they were unable to dispatch my product.
            the only reply given was,"the parts are in transit"


            my workorder no.is SE310RTJ11541.

            I'm afraid if this negligence continues i'll have to move to the CONSUMER FOREM
            FOR HELP.

              i bought my sony vaio laptop around eleven months back. it is the third time i m facing the same problem that hard disk is not being detected, blue screen comes frequently, shutting down problem also occurs. when the laptop did not detect the hard disk after two months of purchase, they formatted the whole thing. Few days back again my laptop did not detect the harddisk again...i called in the customer care of theirs n they asked me to email them for more action. n no such action was taken. i went to the head service center of sony in kolkata...they replaced the hard disk. i brought the laptop back...but the blue screen problem was not solved at all and they had not even checked about it. after a week it again had the shutting down problem and when i went to the center again...they said i should have taken a snap when blue screen came...as a proof. they dont give a very satisfactory service and my laptop is also not working properly.

                I have launched the complain on 17th August 2011.Complain no is 7969406 & as per customer care executive someone visit within 48 hours but today is 20th August 2011 & nobody is attending this positively & they ar calling on daily basis to confirm the address.Is this right way for serviceing??I am from MNC & visit foreign countryes but get lesson from brand company like Sony.I purchased this 32" inches LCD with 100% cash & that time no one told me that our service is very poor.I have also a Sony home theater & seriously i am affrading for such type of service.


                "Jago Grahak Jago"...I need justice as all my family members are waitng for this TV & this is the only option to spend time together.

                    I have bought sony ericsson xperia mobile a week ago..After buying i realised that i have done a mistake the battery life is very bad that if i talk for 30 min battery will be discharged and it is not working properly. I went and asked in the mobile from where i got the mobile, they told some problem in the software and we have to update it.

                    Sony Ericsson Xperia — Issues with handset and service

                    Hi,
                    I purchased an xperia in jan 2009. It developed a fault of the earpiece not working after a while. For the past 2 months the company is trying to resolve one problem, which results in another problem.

                    I had a word with Shalini Sharma, head customer service (as i was told) and she has also stopped responding to my calls.

                    2 months is a long time and i am really disgusted with teh service. I had submitted my phone to janak puri center in dehi and now have no clue on how to resolve it.

                    That seems to be one of the reasons why SE is taking such a beating and all models are flops...

                      mobile sony ericsson w580 i — very poor service during waranty period

                      Sir,
                      I purchased Sony ericsson w580i phone from subhiksha trading services (shingar place complex 6352/11, Nicholson road, ambala cantt ) with one year warranty (bill no 37813 ). But within 2 months i got mobile hanging and certain shut down problem in my mobile. It day by day increased. I submitted my phone to Sony ericsson services station for repairing I got my cell after one month but till problem is there . still my cell is not working properly . Why do we have that and who is responsible for making sure that customers do get the best service atleast during the warranty period, if they face any issue with the product they had bought with their hard earned money ?

                      Only opening many service centers in and around city is the responsibilty of Sony Ericsson management? Who is then responsible for making sure that customers do get best service out of them ? Who has to take initiative to resolve this problem ?



                      Being a Sony Ericsson customer, I need you to address the above concerns as soon as possible.
                      Now I just want to know from Soni Ericsson that what I will do.who will solve my problem ?

                      I have purchased sony ericson w580i on 18-Jul-2008. After three days Some problem occurred automatically in my mobile when i was talking on mobile, after that i was not able to switch on my mobile. During that time i was not in Delhi thats why i submitted my phone to sony ericson service center on 30-Jul-2008. but they denied for replacing my mobile set saying that it could be replace only when i had submitted my mobile set with in one week of purchase. Secondly the memory card provided with my mobile is of not sony according to specification printed on mobile pack. I m facing lots of problem after purchase of sony erricson mobile.

                      I have purchased SONY ERICSSON (W810i) mobile from MOBILE STORE IN MAY 2008. I STILL HAVE WARRANTY OF SIX MONTHS LEFT.
                      I have submitted my cell due to problem in display on 16/10/08 at service station named ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD, TARDEO, MUMBAI.& received on 25/11/08. but it was become "Dead" on 25/11/08 again. so I was submitted it on next day 26/11/08.still I have not getting it. I am so shocked by seeing this type of bad service from company .It is so harmful to companies status in market. Also representatives not responding satisfactory with customers, just like they done with me On telephonic discussion.
                      IN THIS PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS I WAS FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS DUE TO IMPROPER SERVICE.I ALSO GOT LOSS IN MY BUSINESS.
                      Now I think that last time company had not used original parts in phone Because of which cell become dead within two hours after getting it from service station.
                      this is disgusting.
                      so I want prior action from company within two days.

                      SONY ERCISSION W580i — Improper service during warranty period

                      Sir,

                      I have been facing a lot of problems with my sony ericsson w580i handset (IMEI- [protected])since the time i have bought it from lucknow in July,2008.

                      In novemeber, i started facing problem with the handset. Its speaker wasn't working properly. As i am a student of NCR REGION, so i gave my handset to sony ercission service centre in ghaziabad. But after 15 days the same problem persisted inspite of the repair... When i again contacted the same service centre, they refused to accept it.... So i managed it any how.N when I came back to lucknow, i contacted to the stockist from where i have purchased the handset. They adviced me to submit it to sony ercission service centre at Hazratganj,Lucknow on august 12 by workorder no.SE[protected]. But still I haven't recieved myhandset till date. I have already mailed my problem to you,but still I have no good response..

                      This is not a problem with me. My sister had purchase my sony ericsson w910i in the month of october from lucknow, It also had the same speaker problem.. I submitted this handset to sony service centre at hazratganj on 12 august... but they have partially corrected the problem.And they have charged Rs. 900 inspite of being in warranty period...



                      This type of problem from your reputed company was not expected.. Now i m fed up with this problem with your handset & services.

                      If there's no response in a week, i mgoing to file a case in Consumer forum against Your company...

                      August 23rd 2010 is an unforgettable day in my life for being ill treated by your so called customer service executives.
                      To introduce myself, i am Kishore Karri who is a Mariner and in feb 2010, i came to my home for my vacations.
                      I bought Sony Ericsson Mobile T 175 on 19th February 2010 for Rs. 9300.00.
                      The problem started from March that the mobile was automatically switched off and the navigation keys would not work.
                      I took it to the service centre which is at Greams road, chennai. They told me that there's no problem and the mobile was fine for next 15 days. Again, the same problem was pesterin me which made me to visit to the same service centre again, every time i visit them they will take the mobile inside and come back after 20 mins saying there's no problem, the same story repeated again this time too.

                      The same series of incidents was taking place till June and the same prob repeated again in the month of july. This time i lost my patience and i was forced to yell at them asking wats the prob, they said some part has to be replaced, they replaced the same and also the IMEI number too. The mobile was delivered to me on July 27th saying that henceforth no problem would occur.

                      Till august 7th everything was fine, august 8th morning when i woke up i saw my mobile was switched off and went to charge my phone, after 30 mins i tried switching it on but nothing happened, i know wat i have to do next, run to your service centre worst than a dog but i don have enough time for the same because sony ericsson mobile is not only my life, i have other things to do also.

                      August 23rd i visited your service centre, they took the mobile phone inside and came back after 25 mins saying that the mobile is fine, how could it be possible? from aug 8th to till aug 22 i kept in charge daily but the mobile did not switch on, but within 25 mins the mobile got switched off.... u guys appointed a genie or wat?

                      i asked the lady over there to replace my mobile for a new set, she said there is no need for the same, i said i wanted to speak to some one senior then she went inside the genie room and came back saying wait for a minute...but i waited for 10 mins, i asked where is he? she called him again and he came with all attitude and irritation in his face. he started sayin yes, there is a prob in your phone and we cant replace the same. You can take it to whom ever u want and in a local regional language he said u cant do anything.

                      I was shocked to listen to his words and asked his name, he said karthick but i asked his full name, he said its karthikeyan, when i asked his last name, he don have any, when i asked him wats ur dads name? he said thats none of your business and he also told he doesnt have a dad. guess he is so much impressed with mahabaratham to assume himself as KARNA.

                      I tried to escalate it at chennai level but i couldnt find any one nor even a greivance channel to post my complaint. After so many attempts, i was able to find that Mr. Karthick reports to Mr. Hariharan Subramanyam.

                      I would like to take some time from your busy schedule and arrange to replace my mobile and terminate karthick, his boss and the lady who was not ready to give her name from their jobs.

                      If you don wish to do this for your customer, i will have to file a suite against your company, and this will not end up in india alone, i will be flying to london on sept 15th, i can spread this to the senior ops who is sitting at the head quarters with their A and B class shares thinkin everything is working fine.

                      Hi, My i am Ryan Dias from mumbai.Two month ago i got a sony experia x 8 and later my phone speaker stop working.I was really mad so i visted a sony service center at dadar.The excetutive told me that i will get my phone reparied within a month.as i did not had any alternative so left it on them.Three days later i was informed that it wasnt possible because of some error in the system.so plz give a replacement of my phone.
                      I purchase a sony ericson mobile ph from hotspot recently and from first day i got prblm inmy mobile then i get back to store he check the phone n said that ph is okkk but next day i got the same problm and then store man said that go to the service centre. last sat i check with service centre in nehru place. he said there is problm in their verzion he said he changed his verzion and then he said thats fine n ur ph is in prorper wayy and he said if there is any more pblm you get we will repalce this settt.. BUTTTTTTT i still got this problm and the Manager of that service centre said that we will not replace this set... I have prblm that when we attend the ph the ph is cut off and shows that OUT OF MEMORYyy....

                      Plz hepl me.. I recently purchase this and i dont want any sony ericson phhh noww....

                          Sir,
                          i am purchased SE satio this year in jan. but from july it start causing problems i went to service center in chandigarh name Accel Care Center sec-17 and handed over the set to them It was getting switched off automatically or gets hanged specialy using net or connecting it with my pc, after 2-3 days I was unable to switch it on. I submitted my set on 15 july to center I was told it motherboard has been corrupted and needs to be replaced which take 10 days. But when I call them after 10 days they told me to wait for next few days as no motherboard has suplied to them since then its going to be get one month completed when ever I call them they told me the same reason that no motherboard has been supplied from company.I am getting frustated as whenever I the customer care no[protected] it always says network busy. I dont know what to do as it causing lot of trouble.I jus dont understand what kind of service Sony Ericsson is providing to the customer

                            Myself, Surya Prakash Tiwari, since last one year using Sony Ericsson XPERIA Mini Pro 10. When I had newly bought that cell phone by that time internet was working and blue tooth was not working. I have been used 2-3 times internet through my cell phone. I don't know what happened with my cell phone, most of application of this cell phone is not working and even now, I am not able connect my phone to internet. Whenever, I will try to connect the net, then It showed that, "You have to install the Sony Ericsson applications". But where to get these applications and how to install it, I don't know about it.Please do needful.

                            Sony Ericsson — xperia mini pro

                            I purchased a SE xperia mini pro on 26th August and started using on 7th sep due to Sim compatibilty problem. I discovered the problem of battery discharge. I charged it to 95% atnight and in morning it was 5%. This happens when phone was idle. I took it to service centre twice. Firstly they replaced software and then they replaced mother board. Now when problem still persists, they are saying we will again change mother board. If I ask for replacement, they are plainly denying and saying do whatever you want.
                            Can any one suggest what action shall I take and how.
                            I would like to know about my query.

                                I am using Sony Ericsson W20 handset sinc last 6 months. Now handset got display problem. Hence i have given that to service centre on 27-july-2011 at Kuvempunagar, Mysore City. Still i did not get my mobile. Service is too delay. At the same time i dont have any other mobile. I have asked sony ericsson customer care. They are also not ensure me that when i get back that mobile. Hence i am dissatisfied..................

                                    On 30.7.2011, my Sony Television , Model No. KLV 32T400A, Serial No. 1226192 purchased on 20.9.2009 from your authorized dealer M/s Rhythem House, Sector-18, Noida-201301, U.P. developed a problem in sound as well as in feature on the screen. Immediately I wrote a mail to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com on 30.7.2011 & my complaint is registered at no.7873836. Your representative Mr. Dharmendra Kumar, Phone No.[protected] visited the house on 1.8.2011 & told that Mother board of TV has got problem & is required to be replaced at cost of consumer & went with the copy of purchase bill. Waiting for the response from the customer care, I once again submit my complaint on 2.8.2011 at sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com , [protected]@am.sony.com & [protected]@info.sel.sony.com which is registered as complaint no.7893131.
                                    On 3.8.2011, your representative Mr. Jitendra Kumar , phone no. [protected] informed me the estimate of Rs.6500 (Approx) for replacement of mother board in three or four days. He also denied to give me the direct contact no. or email ID of any responsible officer of SONY INDIA .
                                    I have also submitted my complaint to Mr. Vinish Ahuja at customer care no. [protected] on 3.8.2011 at 6.20 P.M. & he ensured me that my complaint shall be shorted out at the earliest but is regretted to inform you that no one has turned up till now and least bother about the difficulty / harassment being faced by me & my family without any fault of mine.
                                    In addition to above, it is also necessary to inform you that Panel of the my TV detailed above has already been replaced by SONY in July 2010 & as TV is a consumer product & generally used for years together i.e. more than 10-15 years but it is very strange to experience that just after one year from previous replacement of Panel, another important component of my TV i.e. Motherboard is requiring replacement. It is not possible to believe that how the two main / major component i.e. Panel & Motherboard of new product of reputed brand like SONY have developed defect & required replacement with in a short span of 11months & 22 months of purchase respectively.
                                    The above incident has created the doubt that either we have been given already defective piece or repaired piece by your dealer. You will appreciate that consumers buy the SONY product believing its quality by default at the higher prices than the other similar product available in the market but now it seems that quality of the SONY is being compromised at the cost of consumer’s faith & cost & if such type of quality problem will be faced by the consumer , Brand value of Sony will be erode drastically.
                                    I am really feeling disturbed & frustrated by the attitude of the SONY INDIA LTD . It seems that company is merely interested in making the profits by selling the substandard products on higher prices & leaving the consumer on the mercy of GOD.
                                    Now I request you, kindly look in to the matter immediately & get the product replaced with the new one keeping the faith alive in the consumers about the quality products of SONY otherwise the consumer /customer will have to think twice or thrice before buying the SONY PRODUCTS.

                                    did you hear anything positive from Sony?

                                    I am facing similar issue where the motherboard has damaged in mere 46 months of purchase. They are asking to replace at the cost of Rs. 12000/- with only 3 months warranty. When asked what could be the reason of motherboard failure, the Sony technician is unable to give me any convincing answer.

                                    He says this could be because of power fluctuation (well we are in Mumbai metro and have never experienced that before - and how about other electronic devices that are running at home- none got damaged); the other reason mentioned is because of moist.

                                    I am planning to take this matter to Sony - want to know your opinion.

                                      Kindly note that i have bought the sony Ericsson Mobile from Poorvika in Chennai, Triplicane branch. the model no: P900. I used the mobile for last couple of months sunddenly the mobile was not working due to touch screen problem, after that i immediately went to sony ericsson service center in Tambaram branch. They checked my mobile and they give the status of mobile software NTF,Software Jig not available, and they told me check with mobile dealer (Poorvika) and also they provide the status of service receipt and i have attached the same for your reference. Again i went to poorvika Triplicane branch (chennai) they sent my mobile to poorvika head office and reply back to me once they got the information from head office their also not rectify the problem and they try to convience to me for 50% baring of the cost but i dont want the 50% baring the cost. because i have still 2months warranty period of mobile service then WHY SHOULD I ACCEPT 50% barring so kindly replacement of mobile other wise rectify the my mobile problem.
