I purchased a Sony LCD TV 32" at sharptronics, venkataramana iyer street, pollachi on last October month but until now I didn't get a demo service and my mobile no also not yet updated.

This is in reference to the servicing of my Sony Digicam Model No # DSC H-10/B [Serial No # 2372853] purchased from E-Zone, Kolkata [A Future group venture] on[protected] [Ref Invoice No# T10/5988] having a warranty period of 3-years from the date of purchase.

No doubt that It is really a good product and very user friendly. But suddenly after using it for approx 18 months I had noticed some small black spots coming on to the LCD screen while operating it. But eventually it disappeared and I had no problem in taking snaps or seeing them or transfer/share in any other format/mode. So I ignored that problem.

As it usually happens that we take out the digicams while going for an outing or for any event/occasion in home. The same happened with me as well. I took the camera out of the case on 5th Sept, 2010 and it was a surprise to me! When I pressed the ‘POWER’ button, the LCD screen was almost 80% black with different colored dots looking like blotted ink spots! I couldn’t see anything through the LCD screen. I was really shocked.

I immediately called up the E-Zone store from where I bought it out and told them about this problem. I was told to contact at the nearest Sony Service Centre. I called up the Sony customer care service in the Toll-Free number and was told about the Kolkata(South) service center details. I have even checked with that tele-representative about what is covered under the‘warranty’. I was clearly told that the LCD screen is covered under that.

Fine, I took my camera to the Sony Service Centre [Manuja Towers, 32 Hazra Road, Kolkata – 700 029] somewhere in the mid of September, 2010. The service-representative there checked the camera through-out and finally came to a conclusion that the ‘LCD screen is broken due to pressure’ and it is not covered under the warranty ! Although there was not even a single scratch observed on the screen neither there was any damage noticed in the entire camera. In its life-time, I have never ever allowed it to fall from even any height! And always kept it in a safe locker and within a good quality carrying case.

When I asked him as how he can conclude that the problem is due to ‘pressure’ and not a manufacturing defect, he was not having any answer. I asked him that if you cannot justify your claim then you should service my camera ! But all my requests yield no result. I came back home with a sheer depression that a company like Sony is servicing its customers like this.

But I have not given up my hopes ! I searched on the net and found one authorized service center of Sony [Neosa Electronics Pvt. Ltd 158 S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 026] in the South Kolkata region. I spoke to them first, told them about the complaint, and confirmed the date of purchase and warranty period. On return I was asked to visit their place with the camera. They checked it out and confirmed me that yes, it will be serviced but I need to give them a Xerox copy of the Invoice (which I was not carrying as I was not told about it). I was happy that my camera will be serviced. The very next day I visited them and submit the Xerox of the invoice. I was really not prepared for the shock that came to me within 5 minutes, someone from that center came to the front desk and told me that they cannot service it and I need to take it to the Sony Service Centre only. I asked them the reason that how-come within a day the entire scenario got changed ! They were faceless but refused to service my camera.

I have always been a Sony-brand –loyal customer starting from my Home Theatre to Handycam to IPOD to PS-2 but never faced such a problem. This sort of service turned people like us away from the Brand.

Even after my repeated requests to both the service centers none could prove me wrong and found where my fault was but at the same time they had refused to serve me. This type of service is really not at all acceptable from a retail giant like SONY.


I am eagerly awaiting your reply and a justified action on this.

We purchased Sony Bravia TV, Model is SONY LED 40ex720.
To our surprise there is no User manual and Gurantee card.requested to send us the gaurntee card and user manual, to our address.
Till date no one responded o us telling sometimes the literature is missed.
With such as an expensive piece how can sony be so neglible. And the dealer did not tell that an extra box is needed to view that 3D movies
Only after delivering the TV at the demo we were told that an 3d box is required to watch 3d TV and the dealer made us visit more than 3 times to collect 3d glasses.

    I purchased Sony Ericsson W100i (Spiro) mobile handset on 01st Nov 2011. Since then it has been to service center for repairs related to frequent hanging/restarting problem, Messages Out of memory problem. Twice critical parts have been replaced. But still the for the fourth time same problem repeated with screen getting blank.

    Reference Work Order No:
    1) SE[protected]; 2) SE[protected]; 3) SE[protected]; 4) SE[protected]

    Several times registered complaint with service center & Online (Ref No SES11B001641 & SES11B001815 / 16 / 17 / 18).

    Demanding for either replacement of Mobile Handset with new one OR Reimbursement of money.

      on 3rd november, i submitted my handset to service centre, sony ericsson w100i today is 30th november, altmost 1 month & still its under repairs.
      from 13th november, i am regularly complaining to SONY ERICSSON, & again & again, they r saying, we ppl will contact u but NONE had contacted me till now.
      this is fourth time my handset has gone to service centre & i want handset replacment....

      WORST COMPANY
      & WORST AFTER SALES SUPPORT....

      Sony Ericsson — faulty product

      i had bought a sony ericsson X10 mini pro u20i on 16th february 2011 for Rs. 13900/- from metro shoppe sony ercisssovaishali nagar jaipurn within two months it had stopped charging and was sent for service which was not ready for at least a month when i recieved the same on 19th May i tried to charge it again and it was not getting charged more than 50 % the battery drained within 30 minutes though it was showing charging but it was not getting charged. Now from today morning it is off and not getting charged. I am frustated with the set and want my money back it is pathetic
      ON DECEMBER 2010, I PURCHASED W100i FROM PUNE.
      WITHIN A YEAR, I HAD TAKEN IT SEVERAL TIMES TO SERVICE CENTRE. IT HAD GOT REPLACED SOFTWARE, MOTHERBOARD, BATTERY & NOW GONE FOR SLIDER & DISPLAY. IF THE SET WAS SO FAULTY, WHY THEY DONT PPL REPLACE MY HANDSET. I CANT EXPECT SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE, QUALITY, & PRODUCT FROM A GLOBALLY RENOWNED ORGANISATION LIKE SONY ERICSSON. TILL NOW, MY SET HAS SPEND MORE THAN 60 DAYS IN SERVICE CENTRE...
      THE SERVICE GUYS (ACCEL CARE CENTRE, PUNE ARE TOO PATHETIC, THEY ARE NON COPERATIVE & ALSO DONT BOTHER TO PICK PHONE. MOSTLY THEIR PHONE IS UNREACHEABLE)
      CURRENTLY WHEN PETROL IS MORE THAN Rs70/L, I HAVE TRAVELED HUNDREDS OS KM ONLY TO RAPAIR MY SET.
      I M REALLY PISSED OFF....
      TO BE SUMMARIZED, I WANT TO GET REPLACED THIS FAULTY HANDSET OR I WANT THE COMPENSATION.

      Today is 25th November & till now i haven't got any call from SONY ERICSSON.
      i submitted my handset on 3rd november.
      workorder no SE[protected]

      Ticket id[protected]given on 13th & i was assured, that some senior official will contact me within 7 working days. but none of them called)

      Ticket id[protected]Given on 21st nov, stated that, within 3 working days, senior management will contact, but again no buddy called)
      complain no was SES11B[protected]st nov)

      lastly i called them on 24th nov 5:10 PM (now they said within 48 hrs senior management will contact & solve ur prob..)

      My only point were
      1) Give my handset ASAP
      2) I want a handset SWAP coz this handset is too faulty, i am sure in future it will again cause prob.

      But SONY people have mentally harassed me, which affected my work also...

      if possible please tell me how i can SUE these ppl.

        I had bought 10 Sony DL DVDs - model number - DPR85R2 from a local shop. The product sticker said - 2 yrs limited warranty by Sony and had provided an email address - Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com for complains and feedback.

        When 2 of the 10 DVDs dint work, I tried to contact the email provided. The first response was to provide a contact number for their Customer Care to call.

        I provided them my personal mobile to them. Person name Jai Prakash Singh calls me up and says the DVDs are covered under "limited warranty" and wont be replaced by Sony. I had to ask him what does "limited warranty" implies. According to definition "limited warranty" means the DVD is not fully replaceable and will not be covered in case there is a physical damage.

        After the first story failed, he came up with another story and asked me if I had the original invoice. When I said I did, he changed his tone and said "Did you buy from a Sony Authorised Dealer". I was surprised to hear that. What does providing warrant has to do with Sony Authorised Dealer when I have a fully paid bill.

        I also couldn't understand if this was the new bully tactic by Sony. They could have very well told me about this within the email. Why did they require my personal phone for having this discussion. Considering the rising cases of MNCs using gundas to do their bidding and the rude tone of the Customer care person I wont be surprised if I get some threatening calls.

        SHAME ON SONY! If they cant provide a proper service, they should clearly mention it on the product rather than asking people for their personal details.

          Dear Sirs,

          Sub: Dis-satisfactory service and action taken from Sony Ericson service center at Malleshwaramam,Numeric Communication Services,Bangalore.
          Ref:Workorder Number: SE311Nu114750 on Nov2,2011.Model Name: W20(Sony zylo)purchased on 23/7/2010

          I had submitted my above handset at the service center mentioned above.My problems reported were 'No text or picture display, earspeaker problem and other data communication problems" , The quoted words are mentioned in the work order. While surrendering the phone, the staff nmember at the counter had informed me that as per the terms and conditions of Sony , first the set would be sent to the office and after getting the estimate of the cost, the set would be repaired. If we did not want to accept the estimate , we can refuse repairing and a charge of Rs.100/-would be charged as handling charges. It would take around three weeks to tell the estimate and repair the set. After three weeks,when I called your service center, she said the estimate ould pay only Rs.1700/- and take the set. Otherwise, let them return the set as I had handed it to them before.was Rs.1700/-(Rupees one thousand seven hundred only)and I asked her to go ahead with the service as I found it a reasonable charge.

          Surprisingly, when I called her to find whether the phone was ready, I was shocked to find that the phone was already repaired and I was asked to cough up Rs.3700/- and that too there was a warranty of only 15 days. I have now called the service center and told them very clearly that I can't pay such a high price and asked them to either reduce the charges to the amount quoted earlier or to return my hand set as it was given to them in the condition when i had submitted it for service .

          Even after repeated calls, they have been dilly-dallying and are unable to settle my issue I havebeen calling them since one week over the matter and they just do not respond properly It has almost been a month since I have given my phone for repair and I am finding it very difficult to manage without my handset.In the job sheet there is a term which states that if the handset is not colllected within 45 days of intimation of repair, the service center has the rights to auction the set.

          I request the higher authority concerned of Sony Ericson, who deal with such a complaint and do justice to my case and take action as early as possible.

            Sir
            I have buy a Sony Ericsson Zylo W20(IMEI [protected]) from SONY CENTER Trivandrum, Kerala, India, on 20/11/2010. They offer 1 year warranty for this phone but with in 7 month the phone is damaged,when sliding no display, from your servicing center they solved the problem. But from 20/11/2011 the new complaints are developed all navigation key is not working,clearing key is not working, phone speaker is also not working. I am not satisfied with this phone. This one is very poor product from Sony Ericsson.Please help me for suitable solution for this product.

                Hi,

                My name is nikesh kumar. This Diwali I thought to have a new cell phones rather than going for

                other companies I preferred Sony Ericsson and bought a New Sony Ericsson Xperia neo V

                (Details: IMEI no: [protected]) on dated 15 Oct 2011.

                Here the story started, next day i found if i put this phone idle it restarted itself, and

                continues till the time i removed the battery and give it some rest.

                I called the service center and got reply to give it to them, i handed over to them in last week

                of oct 2011.
                (details of service center: Aisha Communication, Mountain Plaza, 1st Floor opp. Lumbini Jewel

                Mall, Banjara Hill Road No. 2, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.)

                After one week they given back the mobile set, saying the problem has been resolved. I took it

                to home and very next day i found the same is still happening.

                Again I handed over the mobile set to the same service center as per their request on 1 nov

                2011,and this time they changed the Mother Board of the handheld as per the receipt they have

                given back along with handheld after 1 week.
                Now the Device was same but the
                IMEI shows: [protected] and the work order No # SE311ASH11409.

                the story is not ended here. after one weeks the device started playing Hide & Seek again in the

                same way it did earlier.

                3rd Time I handed over to them on 12 Nov @ same service center.
                They have not given new work order this time the same work order No # SE311ASH11409, continued

                by them instead of giving a new one.

                As per telephonic conversation with them on +91-[protected], the device software has been

                re-installed 3rd time, and after that he asked me to collect it

                I collected it on 23 Nov 2011 (Today). I was so happy to get my New+Old +Refurbished Mobile.
                but @ the same price.

                Its started restarting again. The same problem is still there ,they could not rectify the reason

                behind it.

                Now I wasted my so many hours travelling between service center & my home. wasted so much money

                in travelling also.

                stayed without phone for 1 and the half month :mad:
                I don't want this phone to be repaired anymore. I need a replacement with new same modal (Sony

                Ericsson Xperia neo V).

                then i will submit this old phone because i don't believe on Sony ericsson now.

                Seeking towards your quick and positive reply. I hope you will understand my problem and do the

                needful.

                  I have purchased a Sony Yaio Laptop Model :EB 26 S/O:VPCEB26F4/B
                  S/O: 7001142 Invoice No. 3755 from Sony Digital Store. Ground floor V.A .Kalburgi Square Deshpande Nagar 580029 Ph[protected] In the Name of Mr. Sandeep Mishra. On 12th August 2010 at a cost of Rs 52, 150( Fifty Two thousand One Hundred and Fifty only)
                  A hair line crack appeared on the screen.15th May 2011 It appeared so mild that it did not make much of a difference for me to complain. But as it started becoming Wider it was of concern and after all after paying such a premium price it was time I contacted the show room and was guided to there service Sogo Retail Management (P) Ltd. On 20th June 2011 where they took it and promised to get it done in one week’s time. After subsequent visits I got to know that their attempts for repair had failed and my Laptop was sent to Bangalore on 15 August 2011. then I managed to get hold of a service personals Cell No: [protected] Mr. Karthik in Bangalore who used to give me these reasons.
                  1) We are trying to repair not sure whether LCD or LED. ( After One week)
                  2) Yes now we are sure it is LED. But sorry not in stock. Waiting for screen( After 9 Days)
                  3) Screen has arrived at last but laptop is shuting down on it’s own. ( After Two week)
                  4) Testing is on kindly bare with us. ( After Four Days)
                  5) Chip set has gone we have no clue why. ( After One week)
                  6) Don’t worry we will replace only you will have to bare additional cost. ( After Three Days)
                  7) Kindly SMS address it is ready at last we will dispatch in 24hrs
                  Finally Arrived after one week of dispatch, Mr Prashant Cell [protected] from Hubli brought it home to his surprise no software were loaded so he spent around 5hrs did what best he could. Handed it as quick as he could an left.
                  After I switched it on to use it did not read the CD, did not Recognize Pen Drive and was acting very strange. So the next day I called up Karthik in Bangalore . who told me to hand it over to Mr Prashant in Hubli which I did and my misery continues Both Mr. Karthik in Bangalore and Mr Prashant from Hubli do not take my calls these days. So I am left high and dry. Having no clue as to what has to be done.
                  I never in my wildest dreams or near imagination thought this type of service would be rendered to me by such a World renowned company like SONY.

                  Kindly advice as to what has to be done next File complaint before Consumer Court.?

                    I bought a new Sony Vaio Laptop model VPCEL15EN/B on 12.11.2011 from an authorised dealer in Ludhiana. Today while working on laptop, the screen started to show horizontal white lines. The LED Screen of the Laptop is found to be defective.

                    Sony supplied the Laptop with defective screen and the Laptop had to be taken to service center within 4 days of its purchase.

                    What a shame that a brand like sony cannot live upto the Quality and expectations of customers.

                    Friends, beware do not buy Sony Laptop as the models being offered in market appear to be inferior laptops.

                    Based on the assurance by the lady from your Hazra Service Centre[protected] on 30/09/2013, I had sent my defective laptop to the Hazra Service Centre on October 03, 2013 through Vision Comtech. The log no. is[protected]. Today i.e. October 05, 2013, I did call up your Hazra Service Centre[protected] to know about the status of my laptop and was taken aback to hear from the lady, named Amita, that my laptop would be returned to me after repair after 15 more days. What is baffling is that a Company like Sony is resorting to misleading its customers. I once again retierate that if I dont receive my laptop in proper working condition or a new laptop in place of the defective one by Monday evening i.e. October 07, 2013 then I shall lodge a complaint in the District Consumer Forum on Tuesday i.e. October 08, 2013. I have been losing business oportunities for the last 10 days and Sony needs to compensate me.

                      I had Taken sony Bravia LCD TV model no. KLV-32S550A in Jan 2010 the inwarranty period itself, My TV has gone three time for servicing after that again it has gone for servicing, then again I started facing the problem in TV. they had taken the motherboard of the TV and said the motherboard has the problem after 9 to 10 days later the guy comes back and says mam the motherboard doesn't have problem. we need to take the entire LCD for that another person will come after two days other person comes and takes away my LCD. for 15 days I dont hear anything from the service center Krish electronics , then I try the number mentioned on the bill 40213660 for two days I try but nobody picks up that number afterward I search somehow sony toll free number from internet the number on the bill doesn't work. after two hour conversation on the phone I got the surity that they will get back to me soon but nobody called up from the service centre. This time I tried my luck with internet to get their number I got it via via somehow their number I called up they said the board has the problem which they denied earlier, They even didn't bother to call me in !5 days after that also I said please bring my TV repair it soon They said the will give to me in two days that was on[protected] they had taken my TV on 24/09/210, that mean almost 20 days. They didn't get back untill now I got their call on 14th nov 2010. Saying my TV is repaired. I had to go out of town but my father and my servent were there at home they have my two phone numbers...They said they called me just a week before that means on 7th nov I dont have any of their calls record, even though I said them send the TV the next day till late afternoon I didn't get any call from them when I called them they said madam your TV has gone for checking, then it was too much for me to take besides that The repairing cost they mentioned me in the begining was 6,500Rs and now they said its 8,500 something.

                      They are now ready to send my TV but now I'm done I cant believe Sony can do this Now my trust on their product and teir services is no more, I lived without TV for two month for my father whose only souce for entertainment is TV he couldn't watch, because of their negeligece we suffered so much.

                      I hope u will understand my suffering I want the compansation from Sony TV. for their poor quality product and poor service.

                      I will glad i[censored] look into the matter soon. so that I can be relieved.

                        We bought this Sony Laptop from Laptech solutions sometime in Feb 2010, immediately after we bought the laptop, hard disk crashed hence hard disk was replaced by the Sony service center.
                        Later the sound output was dead, that time again they replaced that part as well.
                        There is a one dot on the LCD screen, it was again there since the time we bought the laptop, service center never gave attention to it as that’s not troubling us.
                        Couple of times the laptop had to visit service center for Bluetooth connectivity issue, which is not resolved till date.
                        Another issue for which service center has checked and tested our laptop for more than 6 month is the audio output through HDMI, this problem is there since the beginning, engineers have visited and attended the laptop many times, they have also changed the mother board but no luck so far. They finally concluded that the issue is there in the laptop itself and can't be fixed. They also told us we are entitled either for replacement of the laptop or the refund however, we have not yet received any positive response from them. We have written to service center as well as sales team in Pune but absolute no response in writing however service center keep buying time from us. Its been more than 6 months we are struggling with this issue and now i need replacement please.

                        Laptop is in warranty as we realised there are issues with the laptop hence we bought the extended warranty till Feb 2013.
                        Sony is a big and expensive brand and hence this kind of product is not acceptable to us.

                          I bought a Sony led TV KDL-46HX925 on 17 oct/2011 paid the amount for the same to the dealer Shyam Enterprises.
                          I then opted for combo offer to get hometheatre system BDV-E980 for which I should get cash discount of Rs 4000/.At that time the model of hometheatre was not available , hence the dealer promised to me to give after Diwali (26 oct/11) Now they are saying that the discount of Rs4000/ will not be given

                            I am George Stephenson from Chennai I bought my Sony Bravia LCD TV Model - KLV-32V300A/E32 on 10th December 2010 now my LCD TV is not working properly the screen has a black patch. So, I contacted Sony a personnel came down to my house and checked the TV on 11th November 2011 and he said the LCD panel must be replaced and he asked me to pay Rs. 10850/- for the screen because I just have the service coupon and I do not have the warranty card and the bill the service personnel also said the TV will stop working after a year if the problem is unattended. So please do something to avail my warranty coverage.

                                I had Purchased Sony Handset W935, from Nigadi suddenly it got a problem of power, handset not able to start, as it was in warranty period i had submitted the handset to nearest service centre of sony ericssion as on (17th September 2011) , the persons their told that your handset is having problem with Mother Board hence Need to submit the same to our service centre hence i agreed for same, after 15 Days i called sony customer care and enquired for same and had case Ids as below
                                [protected] (sec11b000105), they told me that your handset is ready on 13th October 2011 and you can collect same, but the local service centre not even bother to call me, on 4 day i visited service centre and had enquired for the Ready Handset, they handled me the Handset, i checked it before signing the Job Sheet and found same problem was there with handset and was not resolved, i ask the person about the problem and told him to check for same, after some time they gave me reply that still there is problem with Motherboard and need to send the handset to service centre again, it will take 10 more days, i got frusted as i was not having handset to use and was also not happy with the Sony service, today on 08 November i enquired for the handset Sony centre told that your handset is ready and you can collect the same, immediately call "Reliable service centre" (Sony service Centre Chinchawad pune) and had a word for same they told me that we are not able to send your handset as your warranty period is over, (But when i had submitted my Handset it was in warranty period, and as per my knowledge until customer will not collect any repaired device which is handled for repair in warranty period the subject lies in coat of the Service Centre) they even told me that we can’t do anything about your Handset as warranty period is over and you will have to bare charges for this, i called Sony customer care for same, but I am not getting positive response. I am baring very big loss in my daily rooting of life due to this.

                                I believe in consumer court and also believe that I will get proper Justice from you.

                                    I bought a Sony VAIO Laptom ( Model NO. - VPCEA42EG ) in March 2011 from Nehru Place Delhi. I was trying to make Recovery Disk but there was some error so it was not done.

                                    I went to service customer care 308, osian building, behind Paras Cinema, 12 Nehruplace , New Delhi. Meet Mr. Padam but he could not help me out and talk to me rudly, ispite of my word that my Laptop is in warranty period i could not get any help from service centre and i was said i have to pay Rs. 500 for making Recovery Disk and i have to leave my laptop for at least 4 days in service centre.

                                    I want to know that if my laptope is in warranty period and it takes only 2 hours to make Recovery Disk , why i have been harassed... is it the way of service of Sony if it is how long the brand value will be in the market for the product.

                                    Plz help else i would go to consumer court for my complain.

                                      I had purchased a SONY SD-HC 4 GB Memory Card from the Market. My Camera Canon Power A 530 did not recognise Memory Card and error message came " Memory Card Error".
                                      I thought there may be a problem with my Camera or Camera May not be able to support this Memory Card.
                                      I tried to read this Memory Card on my computer through and extension devise ( Card Reader USB Connection"
                                      Here also it stated " error I/O Error.
                                      I submitted Online complaint on the Sony website. After submission of the complaint, I hoped that some one will call up. After waiting for 4 Days, when there was No response, I went to Service Center of SONY on 30.10.2011.
                                      They kept the Card and asked me to come back after 4-5 Days. After 5 days, I again checked up. I was told to come later. I was informed on Phone on 09.11.2011 that I can come and collect.
                                      I went after 45 Minutes of Wait ( Time taken by them to search where the item is lying) I checked the Card on my Camera. Same Memory Card error sign came. The service Center Man inserted that Card in his SONY Camera and It gave remaining memory Picture number. Hoping that it is My camera Compatibility Problem, I came Back. I again Tried to read the card through the Card Reader on my Computer. Again it stated I/O Error. On the same reader my other 256MB Memory Card is reading. I tried to reach Sony Call Center. They stated Again I have to visit SONY Service Center only and they Can not help.
                                      I feel that SONY SDHC Card may be compatible oNLY with SONY Camera's and can not be Used any where else.
                                      I wish to bring this information to the Knowledge of all concerned.

                                        I had paid for and replaced my laptop harddrive with at a Sony centre 3 months back and now it has crashed again. When I returned the laptop to the service centre to replace the hard drive they informed me that the harddrive was not covered under any warranty and told me to contact the customer care service for replacement.But they tacking too much time. I have paid around Rs 6000 for a product that lasted just three months and now Im being told that I will have to pay separately to replace it again. This is ridiculous since if I had purchased the harddrive separately from western digital outlets instead of the sony service centre then It would have come with 3 year warranty. So please see to it that the hard drive is replaced without any addition cost. I have attached the bill of the previous hard drive that they replaced 3 months back.
                                        It seems that the harddrive being sold by the sony center here at bhubaneswar are soon to be defunct products and void of warranty.

                                        I want response from sony service.
                                        I Got the mail from Sony, they agree to replace the HD drive.
                                        i got the mail from sony that will replace the HDD and for this i have to contact the service centre with copy of this mail as reference. i did that 8 days before but i am not getting proper response from sony service centre.it almost more than 20 day's, i submitted my laptop to sony service(detail mention above.)
                                        I BUY A LAPTOP AT SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA, BEFORE 2 MONTHS BUT NOW THIS IS VERRY PROBLEM COMING PLEASE CHECK AND REPLACE ASAP.
