Mobile Handset Hazel (J20i) purchased on 10 Oct 2010. Battery charge use to last for 3 days. Gradually it last for 1 day only. Product is 6months old and is under warranty. Service center says there is liquid damage to the battery hence is not covered under warranty. There is no damage to the hand set physically or otherwise as per them.
