Problem with Mobile Handset
Dear Sir/Madam

In the month of june 6, 2011, i purchase sony ericssonn's mobile phone i.e. Spiro (W100i) and after purchasing the mobile handset I am feeling that I have been cheated. I went to their service centre and they always update the software but the problem is still there. I saw many people there having the same handset with same problem. I have wasted many money by purchasing this handset which i earned by doing lots of hardwork. They are not even ready to compensate/exchange the handset.from the day of purchasing of this mobile i am also facing many problems in my mobile a).hanging problem while watching video to reactive phone should be remove and put battery, b). while to write msgs showing out of memory d) auto-off ... i am very disturbed i am feeling i have been cheated by the company kindly provide me a resolution as soon as possible or else i have to face towards consumer court.

I like to advice you all that never purchase mobile of SONY ERICSSON in future.
Sony Ericsson's service center is worst service center other than any mobile service center.
I have also purchase Sony W100i phone on 6 March, 2011. This phone function very slowly because it's RAM is very low.
Now such a days come after 8 month i m not getting single Rupee for this phone & SONY ERICSSON customer care not even listen my problems.
Phone suddenly switch OFF & than ON . after every 2-3 Massage sent it shows 'Out of Memory'.(Then i have to Switch off & on the phone to send more MSG)

NEVER PUCHASE SONY ERICSSON PHONE FRIENDS.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to draw your attention towards the heights of frustration that I am facing due to My defective piece of Sony vaio Laptop.My laptop has already cost me more than 9000 Rs and it still demands Rs 18000 for proper functioning.
    I purchased my Laptop Model Sony Vaio VGN FZ35GN on June 15 ,2008, serial number 7000320 and my problem started soon after the warranty expired.
    Just after 1 year the battery stopped giving backup for more than 5 minutes ,I managed to get over it .After this the DVD Drive stopped working.I called the service center regarding this and they responded me that Sony does not repair the parts and these parts will only be replaced.
    Over the phone I was given an approximation of about 10K-12K. Since these two problems were of not so significance I didn't bother to spend so much of money I adapted myself to use permanent power source and bought an external hard-disk instead to save my data on it rather than on DVDs.The real problem was yet to come..
    On May last week 2010, suddenly my laptop stopped working i could only see the orange power indicator glowing ,other than that nothing was working .I was in Kanpur during that time so went to the Sony authorized service center for the repair .To my relief i wasn't charged any thing for this
    as they told me that the problem was due to faulty NVIDIA GPU and sony has extend the warranty to 3 years if the problem is due to NVIDIA GPU(http://www.sony-asia.com/support/subtype/notifications/336580).So my laptop was repaired free of cost.

    As I told this was just the beginning of my problems with my laptop.I faced the same situation in February 2011,My laptop suddenly stopped working and the culprit was again the same NVIDIA GPU,but unluckily this time I was in Bangalore and the service center guys refused to repair it for free of cost as they told that this warranty is only limited to junk display, please mark their words here.They quoted me 17000 Rs here for the replacement of the motherboard as again Sony can't just change the GPU only .I think the people sitting on the streets of SP Road in bangalore are far better skilled than the people in Sony Vaio Service Center crew as they can do chip level repairing and they even don't charge 1000 Rs to just replace any part which takes no more than half hour in the worst case.Its a very bad example of making money by looting the customer.
    Mentioning back to the Sony notification in the above link I will say what ever is written in the notification is in a generalized form rather than the specific problem.If you visit the google and search for "NVIDIA GT 8400M" which is my laptop's GPU unit you will get many result showing the different kinds of problems being faced by the people due to this same piece of hardware present in Sony Vaio laptop.Again if it was just the junk display that was covered under warranty then I would like to ask if the people who serviced my laptop for the first time for the same problem were a fool or they paid out of their own pocket.Finally I paid the service center an inspection amount of Rs 276 and looked for the other options and I got it repaired from the 3rd party who charged me 4000 Rs for the new GPU unit including all the service and provided a warranty of 6 months unlike Sony which provides warranty only for 1 month.

    March passed peacefully and somehow I tried to come-over the loss of 4000 Rs but this was not the end .On April 12 ,2011 my Display became dull.This time it was not the GPU but the LCD inverter.It was diagnosed by Sony service Center where I gave my laptop on April 14,2011 and collected back on April 23, 2011 with an estimate of 4932 Rs. I was not in a position to spend this much amount again so I collected back my laptop after paying an inspection amount of 276 Rs.
    After collecting my laptop I did some research by myself and found that my Laptop uses Inverter board of " Murata TW9394V-0 MPV5K003 LCD Inverter".The cost of this part in spare shop is Rs 950 but unluckily this was out of stock in the few shops that i tried .I don't have the spare time to search whole Bangalore .After a hectic job schedule I get time only on Saturday and Sunday and most of the shops are closed on Sunday that leaves me with only one day to search the market.To avoid the problems I gave my Laptop to the service center.got it repaired on May 23,2011 and paid the quoted amount (Job number[protected], Service Invoice number[protected].

    Till this time I have already spend an amount of (276+276+4932+[protected] Rs .needless to say i have lost my much valuable time in this process and my work has been affected seriously.
    On the very day I got my inverter board repaired at Sony service center I could see my screen flickering time to time, which I didn't noticed while I collected my laptop.I thought of taking it back to the Sony service center on weekend but only two days passed and my screen again went dull.The same problem as before .This time Sony service center inspected it and came out with a result that my LCD is defective and gave me an estimate of RS 17894 (Job Number[protected],Estimation number[protected].

    Now I feel that it was better to purchase an new laptop rather than spending any amount on this crap piece provided by Sony.
    This total process that is harassing me since February has cos me precious money and time.I am an employed person who has to work after hours to make a living.As my clients are mostly US based I have to attend net-meeting with them mostly around 9 PM on week days which I prefer to do from home as it is a regular routine .But this failure of my Laptop so often compelled me to stay late in office to attend the net-meetings.I can say that I have been psychologically harassed by Sony .

    To summarize my points

    1.At the first place Sony sells a laptop to the customer which is pron to be defective.
    2.It was in the knowledge of Sony that the Nvidia GPU that they were using were defective and even then they released the system in the market without proper testing.
    3.The prices fixed on spare parts by Sony are too high and even does not contain any warranty .Just one month on new part is negligible.
    4.The service charge set by Sony just for replacing the parts are too high.(Eg.. If I want to replace my RAM or hard-disk I need to just open a screw in the bottom and this process will take no more than 5 minutes.Sony charges 1000Rs for it)

    I expect Sony to compensate me for the troubles and frustration that I have faced using the crap piece provided to me at an MRP of Rs 60,000. and further invested an amount of Rs 9484 with DVD writer and battery still defective.And asking for a further investment of 17,894 Rs

      I have handover my mobile (sonyericsson mobile model-C903) to accel care center,microcare peripherals no;32,!st floor,above canara bank,sarojini devi road,secundrabad.due to subdisplay problem on 21st may'2011. But still there is no progress and servicing people responce was to worst ,they are not giving any information and cutting the phone without answering .please check the details of problem to result .

        I am using your satio mobile. Now the display panel is not working and
        is under warranty. For getting service I contact the service centre
        [protected] at cochin as per information given in your website.
        When i call to this number they told that this number does not exist.
        I am staying 105 km away from the nearest service centre. So please
        help me to resolve the problem. In addition to the above problem the
        system is frequently hang up.

        3 times I had visit the service centre (details given in previous
        mails) for solving this issue. They repeatedly told me that they have
        no stock of touch screen, please visit after two weeks( every time I
        visit the service centre)

        Now i can't use this phone. Please take any action for the same (not in mails).

        Please tell me which service centre is ready for solving my issues
        (Prefer Cochin/Kerala)

        I have already complete 2 months with this issue under the warrenty period.

        As per the information I have contact the service centre ([protected] - Cochin Service Centre). They told me that they have no stock of touch screen. They have already so many pending in this case. They told me to come after 1 week. Before coming please call and confirm the parts. What I do.......... This is your service centre status. This service centre is 120KM away from my office and only ordinary bus service is avaliable to reach there; it will take 4 Hrs journey.

        So I beg you; please assist me in humanitarian considaration.

        No body (company people) suggest any solution for the same. The worst service providing mobile company is sonyericsson in my last 12 year experience. So i suggest you that no body purchase the product.

        Sony Ericsson Satio U1i — Iam worried please help me

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        Iam Hemanth Tummala working in Bangalore . I purchased a phone in the month of August 1st 2010 ,(( its Sony Ericsson Satio U1i) . I paid 25000 rupees for this phone and the very first day itself the charger hasn't worked hence went to Sony service center which is located in Jayanagar ,Bangalore . later the worked well till 8th June 2011 and i got prob later on 9th june 2011 the phone on's for only it works for only 2 or 3 minutes and later i can see only Sony Ericsson display on the screen . As I was at my home town I came back to Bangalore on 13th June 2011 and went to the service center on the same day and informed them the prob, the service center guys said that the they cant fix the problem and should send the phone to Chennai I agreed and gave the phone to them. Later on 27th june 2011 I received a call from the service center saying that your phone is ready and u can collect the phone, as i was busy on that day i went to collect the phone on 28th of june 2011 . The service center is almost 20km from my place because i stay in Electronic City which is far from the city . I went to the service center collected the phone and came back home when i tried to insert the sim its not accepting. I tried with 3 sim's but still the same I went back to the service point and showed the phone to them again they informed me that should send the phone to the Chennai and they requested me to wait for 7 days which i did but till now i have not received the phone . I am calling to the Service center daily but they are not even reposing properly I even called to Chennai person even i didn't get proper response from them.

        Why I am worried is I am not a rich person I am working in Bangalore and my monthly income is 12,000 rupees , I saved the money monthly and i brought that phone , I am asking them to replace the phone with new phone because its under warrant and there is no mistake from my end . from 1 month there is no phone and I borrowed a phone from my friend and the warrant will be finished by this month end .

        Please help me out in this matter as i told u before I am a normal middle class person and cant loose the phone as I brought the phone with my saving's. My phone number is [protected]

          I am sumi. I have went for sony industrials recritment at coimbatore. That is a consultancy service. Just they collect 1100 money from us and forward our data to one placement office which is place at gandhipuram or singanallur. so dont beleivein sony, i[censored] want to get a job just make a call to Mrs. KALA , she is a placement officer. She will arrange any job for us but we have to pay 1000 before getting job and after getting job have to pay 700/-

            I had booked the above item on 02/06/2011 thru indiatimes shopping & have received the parcel on 07/06/2011. The invoice number is 1322 dated 04/06/2011 of NR Computech, Room no. 24/25, second floor, Ripon Bldg.,Balaram Street, Opp. Badarbaug, Grant(E), Mumbai – 400 007

            The lmei no. is [protected]. No warranty card is given alongwith the set.

            However, though the battery is fully charged,the handset is not starting up, I am not getting the menu screen/ display nor the battery led lights are glowing.

            After putting the set ‘on’, a triangle with exclamation mark therein & picture of mobile appears. I have been told by some mobile shops that the handset is locked & it has to be unlocked online. I am surprised how locked phones are supplied to the customers when they are of no use to them unless they are unlocked.

            Kindly guide me under the circumstances& please help me to resolve the grievance.

            I had booked one Sony Ericsson X-10 mini Xperia Mobile thru Indiatimes shopping. My order number is[protected] dated 02/06/2011.
            I received the handset on 07/06/2011. The invoice number is 1322 dated 04/06/2011 of NR Computech, Room no. 24/25, second floor, Ripon Bldg.,Balaram Street, Opp. Badarbaug, Grant(E), Mumbai – 400 007

              MY NAME IS AYUSH KUMAR, I HAVE PURCHASED SONY VAIO S/N-VPCCW23EN & S/N-[protected] PURCHASED ON[protected] WITH 2 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY.ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENT I HAVE ATTACHED WITH THIS E-MAIL.I AM FACING THE SAME ISSUE SINCE FROM LAST SIX MONTHS BUT NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TILL DATE EITHER FROM CUSTOMER CARE NOR AT SONY CENTRE.
              MY ISSUE IS THAT MY WEBCAM AND MIC STOPS WORKING AFTER A TIME SPAM OF 7 DAYS AFTER NEW INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS EACH AND EVERY TIME CUSTOMER CARE RECOMENDS ME TO RESTORE COMPLETE SYSTEM TO RECOVER FROM THE PROBLEM , THE PROBLEM GET CORRECTED AFTER NEW INSTALLATION BUT FOR TIME SPAM OF 15 DAYS ONLY AGAIN AFTER COMPLAINING CUSTOMER CARE,THEY RECOMENDS FOR THE SAME .FIRST TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUATIVE RECOMENDS ME TO DISABLE WINDOWS UPDATE, I DID THE SAME ,NEXT TIME I GOT RECOMENDATION FROM YOUR SIDE NOT TO USE MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIAL I HAVE FOLLOWED WHATEVER YOU GUYS HAVE RECOMENDED BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS , I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AS YOU CAN ALSO IMAGINE WHAT WILL ONE'S REACTION IF ONE HAVE TO REINSTALL OPERATING SYSTEM AFTER CONTINUOUS INTERVAL OF 7 DAYS.

              OMG DON'T YOU HAVE A CAPS LOCK BUTTON AND CAN'T YOU TURN IT OFF!!! DO YOU EVEN REALIZE THAT READING ANYTHING WITH BOLD FONTS IS CONSIDERED RUDE AND ITS ANNOYING TO READ SUCH POSTS WHY??????????????????

              If it does that then why do you system restore in the first place? Did you question them? If Sony bundled genuine windows (assuming it was present at the time of purchase) with the notebook, why are they recommending you to disable it? Do you ask seemingly annoying (for tech supports) yet logical questions? Do they create a new system restore point after installing the relevant drives? If not- that explains a small part.

              I don't see how this got anything to do with warranty, rather its the tech supports laziness to solve a tech issue rather than doing system restore everytime. Not all issues needs a system restore to be cleared off. Tech supports (In India atleast) have a very bad habit of doing this to reduce their average call handle time to lows. If the restore point is not updated on a regular basis and if you do a system restore, system will be taken back to the point when the last (or the first) system restore point was taken.

                TO WHOMSOVER IT MAY CONCERN

                I work with a legal firm in Mumbai and this is a grievance I want to raise after much long agitation with the phone I had sent for service due to charging disfunctionality on my less than a year old SONY XPERIA X10 (Black) Phone. You can get the details about the phone on the attached service copy.
                It is a much unpleasant experience for a true Sony customer. The customer service at 1800 number name Arvind gave me the worst possible attention to my queries when I called to confirm the status and the position of my phone(This was June 7th 2011, 4:10 pm). The Escalation point when asked to the contact center representative he just feverlessly disconnected my call; I never bother to callback again.
                I got the CC no from the Vashi, Navi Mumbai Service Centre when after continuous follow up I did not get the favored reply and they routed me to the Customer contact centre finally for rescue.
                I was using two different no on my two different phones (One business, one personal) before the second phone Xperia X10 started giving me problems. The phone was not at all charging and so I went to check this phone on Tuesday the 17th May at 6:25 pm and they told me that they cannot take my call as the service centre is closed for any further service calls (Working Hours for Vashi are 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday). I had my patience and again gave a visit to the Vashi service centre on Saturday 21st May 2011 at 12:30 PM. They environment was very lousy and they prepared my service sheet after 30 min with the inference that the Motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. The Front Service desk Rep at the service center Mz Archana told me that this will take them at least 7-8 working days. After asking if I can get some stand by phone during the period to use, they told me that the company do not have or carry such policies for stand by phones. I BUYED IT! And walked away.
                I was having an old phone with me to rest my SIM card for 7-8 days from there. I was waiting for some update which I never received and finally I called the service centre and they told me that the part is not available and this is going to take more days. I am following up this issue since then and i am always getting the answer that the phone is not serviced yet. I don’t understand if this is a new phone in the market why the service delivery is hit if the part is missing. When we create new products we also create their new spares.
                TOP OF that there are no service charters (SLA) prepared for service centre which indicates the replacement/ damaged and giving the approximate time for resolution. If already there why is it not mentioned clearly on the service sheet and if not who pays the penalty?
                Lot of my business opportunities are hindered after the loss of this phone. It is a huge buck loss for me every day.
                I love the phone and I want it back to save my time and improve my lifestyle.
                Please let me know who can give me proper replacement for my phone. I need it badly. Rest is on you people and my next move to buy other phone.

                    Due to some operational problem of my sony digital camera of model DSC-W120, I contacted the authorised sony service center i.e.,Rajpath service centre,15,Bapuji Nagar,Bhubaneswar.Though my camera is covered under warranty period, still the service centre charges 4143 rupees including labour charges of 500rupees. I have emailed twice to Sony company regarding this.Everytime they told me that their representative will meet me soon.But neither they contact me nor they resolve my problem.Also the service centre refused to accept my complain that why Iwill pay service charges when my camera is within warranty period.So I request you to take up this matter with oth sony ompany and service entre.My job no in the service center i WSI[protected].My complin no.with sony company is[protected] and[protected].
                    I brought a Sony Cyber shot DCSW350 on 22/08/2010 from Sony Center Ghaziabad, after one week it's not working.
                    when I visit to Sony Center they send me to their service center at Ambedkar Road, service center person analyses problem and give me 4 to 5 working days time and commit me to call but I could not receive any call till a week, then I call to service center and they confirmed me that my camera get repaired and I can collect it from service center but when i visit Service center they inform me that their is some serious problem in this camera and it has to be sent to Sony and it will take further 4 to 5 days and they will inform me but till now I could not receive any call form Sony service center. When I call him on 11/09/2010 Sunday no one picked up phone. Then i got the number of Service center in-charge and called him, after asking of serial no he commit me to call about the status of my complaint with in half a hour but he could not turned back, after 3 to 4 hours I call him back again but he is not picking my phone.

                    I really fade up with this type of Service and response from Sony persons.

                    Please get it resolved as soon as possible.

                        sir actuall i submitted 2 times in service and 4 times software update but i have still problems with
                        problems like -phone hang parmanently in mune/applications,slider,loud speaker,internet,camera prob,messaging process
                        slow,hanging prob and on /off also.

                        Right now i submitted my phone ACCEL CARE CENTER, SERVPRO TECHNOLOGY ,b-2,r-20,yudhisthir marg,near dear park c-sheme. but they said me phone is not replaced because the warrienty of replacement is only 7 days.

                        but i have still prob . in this so i want replace this other wise i want go in consumer court againts ur company.so check this and replace it.

                          I purchased a cell phone sony ericsoon T700 (IMEI NO.[protected] on 12th september, 2009. There was some problem occur related to camra picture, Actually picture was not saved in memory. I went to that shop from where I have purchased It. They advised me to go to mobile repair center Chandigarh. The repair centre people told me that it is a software issue and we have updated the software on net but still the problem is not rectified. They didnt even resolve my problem and they also asked this is software problem & can not be solved.

                          Sony Ericsson T700 — Frequent problems with phone

                          I purchased a T 700 in december.The phone is pretty classy and elegant.but in january the ringer stopped working, when i gave it for repairs, I got the set back after 2 and a half months.Now the phone has stopped detecting my charger and also the charging port is developing greenish coating.the port is located at a place where you are bound to touch and on a hot day the contacts rust because of the sweat.

                          T700 — delay in mobile repair, not getting feedback what is happening

                          is it because the mobile handset is under warrenty period? I dont know why?
                          since last one month i had handed over my mobile handset to Sony ericsson serv centre, D.N. Nagar , Andheri. Since, then I am trying to contact them.
                          Many time I get no response on their land line Tel No., it says the No. u r trying to call is out of service. Occasionally I get reply from them, that my mobile is sent to next level for repair. They are not able to mrntion at what level, what is happening neither they can track the department where it is? they themselves cannot contact the particular dept neither they give me the references to contact myself.

                          Further, sometime they say6 u can collect your handset tomorrow, but the next day they dont have any idea whre it is.

                          why they misguide me I don't know.

                          further, why dont they have a harmonized system, by which the can inform the client (even by SMS or calls)) on specific interval that what is happening & why the stuff is getting delayed.

                          during all this period the Web service for service tracker only displays that "your mobile is under repair"

                          again, Why dont anybody mention me that how much time it will take & what is the problem. Instead of wasting time I can buy some other instrument(of course other than SONY ERICSSON)

                          I bought a sony ericsson model T700 mobile phone on January 25, 2009 while my phone automatically gets restarted after few hours despite of not been touched or no action taken. Even I got my cell phone serviced at one of the Sony Ericsson service center in Meerut (U.P.) in December 2009 but even after the service the phone is creating same trouble to me. Presently, I am in Trivandrum and hence want the list of the Sony Ericsson authorized service providers in Trivandrum (Kerala) where I can get my phone repaired and get the rid of the stated problem.

                          Please do the needful on urgent basis in regard of aforesaid technical problems.

                            Dear SONY,

                            I am (WAS) an ardent fan of SONY since last 12 years, may it be TV, music system or Home theatre.

                            MY TV IS (WAS - its dead NOW, rather a costly BOX) SONY BRAVIA KLV 32S 300A

                            I purchased a SONY Bravia on Mar 2009 and on Mar 2011 it suddenly went white, I immediately called the Customer Care and they made me change the Temp Setting to COOL and it worked fine for a week and then it again started so I again changed the setting. But on May 2011 it went white and then since then did not recover.

                            On 22nd May I lodged a complaint (Complaint # 7492473) and and had to followup repeatedly with the Engineer who finally arrived on 28th May and below is the description of what happened.

                            The Engineer was from SONU ELECTRONICS MIRAROAD, Thane

                            The engineer who visited out house is Raju Murugan. His manager is Girish.

                            First he told me to start the TV and the color changed to WHITE. He said motherboard is gone; and then he changed the motherboard with a V series one; but our motherboard is of S series. (HE SAID BOTH THE MOTHERBOARD ARE ONE)
                            It did not respond; meaning the TV did not even start.
                            Then he put our motherboard (S Series) and the TV started. Then he said it is the panel problem and it will cost us 11,000 rs.
                            The engineer did not even close the TV properly and left.
                            The engineer said that he can get us the machinery from some other tv personally and we have to pay him. He charged 150 rs for opening the TV which i gave him. He informed that we cannot get the panel from anyone else so I have no choice but to get it replaced from him only. He said he will get back to me on Monday i.e. 30th May but there was no call and then I called on 31st May and he gave me his manager's (GIRISH) cell no. and the manager said it will cost me 10400/- for the panel.

                            Again I talked to the SONY Customer Care executive on 31st May and told him the whole story (Complaint # 7543060) who assured me that soon SONY will call me. But no one has called as yet.

                            My hard earned money has vanished.

                            From 6 am to 9 pm we (my wife and I) are in office 6 days a week and no one is at home even if we have a usage of 2 hours daily then too for two years its less than 3000 HOURS and I think SONY says its life expectancy is 60000 HRS.

                            Please help me.

                                Hi, I am Saravanan from Bangalore; I purchased Sony Ericsson W150i Yendo on April 03, 2011 from Sangeetha Mobiles Indiranagar Bangalore. Within a week my mobile got hanged and it was not getting switched on, I took it to the Sony Ericson authorized service centre called Shrishti Services[protected], #72/1, Old Airport Road, Domlur, Bangalore – 560071. They said it was a small software problem & they reinstalled the software, after a week again same issue in my handset, even now they did the same what they did for the first time.

                                But on May 3, 2011 my mobile was unable to capture video; it was showing as FAILED again I went to that same service centre but now they acted smart they gave me a Work order number: 311SS210856 and said we will have a check & get back to you in couple of days. On second day after I submitted my mobile to them they called up & said Mobiles mother board is corrupted so they will send the mobile to Chennai for further service and asked me to wait for 10 days.

                                After 11 days I gave a call to service center but no proper response, they said from Chennai they have not sent it till now so call up to customer care… I even called up to customer care and registered a complaint on the same (Complaint Number:[protected], they asked me to wait for 48 working hours, after 2 days I again called up to customer care but they said: your Mobile parts are not available right now so it will take a week or 10 days but we are not sure that you will get your mobile within 10 days but we can assure you that you will get your mobile after we get parts.

                                But still now I have not got my Mobile & whenever I call up to customer care they give me the same reason. I request you to take necessary action on this scenario. Please help me……. I need my Mobile back with proper service or I want them to refund the amount what I paid to purchase the mobile. I believe that you will help ME & OTHERS who all has a problem with this kind of company who doesn’t provide proper service to the customers.

                                  This is regarding the poor service delivery of Neeru Enterprises,Sony Ericsson Noida Service Center. I bought my mobile on 09-Jan-2011. After using 3 months, the mobile touch broke down apparently.
                                  I submited my mobile at this center on 16-Apr-2011.My work order no was se[protected]
                                  I was told by the service center people to come after 15 days to collect your mobile. When i contacted them after 15 days, they told me that they have not received the parts of the phone come in another 2-3 days and this things is happening till date. I contacted the service center numbers[protected] and at the call center number [protected]. Then i contacted Mr Mohit phone number [protected] ( who takes care of Sony Ericsson NCR region), he told me the parts have been dispatched. Now they again told me to check the status after 3-4 wokring days. Its almost 2 months have gone, and Neeru Enterprises is unable to provide the services. I don't know what to do. But one thing is sure that i will never buy any sony ericsson phone in future.
                                  I think Sony people need better cordination between their vendors and from whomsoevr they receive the spare parts of the phone.
                                  I will urge the Sony ericsson to look into this matter ASAP.

Bill no : 261102 the given tv set provided by the dealer did not carry warnty card when asked said that it did not carry the card then latter on provided a hand written waranty card from company now after two months the tv set is not working at all the servince engineer visited twise to solve the problem but problem is technicanlly from inside as requested to repacle the tv set the delear is refusing to do as the newly purchased is faulty the dealer is saying that once the goods sold will not be replaced if yof required we will repair it and give, is this worth after paying 27000 rupees for a brand new tv set of sony end up lossing m my hard earned money

                                      wat the hell is goin on with SONY... you people are making fool of people by selling such useless products and thereafter you have great system, just giving one year warranty on a product of around 40000 and the product automatically becomes useless after 1 year i have also heard the same problem which i am facing through some other people.. we thought if its a small problem then just get it done and we called your technician by calling at your custimer care no.and Mr. BS Rawat your technician came and informed us that there is MOTHERBOEARD problem in this TV which will COST us around 7000....why will i pay for this, your product is in simple words no less than product purchased from CHOR BAZAR.. i am marking this email to CM of delhi...and will take this matter further in consumer court and other legal authorities that you guys are just making money by making people fool...if my problem is not solved asap.
                                      I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING FOR THIS PROBLEMIN MY TELEVESION AND EVEN I WILL NOT GET THE REPAIRED ONE IHAVE PAID YOU THE FUL AMOUNT ON THE TIME OF PURCHASE I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED BY THE NEW TV OR REFUND MY MONEY BACK...ASAP.............
