my self sahil gupta[protected], i have sony vaio i-5 processor laptop it is nt working properly its speakers sound is very dump its mouse right click nt working properly its numrical key nine is nt working properly so m feeling very uncomfortable wid this one ur product the sony's product is such a very uncomfortable nd nt working as they named ,.,.,.,.i want imidate solution regarding this,,....

I bought a Sony Vaio laptop CS17g somewhere in Nov 2008.
The product did show the following complaints:

Over heating of the laptop
Extreme fan noise
Blue screen appearing with loads of restart cycles.
Windows XP not supporting many drivers - at that time there was no support from Vaio for the cause.


Now they have provided support for the above problems but only to an extend...

with regrets for the poor performance of the company and tears for being looted i feel sorry to state that such a big company is all assurance no work
well i bought a sony Bravia on dt 22-oct 2011 model KLV40nx520 installed on 23 oct 2011 well the diplay was out on thurs 27 oct 2011 .
the complaint was sent at the help line and they assured to sent the service the next day --which never came -the next day on sat we called...

I purchased soni bravia ex520 on26 oct.I was told, set would be installed by 28th.I made repeated calls to dealer and was continuously assured the job will be done.But it wasnt.It is already seven days since purchase but none has turned up till today from the company for installing the TV set . I had purchased Sony Ericsson mobile model no W595 from authorised dealer at Cannaught Place, Chakrata Road in Dec. 2008. The mobile set has been a complete let down and bulging of its battery was life threatening.

This is my second complaint for same SONY Bravia KLV 22BX00.
During warranty period, it has started giving below mention problem, SONY has repaired the television and again it is giving problem.
I asked them to change my new television but have not changed it and repaired it.

In the year 2009, I bought one LCD Model No. KLV-26S400A which immediately started giving me trouble. It has been taking time to getting switched on.
