Hi I am Shree Jit Nair an employee with Southall Travel. I purchased Xperia X10 in the month of January from Mobile store in Gurgaon Sector 14 market. I had launched a complaint regarding battery backup after 2-3 days to the Mobile store people , so they first asked me to visit one of the service centres in Gurgaon. I visited the centre near Maruti Apra and they upgraded android 2.1 on my handset stating that now the battery backup would be ok. However nothing changed, so again I approached Mobile store with the same complaint so this time I was asked to visit another centre in Gurgaon which is on old delhi road opposite to Ajit cinema. The people over there submitted my cell phone and said that they would updated the storage and backup setting. Next day I was given my handset however nothing changed. After 3-4 days again I visited the same centre for the same complaint so this time they told me that they would change the battery.
They sent an email to Sony for the same and provied me with a workorder Number--SE311UTT10150. It has been approximately two weeks no response from you all.
I would like to know just one things that I have spent Rs 24800 for this handset and I think I have actually wasted my money . Since the nature of my job requires such type of a phone so this problem has hampered a lot to my work . I had been using HTC phone with no hastle however I had to buy Xperia because I lost my HTC.
So I would request you to kindly take some urgent action on this issue or I have to check with Consumer forum.

Sony Ericsson / Xperia X10 — mobile repair did not come till now

i purchased sony ericsson xperia X10 of RS 30,000 5 months back.Mobile charging point defective so i sent my mobile for repair to SONY ERRICCSON service center.They told me that your mobile will be sent to chennai and it will come in 10 days.its been 40 days now and i have not got ma mobile back.I have been to service centre so many times but they say come tomorrow .i purchased it of 30,000 and nw its value is just of 26,500 .I am totally pissed off with sony erricsson i will never recommend anyone to buy sony product to anyone.and nw if may be i get my cell back then also i wont be able to get the value as its been a long time and mobile price is decreased so much now.I need help to get my mobile back now..

      I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i on 8th Dec.,10 from e-FUTURE Swasthaya Vihar ,Laxmi Nagar.I was having lots of problem from its first month e.g it was getting hanged and restart itself.It always shows out of memory whenever I go to send a message.I went to service center no. of times, they always simply format the memory card and phone memory. But the problem is still there.I have not used it properly even for a single day. So kindly help me out either by replacing it or by paying back money,as it is in warranty period.

        i had brought a sony vaio E series laptop ,modei no VPCEA16FG. serial no is 7000840 in my laptop has some complaints that is my OS has corrupted first time then i formated it by rocovery and that complaint has arise intermidietely for some times so i contact KG ELECTRONICS , COIMBATORE sony service centre , and they help me and after several times (4 times) that problem has arise , when i contact ur sony online customer care they said there may be a chance to be hard disk problem ,
        PROBLEMS IN MY VAIO:
        1. OS IS NOT RESPONDING WELL
        2. SCROLL IS NOT WORKING
        3. WHEN I DELETE SOME THINGS IN MY DRIVES THAT FILES ARE DELETED BUT MEMORY IS NOT REDUCED
        4. SOME TIMES WHEN I COPY SOME FILES TO A DRIVES IT HAS COPIED BUT THAT FILES IS NOT SHOWN BUT WHEN AGAIN I COPY THAT FILE THAT SHOWS ALREADY HAVE

        but the KG ELE staffs did not take care about my problem and did not troubleshoot my problems i.e did not changing the hard disk , and ur service is free but what about my transport cost for 4 times it nearly cost 1000RS BUT ITS OK i will tace care about it but how long i struggle with ur custome care service , in case of other companys like DELL, lenovo and etc are come to home and trouble shoot lap problems ,


        pls help me to change my harddisk and i trust you to take about my laptop ,

          I am recieving Channel 50 notification messages about 200-300 times in a day
          I have been using SE-P1i since last 2years. Recently i Shifted on TATA DOCOMO connection (postpaid) and it was too working fine. But from last 14-15 days, i have been receiving "Channel 50" on my cell phone's screen around 300-400 times in a day n they get stored in my Inbox. I am really fed up of these messages. I have already launched complaints 3 times to customer care but its of no use. The Message shows various schemes under the Idea Cellular along with the location of the tower signals my phone is catching. I mean that every time the phone changes the tower, it sends a message to me. This happens around 300-4-- times in a day. I am really fed up of these messages. I have already registered for DND services around one month ago. Please help anybody. Thanx in advance

            Hi , I am regular participant and watching Sony serial Maa exchange every espisode. But the appisode plan to come on next week is comparing gorakhpur as village and kanpur as big city. Serial may be very specific and promote their espisode that one village in gorakhpur not like Maa from village gorakhpur and maa from kanpur big city.

            What is the comparision , how serial state the gorakhpur is backword, if serial memeber not visit propely in gorakhpur then they need to visit and also change the sentence properly before publishing the serial espisode next week.

              My instrument Satio U1i is given to your service centre since 7 January 2011 it was having the hanging problem and touch screen was not working properly For Ref work order No SE311RT310111 but till i have not get the correct responce
              since 7 jan im geting answered that will get your instrument within 7 days , also i have reached to your toll free number but the same false responce. if you are not abel to repair the fone then please replace it . or i want the warranty extend .
              nothing to say more about it but sony ericsson is only selling the product and not giving proper service to customer .

              Kaizer Telecom — Fooling Customer

              I have given my Sony Ericsson W810i Mobile to Kaizer Telecome (Authorized Service for Sony Ericsson Mobile) for service. It was having some problem related to charging.
              They took 4-5 days and they told me that the problem cannot be fixed. But when i received the phone, then there was a damage near by where we Insert the SIM card. When i carried this phone to home, then i found that its speaker is not working due to that my walk-man and biggest thing, ringtone is not ringing. Now, this phone became useless for me. Because, when i receive a call, the ringtone is not ringing. When i approached him, he told me that we can not do anything.

              i gave my fone for repair at SURI TELECOM, 445/55 WEST GURU ANGAD NAGAR, GURUDWARA ROAD, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-92.

              you people have kept my fone from last 1.5 month. from the last 1.5 month you people are misguiding me a lot. each time i go to collect my fone, you say 1 more week. i dont know what the hell services are you providing. my fone is in the warranty period and still i am not getting it corrected.

              15 days ago i got a call from the service center, they asked me to collect the fone. when i went there the fone was still facing the same problems and was fitted with defected parts.

              your customer care people are trying to make a fool out of me. now the last option i have is to go to consumer court. i[censored] people cant give me my fone back, then just give me in written that u have kept my fone from 1.5 months and u cant repair it, so that i can submit it to the consumer court. u people have no right to cheat us like this.

              Myself Harsh Jain with Sony Ericsson K550i, i purchased in August last year. In warranty period it caused many problems that were being repiared because the cell was repaired because it was in the warranty period time.. so ok . but on 31 oct 2008 it caused a major problem.the phone was not Switched on when it was switched off on previous day from me.. when i reported it to service center firstly they don't accepted the phone to bweing repaired and afterwards when they accepted, they said that the phone can't be repaired. the handset was being purchased by paying 8200Rs and it worked only 14 months which means it costed me an average of approx 600rs per month very poor service quality...
              very bad. I am highly unsatisfied with the services Sony gives to its customers, very poor service
              I am anuj from a small city, Anand in gujarat. I had porchased my Sony ericcson K850i from the sony ericcson experience shop on 18/04/08. It was working well until I encountered a very unusual problem in which the display goes off i 2-3 seconds but the backlight remains on for the specified 15 seconds. Once the backlight goes off, on pressing any key, the same thing takes place. I then decided to give it to the authorized sevice station. He told me its some keypad problem and would take not more than 4 days. He first told me that the spares are to come from ahemdabad. After 15 days he tells that now he'll have to order it fro Delhi since it is unavailable at ahemdabad. Does it take 15 days to enquire about a sparepart? Every week, I hear next week. Its 1 month since i've given the phone and i'm desparate to get it back. Please help me.

              i am shailesh patel.. i purchased sony ericsson F 305 handset on 13/04/2009.. when i activated gprs..... was unable to download.... phone used to get hang.... a complete white screen... signals gone n restart.....i stopped using wap...my cell hanged occasionlly....six months later..it started hanging, complete white display at times.... and null display at restart....i went to kaizer telecom, vashi, navi mumbai... its a sony ericcson service center....24/10/2009 i submitted my phone...n they told me to get status on 26/ 10/2009.. i called n they said... parts not available.... get status on 3/11/09...i called on 3 rd n got the same reply..... n told me to get status on 10 / 11/2009... i called them today n got the same ans.... parts not available.... get status on 14 th..... i am very upset with this .... what is warranty on a product for ? keeping it in a service center ? if they are not equipped with services why not close down such service center..... i have been a loyal sony erricson customer.....but ... and i think 2 weeks are a maximum that a service center can keep ? can any one help?

              Sony Ericsson S312 — Improper Servise

              I had recently bought a Phone for my wife (Sony erricson S312) on 5th Jan 2010. It suddenly stopped working on 17th Feb 2010(Just 12 days after a month) and when i reached the service center they told its a software issue and it will be set right in one day. Later they claimed that there is a issue with mother board and I have to wait for about 20 days for the repair and replacement is not possible.And even customer care people are so careless and they are claiming that they will register complaint only after 48 Working hours of submission for repair.This is the worst service which i ever came accross in my life.And there is no hops for sony if they make their customers helpless like this..

              I purchased a Sony Ericsson C510, last Nov(2009), i gave my mobile for servicing at the Service Center, I asked them to update the software, change the motherboard because i had problems with the usb port of the phone and to change the panel of the phone as the glass, guarding the screen because the glass is pulling off. I got back my phone after 2 weeks and the thing they did was just updated the software and when i asked them about the glass they said it was manufacturing defect and i had to pay for the panel. so my question is if this is manufacturing defect why should i pay for it? And also their service is very slow.

              We should appreciate Sonyerisson team for maintaining so much uniformity and consistancy in WORST services across india. I have given my mobile c510 which is under warranty, 2 months back. Now even they do not know when are they going to get it repaired.

              Not seen such a worst way of complaint handling in my life.

              Pls think twice before buying any product from these buggers.

              Dear Sir,

              Though my mobile was under warranty, I had to spend money to purchase another mobile as the service center people didn't give me any stand-by as well.
              I want to draw your kind attention that I have submitted my sony ericsson w20 zylo cell for AT ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD, ADAJAN CHAR RASTA, SURAT for repair of slider about month ago but still not therse is no response from their .They told me it will take 2 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more.Now 1 month gone.And They Not Do anything...
              I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic and when I called service center also sony ericsson servics center ,they called your cell part is not available.
              I had again contact with sony ericsson customer care but they always say please wait for two days i will update u, but no update received from sony eriscson then again call for update he says pleaase wit for two days more. we will call you and update you sone. Now what i have to for what time i have to wait,as i do not have any altrenate mobile. i require and expect the mobile to be repaire and returned at the earliest.

              After this bads experienced I always guide that never ever purchase Sony Ericsson mobiles

                Sir,i am vignesh from Tamil nadu........my mobile was dropped in water...so according to sony ericsson warranty rules......it is not possible to repair in free of cost in Service centers...so i give to repair on chargeable basis........after 2 days they phoned me and said" it will not be repaired you can only change your board".it's cost is 4000rs and i agreed that....but still it was went one month they can't change that board...i phoned him daily and they said "there was no stock in our main branch...so it may take time"..i phoned nearly 10 times...each time they said same....what can i do....is there any way to complain about them?

                Sony Ericsson — irresponsible service center.

                Sir/ Madam,
                I have bought a new W580i mobile. and in 3 moths i faced thebuttons mobile problem". Fed up with the local service center at chandigarh, i went to them many times
                they are asking to charge for my cell and its in warranty
                even i am ready to pay for service but they dont have the parts from tha last two months now what should i do and where i go i asked them when the parts will be available they said they also dont know,
                now my cell not working properly and i am facing lots of problems
                i never buy sony ericsson handset this was my first time when took it and i am getting lots of problems sony is not a small company but in my future i will not take sony ericsson handset service is zero and quality too.

                Please take necessary actions to avoid such inconveniences to the customers.And when you give the franchise to a other private party please ensure that they are very responsible and wont spoil the Sony Ericsson name
                service center at BSEL Tech Park, VASHI.
                i don't like the way he talks to the consumers, he can't explane the problem with the phone and he unable to convence in the matter, if we ask, he starts arguing to us, i visted three times to the shop. earlier i used Z550i and now S302i.

                  i purchased a sony vaio laptop of series EA 33 five months ago and now its LCD is broken and it is under warranty period now.
                  i dont know how but its sure that it did not fall or hit. it worked for 4 hrs continuously and suddenly the screen disappears.
                  when i went to sony vaio care center for the warranty claim for my laptop.
                  they told that the LCD does not come under warranty and i should have to pay Rs 16000 for my laptop.
                  there was no problem like a crack or line appearing in screen in my laptop before the screen dissappears.
                  i also want to complain about the manager of vaio center who was contiunuously arguing that it must be fallen somewhere or closed hardly or hit with something and keep telling that it is much delicate and you should have to handle it carefully instead of solving my problem.
                  if it is so delicate than why did you launch it.
                  i have got a sony vaio e sereis vpceb36fg, it ahs 1st problem in hardisk then it is replaced, then a sound card proble, then now battery problem i have given them to replace on3 july but they are telling that i havt to buy 46 fg wtf in agra, they are delaying, my m.o is [protected]

                    I bought the sony ericcson zylo(model) on 7th december '2010 from mumbai.
                    After 2 months i.e. in february'2011 the LCD screen of my phone went blank. nothing was displaying on it.
                    On 12th feb' 2011 i have submitted my phone at the sony ericsson serice center and and was told that i'll get my phone my back after two weeks and it's not yet repaired. They told me that they dont have the required parts.
                    All my friend suggested me to not to buy sony phone. But it was my stupidity that i went for it.
                    The customer care people are not giving straight answers.

                    Sony Ericsson Mobile (Zylo) — phone not yet repaired

                    Hi,

                    I bought a sony ericsson xylo phone on 10-dec-2010. After some time I started having problem with the screen of the phone. i submiteed my phone to a authorised sony ericsson service center on[protected] and yet[protected] I haven't got the phone. Sony ericsson has poorest and LAMEST sevice.
                    Dont ever buy sony's phone ever ...

                      I had submitted my mobile phone model sony ericsson j105i to Sony Ericsson service center Accel Frontline Service, Khemka House,5th floor,Drive in Rd Branch for Display problem On 3 March, 2011. From there i got job sheet (SE311AAD10156) and they told me it will take 2 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more.
                      I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of
                      Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...

                      I would like to bring the following service replacement complaint for your consideration. I have purchased a Sony Mobile model No J105i
                      On 11.04.2010 at Saravana Stores, T Nagar, Chennai -17 . I was using it effectively. Unfortunate my mobile was not working since from 09.06.10 . I had handed over my hand phone for the guarantee replacement to Shyam electronics, No 3/157 First Zfloor, Sedcretariate Colony, MTH Road, Ambattur, Chennai-600053. The shop keeper says, he can only get it serviced and the hand phone is held for the spare. The new one purchased two months back and the display failure is due to manufacturing defect. I have the hardship of not using the cell phone for the past 10 days. Hence I request your kind attention to instruct your Chennai, India dealer or direct me to your authorized dealer to get one new hand phone replacement. I have attached a receipt scan copy for your reference.
                      Even a brand new set itself display gone within 2 months, how the serviced one can expect for along period without any fault. So please give direction to the dealer to supply a new mobile please.

                      sony ericsson j105 — loss of display every 3-4 months

                      i had bought sony eriction mobile from one mobile , R mall , mulund. on 21.11.09 vide invoice no for Rs 7299/- the same has been repeatedly losing its display and it has occoured for the third time on 5.08.10 since its purchase , i sincerely feel that the mobile is a defective piece , and needs replacement . the same may be conveyed to your dealer one mobile , mulund ,
                      otherwise after the warranty period i shall have to spend for the repair cost over regular intervals for no fault of mine

                      one last thing pl teach some etquittes to the staff at the store.

                      i bought my naite last year, so far it served me wel. But recently my phone's display is showing soem unsual colours during functioning ( Red coloured dots and patches all over the screen and sometimes screen's showing comlete white with flashing). I dont know the exact reason for this problem, but thinking that there may be a chance of corrupted software.. So, please help me out

                        maine oct 09 main sony ka 32" lcd model noklv 32s550a kharida th jo suru se hi usme dark aur backgound main green coulur dikhai padta hai maine bahut baar complain ki har bar eng. us kharabi ko maante hai aur 2 baar service center bhi jaa chuka hai waha ke ASI bhi mere samne yeh maante hai ki haa usme green coulou feel hola hai lakin mere lcd ko change to bahut door ki baat hai theek tak nahi ker paa rahe hai. aur sony company ke REGIONAL CUSTOMER CARE INCHARGE ko e-mail ker chuka hoon per koi natija nahi nikal raha hai aur kam se kam service center aur customar care per 50 baar complain kar chuka hoon koi mari complain ko dhyaan nahi de raha hai.
                        maine jab lcd liya tha woh mujhe show room se hi kharab mila tha main chahta hoon ki mera lcd change ker ke doosra lcd de diya jaye. mujhe lag bhag 1 saal matha pachi kerte ho gaya hai meri samasya jus ki tas hai. aur service center wale mujhe phone per kehte hai lcd theek hai aapka dimag kharaab hai maine lcd manoranjan ke liye khareeda hai na ki yeh sune ke liye ki mera dimag kharab hai

There is no problem with my memory card, because I have checked that card in other same device... I have tried my friends memory cards which are in working condition...... but in my phone it occurs same problem.....

                            The LCD TV was purchased 2 years ago and suddenly the images on the screen went for a toss. After great difficulty, we managed to contact SONY customer care.                             As per the normal process, for newly purchased Sony products, the Company provides a 12 months warranty cover to support customers for any chance failures during the warranty period. Thereafter, any repair outside the warranty period the repair is done on a chargeable basis to customer.
                            It is difficult to ascertain the performance of the LCD television, as it is totally related to the usage and maintenance of the product such as the external adaptations of the A/c power / cable power fluctuations etc. which is beyond the control of any manufacturer.

                            Hope the above clarifies the matter and meets with your understanding

                            I purchased a 40'' colour Sony LED TV KDL-EX520 in Mar2012. Now I am facing the Horizontal RGB distortion on the screen, when approached the customer care, they asked to do the Factory settings which I did but the problem still exists. Then an engineer came to inspect the TV and he took Rs.500, just to tell me that it was the Panel Board problem and needs to be changed and the cost would be around Rs. 23000. I mean after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality I need to pay almost 40% of the TV cost within such short span o[censored]sage makes me think what do you define as quality. I found a lot of people facing this same problem and this to be a manufacturing defect.

                            I would request the concern authority to take immediate action on this and get my TV display panel replaced free of cost or replace the TV unit itself as
                            1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects.
                            2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products.

                                This is very sad for a company like Sony Ericsson that even after spending 19,000 rupees on a mobile phone, a customer is not given the. I had been a brand loyal to the company and had used K810i phone earlier and used it for 3 years and again bought a Sony phone Aino (U10i) but the phone is dead before even 6 months since I bought it!!! (it was told to me by the authorized service centre people), they gave me a WORK ORDER NO. SE[protected]. And I was asked to leave the phone at the centre for 20 days and then only I’ll be told the status of the mobile condition but when I took the number from the net and called on 39011111, I was asked to call again in 4 working days and I was again given a complaint no.[protected]. If 4 days were enough, then why was misguided earlier. I’m a working woman and my shift timings are not fixed so how can I revert back again and again.How can i get the set replaced because I have searched on the internet and came through the same problems with the set Aino U10i in 5-6 months of purchase not just with me but with many others.

                                Sony Ericsson u10i — Don't buy sony Ericsson handsets

                                Dear Sony Erricson ,
                                My name is Mrs. Arpita Agrawal. I am writing this email to express my strong negative remarks about a high end Sony Ericson hand set and extremely bad customer service of your company. When ever we call the customer care the receptionist handles the call and there is no one to help.
                                I purchased Sony Erricson u 10i in the month of Septebmer 2009.
                                When you spent around Rs 28,000 on a cell phone obviously your expectations have been a lot. But buying this expensive cell phone from sony Ericcon has been a real pain. Since the day I started using it it had problems related to Call Drop within seconds, non functioning of touch screen, problem in the on /off button, and not to mention but the design is such that your hair gets stuck in the slider area.
                                Ohh my god ! when a customer spends a hugh amount of money this is what he/she gets.
                                I went to the customer care, they said it’s a soft ware issue so they very confidently updated the software. But nothing changed and situation because worse.
                                Next time I took the hand set to the customer care again , and they again updated the soft ware. Already I had lost 4 months time and was not able to use the hand set.
                                The third time I told them that updating the software again and again is making no sense, rather do something concrete. So they took my hand set and replaced its mother board. After one week I got my hand set back.
                                Problem is still not solved and sony service station has put scratches on my High End Hand Set, and also cracked the rim of camera while replacing the hand set.
                                So now my brand new Phone has a Bad Mother Board, a hanging touch screen, scratched key board and broken camera Rim. All for so much money.
                                Let me tell you now what I am going to do:
                                Social media is very active, I always have an habit of buying High End hand Sets, a lot of people get influenced by our ratings on cell phones. I will make sure that I will be doing a lot on facebook, orkut, twitter , you tube and Of Course C-NET. Then only you will know how to treat your customers well.
                                Also television media always looks for such issues.
                                I am also filing a law suit against Sony Erricson for cheating customers buy selling them hand sets which have terrible software problems.

                                i don't think that our complaints are even heard because still there is no improvement or any feedback from this website...my mobile is still lying with sony ericcson and i'm not even given a particular date.every time i call them, they ask me to call after 1 week.this is literally humiliating for a big company like sony.i'm even told that the model is no more coming in the indian market so if i'll meet any problem in future what should i do???

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a sony vaio lap top of model number VPCEB14EN, bearing serial number[protected]as written on bill), from Swetha computers, secunderabad. A.P., on 7/6/2010.

                                  On 20th feb 2011, when I tried to “switch on” the lap top, have noticed that its power button LED glows but the screen is blank.

                                  On 21st feb2011, I contacted your toll free number [protected] the agent guided me as mentioned in the instructions manual but failed to restore the lap top screen.

                                  He advised me to contact the nearest Sony ASC with a complaint reference number 6984022 and has provided your ASC details of Srikara Marketing (Ph.[protected] & Mabood Electronics (Ph.[protected].

                                  I visited Mabood Electronics on 21st feb 2011 itself at about 10.30AM, they kept me waiting for 40 minutes in front office, then I met ASC in charge, he tested the lap top for about 30 minutes in my presence, opened the RAMs connected, removed & handed over hard disc to me , he complimented me saying that I am using the lap top with full of care, by noticing the skin on top of the laptop to protect against scratches, cling film on the screen to protect against scratches and cover on the key pad to protect from dust.

                                  Later he told that to rectify the lap top will consume time, he updated me with a job sheet bearing complaint number WS[protected] & will intimate the status.

                                  On 24/2/2011 I got a call from Ph. No.23203131 at 12.10PM during which time I was attending a meeting in Chennai, informed me that the laptop will be repairable only under chargeable basis since some food item has gone inside, I was surprised to hear this from him, have spoken to him only for few seconds, I questioned him how come?, informed him that I am in a meeting & I will talk to you later.

                                  On 24/2/2011 again I got a call from the above number at 5.38PM, he informed me that the lap top repair cost is involved around Rs.18000, then I informed him that I will approach sony company, he told that he will call me back again & cut the phone.

                                  He called me at 5.48PM as per the promise he made, informed me that he has already escalated the VOC to company & he has got instructions to repair only under chargeable basis, if required can offer some discount.

                                  What is all this? Why I am penalized for purchasing sony brand lap top, I never expected this kind of service from sony. This experience has forced me to write.

                                  For your information currently I am working for Hindustan Unilever Limited as a customer service head, looking after AP and have been associated with customer service industry for over a decade. Having interface with the industry can estimate the situation by the reputation of the firms in the market.

                                  I request you to inspect my laptop as I have handed over with all the accessories as specified in para number 5, how some food item will go in to the laptop? While inspecting the same in my presence on 21/11/2011, even the hard disc has been opened & handed over to me, why the same has not been informed to me?

                                  I don’t want to pen anything more as I have explained everything clearly.

                                    This is regarding the Sony Zylo handset (details are below):

                                    Which was bought by me from Star Mobitel Ltd. G-26, South Extension Part I, New Delhi – 110049, India on Sep 2nd 2010 (copy of bill enclosed), within 3 months of the purchase of the handset, it had ear speaker problem. I visited Sony Care centre located in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and to my surprise I was casually informed that zylo handsets have a manufacturing fault/defect related to the wire which connects the motherboard and ear piece. Right after few days the phone display refused to function. My phone by now was useless. On contacting the telephone customer care division to provide me with a new functional and no defect handset, I was asked to submit the Zylo handset to the care centre and provide them with the work order number and only then they would be able to replace the handset.

                                    I submitted my Zylo handset at the Care centre, Careon Dwarka, Plot No.7, Shop No.203, 2nd Floor, Vikas Surya Tower, Sec-12, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075, India on Dec 20th 2010 (copy of the work order sheet enclosed), they said that it would take 10 days.

                                    I have contacted the customer care no.[protected] 10-15 times now, have spoken to many customer care representatives and supervisors, I have also emailed at questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com but have got no confirmation till date about anything, all I get as replies are the automated and or standard responses. They say that the part is not available and once they get the handset part (which is undefined time period) they will repair my handset. I have been promised a call back a couple of times from the supervisor (Mr.Harish) but I have not received any call till date.On Feb 11th 2011 when I called up at your customer complaint division your rep Ankur spoke rudely as if I am bothering them by calling up again and again and says that I would have to collect the handset from Dwarka service centre and submit it at any other service centre. Call to sony senior helpline no.today ie Mar 3rd is again of no help as they claim they would have to wait for the parts. This is certainly not expected from a reputed company like Sony to harass their customers like this. This is huge disappointment for me as this is not what I had expected from a brand like Sony Ericsson.

                                    I donot want the faulty Zylo handset anymore as I have waited enough and I am not ready to wait for an indefinite period any longer. Obviously I am not getting any help from India Sony centre. I had also couriered written complaint to Pawan Chadha (regional head of Sony) at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (India) Pvt Ltd

                                      I bought a Sony laptop in August 2010 from Sony showroom, Vashi. Barely after three months, the hard disk of the laptop collapsed. I lodged a complaint at their authorised service centre at Vashi – Sai Service. When, I did not receive the laptop back duly repaired in stipulated time, I lodged a complaint in their India website and received a complaint number 6660955 with a promise that Sony will look into the matter quickly and shall revert back to me. Though it was an automated mail, I was expecting some real response from Sony representative explaining why the hard disk had collapsed just in 3 months! However I did not receive any call.

                                      After a few follow-up with the Sai service centre in Vashi, I received my laptop back, but again after2 months, the charger failed. It has been given back to Sai Service for replacement again and I hope to receive a new one in some day though Sai Service has promised to give the replacement in 3/4 days.

                                      Earlier to this, I bought a Sony music system, which did not work even for 12 months. I gave complaints, repaired in Sai Service, replaced the CD reader, but still it did not work. After the repairing, it works for a month or so and then stops working.

                                      I strongly believe that Sony quality has deteriorated drastically and now it sells mostly low quality craps in the market. Be careful about SONY.

                                        Sir,

                                        I purchased a sony ericisson (Spiro w100i ) phone on 20th December, 2010. It has many problem from starting just automatic swithch off and start, hagging, audio prob etc. I went service center sector - 18, noida. They just upgraded it with latest software but problem became same. I went next time( 5 feb 2011.) they kept my phone and said "we are sending it to head office and u can take your phone next week." but I didn't receive yet (1 March 2011). Just they are saying next week , next week when I contacted with my Workorder Number SE[protected]. They also gave me a case ID 89706178 from customer care.

                                        Sir please see the matter.
