I purchased a sony ericson mobile j10i2 (Elm) on Sunday 2/01/11
i have problem with camera ...it's 5MP camera but photo is very bad & also same line are come in photo. for that see the attchment.
I visited 5/01/11 Sony Ericsson center (mobile technology, D.N. nagar.Andheri-W ) i show them the problem also uploaded new software but problem remain same I, said for new mobile but they not ready ... shopkeeper ready to...

i have sony ericsson T-715 whose microphone was not working and the phn is in warranty so i gave my phone at jaipur service centre i.e. RT Outsourcing, Reetika tower, 1st floor gopinath marg, Jaipur.
Now its 44 days r over nd still they r just sayin tht ur phone's part which hav to change is not received by them from the company.

I had purchase a Sony ericssion Spiro(w100i) mobile phone on 9-oct-2010 & i have been chasing to get my handset issue resolved since the date of purchase. Service center provided me various solutions, including replacement of the handset.The replaced handset W395, which is obsolete, is giving me the same problem(hanging & restarting).

My issue is not resolved yet. Please help...

We bought this sony Bravia television on 19dec 2010 from a shop in bangalore named UNILET appliances pvt ltd (number -13 sahakar nagar )and It's not even a week the television stopped working.

I bought Sony Ericsson Hazel (J20i) model on 17th December 2010, as the World knows it has 5 megapixel camera but when we click the image and transfer it to the computer it shows 1600*1200 resolution and in phone if we see the details(information) of the picture it shows 5 megapixel resolution i.e. 2592*1944, the camera is set to 5 megapixel mode, so either my computer is wrong or Sony Ericsson Hazel.
