SIR, I HAVE PURCHASE ONE LCD TV MODEL NO KLV32BX300 FROM MUSCAT BUT I HAVE MISSED MY PURCHASE BILL, BUT I HAVE MY WARRANTY CARD WITH DATE OF PURCHASE NOW MY TV WAS IN RF INPUT COMPLIANT AND I WAS INFORMED NEAR MY SONY TV SERVICE STATION, THE ENGINEER WAS CAME AND OPEN MY TV HE SAID RF INPUT COMPLIENT AND HE ASK THE BILL
AND HE SAYS IF YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL BILL ONLY YOU CAN GET THE WARRANTY OR YOU PAY APPROXIMATE RUPEES 2000/- ONLY. WHAT I CAN DO SIR?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH RF INPUT OF MY 32BX300 SAME MODEL THAT I BRING FROM SAUDI AREBIA, BUT THE SONY ENGINEER IS ASKING RS. 6500 FOR IT. I DONT KNOW WHAR I HAVE TO DO,

        The voice of my sony LDC bravia is not clear and is coming out with lts of disturbance. I have raised a complaint on Sony toll free number and they asked me to do some settings but even after those settings the problem didn't get rectified. I called them again on 25th December and they asigned a engineer to see the problem. they provided me the complaint number 6666082. They told me that Engineer will visit within 48 hours. I called them back on 29th Dec (After 4 days) and sony representative told me that they will take 7 days for engineer to visit and told me that engineer will visit on or before 4th of December. Today is 8th o December and I didn't get any one from Sony to look at the LCD. I called them today and they were asking me whether the engineer has visited or not. This is really a disgusting service from such a big brand.

          dear sir we have anaunced the winer of sony diwali 3d scheme(gift digital camera)i have send claim dacuments hard copy to your address.but now he is tell me ur orignal copon is not given by u. but this is not possible becouse i have send all dacuments in one courier (with copon) & this is not possible all dacument is rceived in seled courier which is a given by me & one orignal copon is mising that show sony "frod" with his coustmers when sony want frod then why sholed sony given frods offer kindly give my gift onther way i will go to consumer court for this frods

            Hi,

            My name is Chandan. I had bought Sony Ericsson T715 on 29th April, 2010.
            I’m very much disappointed with this mobile because,

            1. I had to get this repaired in first 3 months which had a problem with the charger/data cable connecter.
            2. In my first service, this was done and was covered under warranty and took around 10 days to get my mobile back.
            3. I’m very much disappointed with the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. They will not inform the customer what is going on. They will take the mobile and tell you to sit without informing the customer what is going on. (Later I got to know from another service center that first time they’ll take the mobile to check the physical condition verification)
            They also claim that in any Sony center they won’t provide a back up mobile though it may take 10/20 days. That is annoying but I will live with it.
            4. I didn’t get a data cable with the mobile and the data cable I took from another Sony center worked only for 1 month.
            5. I had to take my mobile again for another service because the flip wasn’t working + data cable problem was there after purchasing a new data cable.
            6. I went to the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore there the misery started. There some girls will be sitting; they’ll not know anything about mobile, sim, memory card. I gave my mobile and one lady took the mobile, she didn’t inform me to take my memory card, she just gave my sim card back. (They took it for physical damage verification which I was not at all aware of). I asked them that what would be the exact problem. Can it be rectified? If so how long will it take? After they checked it she said that, there is no physical damage you can give the mobile and check what the problem is by tomorrow!! So to know how long it will take they need one day. Later, I asked them the mobile back there was no memory card in my mobile. I asked the service desktop rep, she claimed that you have not given any memory card. One more of the desktop rep said that she gave my memory card to some other customer. I had a meeting and had to leave. They said me to wait for 30 minutes!!! I said them when you get the memory card send it to me to my home. They said they can’t and I had to skip my meeting to get my memory card back.

            Now, saturation limit exceeded.
            7. I had another problem 2 days after I got out of the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. I was unable to hear and the other person in the other end cannot hear me when I call/receive. 1 day later keypad stopped working. I went to another service center which is in Koramangala, Bangalore. They said something is broken and is not covered under warranty, you need to pay. At least they were more informative than the girls in Malleshwaram service center. I paid 750 INR. They delivered my mobile back saying the issue is fixed. The same day evening, the receiver is unable to hear my voice and I can hear them. I went in between office and gave the mobile back, they said me to wait for one more day. After a day, they said that I need to pay more to get it fixed. I checked the bill in which it is mentioned that the “Repairs carried out on not warranty repairs are covered by warranty for a period of 30 days for the same fault from the date of handling over of the product to the customer.” When I asked the same with them, they say that this is a same problem with a different part fault!!! If you can say this why don’t you just take it out of the terms & conditions?

            I want you to please seriously consider my complaint and reply me some sort of solution. It’s not the number of products you sell. Please have some ethics while working. If I don’t get a satisfactory solution to my mail, I’m a senior employee of Logica Pvt Ltd. I’ll put a feedback note on my intranet and suggest all our employees not to buy any more Sony Ericsson mobiles.

            I still feel that I’ll receive a “we apologize” e-mail as usual. I’ll never ever suggest anyone to buy Sony Ericsson products.

              I have been contacting the same authorities since 31st May 2011, but have got any relevant reply to my queries.
              Last year, I purchased Vivaz Pro from my local mobile dealer of billing of 25000 INR, and on 18th of March 2011 it started giving me lots of problems, as it was not being charged, so I visited the local Sony Service Center with the hand set. The concerned person checked the handset properly for brokage or liquid damage, but that was not there. It was any problem in MOTHER BOARD, said by him at center. So he took my phone and said me to wait for nearly 20 days. I got that back after one month on 27th April 2011, work order no. SE[protected], but at that time that was not working properly and moreover it had broken locks of body, so i gave that back to them.
              On 28th May 2011 I got call from the service center to get the mobile back as it is Ok now, so I visited the center on Monday, but found that the mobile is not taking the SIM card. I was said by the service center if any sets can not be repaired in three times then, One can get the set swapped.
              Then it was sent for the repair again ( problem in Mother Board ) on 31st May 2011, work order no. SE[protected]. Since 31st May 2011 I have been requesting the SONY ERRICSSON to swap my hand set totally as it was the third time the set was sent to them for the same problem regularly. I was given assurance to solve out my problem since then but did not get proper reply, whether the set will be totally swapped or not. On 30th July I got a call again from the sony service center, Moga and said to pick my phone from there, as that has been repaired now. But I have not picked the phone since then, and from the same day I have been calling to concerned authorities to swap my handset totally. I explained my problem to may people, excutive, floor supervisor, and they said me that they have send my complaint to the higher authorities, but since last friday i am getting call from the no. [protected], and this morning, I called on the no. myself also, but not getting any reply about the set will be swapped or not?
              Moreover the concerned person on the same no. has been trying to convience me to pick the phone from the Sony Service Centre, but here the question is, Who will be responsible now, if the hand set gives me the problem again, as the warranty of the handset has been over now. So I am not picking the phone.
              Apart froom this I sent one more complaint about the local Sony Service Centre on 31st may, both by mail , and by phoning, and i got just a feedback mail from Mr. Sadiq Hussain, Sony Ericsson India Customer Services. The matter was the person who works under Mr. Jaideep at the local Service centre here in my city, when i visited to see my handset on 31st may, he asked for the work order sheet, which I handed over him, he show me the set and did my signature on the work oreder shhet. I have the copy of the same , I want to ask who gives them right to make a signature of mine.

                I purchased a sony ericson mobile j10i2 (Elm) on Sunday 2/01/11
                i have problem with camera ...it's 5MP camera but photo is very bad & also same line are come in photo. for that see the attchment.
                I visited 5/01/11 Sony Ericsson center (mobile technology, D.N. nagar.Andheri-W ) i show them the problem also uploaded new software but problem remain same I, said for new mobile but they not ready ... shopkeeper ready to replace but service centers not ready not even accept it's faulty mobile.they not stop here they said it happen in all mobile it's not big thing that meaning Sony Ericsson selling bad product under the wrong information they ditch customer.

                ya i 2 agree with u .Me also getting that lines one at the top one on the middle & 3rd one on the bottom of the photos taken. I think its a hard ware complaint. Sony should change the camera hardware module if else it cant be elimnated.

                Yes i agree above complain I'm also purchase Sony ericsson elm J10i2 it hav very big problem with camra. I'm also facing camra problem all photos which is captured become with some undesirable lines. this lines are automaticaly shown. i complained to the shopkeeper Or Service center. they told that is not problem. I think sony ericsson company fraud with cutomer.

                For your kind information, I had purchased the set (Model J10i2) on 16.10.2010, I found problem in set on 01.02.2011, I submitted the set at your service centre vide ticket no.SE311ABU10088 address: Accel Frontline - Bhubaneswar, Plot no. 444, Saheed nagar
                they assured to deliver the set on 14.02.2011, when I went for take delivery on 14.02.2011, I found some keys are not working, once again I submitted the set at same service centre on 14.02.2011, again they hand over the set on 17.02.2011, once again I found another problems, 1.blue tooth is not working 2. Battery back up is very low ( only 5 hrs.)
                3. Some items are omitted in option tab. Again I submitted the set at same service centre on 04.03.2011. vide ticket no. SE311ABU10190 I have no idea about my set till date.

                Please think about my mental and physical harassment. As above I had visited your service centre 10 times. I think, I had committed one mistake by purchasing the set by the brand name such as Sony Ericsson.

                This is my pain full request to you, Please replace the set immediately for my mental satisfaction.
                If required then I may take help of consumer sell.

                  i have sony ericsson T-715 whose microphone was not working and the phn is in warranty so i gave my phone at jaipur service centre i.e. RT Outsourcing, Reetika tower, 1st floor gopinath marg, Jaipur.
                  Now its 44 days r over nd still they r just sayin tht ur phone's part which hav to change is not received by them from the company.
                  I also call at head customer care help desk frm where they r saying the same thing.
                  I don't know how much more time they need and wht... bt if anyone plzz sort out my problem i really very thankful to him/her.
                  Very Bad as the same complaint is faced poorest service of the Sony brand
                  The poorest service ever a customer had about a company especially a branch called Sony Ericsson as the phone had been submitted on 6th Aug 2012 but till date no response from Customer Care & the shop phone no are not at all reachable.

                    My name is Mahesh K and I am using Sony Ericsson P1i Mobile IMEI : [protected]. Facing no Display issue and given it to Sony Ericsson Service center
                    “Ccom Services” Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on 28th Oct 2010. After 15 Days of follow up they given me estimate of Rs. 2700/- for changing display connector and I approved the same.

                    After approval they haven’t returned my mobile and whenever I called up they say’s we are doing calibration of it we will handover same to you. So I call up Sony Support on 11 Dec 2010 10:26 AM [[protected]Toll free) – Shrishti ] and registered compliant Complaint ID: 89116797. But after 10 Days no update about compliant, so I call up “Ccom Services” Thane on 20th Dec 2010 for update Mr. “ Vaibhav More said that work in progress when I asked more deeply where is my mobile he said they send it to Sony Chennai repairing center on 18/12/2010 and not provided his Manager number.

                    On Sony Support on 21st Dec 2010 10:17 AM Coordinator Minakshi given answer that work in progress they don’t know more than this and she can’t provide any Contact details of Sony ericsson escalation matrix other than a email id questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com.

                    Kindly look into this and resolve this case ASAP.

                    As already escalated to questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com on 21 dec 2010 but no quick response and solution.

                      I purchased one Sony Z100 5 CD changer music system at around Rs.30,000/- some few years ago. However, the system got conked and it was not working. I gave the set to Sony Service Centre for repair. However, they failed to repair the set which is quite surprising to me. It was not that old and obviously and surely customers like me want that Sony Service Centre should repair my set. I am helpless and have to discard this set just for a small repair. Maybe a small part went wrong for which surely Sony Service should support and provide the part to set right my costly set. Please advise me where can I contact for remedy.

                        I have purchased Experia X10i in Aug 10, it started giving problems
                        (networking issues, battery issues, etc) after three months of
                        purchase.
                        I gave my mobile for repair/change under warrenty at your authorised
                        servise center Intarvo nehru place, delhi, India vide there workorder
                        no. SE310INP11589 after approcing again and again with the service center they return my phone after a month of time and said that they have changed the PCB but when I checked the phone it was not working I again contacted with them at this time they again said that it will take time of a month again.


                        Regarding this I had also spoken to Managers at your service center
                        but they are not ready to give me an exact date (I will get my phone
                        back), as i can not go to the service center every week and it casues
                        damages with respect to time and money.


                        You are requested to look into the matter and help me in getting my phone repaired.

                        A line of confermation on the subject matter will be highly appreciated.

                          I bought Sony Ericsson Spiro(w 100i) on 15/12/2010 for RS 5000/-. From the same day onwards it has a problem- when camera captures a picture, phone switches off(in bright conditions & when memory card is occupied).
                          Next day I met the retailer(Atlas Mobile Store, Thodupuzha, idukki,kerala), he said to me to contact sony ericsson service centre. then I met service centre ,they repaired many times but phone had the same problem and they dint repair the phone even after 1/1/2011
                          But i found that the problem exists for all the w100i phones and it is not only my problem.
                          Now phone is with me,,,Retailer said me that Sony Ericsson company is not ready to replace the phone.
                          I am helpless . pls help me.

                          Sony Ericsson — Warranty

                          I have purchased a new mobile (Sony Ericsson - K810i- Rs 11050/-) in January 2009 with warrenty of 1 year,last month on 17th August 09 i gave it to service centre of sony ericsson in East Patel Nagar.On 28th August 09 they replaced my K810i with a second hand mobile C510 (Already used) mobile with a single line "ur set is damaged because of manufacturing defect".On same day (28th August) replaced set also shows some problem like hanging,missing of memory card and yellowish picture at evening time after a good quality flash which is available in mobile and finally same service centre take the mobile on 02.09.09 and told us that confirm after 4-5 days.Im facing a heavy torture from Sony Ericsson.Please suggest me or Help me.

                            My phone imei[protected] a w810i is given for a display change to CARE POINT,SONYERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE 23/10/2010 at LINK ROAD,CALICUT,KERALA,INDIA..they returned the phone on 29/10/2010 with a new display.from the next morning the phone has the same problem.so i returned the phone back to the service centre on 30/10/2010..from that day they are cheating me by telling that "please wait"...at last they said that it must be sent to the company for servicing and they need 10 more days.it was on 25/10/10/and still now they hadn't made any steps to make the phone ready.the phone had only a display problem and after giving to service centre its flash stopped working correctly.after a long gap they returned the phone to me with another bill of RS.676 in INR on 26/11/10.with front case change and display correction.but i identifed that memory card is not working after the second service.your servicing made another problem.i returned the phone and they said that it must be sent to company.after a long gap they called me and said phone is ok and when i checked the phone the problem still exists. till now 1/1/11 no improvements are there.i contacted the service centre regularly and they are now avoiding me.those people are cheating me.if this problem is not solved with in two days i will move by court and make as much problems as i can make.its company's fault that made the phones condition worse.i dont want to bear that.when i called last time ie 31/12/10, they said that it cannot be solved.then why should i use a phone that is made faulty by company?? i cant bear it..i dont want to afford the losses...i had made the full payment of the display change.and i also want to know why you are doing such idiotic things like this?.i attach the copies of the bills.i need that phone repaired with in two days..i cant wait no more..

                            CANNOT POWER ON WITH BATTERY EVEN WITHOUT MEMORYCARD..

                            This is Shanthi.S.I purchased ur sonyericsson W810i model on 27th january 2008 from The mobile store, R.S puram, Coimbatore, TAMIL NADU.Now a problem arouse with the set.it cannot power on with battery even without memory card.it is hardly 3 months, i purchased the mobile and now it is in theservice station.i am highly dissatisfied with the model...i dont know whether it is a manufactering defect in this particular set or the model itself is a failure as many people say..anyway...i wish to get some explanation from you regarding this...i purchased the set only for the name SONY...but the set dint speak for the name..really sorry to say this...please give me a reply to my query besides your busy schedule.i also want to know whether i can replace my set with another sonyericsson (Satisfied)model as still i have the warranty period...

                            I was using Sony ericsson W810 mobile phone. The phone switched off suddenly. I have purchased in december, 2007. It was under warrenty peroid. Sony ericcson customer care returned my phone after two weeks. They told me that this phone problem cannot be solved.

                            Beware of this franchisee sony ericcson service center. I gave 4 month old Sony ericcson W 810i handset for service as it was not functioning properly.

                            The problems were.
                            1. The messages i receive were getting over written.
                            2. The camera button was not functioning properly.
                            3. Sound was so reduced.
                            4. The battery and head set connector was loose contact.

                            Today my dad and collected the handset. I was shocked to see when my dad gave it to me. It's not my phone. They had changed the entire case. The buttons are full of scratch. The camera button and the entire panel is fully worn out. To add to it the mobile is not starting. Not even not getting charged. Don't know what i can do. I saw the sticker sticked inside mobile. It has the same IMEI number. But the mobile is non functional and has old spares.

                            Help me please. Tomorrow i have a plan to go to the service center.

                              sony ericsson Cell phone Spiro — Handset not working

                              i have baught a sony erricson spiro around 7 months back & have been facing issue with this phone from the day one , the phone just keeps locking up & i am unable to send messages or read messages on this phone . i have contact th service centre for atleast 20 times but still getting a runaround & being told that this is known issue with the handset . I am so much pissed off from this phone that i am willing to throw the phone . I also contact the help line no & they informed me that they can not do anything until i leave the phone with the service centre whereas the service centre peaple are nt willing to keep the phone with them .

                              I contact with email support & had a word with them for atleast three weeks , but in the end just endded up getting dumped by them my ticket no is 89598169 .

                              i am so much frustrated with this phone that i am going to file a legal complaint againt company , all i am asking from the company is either replace my phone or get it fixed if nothing is possible just refund my money or the company can end up paying a compensation to me .

                                We bought this sony Bravia television on 19dec 2010 from a shop in bangalore named UNILET appliances pvt ltd (number -13 sahakar nagar )and It's not even a week the television stopped working.
                                When we informed UNILET about this they were least bothered about the same and told us that we would see that shortly however they did not take any action.
                                At last we contacted SONY head office in DEHLI they told us that they haven't recieved any complaint from UNILET Pvt ltd about this so they logged our complaint and told us that it would take 48 hours to sort that out still nothing happened.
                                First of all that SONY product is not upto the mark that got faulty in less than a weeks time ,however i understand it is an electronics item there could be issues that cannot be bypassed.Secondlly the UNILET shop from where we bought this product is least bothered of their customer's and they do not provide after sales service.

                                    We had purchased SONY BRAVIA LCD TV Model KLV32S 550A from Singapore on 10, September 2009. Using at Chennai India. On 15-09-10 we had problem on this LCD TV. We registered complaint on 18-09-10. Complaint ref # 5983673.

                                    Your service dealer M/s. Digital vision rep came & inspected on 21-09-10 told that LCD Panel failed same to be needs replacement. 24-09-10 Digital vision called and told that the estimated replacement cost will be Rs.9545/- It is highly unfeasible for me after spending Rs. 40,000/- to purchase such premium product like Sony spent another 10000/- for repair cost with in 12 Months.

                                    Twice I was called and sent sequence of mail requested them repair it on warranty as it was failed with in one year. And it is needless to mention that it is surely manufacturing problem.

                                    It is the clear indication of such early hrs failure is due to manufacturing defect. SONY team holds legal as well as moral responsibility to replace said LCD panel free of cost. It is not affected any physical damage or abuse or any other warranty violations.

                                    Mr. Sharon Maria of Sony India service team is not ready to pay attention to my words as it was purchased outside of India and I missed the warranty document. Paper is not only authority to prove it can be repaired under warranty. First up all it is Sony brand and Sl no and bar code are the identification of the any product come out of factory. With that they can take up the matter.

                                    I was failing to get the correct product support from SONY India. Therefore finally I am seeking your help to resolve this issue.

                                      The Engineer came finally and gave the shock of Rs.15000 estimate for panel replacement.
                                      I don't know what’s happening in Sony these days. If a LCT TV worth of Rs.40,000/- needs a maintenance of 15,000/- per 18 months, its shame on SONY for manufacturing and selling in Indian markets.

                                      I am the Sony lover and my Previous two CRT TV was also Sony and my desktop's display also 17" Sony LCD which I replaced for a 15" SONY CRT.

                                      I can't under stand why Sony is doing like this, why Sony not supporting of the bad quality product. It is shame for SONY to bring such a bad model in the Indian market. Does Sony do this in US & European market where consumer are well protected by the Law.

                                      I request to Sony to take necessary action to fix our problems, caused by the sub-standard panels, which fails with in 18 months or so.

                                        I purchased a new Sony Zylo phone on 2nd sep 2010 but after a couple of weeks, some problems occurred in slider (all the buttons stop working when slider is open) and also with screen display

                                        I enquired various Sony Authorized service centers ( in Gurgaon and Dehradun) and I was told that there is some problem with slide cable which is a manufacturing defect and that part is not available and no near by date was given for availability of the same

                                        I purchased Sony phone for the first time and the experienced I had so far with product and service is truly pathetic and unacceptable

                                        I have mailed to their customer care 4 to 5 times but response from their side

                                        Kindly help me in replacing my phone

                                        I had buy a Sony ericsson mobile no. W705 in the month of july @ 11500 from south Extension. Last month on 05/08/2010 it was switched off and after that it was in dead condition. I had subitted that phone on 20/11/10 at sony service centre, south Extension branch (Work order no. SE310TCC11903). I had talked in their customer care so many times but they always asked that it was not rectified yet. Everytime I asked them they will give me a next week date.

                                        This was a new model and till date they don't have their parts.
                                        I had buy a Sony ericsson mobile no. XPERIA X10I in the month of january from london. Last month on 29/06/201 it was not swoing display at my phone dead condition. I had subitted that phone on 29/06/11 at sony service centre, ahmedabad branch (Work order no. A 3176). I had talked in their customer care so many times but they always asked that it was not rectified yet. Everytime I asked them they will give me a next week date.
