    My name is intesh kotiya from kota, rajasthan.
    I had a sonyericsson cell model no naite j105i.
    I submit the hands free mh300 to authorised service centre (anshul agency) on sept,13 2010.
    Because its not working properly and they ensure me dat it has been replaced within a month.
    Now its been over 4 month and still my hands free not been replaced.
    I also contact the sonyericsson helpline no [protected] for several time and speak to companies senior excutives.
    But they always making fool of me by telling dat we arrange the products and dispatch it shortly and u'll get it within 7 days.
    When I try to confirm on that, they talking so rudely.
    This kind of incedent happened many times with me and no action been taken till now.
    I am fredup of companies and excutives irresponsible behaviour.
    I requested to you to take serious action and provide my handsfree as soon as possible.

      I am facing the sound clarity problem in my J10i2 mobile.My recipient is not able to hear my voice clearly.They were complaining that there is a break in my voice.Its happening for almost all the recipients.I think this is the defect in the phone.It would be thankful if this defect is covered by company to continue goodwill in the mind of customer

          We had purchased the above television on 1/2/2006.
          We had some problem during last year and your service people changed lamp assy no.XL-2400 on 6/2/10 and now we are facing the same problem.
          We are trying to contact your service centre from last 10 days ,but we are not able to contact anyone.
          Kindly let us know whom should we contact ?
          We are sorry to inform you that there is no after sales service from your side.
          i to have had trouble with this model tv and the s ony after sales service is rubbish beware do not buy sony tvs
          problems with this model have been known to sony for years check out facebook site ihave a faulty s ony tv american customers are being offered replacement tvs
          sony are well aware of the problems with this model tv. check american sites
          this model tv is a bad design' sony have had trouble all over the world. the lesson is do not buy sony tvs
          the service centres in india are worse than useless.buy sony at your peril

            On 12/01/2010, I, Amareswar Dash, purchased a Sony Stereo & Speakers(within warranty) from an Authorized dealer, from Bhubaneswar. But a couple of months, I found glitches in the Stereo Speakers. I then took it to the respective service centre, where they promised me to do the needful. I had deposited the speakers with the service centre on 20/10/2010, which suggests that it's well in warranty. But then harrowing is that, each time I visit the service centre, I get a negation reply, that my speakers had been sent to the Kolkata Office and is in the process.
            In the process I called the National Customer Care(Sony India), and there too I was assured of the expeditious service, but that too in vain.

            In the attachment I have detailed the Job Card number of the Service Centre(Bhubaneswar)>>5380 and the Sony India Customer Grievance Token Number >>6667181.

            Help me at the earliest.

              I bought a sony ericsson w950i for myself in May, 2008. It worked well till Aug 2010..when the phone developed some snag. There was problem with the touchscreeen.. Some areas on the screen didn’t respond to the touch as well as it used to do, and at times the phone would just hang-up... and I needed to switch it off and then on, in order to make it work.
              I had recently moved to Lucknow then, and I gave it to the authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson at LGF Shop No.1,2; Block B2; Raja Ram Kumar Plaza, Hazratganj, Lucknow 226001...via workorder no. SE[protected] , on 13th Sep 2010. The set was checked there, my complaints noted and verified, the condition of the set overall was assessed and I was given a date of 2nd Oct by which the set would be ready.. and was asked to collect it anytime after that date. I was further given an estimate of Rs[protected] for the same.
              I approached them on 8th of Oct, but was told that the spare parts had not arrived and that it would take another 2 weeks. After that came the time when there 2 weeks kept on extending for 10days, 7days, and so on.. I visited their workshop twice during this period and made innumerable calls.. Finally, on 1st of Dec, I talked to the person incharge there and told him that either they hand me over the repaired set or the only option left with me was to move to the consumer forum. He pleaded to me to give one week time and gave to me in writing on the receipt that the set would be repaired and handed over latest by 10th of Dec.
              My greatest surprise came on 10th of Dec, when they called me up to say that the servicing of my set would cost more than the new set, and that there was no point getting it repaired. When I told them that my set only had one problem and they themselves had verified it, mentioned it in my receipt and given me an estimate for the same..they had no answer for the same.. An estimate can vary..that is totally acceptable, but how on earth can an estimate of Rs 1200 change to more than 10,000/= , and exceed the actual buying price of the set?
              Its been more than 4 months now that my set has been lying with them, and they have not bothered to repair it... wasted 4 months of mine, mentally and physically harassed me like anything, and I really feel cheated. God knows what parts they might have taken out from my set during this period. Its really shameful on their part. I am left with no option now but to move to the court, and fight for my rights..

                THE sound of my laptop's in built speaker is breaking on high note music since I purchased it on 29.9.10.On 8.01.11,Sony Customer support team(tolll free no.) advised me to contact any service centre.According to them,it might have occured due to hardware problem.Accordingly,I went to Gariahat Road Service Centre on 10.01.11.The technician acknowledged my problem as a hardware problem but surprisingly they told that they could do nothing to solve that problem.They told that that problem is a regular and common problem with all VPCE3 SERIES laptops and even if they change the speaker then also the problem will not be rectified.I was very shocked to hear that as I had bought a new laptop with a high BRAND value.I tod them that if it is a manufacturer problem then Sony should upgrade that hardware to address our problem.I thought this one to be a stupid explanation and could not understand how Sony can act in this way simply by avoiding it.If sony have given any hardware which is by default corrupt ,then its their responsibility to change that one.They cannot simply get away with that by saying that you have to use your laptop in a lower vollume or with an external speaker.My LAPTOP IS JUST 3 MONTHS OLD AND STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD.My LAPTOP'S serial no. is 7001297and model no. is VPCEA33EN.The technician even refused to give any job sheet indicating "servicing is not done".They told that you can send email to Sony directly mentioning your problem and at the same time told that they could do nothing to solve The problem.Again I contacted Sony TOLL FREE HELPLINE(WITH WHOM I raised complaint(id[protected] over Telephone.), but they told that they could do nothing and the its totally a matter of the service centre.I am totally in distress about what to do.

                I have been facing similar problem & received same answer from Customer Care as well as Sony Service Centre. Only way is to send an email to Sony & ask for immediate action...
                i hav also de same problrm wid my vpcea33en...2 of my frnds hav de similar prblm...i thnk its common in vpce series...

                        The voice of my sony LDC bravia is not clear and is coming out with lts of disturbance. I have raised a complaint on Sony toll free number and they asked me to do some settings but even after those settings the problem didn't get rectified. I called them again on 25th December and they asigned a engineer to see the problem. they provided me the complaint number 6666082. They told me that Engineer will visit within 48 hours. I called them back on 29th Dec (After 4 days) and sony representative told me that they will take 7 days for engineer to visit and told me that engineer will visit on or before 4th of December. Today is 8th o December and I didn't get any one from Sony to look at the LCD. I called them today and they were asking me whether the engineer has visited or not. This is really a disgusting service from such a big brand.

                        I am writing this to see if it can help.

                            Hi,

                            My name is Chandan. I had bought Sony Ericsson T715 on 29th April, 2010.
                            I’m very much disappointed with this mobile because,

                            1. I had to get this repaired in first 3 months which had a problem with the charger/data cable connecter.
                            2. In my first service, this was done and was covered under warranty and took around 10 days to get my mobile back.
                            3. I’m very much disappointed with the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. They will not inform the customer what is going on. They will take the mobile and tell you to sit without informing the customer what is going on. (Later I got to know from another service center that first time they’ll take the mobile to check the physical condition verification)
                            They also claim that in any Sony center they won’t provide a back up mobile though it may take 10/20 days. That is annoying but I will live with it.
                            4. I didn’t get a data cable with the mobile and the data cable I took from another Sony center worked only for 1 month.
                            5. I had to take my mobile again for another service because the flip wasn’t working + data cable problem was there after purchasing a new data cable.
                            6. I went to the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore there the misery started. There some girls will be sitting; they’ll not know anything about mobile, sim, memory card. I gave my mobile and one lady took the mobile, she didn’t inform me to take my memory card, she just gave my sim card back. (They took it for physical damage verification which I was not at all aware of). I asked them that what would be the exact problem. Can it be rectified? If so how long will it take? After they checked it she said that, there is no physical damage you can give the mobile and check what the problem is by tomorrow!! So to know how long it will take they need one day. Later, I asked them the mobile back there was no memory card in my mobile. I asked the service desktop rep, she claimed that you have not given any memory card. One more of the desktop rep said that she gave my memory card to some other customer. I had a meeting and had to leave. They said me to wait for 30 minutes!!! I said them when you get the memory card send it to me to my home. They said they can’t and I had to skip my meeting to get my memory card back.

                            Now, saturation limit exceeded.
                            7. I had another problem 2 days after I got out of the service center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. I was unable to hear and the other person in the other end cannot hear me when I call/receive. 1 day later keypad stopped working. I went to another service center which is in Koramangala, Bangalore. They said something is broken and is not covered under warranty, you need to pay. At least they were more informative than the girls in Malleshwaram service center. I paid 750 INR. They delivered my mobile back saying the issue is fixed. The same day evening, the receiver is unable to hear my voice and I can hear them. I went in between office and gave the mobile back, they said me to wait for one more day. After a day, they said that I need to pay more to get it fixed. I checked the bill in which it is mentioned that the “Repairs carried out on not warranty repairs are covered by warranty for a period of 30 days for the same fault from the date of handling over of the product to the customer.” When I asked the same with them, they say that this is a same problem with a different part fault!!! If you can say this why don’t you just take it out of the terms & conditions?

                            I want you to please seriously consider my complaint and reply me some sort of solution. It’s not the number of products you sell. Please have some ethics while working. If I don’t get a satisfactory solution to my mail, I’m a senior employee of Logica Pvt Ltd. I’ll put a feedback note on my intranet and suggest all our employees not to buy any more Sony Ericsson mobiles.

                            I still feel that I’ll receive a “we apologize” e-mail as usual. I’ll never ever suggest anyone to buy Sony Ericsson products.

                              I have been contacting the same authorities since 31st May 2011, but have got any relevant reply to my queries.
                              Last year, I purchased Vivaz Pro from my local mobile dealer of billing of 25000 INR, and on 18th of March 2011 it started giving me lots of problems, as it was not being charged, so I visited the local Sony Service Center with the hand set. The concerned person checked the handset properly for brokage or liquid damage, but that was not there. It was any problem in MOTHER BOARD, said by him at center. So he took my phone and said me to wait for nearly 20 days. I got that back after one month on 27th April 2011, work order no. SE[protected], but at that time that was not working properly and moreover it had broken locks of body, so i gave that back to them.
                              On 28th May 2011 I got call from the service center to get the mobile back as it is Ok now, so I visited the center on Monday, but found that the mobile is not taking the SIM card. I was said by the service center if any sets can not be repaired in three times then, One can get the set swapped.
                              Then it was sent for the repair again ( problem in Mother Board ) on 31st May 2011, work order no. SE[protected]. Since 31st May 2011 I have been requesting the SONY ERRICSSON to swap my hand set totally as it was the third time the set was sent to them for the same problem regularly. I was given assurance to solve out my problem since then but did not get proper reply, whether the set will be totally swapped or not. On 30th July I got a call again from the sony service center, Moga and said to pick my phone from there, as that has been repaired now. But I have not picked the phone since then, and from the same day I have been calling to concerned authorities to swap my handset totally. I explained my problem to may people, excutive, floor supervisor, and they said me that they have send my complaint to the higher authorities, but since last friday i am getting call from the no. [protected], and this morning, I called on the no. myself also, but not getting any reply about the set will be swapped or not?
                              Moreover the concerned person on the same no. has been trying to convience me to pick the phone from the Sony Service Centre, but here the question is, Who will be responsible now, if the hand set gives me the problem again, as the warranty of the handset has been over now. So I am not picking the phone.
                              Apart froom this I sent one more complaint about the local Sony Service Centre on 31st may, both by mail , and by phoning, and i got just a feedback mail from Mr. Sadiq Hussain, Sony Ericsson India Customer Services. The matter was the person who works under Mr. Jaideep at the local Service centre here in my city, when i visited to see my handset on 31st may, he asked for the work order sheet, which I handed over him, he show me the set and did my signature on the work oreder shhet. I have the copy of the same , I want to ask who gives them right to make a signature of mine.

                                i have problem with camera ...it's 5MP camera but photo is very bad & also same line are come in photo. for that see the attchment.
                                I visited 5/01/11 Sony Ericsson center (mobile technology, D.N. nagar.Andheri-W ) i show them the problem also uploaded new software but problem remain same I, said for new mobile but they not ready ... shopkeeper ready to replace but service centers not ready not even accept it's faulty mobile.they not stop here they said it happen in all mobile it's not big thing that meaning Sony Ericsson selling bad product under the wrong information they ditch customer.

                                ya i 2 agree with u .Me also getting that lines one at the top one on the middle & 3rd one on the bottom of the photos taken. I think its a hard ware complaint. Sony should change the camera hardware module if else it cant be elimnated.

                                Yes i agree above complain I'm also purchase Sony ericsson elm J10i2 it hav very big problem with camra. I'm also facing camra problem all photos which is captured become with some undesirable lines. this lines are automaticaly shown. i complained to the shopkeeper Or Service center. they told that is not problem. I think sony ericsson company fraud with cutomer.

                                Dear Sir,
                                For your kind information, I had purchased the set (Model J10i2) on 16.10.2010, I found problem in set on 01.02.2011, I submitted the set at your service centre vide ticket no.SE311ABU10088 address: Accel Frontline - Bhubaneswar, Plot no. 444, Saheed nagar
                                they assured to deliver the set on 14.02.2011, when I went for take delivery on 14.02.2011, I found some keys are not working, once again I submitted the set at same service centre on 14.02.2011, again they hand over the set on 17.02.2011, once again I found another problems, 1.blue tooth is not working 2. Battery back up is very low ( only 5 hrs.)
                                3. Some items are omitted in option tab. Again I submitted the set at same service centre on 04.03.2011. vide ticket no. SE311ABU10190 I have no idea about my set till date.

                                Please think about my mental and physical harassment. As above I had visited your service centre 10 times. I think, I had committed one mistake by purchasing the set by the brand name such as Sony Ericsson.

                                This is my pain full request to you, Please replace the set immediately for my mental satisfaction.
                                If required then I may take help of consumer sell.

                                  i have sony ericsson T-715 whose microphone was not working and the phn is in warranty so i gave my phone at jaipur service centre i.e. RT Outsourcing, Reetika tower, 1st floor gopinath marg, Jaipur.
                                  Now its 44 days r over nd still they r just sayin tht ur phone's part which hav to change is not received by them from the company.
                                  I also call at head customer care help desk frm where they r saying the same thing.
                                  I don't know how much more time they need and wht... bt if anyone plzz sort out my problem i really very thankful to him/her.
                                  Very Bad as the same complaint is faced poorest service of the Sony brand
                                  The poorest service ever a customer had about a company especially a branch called Sony Ericsson as the phone had been submitted on 6th Aug 2012 but till date no response from Customer Care & the shop phone no are not at all reachable.

                                    My name is Mahesh K and I am using Sony Ericsson P1i Mobile IMEI : [protected]. Facing no Display issue and given it to Sony Ericsson Service center
                                    “Ccom Services” Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on 28th Oct 2010. After 15 Days of follow up they given me estimate of Rs. 2700/- for changing display connector and I approved the same.

                                    After approval they haven’t returned my mobile and whenever I called up they say’s we are doing calibration of it we will handover same to you. So I call up Sony Support on 11 Dec 2010 10:26 AM [[protected]Toll free) – Shrishti ] and registered compliant Complaint ID: 89116797. But after 10 Days no update about compliant, so I call up “Ccom Services” Thane on 20th Dec 2010 for update Mr. “ Vaibhav More said that work in progress when I asked more deeply where is my mobile he said they send it to Sony Chennai repairing center on 18/12/2010 and not provided his Manager number.

                                    On Sony Support on 21st Dec 2010 10:17 AM Coordinator Minakshi given answer that work in progress they don’t know more than this and she can’t provide any Contact details of Sony ericsson escalation matrix other than a email id questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com.

                                    Kindly look into this and resolve this case ASAP.

                                    As already escalated to questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com on 21 dec 2010 but no quick response and solution.

                                      I purchased one Sony Z100 5 CD changer music system at around Rs.30,000/- some few years ago. However, the system got conked and it was not working. I gave the set to Sony Service Centre for repair. However, they failed to repair the set which is quite surprising to me. It was not that old and obviously and surely customers like me want that Sony Service Centre should repair my set. I am helpless and have to discard this set just for a small repair. Maybe a small part went wrong for which surely Sony Service should support and provide the part to set right my costly set. Please advise me where can I contact for remedy.

                                        I have purchased Experia X10i in Aug 10, it started giving problems
                                        (networking issues, battery issues, etc) after three months of
                                        purchase.
                                        I gave my mobile for repair/change under warrenty at your authorised
                                        servise center Intarvo nehru place, delhi, India vide there workorder
                                        no. SE310INP11589 after approcing again and again with the service center they return my phone after a month of time and said that they have changed the PCB but when I checked the phone it was not working I again contacted with them at this time they again said that it will take time of a month again.


                                        Regarding this I had also spoken to Managers at your service center
                                        but they are not ready to give me an exact date (I will get my phone
                                        back), as i can not go to the service center every week and it casues
                                        damages with respect to time and money.


                                        You are requested to look into the matter and help me in getting my phone repaired.

                                        A line of confermation on the subject matter will be highly appreciated.
