I have bought sony ericsson XPERIA X mini pro on jan 4th 2011, the prob i got is not able to receive anything through bluetooth so showed mobile to authorized sony ericsson certified service center they told its software problem and you need to upgrade the software, i told them i got this mobile like this only and its under the warrenty period only.but they told company asked to charge 200rs for software upgradation even it is in warrenty...

I have bought a Sony Bravia - SONY-LCD KLV-32BX300 in the month of October 2010. They have given me 3 gift coupons (Scratch Card). As per instruction I have sent the coupon no. to the specified no. vis SMS.

This is with regard to a SONY walkman (Model # NWZ-W202/WME) which was purchased on 19/09/2009 from E-Zone, Ashoka Pillar Road branch, Bangalore.
The issue with this set is that it is not charging and as per SONY Service Centre, Jayanagar branch, this cannot be repaired.
This was intimated to SONY team by the Service center to have the set replaced and the reply they have got is negative.

COMPLAINT NUMBER 6464924 WAS LODGED ON 24TH NOV 2010 WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND TILL DATE THE TV SET HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.

THE SET WAS INSPECTED BY SERVICE ENGINEER, REPAIR COST QUOTED AND APPROVED ,BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE.

ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ON PART OF SONY INDIA TO KEEP COMPLAINTS OPEN FOR SO LONG AND CAUSE HARRASMENT AND PAIN TO ITS CUSTOMERS.
