I have purchased a sonyericsson headset(HPM-82) costs Rs:1400 on
8/may/2009 for my W595 sonyericsson handset. it was working great &
the output was good. from the purchase of 2 months it started giving
trouble, the sound was not hearing properly sometimes, i thought it
was the problem of my handset, but after 10 months left side of the
headset was not hearing.
Then i gave it to the sonyericsson service centre in Mysore on 4/march/2010

they have given me the Acknowledgement copy (workorder
number:SE310AMS10890) and they said within a week you will get the
replacement of the same headset. but its already 1 month passed and I
hav been calling everyday & visiting to service centre but they have
not replaced it yet, they are saying, there is no stoke of HPM-82
headset, and we are not responsible for that .n nowa days they are not receiving my calls only, I want my headset to be
replaced with a new one. please do the needful at the
earliest .

from the day i purchased the Sony VPCEB14EN it has been giving continous compaints of slow booting.
hard disk collapsed after 15 days of purchase, got it replaced and now within 50 days again
when i switch on the laptop gets stucked at boot itself.
i would recommend Sony to stop cheating people atleast on laptops.
the brand is loosing clients.
